I had said yes too. We had the whole place to ourselves and gave us plenty of time to take pictures afterwards. The salon is absolutely beautiful and would recommend this shoppe to all future brides.

n different styles since this was my first appointment. I went back another time in between saying yes because I was torn between two. The ladies who work the desk and answer emails and DM’s were also very helpful. My mom loves out of state and they were so kind to make an exception with the amount of people that came to my say yes to the dress appointment. They connected me when my dress was ready and it was all seamless!

was timing as the wedding date is in December. I was assured that they would be able to make it work. We were paired with the manager Sophie who was just beyond all expectations. She had listened to my daughter’s thoughts and concerns and literally the first dress she brought out was the one she bought! My daughter looked and felt beautiful! Several others also looked beautiful but the first one was just stunning. Three of the 4 girls shopping that morning bought the first dress they tried on. I don’t think it’s a coincidence. These are lovely professionals with a fantastic eye for what suits each bride, and aligns with their desires and dreams. We were only brought dresses that were within our price range and those that would be available in our time frame. If you’re looking for a personalized and customized bridal experience there is no better place. The dresses are high quality and beautiful. I highly recommend NFBS.

I never felt rushed — they really let me take my time, which meant so much to me. Thanks to them, I found the dress of my dreams and actually enjoyed the process of getting there! was my first and only stop. They were very responsive and got me an appt quickly(even without a date picked). All the girls were amazing and had me in dresses that I got to choose before hand. They listened to my every critique and before I knew it I was in my perfect dress! I went with a dress without sleeves but with the vision of having sleeves added which I had wanted for my winter wedding. They got me set up to see Lucy at Lucy’s alterations and even allowed me to borrow the sample dress to show Lucy the vision. The girls got my additional fabric ordered and we were able to make it my perfect, one of a kind gown! Without their expertise and recommendation I would’ve never even thought my dream dress was possible but they made it happen! I also got my beautiful veil from here that made my winter vision come true. I highly recommend this shop to any future bride, you will not be disappointed!

The atmosphere of the shop is adorable, welcoming, and elegant—perfect for the moment when you're shopping for your dream dress (with tons of cute photo ops too). The staff was so friendly and attentive, making me feel like a priority from start to finish. I was able to try on several dresses that matched my vision and ended up finding the one—and the moment I slipped it on, I just knew. I will forever be grateful for the wonderful experience they gave me, and I can’t recommend them enough to any bride-to-be!

ttendant, Ava, was so helpful, patient, attentive and nice. I showed her exactly what I was looking for with key signature features and every dress she pulled mirrored everything I was looking for. Each dress was more beautiful than the next! She was not pushy at all or trying to make a sale, which I have experienced in the past from other bridal shops. My appointment was the last one of the day and scheduled for one hour, but I ended up being there for about 3 hours and closed the place, but they never hurried us along or made us feel rushed. They truly made this experience special and will forever be special to me. I highly recommend them!

friends. Your assistant will listen to your dress inspirations and bring you a variety of dresses. My assistant was so patient and helpful. She brought me dresses, listened to my feedback, and then selected dresses that she thought I would like. You really feel treated like a queen. There is no high pressure sales. It’s such an elegant and classy shop and that is how you are treated. I definitely suggest splurging for the VIB (very important bride) experience. Wine and a cheese, nut, and fruit platter are served to you and your guests. It’s a private event where you will be assigned two bridal assistants and the shop will only be open to you and your guests. It was a great, pampering experience. All the women at NFB are helpful and professional. I bought my dress from NFB and I am so happy with the dress and the experience. I can’t say enough good things! I highly recommend NFB!

ct dress! All of the girls are so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable! I worked with Victoria & Morgan and felt so comfortable in their hands. Not only did they listen to my verbal comments, they also could decipher my body language and non verbal comments, which was really helpful. They stayed within my budget and picked out the perfect dresses for me to try on based on what dream I described. They explained things very clearly to me and my family. I would absolutely suggest booking an appointment at this shop! There are great photo ops too so it’s a lot of fun! Also, to comment on my experience for after the wedding... the dress was perfect, I got so many compliments. The dress I tried on had different coloring but with the guidance from the ladies at NFBS, I was able to get my dress in ivory and have the fabric to line to the top. Looking back, finding my wedding dress at NFBS was one of my favorite parts of planning! Again, definitely recommend! I included pictures from my wedding day and the day I bought the dress.

This shop even does the little things, like put your name and countdown to your wedding on a screen. It’s so thoughtful! They are thorough with every part of the process. I couldn’t recommend more!

my personality. After my mom and sister gave a little more direction to the consultant, Christine, she had a "hold my beer" moment. The moment I saw her come around the corner with this dress, I knew it was THE DRESS! There was so much sparkle that on the day of, I was leaving a trail of glitter from the tulle. I changed into a lighter dress for cake and dancing after dinner, but that dress was everything.

They have a great selection of dresses and sizes and all of the employees had smiles on their faces!

Once I said yes they made me feel so very special and made it a true celebration. They even made sure to double check several times if this was really it and I was happy with the decision, I felt no pressure at all! Everyone at the store was so incredibly kind and helpful I would 1000% recommend them for your bridal dress.

I didn't feel rushed, pressured or uncomfortable at any point. The ladies helped me, let me go back and forth and picked all types of dresses to help me narrow it down. This day was one I'll never forget and was very grateful to be able to share it with my mother and sister. I was treated to a VIB appointment and can't recommend this experience enough....from the treats, rosé, flowers, gifts to the personalized, private experience...it really made me feel like I was the only bride in the world! experience at one store (it was as if the stylist had never seen a full chested woman and brought me the tiniest dresses) and a decent experience at one store and thought I found my dress so was going to cancel my appointment at NFBS but my sister pushed me to go and I am SOOOOO happy I did. NFBS and Chrissy were different than the other stores/stylists and from the moment you walk in you are family and a VIP client. I was very nervous, scared, and worried to go dress shopping because I am self-conscious of my body and gained weight during COVID. NFBS and Chrissy never made me feel self-conscious, had dresses in my size, and made me feel like the MOST beautiful bride to be. Chrissy listened to what I was looking for, what I liked and didn’t like, and ultimately picked out a dress I would have never picked out for myself but looked AMAZING on me, was classic, elegant, and very bridal. Chrissy was truly the best and I could not imagine getting married in a different dress. I am so happy I said yes to the dress with NFBS and Chrissy and will be going back for an accessories appointment.

ave beautiful dresses! I had a great experience there and found my dress. My dress was ordered three sizes too big. I am aware that it is better to take a dress in than to have to add fabric. I wish I trusted my gut and went a least a size down from what they recommended but I’ve never been wedding shopping before. I felt pressured into ordering the size they said I needed. My dress came in 8 months after it was ordered, they didn’t have a seamstress in house but they did have a list of recommended seamstresses. So I picked up my dress and that was it from them. My alterations costed me a more than half of what I paid for the dress. My only recommendation to new brides shopping for dresses. Even if you know it’s the dress I wouldn’t jump to say yes out of feeling pressure. You can always go back and say yes!

Other dress shops I visited made me feel rushed and felt pushy, but the team here was so patient and flexible and I felt like no one was pressuring me to decide. When I came back to make my final decision between 2, Jordan was so helpful also. I also loved the experience at the shop since there were private areas away from each other, so me trying on along with other brides was still private, and we didn’t see or overlap with each other. I also loved how they had the 360 cameras so I could see the backs of the dresses on the screen. And the overall ambiance in the shop is so friendly, cute and fun. I ended up going with an Essence of Australia gown and Laura Jayne veil, and couldn’t have been happier. The team was great at communicating with me and also recommended a superb alterations specialist, By Hand Alterations and I truly couldn’t be happier with how my gown turned out! I highly recommend them!

I really wanted that wow moment and wanted to feel like and look like a princess. We were coming to the end of the dresses that suited my style and we had concluded that the other dress from the other place was going to be my dress. But she gave me one more dress just to try on and of course I tried it on because I liked being in dresses and wow she found the perfect mix of everything I wanted. She really sold me when she put the veil and tiara on. Even put me in tears!

the VIB so we had the place to ourselves, fun music on and rose with a cheeseboard. Victoria and Chrissy began to pull dresses for me to try on and I loved most of them. They even put some in the dressing room from a different designer or style from what I originally wanted to be sure I didn't want something different. The 7th dress I tried on was THE ONE and I started crying happy tear and the girls were all so excited. We then took photos in all the gorgeous areas of their space - this was truly one of the best days of my life! I can't imagine dress shopping anywhere else - NFBS is the best!!

The atmosphere is INSANE in the best of ways - so many adorable photo opps and props for me and my bridal party to have way too much fun with. I fell in love with and said “yes” to my dress and the price was well within my budget!! We celebrated in the shop with rosé which they provided. I genuinely can’t praise NFBS or the employees enough for making my first ever shopping experience a day to remember. of a gown I loved and she nailed it on the first pull! I also love how she kept the appointment moving. I was in and out of gowns efficiently to get a feel for different ones and not spend too much time in ones I wasn’t crazy about. She was honest and straight forward about pricing which is also always appreciated. Everyone was so sweet and it made me feel so special! If you haven’t you definitely need to try some gowns on here.

I actually wanted. Chrissy worked with me and my group to get a dress I fell in love with. It was my first appointment so I wanted to try on some other dresses to be positive. I visited a few more shops and nothing compared to North Fork Bridal. The staff, the dressing room and the overall feeling was so wonderful. They have so many gorgeous dresses. Chrissy also made sure to tell me the prices and didn’t pull anything over budget. Thank you so much North Fork Bridal and thank you Chrissy for finding the most beautiful dress!!!

o deal with, I was unable to bring everyone I wanted to when I went to try on but they let me come multiple times with different people to show my dress too. My sister did the VIP viewing for me when I said yes to the dress and they gave us champagne. I was able to bring my two aunts, mom, sister and my grandfather. They were so sweet and great to deal with.

greeting me with my name on a beautiful sign welcoming me!! I was whisked away to a beautiful corner of the store with comfy colorful couches. My mom and grandma were immediately asked if we wanted cold bottles of water which was so nice. Sophie asked me if I had any inspiration pictures, and we chatted about my dress preferences. As I tried each on, Sophie asked me specific questions about what I liked and didn’t like in order to find MY dress. I got to try on many dresses in different styles until I found the one. After trying a bunch of dresses, I said yes to the dress and was offered complementary champagne for me and my guests!! Sophie worked with me to make sure the dress was ordered in the correct color I wanted, as well as making some additional custom adjustments to my dress we are ordering. Sophie took my measurements and we signed the contract. Then I got to pick an adorable sign and take some pictures in the photo booth and photo couch corner. Pinning a flower with my future name on it onto a “I said yes dress” was such a special touch that I will remember forever. I was treated like royalty throughout every moment of being in this wonderful store. I absolutely can not wait for my dress to come in so I can go back!!!! I can’t recommend this magical store enough. The way you are treated is like no other!

ofessionalism. Sophie and the owner Lindsay made my experience absolutely wonderful, showing me the exact style of gowns I had my heart set on. I said “Yes to the dress” because I found my dream Pronovias gown here. If you’re looking for bridal gowns you will not have to look any further. North Fork Bridal is the BEST.

+ pounds. I have never gained weight like this before so it was an emotional thing to experience right before my wedding. I tried on my dress and it didn’t fit. I looked into what I could do and heard that designers now keep some dresses “in stock” and they can be shipped within a week! I was so excited there was hope! So I called North Fork Bridal and shared my painful situation with the woman on the phone saying I’d love to make an appointment to look at some dresses but my wedding was within 6 months and I would need an in stock, or possibly off the rack dress. The woman on the phone was cold and quite frankly rude and said “yeah, we don’t do that”. My stomach sank at this point. I was not expecting them to deny me help when I knew for certain that designers they carry have in stock dresses. So I asked her once more if she was absolutely sure there was nothing at all that could be ordered in stock or sold off the rack and I could hear her getting annoyed and she said “I’m sorry I don’t know what to tell you”. And that was that. COME TO FIND OUT that another bride from my area called them in a panic that she didn’t like her dress anymore and that her wedding was within a few months and they immediately set her up with an appointment to find her an in stock dress to order. Not sure if it’s because I gained weight that I was denied. But it’s very suspicious that they would take a new customer who simply didn’t like her dress anymore. Yet they deny me, a customer who already spent money in their store an opportunity to find a dress during an extremely difficult time. I warn everyone about this store. I’ve also heard other brides in local Facebook groups say they care more about making Instagram reels than making their clients happy. Shame on your NFB. Change your policies. From my perspective it seems your policies are to deny help to girls with weight issues and help girls who don’t. Anyway I went to Bridal Suite of Centereach and had the best experience ever!!!! They made me feel so beautiful even when I felt foreign in my body. They are kind and caring, unlike North Fork Bridal who hung up on me while I was in tears. If you’re reading this review, give them a call instead!!
