We are forever indebted to Michelle and Olivia Grace Events for the absolute perfection that was our wedding. We started off the wedding process confident that we would be able to ...
do it ourselves. After picking the venue, we realized that we were out of our depth and needed support. Michelle was available, honest and realistic (which we needed), and 100% on our sides. Once Michelle learned our style and dreams, she picked the perfect selection of vendors that allowed us to make decisions without being overwhelmed. On my wedding day, I was so happy to see all of my friends and family, but I was so comforted to know Michelle was there, making everything work! We are so lucky to have worked with her and her team.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle as a fellow vendor, and look forward to any chance we get to work together! As a florist, I really appreciated her attention to...
detail, transparency about client requests, and organization. She was communicative, kind, and professional throughout the entire planning process and wedding day. She also has an impeccable eye for design which goes such a long way. It's difficult to find all of these qualities in a planner -- I can't recommend her enough!
I'd recommend Michelle & Olivia Grace Events to everyone! She made the planning process so easy and the day-off went off perfectly.

nning, and with each of us working full-time, we didn't have the capacity to manage this on our own. Michelle made this very easy on us. She started by learning about our style, vision, budget, etc. She then created a bunch of resources for us, such as a budget tracker, timelines to follow, and more. Michelle would then help us narrow in on our best options (e.g. for venues, photographers, invites) and let us choose from there. I really appreciated that she made sure we made progress over time and didn't have an unnecessarily busy days/weeks before the wedding day (e.g. when to get the license, picking music). She also was very communicative throughout.
There isn't anything that I would change. Thank you to Michelle and team!
Michelle (Olivia Grace Events) was a dream to work with! I’ve heard so many stories about how stressful wedding planning can be, but it was actually so fun designing, planning and ...
getting married thanks to Michelle. She immediately understood our vision and suggested vendors that were on point but still within our budget. I especially appreciate that she is up to date on the trends but can also advise on what will look timeless. I also liked that she’d text or share instagram posts of things she thought I’d like and was totally willing to adjust orders (multiple times!) and communicate with vendors if I did want to incorporate something new.
We had our wedding at my in-laws’ home, so I was nervous about all of the vendors working in an unfamiliar space (especially catering using a home kitchen!), but Michelle managed everyone flawlessly and did walk throughs with each vendor to make sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day.
Michelle is also the most detail-oriented person I’ve ever met. She was always five steps ahead of me and thought through every detail down to timing the shuttles so that they didn’t have to pass each other on the narrow road leading up to the venue. When I mentioned that I was worried about it being too warm during cocktail hour, she had already looked into renting umbrellas to keep guests comfortable and moving the charcuterie table to a cooler location. She kept us on track for paying our vendors and was knowledgeable about how the rental companies drop off and pick everything up.
My husband and I had the BEST stress-free wedding day because we had full trust in Michelle. We miss planning with her, but we still keep in touch. We are SO grateful we had Michelle on our team and can't thank her enough!!
Hiring Michelle of Olivia Grace Events is hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. Michelle’s immaculate attention to detail, calm demeanor, and take charge attitude are ...
the perfect combination in a wedding planner. The few small issues that came up, Michelle handled/came up with solutions to before even telling us, which prevented so much stress along the way. Michelle made sure to understand our vision so she could help us create our perfect day. When I hear other people talk about how stressful wedding planning was, I feel extra lucky to have had Michelle as I truly never felt stressed or overwhelmed by the process. Our day went so smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing that day besides enjoying each other and our guests. During the planning process, Michelle became a friend and confidant. We are beyond grateful for her and will miss her endlessly!
From our first interaction with Michelle, we were extremely impressed with her kindness, organization, and attention to detail. She made it evident that our interests were her top ...
priority and her thorough, careful approach to the planning process helped keep us at ease in the months and days leading up to our wedding. On the big day itself, Michelle and her team executed flawlessly, helping to coordinate across all vendors, having everything and everyone in the right place, and ultimately helping create a spectacular event our friends and family are still raving about to this day. By the end of this process Michelle wasn't simply our wedding planner, but someone we grew close to and now consider a friend. We are extremely grateful for Michelle and the passion, detail, and fun she brought to our 6 months of working with her. To anyone looking to hire a wedding planner, we can't recommend Michelle enough!

iable. Our wedding weekend was, without a doubt, the best weekend of our lives -- and without Michelle, none of it would have been possible. Not a single reservation comes to mind when recommending Michelle for your future events. She is simply the best.

We worked with Michelle this past year as our day of coordinator and are so glad we did! About 8 weeks out from the big day, Michelle took over all coordination with our vendors - ...
she familiarized (read: memorized, really!) herself with the contracts and immediately got to work solving some problems I had missed in the planning process (ie our event rental drop off window was not properly considered!). It was such a relief to have Michelle on our side - negotiating with our vendors and our venue hand in hand.
Michelle brought our wedding day to life - completely executing my *very specific* vision. Our wedding day was stress-free knowing Michelle was on-site handling all.the.things. Our wedding was stretched across three mini-sites at our venue (with a hillside and lots of stairs) which I'm sure complicated things - Michelle basically needed to be in multiple places at once throughout the wedding day. She somehow handled it all, and if there were any mishaps, we had no idea!
Thank you Michelle, for allowing us to focus on soaking in our big day.
Getting married involves a myriad of decisions. There are the obvious large ones - venue, time of year, invitations, dress etc - but there are thousands of small ones to contend wi...
th, as well. We met with 3 wedding planners, all great and capable, but Michelle stood out head and shoulders above the rest.
Her attention to detail and her dogged advocacy on our behalf gave us a peace of mind through out the entire process, which was invaluable. She not only mitigated the stress inherent in being center stage but allowed us to be FULLY PRESENT for our special day and enjoy the day without any other thoughts but our friends, family, and our love for each other. The best decision you could possibly make on your journey towards your perfect wedding is hiring Michelle.
Not only is she a talented designer and event producer, Michelle takes the time to go above and beyond all expectations. Her ability to see the big picture early (and help us see it) allowed us to fully conceptualize how our wedding day would unfold and helped to keep us on task in a way which would have been impossible on our own. Also, she is just plain fun to be around and makes you feel as if you’re working with an old friend. I could go on and on but the point is this: hire Michelle as your full time wedding planner. Out of all the decisions we made, this one was definitely our favorite.
I can’t begin to describe how wonderful it was working with Michelle for the last 2.5 years! She helped us create the most beautiful and stress free day. She also helped us plan no...
t one but TWO different weddings because of COVID & the forest fires. Wedding planning can be a lot but Michelle is so kind, and easy to talk to that our planning sessions were such a highlight for us even amidst all of the craziness of the last couple of years. We had a lot of factors that made planning an extra challenge, and Michelle went above and beyond and helped us plan the most beautiful day from start to finish. Our day was even better than we could have imagined. We’ve had friends and family repeatedly telling us how it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to and it’s all thanks to Michelles hard work & incredible eye for design! We can’t recommend her enough!

of all she is really honest and candid about what’s best for the couple and the special day. She made my role as bride easy and enjoyable. I would recommend her with five stars, I missed talking with her when was over!

ery stage, Michelle was there to make sure every detail was thought through carefully and managed flawlessly. Our wedding was exactly as we envisioned and she executed every aspect of it with total commitment to our wishes and best interests. Michelle is truly amazing at her job and a delight to work with!
Where to start? Michelle is an amazing planner and designer - we found her via Instagram and sought her help with a hail-mary idea - a micro-wedding (16 people) on just over 2 week...
s notice. Although it was short notice and small, we wanted the day to feel like a wedding and not a dinner party. And boy, did Michelle deliver!
From our first phone conversation onwards, Michelle was simply wonderful. I was completely overwhelmed and stressed when I first spoke to Michelle about our idea, but that all changed. She immediately prioritized and organized what we needed to accomplish (what types of vendors did we need, budget ranges, recommendations) and then started actioning (negotiating contracts, designing table settings). Throughout she listened to our needs/want, made critical recommendations, and acted as a knowledgeable sounding board as we weighed options.
By the time we got to the wedding day, I felt great! Michelle had coordinated with all the vendors, put together a detailed timeline, and thought of every last little detail. We didn't have to think or worry about any of the planning or logistics that day! Huge win!
On top of all of this, the wedding was stunning. I had given limited guidance on design but Michelle ran with it and the end result was a dream.
Most importantly, Michelle is calm, kind and thoughtful (even in high-stress situations). If I could give 10 stars, I would!
I feel for any bride who had plans for a wedding in 2020. In a year that’s been impossible to plan I am grateful that we were able to pivot our plans and elope. My one piece of adv...
ice in trying to plan through COVID is to find yourself a kick-ass planner like Michelle. Because if you can navigate a wedding seamlessly through a pandemic, you can do anything. Michelle is organized, thoughtful, knowledgeable and always a step ahead. Plus she has a great sense of humor and is a joy to be around! And believe me I’ve needed plenty of occasions for humor this year.
Leading up to our ceremony, Michelle made sure communication was buttoned up (we had multiple check-ins) and all things were accounted for. When we were figuring out transportation plans and weren’t sure how my husband and I were going to get to the ceremony separately without seeing each other, she willingly volunteered to pick me up on her way. I wish there was footage of her stuffing me into her front seat with my enormous gown! Little moments like that go a long way and make you feel cared for as a client.
Our ceremony was perfect – intimate, relaxed, fun. And I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Unfortunately for Michelle she is stuck with us for another year (at least), but seeing what she was able to do with our ceremony gives me all of the confidence that our reception is going to be the party of the century.
Michelle is more than just a planner, she is a friend and I would recommend her to anyone in my network. Thank you Michelle for going above and beyond!

seating for the guests at both the ceremony and reception. Every detail from the ceremony timing to the elegant touches at the reception was top notch. Very very impressed by the high quality all around. I have utmost admiration for Michelle. I highly recommend Olivia Grace Events
Michelle was incredibly friendly, and paid immense attention to detail. She was easy to communicate with, and created amazing spreadsheets of due dates and checklists that made my ...
life so much easier.
The week of our wedding PG&E sent out an advisory that our venue you may be without power the day of our wedding. I called Michelle in a panic when I got off work, and Michelle had already contacted the vendors, figured out their power needs and located generators. She said she had not contacted me sooner because she did not want to add to my stress. We did not end up needing to enact the Plan B with generators as we did not lose power, but Michelle spending her day drawing up an alternative plan meant the world to me and made my whole body relax after we spoke.
I don’t have enough space to write all the lovely and amazing things she did to make our day so special. Everyone she came into contact with at our wedding raved about her. My Matron of Honor was jealous she had not used Michelle for her own nuptials a few months prior!
Michelle was such a life saver on my wedding day and even before my wedding day! She was hired as just a day of coordinator, but Michelle went above and beyond and came with me to ...
my venue that was across the bay, multiple times to meet various vendors and she also was there to help with the rehearsal. She helped set up various tables for decor the day of and she helped make sure that everything was on time and running smoothly. Our wedding day went on without a hitch and we couldn't have done it without Olivia Grace Events! Thank you Michelle!
Phenomenal Experience!

ing smoothly but she knows how to handle the completely unexpected and make it perfect. Our gorgeous outdoor venue was rained out the day before the wedding. MIchelle took the reins and turned a frumpy alternate space into a magical masterpiece that took your breath away and wowed the bride and groom beyond their imagination. I can't speak highly enough of Michelle's talent. Her grace under pressure is the icing on the cake!

o detail, excellent ability to multi-task, and a breadth of experience in the area. One of the most important things about a planner (which you will find once in the wedding planning process) is the need for quick response times and organizational skills. So many of your vendors will drop the ball. Michelle will be there to pick it up and make sure you don't even notice it was dropped. I did not want to be bothered or worry about anything on my wedding day, and Michelle made sure that happened. Flawless coordination; don't even waste your time emailing other planners (unless you want to see how bad they are LOL!).
Best planner EVER!
Michelle is the most amazing event planner. For over a year, Michelle guided my wife-to-be and I through the wedding process. She was at every vendor appointmen...
t, coordinated with the venue, and helped outline necessary tasks with a schedule and timeline. Not only did she coordinate the wedding itself, she also planned the welcome party and post wedding brunch. She was there for us whenever we needed her by phone/text/email and would respond at a moments notice.
My wife and I got married in May of 2019 in Napa. Of course it decided to rain on our wedding day (in May...). After a year of perfectly timing out and coordinating an outdoor wedding, Michelle had to make a 180 turn and make everything happen indoors. Lucky for us, we were worry free (for the most part) as we knew Michelle would make it perfect, and that she did.
My wedding weekend was by far the most fun I have ever had, and I attribute that to Michelle Lücker.
A+ Service!

wn to earth. When I needed ideas she had great ones, and when I was stressed out she really listened to my needs and concerns and focused on addressing those issues rather than pushing her own agenda. On my wedding day she was extremely well prepared with contact lists, timelines, diagrams of where all the decor would go, etc. I am an executive assistant and I plan events as part of my job, so I have very high standards and sometimes hesitate to let go of control and trust someone else will do it right. With Michelle I had 100% confidence and was able to completely let go and enjoy the day while knowing she was handling everything - and she did! I would recommend Olivia Grace Events in a heartbeat!
Michelle is amazing! I hired her to help plan and organize a baby shower for 50 people. The baby shower was for my best friend and I wanted all of the details to be personal and sp...
ecial. Unfortunately, I have two small children and am a full time nursing student. I did not have the time or energy needed to pull the party off myself. I also live three hours away from the venue. Michelle took my ideas and turned them into the most beautiful shower. She guided me through the invitation process all the way to table design and napkin ties. I cannot count how many people complimented me at the shower on how beautiful, creative and classy the presentation was. I could not have done this without her. She went above and beyond. I cannot wait to have another party so I can hire her again!
