EXTREMELY unprofessional and unresponsive. Nunu missed appointments and didn’t return any of my messages . I’m an out of state bride , so I had to fly in to meet with her , only for her to stand me up. When I finally get in touch with her , a w...eek later, she explains she had a family emergency. A month later we discuss plans for my wedding and I request she send me an estimate and contract. She does not and then ghosts me. She completely left me hanging two months before my wedding . I’ve never had to chase someone to give them my business. Completely unacceptable as a business owner , especially a new business owner.
