She listened when I said I wanted a more natural look and even convinced me to try fake eyelashes (which did not bother me as much as I thought they would). She yelled at me and my bridesmaids because she was in such a rush to leave (which was so embarrassing) and made the room so tense and uncomfortable every second that she was in it on the morning of my wedding. The moment she left, everyone took a deep breath and started to smile and enjoy the day. It took so much coaxing for her to listen to what I wanted done to my hair, even though I wanted a very simple bun updo. But, we were on different pages because while I wanted to look like Kate Middleton, she wanted me to look like Lady Gaga. I can get passed the fact that she doesn't listen and can only do one or two hairstyles, but being rude to my bridal party and my mother is unforgivable. One positive note is that she works with a lovely girl named Monet and the girls who had her do their hair were very happy. If you already have a contract signed with Suset, I would encourage you to request Monet. She's really sweet and really talented with hair. Good luck!

Additionally she came prepped with all the little things we may have forgotten like breath mint drops and touch ups. g she put some up and combed it to the wrong side. Didn't ask me before combing it, which side I wanted. I needed to have my hair redone 2 times and in the end with all the hair spray from changing my hair looks a mess in most pictures. It was sticking out in places it shouldn't be also to be clear this was a simple style. All I wanted was my hair down with large curls. This also delayed us and meant not a lot of time to take the first look pictures so we barely have any and most don't look great. Our photographer is being nice though and is offering to have us dress up again and take some photos. Guess I will be paying for hair and make up again. If you want super glam and someone who won't listen but say to you "I put up your hair cause it makes you look skinnier". This is the person for you. It was a mistake on my part. I had limited time to look for someone and went with the first person I did a trial with. My lesson learned. Also she only had 3 of us, got started earlier than we planned and we were still behind schedule! Added unnecessary stress to an already stressful day!

Usually when I have someone do my makeup, it's either too much or it looks like something I can do myself... but with Suset, she went above and beyond my expectations. I love her "old classic hollywood glam" style. For my wedding day (8/8/15), she arrived a little late to the hotel but we were all still ready by 8:30am like she promised. I had her work on me (the bride), 2 bridesmaids and my mother-in-law. She arrived with an assistant who did hair. Her services include hair extensions at no additional cost (you just have to mail them back to her after the date)... It also includes hair accessories & fake eyelashes for you to keep. On top of all that, Suset also gives each girl a little goodie bag that includes a lipstick, lip liner, listerine strips and face sponge to wipe away your tears. Suset is also affordable considering everything she includes! Hair & makeup for the bride is $300 and Bridesmaids/mothers are $160 each. HER SERVICES ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY. I 100% recommend her to any bride, bridal party, sweet 16, or special event! If I ever need hair/makeup done again, I will def go back to Suset. Once she was finished with my hair & makeup on my wedding day, I was SO HAPPY that it looked EVEN BETTER than the trial. My husband cried when he saw how beautiful I looked in my dress, hair & makeup. It truly was a stunning overall Package. My Maid of honor was so happy with her hair & makeup she said, "I can't stop looking in the mirror, I'm HOT!!" And I agree, all my girls looked gorgeous. Thank you again suset!! While my fiancé listened to music and read a book in the living room, she worked her magic to transform me. I couldn't believe it was me when I looked at myself in the mirror. I booked her on the spot for my wedding in two months. I'm excited to have her work on my bridesmaids and mother. She is amazing, patient and very welcoming. Update: On my wedding day, Suset ran extremely late and I had originally had two women scheduled for hair and three for both hair and makeup, including myself. I had to knock 4 stars for professionalism and two stars for responsiveness because it was my wedding day and I had to be on time to my ceremony. My mother-in-law did not get her hair done professionally as she had wanted because there was no time left. I was a half hour late to the ceremony, but everything worked out fine. I remained calm and collected and was reassured by Monae, Suset's assistant that day, and by Suset herself that it would all work out! My hair and makeup looked amazing. I was complimented several times for my hair and makeup. Every woman loved her hair and makeup at the end of the day, but running late to a wedding booking is unacceptable.
