DJ Rubin hands down is one of the best DJs in the industry!! He was great during the consultation, answered all of our questions and you can see exactly how passionate he is about this! He made some great suggestions that we took LOL when we were stuck on what to pick. DJ Rubin made sure everything was perfect. Everything not only sounded great but he was amazing behind the microphone as well!! My son has Autism and Rubin let him pick some songs and even gave the microphone to him!!! I got married on 9/28/24, and we were lucky enough to have used DJ Rubin! He was fantastic, I can’t tell you how many guest during the wedding as well as after the wedding told us how great our DJ was. I would highly recommend, he was easy to work with and very helpful through the whole process!

He took the time to get to know us as a couple, and paid close attention to our music preferences. DJ Rubin got the party started and kept the dance floor going all night with his enthusiasm and positive energy . Rubin was a fantastic DJ for our wedding! From the start he was always professional and super helpful when picking out the music and vibe for our wedding. He knew the best songs for the ceremony that made it feel so special, then brought out the dancing tunes that had everyone on the dance floor! He was very organized when it came to announcements of key moments and kept things moving with ease. I feel he really listened to our opinions, likes/dislikes and truly delivered on what we wanted. He’s also a super sweet genuine guy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DJ RUBIN!!!

Hiring Dave as our DJ was probably the best wedding decision I think we made. He met with us several times to go over the details of how the day would flow from the music before the ceremony to our last song (which was totally epic!) Dave really knows how to keep the energy up and keep the crowd engaged. I spent most of my night on the dance floor and I could not have been happier. DJ Rubin and the entire crew with NYCTDJs was phenomenal! They were so pleasant and easy to work with. Rubin was so organized which helped so much as I am not organized at all. They kept the party moving and there was never a dull moment at our wedding thanks to them. It was truly a pleasure to work with NYCTDJs. They even played us our favorite music while pictures were being taken during happy hour. It meant so much to my husband and I as we met at a concert and he played music from our favorite band from when we met. Such an amazing experience!

I cannot say enough good things about Dave! His attention to detail and personalizing the wedding to our likes and interests was beyond compare. He keeps the crowd on the dance floor and is so interactive as well! I had so many compliments about him! Would recommend to everyone!

I spoke with a bunch of DJs when hiring DJ Rubin, and he immediately was our first choice given his enthusiasm, great energy, and overall joy at the prospect of DJing our wedding. On the actual day, he was amazing — so thoughtful, did a great job listening to what we wanted and executing on it, managing a challenging outdoor venue, and going above and beyond. DJ Rubin was truly amazing; we gave him pretty loose and last minute guidance, and he absolutely killed it. Our dance floor was full from beginning to end, and to say he went above and beyond his DJ duties isn't giving him nearly enough credit!

If you’re looking for someone who’s going to get the party started, Rubin is who you want! He knows exactly what to do to keep the energy high and keep everyone on the dance floor. He even got my dad to dance! Which is not an easy task. He’s engaging, fun, and very experienced. 10/10 recommend

David Rubin is a top notch hire for everything wedding entertainment. He dj'd/mc'd our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. From people who know what they want to people who need guidance David is a true professional. He knows exactly how to keep the energy flowing and how to slow things down when needed. He will work with you on playlists and games to keep everybody involved and having a great time. I would recommend anybody looking for their wedding to hire David. DJ Rubin was DJ and Emcee for my cousin Danielle's wedding at Old Saybrook Point Inn. I have never seen a DJ keep the energy and dance floor full all night like him. His music choice was on point, with an awesome blend of classic party songs mixed with recent dance hits. All the guests were laughing and dancing all night. After it got dark DJ Rubin had some awesome LED lighting that went with the music. It was awesome. He was a great emcee and came out on the dance floor with his mic and engaged the guests. He was very professional and an awesome entertainer. I would highly recommend DJ Rubin and NYCT DJs for your next event!
