I took away a star for 1 reason! There was no speaker system/music in the fireside room!! I’m still unsure if this was something our DJ was supposed to handle but our DJ was never made aware that he needed an extra speaker for that room. It was hard during speeches & first dances that there was no sound system in that room. I wish we would have looked into this a little more and figured it out ahead of time!! Overall, our wedding was amazing due to Oakhurst & I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!!!

coordinator. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star and not 5 is because of two reasons. 1. In the brochure I was given it said a price for the “event min” and they even gave a clear description stating it includes what you are spending at the event. Then during the planning process it switched to f&b min, so not including the price for the room rentals/ceremony. I was upset but took a screenshot and addressed my concerns and they made the correction before I paid. 2. The filet mignon was over cooked for most but especially us (bride and groom). They were well done. I felt like they should have at least asked us two how we like our steak. My husband was not happy and politely asked for another steak and they brought out a second one which again was well done. Finally, Lindsay again made things right and made sure they brought out a steak that was at least medium. Overall it was still a good experience and beautiful venue.

We had our ceremony in the back on the grass behind the clubhouse and our reception was in the grand hall, fireside lounge and we had tables outside as well in the balcony. With the numbers we had, they made everything work seamlessly! I cannot recommend Oakhurst enough!!

My husband and I are both teachers so we love a good timeline and keeping things on time and on track. Lindsay is the same way, and she eased our minds every single step of the way. Our original date was 10/3/2020, and Lindsay was so supportive on our decision to postpone due to the restrictions in place. We rescheduled to 5/29/2021, and Lindsay was so quick to figure things out during COVID to help ensure we could have the best, safest wedding they could offer and it was truly amazing! Lindsay was always available and quick to respond to any question I had and always gave the answer to the best of her ability and if she didn't know the answer (which was RARE!) she was so quick to figure it out. Lindsay was also so fun to work with, always laughing with us and ensuring the entire process from start to finish was fun and memorable. Oakhurst is a gorgeous location for your wedding. The grounds are kept up beautifully, and the ceremony site was beautiful! I can't wait to see our photos, as we took photos in so many different beautiful spots! We were also able to go out into the course a little for photos and those will be beautiful I'm sure. Due to COVID restrictions we had to have our dance floor outside - and it was stunning. It made the whole "glamorous rustic vibe" I was going for even more beautiful. Along with Lindsay, the entire staff was so professional, knowledgable and fun to work with! The waitstaff were quick to help whenever we needed it, they ensured guests had everything they needed and helped everything run so smooth. The bar tenders were great and had so much fun with our guests. We received so many compliments, and I truly can't recommend Oakhurst enough.

I wanted a lot of customization and she was able to make the food stations I wanted happen even in covid. Lindsay communicated with me right away and never seemed to mind my many question emails. The day went by flawlessly and the staff was amazing and very friendly. I had awesome food and everyone praised it. Even during covid, we made the dance floor work outside and Lindsay handled any small issues that popped up. I had such a perfect time and experience. ly perfect our special day was, with so many thanks to the Oakhurst staff. As if planning a wedding is hard enough, trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic was on an entirely new level. Our coordinator, Lindsay, waved her magic wand and give us everything we needed and more! Her flexibility and willingness to work with us is so admirable and hard to find. Through multiple layout changes, to brainstorming ways to accommodate the current executive orders, we managed to come up with the perfect plan that allowed our guests to feel safe without sacrificing our vision for the day. We held our ceremony on the grass leading up to the beautiful pine trees, followed by cocktail hour on the garden patio and dinner on the breathtaking veranda. We also had the ability to place decor and activities indoors for a limited number of guests at one time. Lindsay and her staff accommodated all of our special requests and did so much set up, I have never seen a staff so willing to help. We were able to personalize so many details, and you could see so much of “us” throughout the day! Lindsay was a personal rock to lean on and was available for any and all questions throughout our 2 year engagement! She was hands on the entire day, serving us food and beverages in the brand new bridal suite, boxing up caramel apples for our guest favors—She even came to the rescue and help bustled my dress when we couldn’t figure it out! Our guests RAVED about the food, the ambiance, the staff, and how it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. I remember the moment we walked up to the venue during dinner time, I smelled the delicious restaurant cooking up some steaks and I looked at my [now] husband and knew it was the place—I swear you will NOT be disappointed in the food! We also held our rehearsal dinner at Oakhurst because we knew the food would be on point! We managed to pull off the wedding of a lifetime, and honestly we could have paid double somewhere else! Thank you Lindsay and staff!

My wedding at Oakhurst was phenomenal and given the circumstances we have been given in 2020, my husband and I know choosing Oakhurst was one of the best decisions we made as a couple. We toured the grounds in 2019, and were blown away by how beautiful the patio, veranda, and ballroom were. The carefully detailed and designed Bridal Suite was a great bonus as well. Lindsay was without a doubt a big reason we booked, as she made us feel valued and important and took her time to get to know us and how Oakhurst can make our dream day come true. Once 2020 came and we quickly realized our plans were forced to turn upside down, Oakhurst handled it with the utmost professionalism adjusting plans necessary as mandated by the state, but kept us their clients feeling as if us and our day were the most important matter, not how their business was doing. Lindsay was truly working part time as a therapist helping keep my stress level down as the most important and expensive day of our lives was uprooted from everything we planned. She ensured that she and her team were doing everything they could for us, and we quickly saw how true that was! Each time a new mandate came from the state, Lindsay would have an answer or a creative solution to ensure our wedding would still safely happen. They were able to transform their beautiful Veranda 4 days before indoor dining was banned and made our wedding beautiful and safe for both the staff and our guests. Oakhurst’s quick thinking and backup plan made my wedding happen, and amazingly they even had a backup plan for the backup plan. If weather did not permit, they were ready to move everything to an alternate safe deemed location to ensure the wedding was a go. Our guests also raved about the amazing food, with multiple telling us it was the best wedding food they ever had, far off from typical cliché wedding cuisine. The taste test was also very personalized, and we were greeted by the chef explaining each dish as we were served. Oakhurst is the only reason our ‘pandemic’ wedding was able to happen safely and so beautifully, because of their quick thinking and response to mandates; able to adjust their venues and practices to comply safely. Lindsay was also without a doubt the most amazing coordinator that made us feel like our day was so important, and it truly felt like we were her only wedding with the amount of thought and care she put into our day. We are so thankful for Lindsay and Oakhurst, and so happy that is where we were able to celebrate our day!

r ceremony with an indoor reception and our original wedding date was May 15, 2020. As the months went on and as our world changed upside down, we had to postpone our wedding to August 21, 2020. Lindasy Bannasch is the wedding coordinator at Oakhurst and she is amazing! She was on top of everything and anything. As the months approached closer to the original date, she sent me other dates just in case the "Stay-at-Home Order" was still in effect. Of course on May 15th the world was still shut down. We were able to have all of our vendors switched to the new date, so it was meant to be! Lindsay was so sweet and sincere when it came to communicating with me throughout the whole entire planning of the wedding. She was so helpful! Not only was she there whenever I had questions, but she completely decorated all of the tables while me, the Maid of Honor, and my bridesmaids were all getting ready on the day of the wedding. The original plan for the wedding was to be an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception, but due to Covid-19 everything had to be outdoor. As me and my husband look back at our wedding photos, we wouldn't have changed a thing! The outdoor ceremony was beautiful and we were able to have our reception on the veranda on the back side of the venue. It turned out gorgeous and worked out perfectly. Since we wouldn't be able to dance on the veranda, the ceremony site was taken down and the dance floor area was created while our guests were eating dinner and getting situated. The dance area was my favorite part. They had beautiful lighting strung, tables set up for drinks, and the bar was easily accessible. Lindsay did EVERYTHING to make our wedding unforgettable! For the reception we had two appetizers and plated entrees. Our appetizers were coconut shrimp and spring rolls. They were delicious! Our entrees were the porkchop and airline chicken breast, and they were also delicious and exceeded my expectations. Me and my husband had a beautiful wedding and are so happy with how Oakhurst handled everything. We recommend Oakhurst to all of our friends who are planning to get married. Five out of five stars from the Ary's.

each one more than the last. I remember pulling into Oakhurst, turning to my then fiancé and saying, “this is it”. Oddly enough, the song on the radio that was playing was called “this is it”. I immediately fell in love with the exterior of the venue. As soon as we walked in, I told my fiancé that we didn’t need to book anymore tours. Lindsay, the event coordinator at Oakhurst greeted us and within a matter of moments, I told her this is where we’re getting married, without even consulting with my fiancé first (he gets it and trusts my judgement). I knew right away we were in great hands with Lindsay. She was so warm and inviting without being pushy whatsoever. My husband and I chose a date, May 30, 2020. Throughout the entire planning process, Lindsay was so amazing. She was so friendly and personable and responded to all of my ridiculous emails SO quickly. As 2019 was coming to a close, Lindsay reached out to us to schedule our tasting in January 2020. The tasting was truly INCREDIBLE. You can taste how much the chef at Oakhurst really cares about the food he puts out. It was honestly a really difficult choice for us to pick just two dishes! Everything was so delicious! ...then Coronavirus happened. I emailed Lindsay pretty early on to check on what was happening with the venue and what we would need to do if he had to reschedule since there was no way I was getting married any where else! Lindsay was so reassuring and really helped me to remain calm; we were going to make this happen. As our date neared, Michigan was still on a stay at home order so we had to make the difficult decision to move our date out a few months to August. We had originally intended to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Another wrench was thrown in our plan just DAYS before our wedding day. A new executive order was signed stating that all indoor parties were limited to just 10 people. I panicked. Instead of turning to my husband for comfort, I called Lindsay. She was so confident that we could make it work. She told me we could move dinner to outside on the veranda and while we ate dinner, they would transform the ceremony space into our reception space. She wanted me to feel comfortable with this plan and invited us out to see it that night. I seriously couldn’t not have been happier with the way it all turned out. Truly the wedding of our dreams. Our wedding was so incredibly perfect. Dinner on the veranda was a dream! The day of our wedding, Lindsay went so above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. There were two things in particular that people were talking about after our wedding more so than anything else, 1. The food that was the best food anyone has ever had at a wedding and 2. The woman running the show the day of our wedding, Lindsay. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Oakhurst to any friends or family looking for a venue that really makes you feel like family. To this day, almost two years after signing our contract, three months after our wedding day, I still keep in touch with Lindsay every now and again. There is no doubt in my mind that we will absolutely plan another event with Oakhurst...perhaps a baby shower!

Lindsay did such a great job communicating with me throughout the ever so changing executive orders and she ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner with any questions that I had. I always felt like I was important even when witu the 100's of other weddings she was helping to plan in the meantime. The most complements I received on my wedding night and the day after was how great the food was! I was truly amazed that it tasted just like it did at our tasting. 10/10 recommend Oakhurst for future brides. If anything, at least take a tour and take the time to talk to Lindsay, she really is a huge reason I chose to have our wedding there.

She also took care of various needs of guests, including getting us waters between photo shoots and aspirin for my husband during dinner, and helping guide people where they needed to be throughout the day. We also received so many compliments on the food. Many guests told us it was the best filet mignon they had ever had. I agree, as it was cooked perfectly, which must had been hard to do for 120+ guests. Her team also helped break down the venue when the night was over in less than 20 minutes, which was really helpful (something that probably goes unnoticed). We were able to also use a golf cart to get fantastic views of the mansions on the course as well a the rolling hills. Many guests and myself described the day as a "fairytale wedding". We were so pleased, that this review really does not due to service and venue justice. Thank you to Oakhurst for the best day of our lives!

a decorations. We knew we wanted to find a location where we could hold both the ceremony and the reception. Oakhurst has a beautiful outdoor patio which was perfect for a wedding ceremony. We got extremely lucky and missed the rain by about 5 minutes, but there was an indoor space that has a lovely fireplace that would have been a beautiful background for the ceremony had we needed to move it inside. The large room where we held the reception was perfect. It had many large windows that let in so much sunlight. There’s also a wraparound porch that our guests loved to hang out on. The food was also amazing. We heard from so many people after the wedding how much they loved everything that was served. In addition to the incredible venue, the wedding coordinator, Lindsay, was absolutely phenomenal. We had no idea what we were doing when it came to planning a wedding, and we had a million questions. I’d send Lindsay e-mails with 10-15 questions at a time and she always responded within 24 hours and many times, it was the same day. She played a huge part in ensuring everything for our wedding went perfect. She works with you from the very start, gives helpful suggestions, and thinks of all those little details that are often overlooked. Lindsay organized all of the vendors and coordinated their arrival times on the day of the wedding, so I didn’t have to worry about this. Lindsay handled so many things for us, it was almost like having a wedding planner! You was very evident that Lindsay is great at what she does and that she also loves it. I would recommend Oakhurst Golf and Country Club to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue!!

Lindsay is an amazing event coordinator and a wonderful person! It was truly our pleasure to work with her. She made our dreams come true! We feel so lucky to have found such a professional and thoughtful event coordinator for our wedding. Lindsay was so helpful every step of the way, answering questions and offering valuable insight. She answered emails in a timely manner and with many details...we were in constant communication! Lindsay is so impressive and dedicated! Our tasting was wonderful and when we were unsure or looking for advice, Lindsay was able to offer her professional opinion to bring everything together. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared! Lindsay was so honest and easy to talk to...I truly trust her. She was always one step ahead of me, organizing the floor plan for the day and communicating with my vendors. She was able to accommodate the date/time we hoped for a rehearsal. The rehearsal was so smooth and allowed me to see how the next day would be. The day of my wedding, we worked with Lynn because Lindsay was in a family wedding that same day (crazy coincidence!). Lynn was at our rehearsal and Lindsay had thoroughly shared our file with her so she was completely updated. This was impressive because everything went perfectly...it could not have been better! We were so very pleased with Lynn as well, as she was working so hard to set-up and make everything perfect. I am so impressed by her dedication and beautiful work. The entire staff was unbelievable! Everyone was on top of things, so attentive and professional! The girls were consistently checking on us in the bridal suite, refilling champagne and orange juice...simply treating us so well and being so kind. I could go on forever by how wonderful the Oakhurst staff was. The ceremony and reception areas are so spacious and beautiful. We used the outdoor ceremony space adjacent to the building with tall trees in the background. For cocktail hour, we had several rooms and the outdoor veranda available for guests. It was so nice to have the options for socializing. For dinner and dancing, we were in the Grande Hall...the windows and tall ceiling in this room continues to blow me away! It allowed plenty of natural light and room for everyone to be comfortable. Dinner was amazing, everything was well prepared and plated nicely. We did a late-night snack of corndogs and French fries...delicious and a big hit! We were able to bring in our own dessert of cake and cookies, which they plated on a table nicely. Oakhurst staff was so kind and they took care of everything, we did not have a single worry all night!! Planning a wedding and working with vendors can be a stressful process but Lindsay reassured us through it all and we always knew we were in good hands. Lindsay, Lynn and the entire Oakhurst staff went above and beyond to make our wedding experience amazing. Oakhurst Golf & Country club is an exceptional wedding venue and our day was absolutely perfect. We are forever grateful!

We originally booked with a different event coordinator, and we were a little nervous when Lindsay took over a little less than a year before our wedding. However, I was instantly put at ease after emailing back and forth with her and seeing how knowledgeable and professional she was. She was very easy to get ahold of and will usually respond to questions within a few hours...and trust me, like any other bride, I had a lot of questions! AT our tasting, she was flexible, easygoing, made us feel comfortable, and reassured us on every detail. We had some people with food restrictions and allergies, and she made sure to accommodate all of them! Leading up to the wedding, I called and emailed her every few days with questions and about some time frame changes, and she not only answered all questions but worked well with all of my vendors. The day off, Lindsay checked on myself and the bridal party frequently, and my mom had gotten the mimosa bar (which is unlimited) and breakfast buffet-this was not just any buffet, it was full plated breakfast with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, sausage, tons of fruit, and bagels with cream cheese as well as an attendant for us! She set all of the centerpieces up perfectly and made sure all vendors were on time and everything was to perfection. At one point I thought about having a wedding planner, but I am so glad I didn't because Lindsay coordinated everything the entire day and the rehearsal! The ceremony was perfect and Lindsay made sure everything ran smoothly. The food at Oakhurst was not just good, it was so amazing and delicious, and we still have guests talking about the food even a month after! The appetizers were perfect, the main course was so delectable (we chose the beef tenderloin and boursin chicken), and the late night taco bar was a HUGE hit! The serving staff was so polite and prompt, and the bartender was so sweet and served every drink with a smile and well wishes! My husband and I actually woke up the nest morning sad that the whole day was over! Lindsay and Oakhurst exceeding our dreams and expectations and made sure our wedding was a fairytale. We can't wait to use Oakhurst again in the future for any showers and events, and we will recommend them to everyone! Thank you Lindsay and Oakhurst!!! :)

kly, and I felt that she was genuinely as excited as I was. Everything was so smooth, and she is definitely your girl putting in the extra time to make sure everything is perfect. Oakhurst is drop dead gorgeous. When we visited it was a no brainer, we HAD to pick this place for our reception. I couldn’t, and still can’t believe it’s in Clarkston! It feels up north. The tall ceilings and the balcony are absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic, our guests particularly loved the salmon. We also had the on site pastry chef do our desserts - cake pops, mini eclairs, mini cannoli’s, and mini lemon tartlets. They were gone so quickly! (This is a good sign lol). I just can’t say enough good things about this venue. I booked it in Jan 2017 to marry in June 2018, so do not hesitate! Boom ASAP! You won’t regret it!

k all of the decorations we brought and made them look so much better than I had hoped. Every detail the day of the wedding was taken care of for us so that we could just sit back, relax, and enjoy the day. The staff was so kind, polite, and efficient. The venue itself was stunning. The outdoor ceremony location was intimate and beautiful, with the picture-perfect pine background for pictures. The building is incredible, inside and out (as you can see from the pictures on this website). I couldn't believe how much our guests enjoyed the back porch overlooking the grounds with the fire pits and s'mores. So many people told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to, and other vendors remarked at how this was one of the most beautiful locations they had worked in. We couldn't be happier!

PROS: Gorgeous building, great flow between ceremony/cocktail hour/reception, outside balcony perfect for guests to walk around, trees and ivy in the back provide an awesome backdrop for pictures, EXCELLENT food, spacious women's locker room for bridal party with mimosas provided, friendly servers/staff, Regina (the coordinator) is professional and easy to work with. CONS: Charge you a $50 "temporary membership fee" but it does not grant you access to the golf course or the members-only bar, have to provide your own chair covers and floor-length linens if you want them, difficult for guests to hear speeches and see entrances if they are sitting in the side room and not the grand room, female club members still come into the locker room if your bridal party gets ready there (we had a club member rudely ask us to move so she could dry her hair while we were having our makeup done). Overall, we really had a lot of compliments about our venue and we were happy. The gorgeous space and delicious food outweighed the cons.

ace we got married at. The level of professionalism, knowledge and excitement from Lisa (who is sadly no longer there) was astounding. It’s hard to say that we compared venues “apples to apples” b/c of how well Lisa sold the place (which she barely had to speak and b/c we were already sold). When we officially decided that Oakhurst was it, we called Lisa and she had genuine excitement in her voice, and we knew that we had made the right choice. On a quick note, book Oakhurst WELL IN ADVANCE, as they book up far out, very early. We booked our wedding almost 2.5 years out, and they already had stuff scheduled for that month! When we learned that Lisa was no longer with Oakhurst, my wife actually cried b/c of how amazing she was. We were naturally very nervous about her successor, but after sending a few emails to Erin, we learned that she has experience, was professional and was very prompt in returning our calls and emails. We decided to go visit Oakhurst again, mainly b/c we wanted to meet Erin and explain our vision of our wedding, and we were immediately put at ease when talking with Erin, as she wasn’t much different from Lisa. After our meeting with her, Erin walked us around the venue offering us her opinions on how we should set up the rooms, where to put people, how to utilize our decorations and gave us several decoration ideas that we ended up using. As we got closer to our tasting, we grew more and more anxious to try the food we had heard so much about. When we arrived, we met Regina, the Event Coordinator. Words CANNOT express how amazing she is. Right from the beginning, it felt like we had known Regina for years, but she had a mother-like protection over us, doing all she could to make sure the wedding and reception were everything we had envisioned, but more on her later. As we sat there waiting for our food, we had the opportunity to meet the Head Chef. He came out and described how their kitchen operates (it’s a learning kitchen for young chefs…everything is supervised by him though!) The food was INCREDIBLE, and I don’t mean good, but INCREDIBLE! If I received that food in a restaurant, I would ask the server to send my compliments to the chef. It was unbelievably good! For the weeks leading up to the wedding, we seemed to send countless emails to Regina, which were met with prompt responses, making sure to answer ALL of our questions. At the rehearsal, Regina was her amazing self, giving all of us pointers on what to do, how thing should be set up, etc, even offering up some very useful tips to our officiant. Regina arrived early the day of to finish setting up the decorations and to make sure everything was perfect. You simply cannot ask for a more amazing coordinator than her, period. Oakhurst is gorgeous enough to impress all of your guests, but when they walk inside and are met by a friendly and attentive staff, it makes the night that much more enjoyable. We received endless compliments on the venue itself, the beauty of it, the home-like feel, the friendly staff and overall ambiance of the place. As the night progressed, Regina went home after her terribly long day and things continued to run incredibly smoothly. We don’t have one negative thing to say about Oakhurst. It is ABSOLUTELY worth the money!

Reginia was great working with me with my family's dietary needs and had it down perfectly for the food coming out. I loved Oakhurst and the natural beauty of it. The bridal suite was great and the attendant with us was so friendly and helpful the whole day. I really do not have much to complain about at all.

We did Coney dogs and fries as a late night snack which was a huge hit. Reginia and her staff were wonderful to work with. Everyone truly went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. If we had to do everything over, we would choose Oakhurst again and again!

time schedule, working with the cook to accommodate dietary restrictions, and asking all kinds of good questions to help your day go smoother to name a few. My only slight complaint is there is you have to book a long time in advance and the location can become expensive if you are on a budget.

bove and beyond our expectations from our first meeting to our wedding day. Any time I had a question about setup or spacing, Reginia and her team provided quick responses, usually with photographs or suggestions about how other receptions had been run. The day before the wedding, Reginia and her team took all of our decorations and made sure they were setup up beautifully and exactly to our expectations. The team at Oakhurst communicated with our vendors to make sure the timeline for our wedding day was perfect. In addition to making sure the prep for my husband and I was perfect, the team also worked hard to make sure our guests with food allergies were able to enjoy the meal. A few of our guests were able to communicate directly with Reginia and the wonderful chef delivered delicious meals for those with allergies. It was wonderful knowing that our family members who would normally worry about what they were eating were able to enjoy the night. Finally, our photographer gushed all evening about the many beautiful indoor and outdoor settings to take pictures. None of the other venues we explored would have given us as beautiful wedding photos as we got at Oakhurst. My husband and I have been to weddings in the area since ours (a few at more expensive venues) and haven't seen a more beautiful venue for a wedding/reception and certainly not a venue with better value. I am so glad my husband and I stumbled upon Oakhurst and would highly recommend them as a wedding and reception venue! Thank you, Oakhurst!

The venue itself was beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the patio, the large windows overlooking the lawn, and the spiral staircases down the reception hall. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

ing to work with. We occasionally had some communication lapses but I think that was more of a technicality issue than anything else. The grounds at Oakhurst make for some dream pictures and the staff was super helpful on the day of. The food is incredible, all I hear about is the chicken, shrimp cocktail and bruschetta! The staff treated my husband and I like royalty and they listened to every detail we asked for with our decor. When I walked into the main room for the first time I was truly speechless. The veranda makes for a great escape and we had the perfect fall day so we were beyond lucky. My only small complaint would be the service. We only had one bar after the cocktail hour which I was told wouldn't be an issue because there are servers. Which there were, but I don't think the servers ever made it known that they could get guests drinks so there was always quite a line at the bar which was in the third room. Other than that Oakhurst made our dreams come true.

them they are still pretty strict. Which don't get me wrong I understand your a private club but still I spent $30,000+ and still couldn't do somethings and had to beg to do which to me is nuts. Besides that it was absolutely amazing and got tons of compliments on how amazing the wedding turned out.

could have an outdoor ceremony and a nice backup plan in case of rain. Oakhurst was by far the most beautiful venue we looked at, it was the perfect backdrop for our wedding. Regina was able to work with our budget and was able to accommodate everything we wanted, even working with a bunch of food allergies! Regina and her team very very easy to work with. We felt like they put us first in everything, even when you know she's working with dozens of brides. Our wedding day was stress-free because of them. They let us bring in all of our supplies the day before and pick up everything the day after. She even held off the rain long enough for us to have our outdoor ceremony! The s'mores on the patio under a starry sky capped off the perfect day for us -- something we couldnt have gotten at any other venue. People still tell us how awesome the food was! I would recommend Oakhurst as a wedding venue to anyone.

ecial and priceless. One of our guests even called it the "Fairy Tale Wedding." We're more than happy with everything Oakhurst did for us, and we cannot wait to have a future baby shower there. :) Definitely would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

ordinator Regina! Every step was smooth and low stress. They definitely have things down to a science and go out of their way to provide what ever you can think to ask for. From Mimosas in the locker room while getting ready, to extra kids meals when guests arrived with unexpected young tagalongs. The whole day ran smoothly, like clockwork and I as the bride had very little to worry about, they took care of everything from making sure we were running on time to arranging the multitude of DIY decorations I brought in. I would absolutely use Oakhurst again for future events and encourage others to check them out!
