Your experience with your bridal salon does not end the day you say "yes", if it did, then this would be a four or five-star review. I'm taking one star off for communication. I understood per the payment fine print that sometimes the estimated arrival date is just an estimate. What I did not anticipate was for the arrival date to go and come with no phone call, email, etc about what was happening. The dress was estimated September '24. My dress arrived on November 3rd for my November 13th wedding. I had to call in early October asking for an update and got nothing other than "we will let you know". Another star off for professionalism, when my mother personally went to the store in very early November for anything more of an update than "it will be here", she was told it was "normal" to not have the gown three weeks out. Anyone in the wedding industry knows that is not true. Again, all update inquiry correspondence coming from our end, not theirs. Finally, one star off for the rushed work their alterations team did. They offered to comp the alterations after the wait and stress they put me through, but I wish I had just taken my gown and left because the rushed hem work caused my gown to "flip" upwards due to the poor hem job. I did notice it at the final fitting and they did "hot press" it which did nothing but I was so over it at that point that I just had them bag it up so I could find another solution. I was so lucky to have an amazing friend who was able to correct it. My friend let me know that no "hot press" would've corrected the issue. It was simply a poor, rushed job. (My final fitting ended up being November 5th, with a November 7th pick-up, giving my friend just one week to correct their work) I will give credit that the shopping experience was fun and special and the selection is great if you love drama and glitter like I do. However, no one should have to question if their dream dress will arrive and have to hunt down real answers the way I did. I value honesty so much and if they were transparent from the get-go, maybe this would be a different review. I just wish when I ordered the gown in April I knew what journey was ahead of me. I feel like the "taking your gown home and knowing it's waiting for you in a closet" is such an irreplaceable type of memory I don't have because I spent what should've been my final fitting months wondering if it was going to arrive at all.

Olivia Grace Bridal & Alterations was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout my entire engagement era. This was actually the only wedding dress store I went to and it was such a wonderful experience. I tried on all different shapes and absolutely fell in love with the dress of my dreams. I searched high and low for the perfect gown and the girls at OG really listen, watch, and get to know you! I am so happy with the dress I chose there! Also, the alterations were smooth and came out perfect. The patience the had was also incredible. I cannot recommend them enough!
