We asked for a really diverse variety of music that he was able to blend/mix seamlessly (motown, disco, r&b, hip hop, and even Arabic music). He will have every guest asking you in the following days, “where did you find your DJ? He was amazing!!” One of my bridesmaids even booked him for her wedding next year. DJ's at our venue and many of them are fantastic, but OBEHI is on a different level! WORTH EVERY PENNY! He set up different meetings to get a feel of exactly what we were looking for and what we need the day of. He did all of this, even though he already knew us. He knows how to read a room and knows what to play and when to play hit. He is so engaging with the crowd and will get out there and dance too! My guests absolutely loved him and even asked for his contact info for their future bookings as well. Even the staff at the Westin were raving about the DJ service. I am so so happy with Obehi and absolutely recommend him hands down!!!

He also facilitated the night nicely and remained funny/politically correct even when people wouldn't listen and take their seats! I would give him 10/10; we honestly have 0 complaints and he exceeded out expectations!

But a bit of a plot twist to this review, I have the pleasure of knowing Obehi personally as a friend before I ever knew he was going to DJ. The man he is on a day to day basis is the exact same as when he’s working as a DJ: authentic, real, cares for your soul, and makes you feel valuable as that is his goal everyday and every moment. There are plenty of people who are great at picking music and making things runs smooth for a wedding, but there’s only one who will go out of his way to make your wedding day extra special for you, your family, and your friends that spend their time and money to celebrate with you. Obehi truly is one of a kind. Love you, brother!

On top of that, he was intuitive and flexible to keep folks on the dance floor. Not only did he play the most wonderful dancing music, he interacted with our guests, he learned the names our parents and friends in a heartbeat, he got out and danced with us, AND retaught us dances that we forgot (electric slide - missed you old friend). When I tell you it was THE BEST PARTY, I am not exaggerating. If I could give Obehi 100 stars, I would. I already told my husband we need to book him for our 10-year anniversary party.
