This review is extremely overdue, but I absolutely had to share about Tina and her team. Tina is prompt with her responses, professional, and knows exactly what she is doing. She answered every question and every email in a timely manner, no matter how trivial. She was always accessible throughout the process. The best part about working with Tina is that she really does have a passion for design and an eye for what works and what doesn't. The day of the wedding I completely let go. She made day-of decisions with the decor and the space that worked out beautifully. I trusted her 100% to do what was best and she came through. Her team is also great! I can't thank them enough for making our day easy and memorable.

The question asks - what advice would you give a couple looking to get married here? ... DON'T. The wedding venue is BEAUTIFUL but this wedding venue/event coordinating service is a brick wall when it comes to flexibility. The value originally seems good until you start realizing you're getting nickel and dimed to death and all the things you wouldn't have to pay for elsewhere. We would've been able to get a beautiful all-inclusive place for the same price or less without the headache of dealing with this particular wedding venue.
- You are not allowed to be on the property without arranging a meeting with the coordinator. Which will cost you each time you need to go out there besides your initial tour, the one hour your allotted for rehearsal, and from 2pm-10pm the day of the wedding. You may not even meet there for your month-of-meeting. You then pay extra for the time needed and they schedule showings during your rehersal/day of the wedding
-They do the Bait & Switch. They will tell you things like you don't need a bartender and then make it an issue at the end getting your deposit back when you don't despite the fact that yu have email from her saying you DO NOT.
-Rules at River fork ranch such as no drinking past certain points and no smoking will make them keep your deposit despite the fact that there are ZERO signs on site
-You also will pay a $150.00 extra fee to have alcohol on site - in the words of tina this is for "You receive a security guard with the package, however if you are serving alcohol, there is a $150 alcohol fee that covers the additional security guards needed for serving alcohol." ..... for more checkout our review on Oh So Swank facebook or Yelp !
We decided to contact Tina at Oh So Swank! for our wedding invitations. She was not only prompt, willing to meet with us to discuss our invitation style, but was also very understanding of how much money we wanted to spend. The end product was simply amazing and beautiful!! She has great attention to detail and really works with your budget and style to produce an elegant, classic design. Her creativity really shines through the type of work she does! She was more than willing to keep re-designing our vision until our expectations were met. We are so excited to work with her for our wedding, as she will also be providing us with month-of coordination services. Don't hesitate to contact her for anything wedding related or event planning!! She will exceed your expectations!
I was apprehensive when it came to hiring a wedding coordinator! Tina went above and beyond to make sure the event was spectacular! We used her full wedding coordinating services. The invitations were amazing and her ideas were so creative! We did a chevron theme so we had chevron table cloths and the centerpieces were all hand made to look like real flowers minus the cost. She will always find things that you like! Great job!
Tina Moran and her team are true laborers of love. They will put in countless hours of painstaking effort to make sure that every bride has the most magical wedding experience. The best part is, you can choose how involved you want to be with the process. I preferred the hands-off way of doing things, and only had to make decisions about which design I liked more.
Honestly, there is no other way of doing a wedding! They are like Pinterest on steroids!
Being in law school I felt a waive of stress once I started to look into planning our wedding. Getting full coordination through Oh So Swank was the best decision I could have made - they took care of EVERYTHING. The price might seem hard to swallow at first, but it was so worth it in the end.
Tina and the rest of the planners in the office created a beautiful event, and what I could have thought of on my own having to do all the coordination and planning myself would have been nothing like what we had. It was really to me my perfect wedding, and it was so nice to know that on the actual wedding day I (and my groom and parents) literally had to do nothing but show up and enjoy ourselves. The ladies took care of everything that whole day and it was just amazing when we walked into the reception room and saw the everything - if you are looking for someone to really make your wedding day special then you have to go to Oh So Swank!

Tina and her team began planning our wedding to make it a spectacular event for my family and friends but it quickly attracted the attention of the producers of Platinum Weddings who turned our wedding into a national show. Our wedding can still be seen on the WE channel-- all because of the hard work and natural talent of the Oh So Swank team.
Tina and her staff at Oh So Swank! did an outstanding job on our big day. The staff paid so much attention to every detail. Our families were astonished at how beautiful the venue was. Originally the walls of the banquet room were pink with lattice and none of that was visible. The room was so beautiful. All of their planning really paid off. I can't think of anything to critique. Any and all questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. thank you so much for your dedication and effort.
I hired Oh So Swank! for their month-of service coordinating. Tina and her team did a wonderful job! They are very organized and ran the entire rehearsal and handed out timelines to the bridal party. On the day of my wedding, everything went so smoothly and exactly how it was planned on her master timeline. I would definitely recommend Tina and Oh So Swank! to any bride planning a wedding. And that's why we hired Tina and her staff at oh so swank! I didn't even know where to begin to plan the wedding part my husband and I had already picked the venue but still needed the details to make our day happen. I went to a bridal show in Visalia and picked up a booklet it was all sooo overwhelming I saw there ad in the and the looked up there website I fell in love with her work! We made an appointment met with her and her staff. It was truly a blessing and headache free from planning. All we had to do was provide her with a budget and decisions the day of our wedding it was more than I had visioned. It was beautiful and worth it.
We first ran across Tina Moran and Oh So Swank! when we had contacted a possible venue and asked for a wedding planner reference. After meeting with Tina, she pointed out what she does and how she does it and showed us the detail and continuity of each event. This clearly opened our eyes and made us realize that in order to pull off a classy, elegant wedding like we wanted, we needed her professional help.
Our details meeting was thorough and lengthy and covered every possible expense for the wedding. We set a budget of what we could afford and tailored the expenses and guest count to make it work. This was not easy and, in some cases, was disappointing to have to hear. Tina, however, was realistic and made us realize what we could have with the money we had to work with. This saved us from making the grave mistake of going way over budget a month before the big day.
As our day approached, she provided samples and proofs of everything we needed or requested. We hired her to do all our Save The Dates and invitations as well. With both of our busy schedules, this alieviated a huge burden of stress.
Our wedding day was a dream come true. The wedding was gorgeous and the reception was better than imagined. Every detail was spot on and tied back into our color schemes and overall theme.
More importantly, we just basically showed up. Tina and her assisstants told us where to go and when. We didn't have to think. We didn't have any unneeded worries. The flow was flawless, and if in fact it wasn't, we didn't know about it. That, in itself, was worth her price.
We would highly recommend Oh So Swank! to anyone who needs a A+ planner. If you have a concept or idea of what you want your wedding to be like, Oh So Swank! can put it all together and make your wedding day extraordinary.
Oh So Swank helped my mom and I not only envision the most beautiful fairy tale wedding I could have ever imagined but made the dream come true! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day...every single detail was simply amazing! I've been told by so many people that the wedding was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been too. We were even told by a friend, "this will be the wedding of the century." :) They are a wonderful team to work with!
