Lindsey and her team were the absolute best to work with. From the very beginning Lindsey was so organized, had great communication, and so knowledgeable. We did the design package as well, which was so helpful to bring our vision to life. The weeks leading up and day of Lindsey made us feel so calm. Her team the day of was so on top of it, I didn’t worry at all about the details or timeline at all. She truly made the day perfect and would recommend her to everyone!!
5 stars isn’t enough to give to Lindsey and her team! Lindsey is the most helpful person when it comes to planning a wedding! She is incredibly knowledgeable and so communicative, she puts all of your wedding worries and questions at ease. The monthly check list to keep you on track and up to date is just one example of how much easier your special day will be with her guiding you. All of the small details that you never would think of, the folding of napkins for example, she has covered and will guide you into choosing the right option. She is also great at keeping you on budget. The minute we met her, we both knew we made the right choice by hiring her to help us with our wedding. Our wedding was even more beautiful and perfect than we could have ever dreamed of, all thanks to Lindsey. Lindsey is seriously the best of the best!
I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!!! Do yourself a favor and hire Lindsey and the Ooh La La team for your wedding or large event! I was so nervous to hand my vision over to a stranger, and Lindsey executed beyond my wildest dreams! It helps that she is just SO lovely and easy to work with! I hired her as a "part-time" planner as I knew I wanted to hire my vendors and then hand everything off to her a few months before the wedding. She provided vendor recommendations for the few I had yet to book late last year, and was SO communicative the entire process, which I really appreciate. I am pretty Type A and like things to happen a certain way, and not only did I have ZERO stress leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day, Lindsey made the whole process easy and FUN, which is how it should be!!! I am so glad I was able to just sit back and enjoy every step of he process thanks to Lindsey and her amazing team!

I would recommend Lindsey & her team to ANYONE, but especially if you're looking to throw a luxury wedding without breaking the bank. We planned a European garden style wedding and wanted it to feel high end, but save money where we could. Her team pulled off a beautiful, fairy tale wedding that absolutely brought my mood board to life while staying on budget!
Lindsey is the Type A planner of my dreams. She was extremely proactive, and was quick to offer recommendations anytime I didn't have an obvious decision. Oftentimes she would lay out multiple options, the pros and cons of each, and then give her recommendation and why, which made decisions so easy for me amidst the stress of planning. She would also point out things that I would never have thought of (like tented placecards potentially blowing away in the wind) and areas where it wasn't necessary for us to upgrade, instead saving costs (like using catering spoons for dessert instead of the nicer rented ones, or only doing a half-pour for welcome drinks). She was extremely quick to offer alternative solutions, and it was so reassuring to have a true expert keeping me on track through all the details.
Lindsey fully understood my vision, and was extremely dedicated to it. I gave her a mood board of inspiration photos and she would send me things she found that fit that vibe, so I knew she was constantly thinking about the final aesthetic and making it as amazing as possible. Day-of, it was such an incredible feeling to look at my wedding and see that it matched my vision perfectly. I loved the idea of having ribbon bows at the tables, so she and her team took the time to tie a ribbon to every single glass at our wedding, including the champagne tower! True dedication.
Lastly, but definitely not least, Lindsey was such a soothing presence for me throughout the planning process. She was still knocking out tasks left and right, but every time I spoke to her I left the call feeling so confident in how things were going. She was a soundboard when I needed it, and was such a reassuring voice when I was stressed out.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Lindsey and her team were throughout the planning process, and most importantly, during our wedding weekend. Whenever I talked to new vendors and they asked who I was working with I was always met with a “Oh she’s great, you're in great hands” after I said Lindsey’s name, and I wanted to tell them I already knew. Linsey made everything easier, less stressful, and more seamless throughout the wedding process. I was able to wake up on our wedding day not worrying about all of the little details I had spent the last year obsessing over because I knew Lindsey and the reset of her team at Oh La La Planning had got it. My wedding day was beyond what I could've ever imagined, and at least so far probably the best day of my life, and I owe that in part to Lindsey.

We were told by friends that hiring a wedding planner will be the best money you spend on your wedding and that is 1000% true. Hiring Lindsey and Ooh La La was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. Initially speaking with her on the phone I felt so comfortable and the conversation just flowed so naturally, she made me feel so at ease right away! She was bubbly and sweet, very professional and provided such good knowledge and information about the wedding industry. I knew immediately that she was the right fit and that I’d be in excellent hands working with her.
We hired Lindsey as a partial planner and was able to start working with her immediately, ~14 months out from our wedding date. Throughout the entire wedding planning process she was always so attentive and communicative, checking in and making sure we were doing good and if we needed her help on anything. Her detailed monthly checklist kept us on track and she was always there to answer emails or calls if I ever had questions or wanted her professional opinion on vendors or design decisions.
10 months out we got to meet Lindsey in person and do a venue walk through before our design/rental meeting (which was so fun!!). Prior to that meeting she helped put together a beautiful design mood board to help capture what my vision was for the day. She did such a great job and really nailed exactly whah I was looking for! Made me feel so good working with someone who understood my vision and knew how to execute within our budget. It was all truly perfect!
We got to meet with Lindsey again for our final meeting a few months out and go through a full walk through of the wedding day timeline. She was so detail oriented, it was amazing. Lindsey took over all logistics at 90 days out and was the one who was checking in with all of our vendors on timing, etc. I trusted and knew that I wouldn’t have to worry about it all and that she would do such a great job handling all the behind the scenes work, and she did!!
Lindsey called me a few days before the wedding to check in and I said to her that I wanted us to be able to show up as guests on our own wedding day, and we got to do just that! She took care of EVERYTHING. I didn’t have to worry about one single detail coming together as she handled literally everything!!! Her detailed timeline for the day kept everyone on track and never made us feel rushed. We really got to fully enjoy our entire day and be fully present from start to finish all thanks to Lindsey and her team. Her execution was impeccable and the flow of the day was so seamless from start to finish. Walking into our dinner area for our grand entrance and getting to see the beautiful design of the tables, exactly as I envisioned, put the biggest smile on my face and I felt that same way about each part of the day, everything went so smoothly. She knocked it out of the park!! If I could give them a 10 star review I would. I can’t thank Lindsey and her team enough. My husband and I are just over the moon with how the whole day turned out ❤️❤️❤️ we’re very happy newlyweds!

We highly recommend Lindsey for all your wedding planning needs, in fact we wished that we would have found her sooner. Planning a wedding for 250+ guests was a daunting endeavor for us, but once we found Lindsey, everything started falling into place. Lindsey worked with us on the vendors that we had already selected and provided guidance on the balance. She helped and guided us as we made all of the necessary decisions (oh boy the decisions!) and provided unique suggestions that helped make the day extra special. As it got closer to the big day, she coordinated all the vendors and created realistic timelines. One of the most reassuring comments that Lindsey made after the rehearsal was “Mom, enjoy the day, you are now a guest”. And boy was she correct. We didn’t worry about anything from that point forward. Lindsey and her team took over, executed on her design and ensured that everything ran flawlessly. We were able to be present and enjoy the day! It was truly a dream come true kind of day!
Hiring Lindsey and Ooh La La was by far the greatest decision we made for our wedding (and we had to make a LOT of decisions). Not only is Lindsey the consummate professional and knows this industry inside and out, but she is one of the warmest and friendliest people I know. She immediately put me at ease in our first conversation, and provided invaluable advice at every step of the planning process.
Lindsey came in at the 90 day mark for us (though we were in consistent communication from day 1 which was SO helpful, including a detailed venue walk through) and took over all communication with our vendors, which was a huge weight off my shoulders and meant I could enjoy the weeks leading into the wedding without having a mile-long to-do list - she took care of it all.
And when rain threatened our big day, she kept us calm, walked us through all our options, and continued to provide updates in the days before the wedding. It did end up raining the morning of our wedding, and thankfully let up before the ceremony - but you would never know it was pouring just hours before, Lindsey, her team, and our vendors made the space feel absolutely perfect and romantic.

We are from out of state and Lindsey made planning our California wedding so much easier than it would have been had we done it on our own. My first impression of Lindsey was how easy she is to talk to and how knowledgable she is about all things wedding in wine country. Lindsey went out of her way for us to check up on the landscaping/building progress at our venue during the months leading up to our wedding. I plan corporate events for work, and the ease of working with Lindsey, from the monthly checklist, spreadsheet updates, and check-ins made the whole process easy and enjoyable. With any events, mix ups are bound to happen, not once did we know of anything going on, Lindsey and staff were completely on top of it and the weekend was more than perfect. We called her to get an idea if a Sonoma dream wedding was in the cards for us, and 11 months prior to our date, she was helpful as can be and the reason we had enough information to decide Sonoma was a possibility for us! Before we even signed with our venue, we signed on with Ooh La La as coordinator for our big day! Lindsey was so helpful providing vendor recommendations that seemed like a best fit for us, and was always so personable! We were so grateful for her high level of detail and organization, prompt response time and honest communication - the exact right fit for us! She made everything easy! There are not enough words to describe this company, the wonderful women, and the service they provide. Let me start by saying that when we chose to work Ooh La La as our wedding planner we had no idea what was in store for our journey. From the beginning, Lindsey was proactive with phone calls, emails, timelines, vendor suggestions, budgeting, etc. I knew right away I was in good hands and this would be the wedding of my dreams and she would not let me down in any way. We picked a beautiful venue, had all vendors secure, and our rental meeting done. I was in disbelief of how stress free planning this dream wedding was! Two days after our rental meeting, our venue burned to the ground in the kinkade fire, 6 months before our date. This was devastating for us all. While I was certain I wouldn't find anything I loved as much, and didn't want to start over, she took the reins and proved me wrong. Sure enough, Lindsey helped me find another gorgeous venue that we fell in love with even more and single handedly coordinated with each of my vendors to change location (different town mind you) along with rentals, etc to match the new venue. This was not even part of her job with the package that I signed up for. We had our final walkthrough at our venue 2 months out and every detail was in place. Almost one month out, COVID 19 was hitting hard and we were forced to make the heartbreaking decision to cancel our wedding. We had no idea when we would be able to replan it because of how unpredictable this situation was, and with family members that were having health issues, we could not put them at risk and couldn't imagine a wedding without our family. Through tears, I told Lindsey our decision and she was 100% supportive. Once again, Lindsey took the wheel and went above and beyond her job description and handled the cancellation with the venue and all of my vendors and took every bit of the stress and heartache on herself. Not to mention, I wanted ZERO back from Lindsey because not only did she plan one, but TWO weddings for me and soooo much more. She became a friend and my right hand man during those 9 months of planning. But of course, being the wonderful woman she is, she sent me money back (much to my dismay). We ended up having a small zoom ceremony in our backyard on our actual date and look forward to the day when we can have a wedding, my dad can walk me down the aisle, and we can celebrate with our loved ones. To be honest, one of the hardest parts of this all was not having Lindsey there on my wedding day! She has repeatedly checked in with me just to say hi, and even texted me on the morning we tied the knot. I cannot recommend Lindsey and Ooh La La enough. If you are thinking of planning a wedding, call her!!! She will not let you down and you will surely be in good hands and have the wedding of your dreams.
The ladies at Ooh La La are incredibly kind, talented, prepared, and professional. We worked with Lindsey and Delaney who made sure we were supported throughout the entire wedding planning process even when we booked the basic package; they went above and beyond because they care and are passionate about their work! Ooh La La also coordinated my sister-in-law’s beautiful wedding, so I’ve seen first-hand how they can bring each client’s unique vision to life while impressing guests on the big day. Their immense attention to detail and ability to holistically view all wedding logistics ensured our wedding was effortlessly and flawlessly executed, which thankfully minimized my stress in the months and days leading up to the wedding. While everything was planned and scheduled, they allowed for flexibility and made every moment of our wedding day feel smooth, so we and our guests could truly enjoy ourselves and remain present in the moment. They are also the absolute best communicators, responding to every question and providing transparent answers, ideas, and solutions for us as well as for the vendors. They are such a joy work alongside and will elevate your wedding experience!
Delaney was amazing! I had researched A LOT of wedding planners in the Napa area, and I knew when we initially spoke to Delaney that she was going to be the right fit for us. She’s so energetic and positive, and she really helped guide us through the whole process. She listened to our ill-defined vision for our wedding and was able to translate it into a beautiful design and connect us with vendors who really got what we were going for. Delaney didn’t miss a single detail, which is great because we didn’t even know what details we were supposed to be looking for! She really goes above and beyond - there was a miscommunication with the venue and we weren’t going to be able to use the same set of rental chairs for our ceremony and reception as we had originally thought. That meant we would have had to rent an extra set of chairs or use the generic ones provided by the venue. We were disappointed, but decided to save money and use the generic chairs. Well, behind the scenes, Delaney and our florist rescued our original vision and convinced the venue to let us use the rental chairs for both!
Despite dealing with the uncertainty of the PG&E blackouts, the day of our wedding went off without a hitch, all because of Delaney’s expert planning and guidance, and her calm and cool ability to handle anything. I’ve already recommended her to all my friends getting married in the next year or so, and will continue to sing her praises to anyone who will listen! If you’re thinking of hiring Ooh La La, don’t hesitate because it will make a stressful process so much better.
We loved working with Delaney at Ooh La La Weddings. She was always easy to get a hold of and quick to follow up with answers to our (many) questions. She helped us simplify big decisions without pushing us one way or the other. Not only was Delaney an asset for planning, she also helped us with the overall design of the wedding - something we were totally lost on. With her help we were able to make our blurry vision for our wedding clear. She planned meetings with all the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page and always kept us up to speed. All of her work in the planning stages was amazing, but we couldn’t have done it without her on the day of the wedding. She did an incredible job of keeping calm, focused, and organized through everything. We especially appreciated how she deferred the endless stream of questions and demands from our family to her rather than us, allowing us to enjoy our day. While I won’t say planning a wedding was easy, working with Delaney was and we highly recommend her and the crew.

My husband and I were from out of state and had little knowledge about vendors in the area. Lindsey was so knowledgable and helpful, providing us with a list of vendors to choose from and great recommendations. When our vendors would ask us who are planner was and we mentioned Lindsey from Ooh La La, they all having raving reviews about working with her in the past, which made us feel even more confident in our decision.
A couple months before out wedding day we had a in person meeting with Lindsey and went over the entire day. After the this meeting, my husband and I were confident and relieved of any wedding stress we had before.
She was amazing on the day of our wedding and this allowed us to just enjoy the day fully. Whenever we had questions or there was an issue, she was already on top of it and made sure it was handled. Our biggest thank you goes to her for how much more we got to enjoy our day thanks to her and her teams effort!
My husband and I were originally referred to Ooh La La by a friend. We received a quick response from Delaney Juliet and instantly knew this was the right fit. We had the somewhat difficult task of planning a wedding in Napa all the way from New York and she eased our minds of all of our worries associated with long distance wedding planning. We loved Ooh La Las options for services because we were able to customize what worked for us and what we felt we needed assistance on. Delaney helped us find the perfect venue and helped us design and execute our beautiful day flawlessly. To say that she is talented is an understatement. She is beyond organized, timely, detail oriented, and more than that, an amazing and kind person.
The level of service we received was top notch and when people ask the obligatory question of what went wrong the day of or did anything happen I can genuinely say, “no!”. Every single thing was easy, on time, stunning, and seamless. Our guests actually have said that they have never been to a more beautiful wedding and we are so grateful to Ooh La La and Delaney. Where to start?! I chose Ooh La La to help plan our wedding after gushing over there content on their Instagram and on their website. Every wedding I saw was gorgeous and so I knew I was in luck. From the very first email, Delaney showed nothing but love and support for our big day. She made you feel like you were the only client she was working with by emailing quickly with thoughtful responses!
We chose to use Delaney as a partial planner but added on assistance with rentals. When we met for our rentals meeting she gave us great suggestions on ways to save money while keeping our style and theme in mind. I really appreciated this because the rentals were very important to me. However, we were starting to run out of our budget. So having her say things like "you could do without this," "I would do this instead of this", etc. REALLY helped us make decisions. She never pressured you into do anything though! Everything was very respectful and just her opinion and support.
Fast forward to our wedding day... Delaney kept things on track while letting us have fun! Our time schedule got a little messed up because we were having too much fun taking pictures. So instead of putting the pressure on us Delaney was very flexible. She would just quietly come and ask us "do you want to do this or this?" and then she would make it happen! It made our wedding day feel so stress-free.
Fun story that just goes to show how amazing Delaney is... We had just sat down to eat and speeches were about to start when my husband realized he left his suit from the night before, his over night bag for after the wedding, and all his other belongs in the back of his Uber. Slightly freaking, out his best man goes and tells Delaney. While the reception continues, Delaney handles everything. She called the Uber driver, dealt with his mean temper, and got all of Tyler's stuff back. This just goes to show that Delaney went ABOVE and BEYOND for our wedding. Tyler and I didn't even think about this hiccup because Delaney dealt with it.

Lindsey was the planner for both of my sisters’ weddings, and after seeing how smoothly she ran everything I knew there was no way I’d be getting married without her help! She offered her guidance and support every step of the way, and when she said she was taking over all of the vendor communication and logistics at our details meeting I could have cried! On our actual wedding day she had our timeline dialed in so well, and would let us know when it was time to mingle or sit down and eat, that we didn’t even have to think! We had decided on Cornerstone Sonoma as our venue, and having a day-of coordinator was required - (for good reason, as we absolutely could not have pulled off the day without one). We picked Ooh La La who was on the venue's preferred vendors list, but boy did we get lucky!!! Lindsey, who is the owner of Ooh La La, took us on as clients herself. Because we were not planning for anything elaborate in terms of decor, we went with their "basic package" instead of the full service package. But the service was WAY more than basic. Lindsey is not only super experienced and efficient, but also has such a warm but confident presence that makes you feel like you are talking to an old friend. She understood our busy work schedules and sent us documents/questions way ahead of our first meeting, so that we could cover the details and flow of the day efficiently but thoroughly. Both my husband and I were somewhat anxious after looking at the pages of questions, (as up until that point we were clueless about what goes into planning a wedding celebration), but after our meeting with Lindsey, we left feeling organized and educated - feeling like "ok, we can do this!". She also kept us on track by setting deadlines for us on when to decide on certain things, and sent out just the right amount of reminders. As the wedding day got closer, she called several times to just see "how I was doing", which I thought was really sweet.
We were planning for a traditional Nigerian ceremony with a bridal party, with a lot of moving parts (live drummer, officiant flying in from out of state, and live musician) in addition to the traditional vendors (catering/furniture rentals, shuttle for out of town guests, florist, cake, etc)... and due to my work schedule, a "rehearsal" was not possible. But Lindsey never batted an eyelash, reassured me that we will make it work without the rehearsal, and seemed genuinely excited about being a part of our wedding (at times, more than we were! LOL) After we had finalized vendors, she acted as the point of contact for them, confirming their time of arrival. Then, she emailed us a detailed minute by minute timeline of the day and the processional order, complete with a schematic of the venue, which I was able to email to our wedding party as instructions in lieu of a rehearsal! And she even communicated with our mom to figure out the details of the Nigerian ceremony.
Needless to say, under Lindsey's guidance, our day turned out PERFECT, even better than what we had imagined! Our family and friends had a blast and that is what we wanted for our day. Everything went smoothly and even when we got locked out of our on-site cottage where we had to do a dress change, Lindsey was right there with her walkie-talkie getting someone to come over with a spare key ASAP. She even took some photos/videos with her phone and texted them to us the next day! You can tell that she truly enjoys what she does, and we were so happy to have gotten to work with her. We recommend Ooh La La 1000%!

Lindsey made us feel at ease from the day we met her. We were pretty clueless about planning a wedding and she patiently answered countless questions, and was ridiculously responsive via email. At our planning meeting she helped us to sort through numerous details we had not thought of, including guest flow and rentals. And she brilliantly designed schematics for each step of our wedding, and on the day of the wedding, she and her assistant executed them flawlessly. Lindsey was so patient and attentive to every request I had. We just looked at our wedding photos, and after crying and laughing through the powerful moments, we looked at the setup photos and it was unbelievable. No detail, no matter how small, was overlooked. Lindsey made every request I had come to life. Everything looked stunning. It exceeded all expectations and visions we had. All of our guests commented they have never attended a wedding that flowed so effortlessly--there was never a down moment. Everything was perfectly on time with the timeline, it was a miracle.
There were also countless small moments that guests didn't see where Lindsey was a life-saver: When I got a spot on my dress before the ceremony, Lindsey and her assistant were there with Shout Wipes and got it out. If I even touched my hair to make sure it was in place, Lindsey was there with a bobby pin. Lindsey orchestrated the first look of my dreams, and then supported me every moment until I walked down the aisle, perfectly queuing every every bridal party member. When a random person tried to let himself into our wedding Lindsey handled it before we even knew it was happening. When we had problems with our venue weeks before the wedding, Lindsey smoothed everything over and made sure everything worked out perfectly on the day of. When our limo company made a mistake and tried to charge us overtime Lindsey sent them home and made sure we were refunded while we were on our honeymoon, we didn't even have to send an email. Lindsey even brought the personal items we forgot to our getaway car and personally blew bubbles for us every step there.
Everyone will always tell you "something always goes wrong at weddings" but those people haven't worked with Lindsey. Lindsey has a true gift--while executing weddings flawlessly she brings a genuine joy to the most powerful moments in life. I had been deep in wedding details for a year, but on the actual day, because of Lindsey, we were able to enjoy and live every moment. At the end of the day, Lindsey gave us the greatest gift: the ability to be more in the moment than we have ever been on the day when it matters the most. We will treasure that priceless gift for the rest of our lives.

Delaney was our wedding coordinator for our wedding- she did an UNREAL job. I typically am pretty relaxed but the day before I started getting wigged out by some last minute things and when I met with Delaney day of the rehearsal she put me immediately at ease!! She simply just took things out of my hands and with ease assured me it would get it done. Throughout the entire weekend she was so supportive and was on top of EVERYTHING she truly allowed me to just enjoy every moment and not have to think about anything else. She also was such a pleasure to work with prior to the wedding weekend but that weekend, she truly blew me away. I was fortunate enough to do an internship five years ago at a winery in Sonoma County where I met Lindsey and her team. Working with Lindsey behind the scenes introduced me to her team, her professionalism, attention to detail, and overall wonderfulness! I knew from that time that when I got married I would want Lindsey’s team to be my day of coordinator.
Fast forward to being engaged and planning our wedding. Our original venue required a licensed day-of-coordinator and I immediately reached out to Ooh La La Weddings.
Working with Lindsey has been an absolute dream! I’m a planner by nature myself so organizing the big items leading up to the wedding was easy to accomplish myself. We were met with a hiccup leading up to the wedding. The Tubbs fire in October unfortunately destroyed our original venue. During the craziness of those two weeks, Lindsey made sure to reach out to me and ask how we were doing and to give us the heads up that we needed to start looking for a backup venue as we weren’t sure what was actually happening with the original venue. Not only was she dealing with the fire in our hometown but she was also reorganizing weddings that were scheduled to take place during the time the fire was burning in Sonoma County and reaching out to her future brides to make sure they were updated on the status of their venues and weddings in general!
About two to three months before the wedding Lindsey stepped in organizing all the last minute details and coordinating with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. She has impeccable timing because right as she was stepped in, I was starting a new job and didn’t have as much time to dedicate to the wedding. She put our stresses and any worries about how our wedding day would go at ease. Lindsey was so prompt in all of her responses and so precise on all of her details. Her planning process is absolutely amazing! Although it may seem like quite a bit of money, my husband and I keep saying it was some of the best money we spent for the wedding!
The wedding day went so smoothly! Our team of vendors was absolutely amazing but Lindsey and Dylanie really brought everything to the next level. I just can’t say enough good things! I don’t know if this is properly conveying our gratitude and her amazingess but I am just filled with happy memories surrounding our wedding day!
Pulling up to the venue for the rehearsal I was feeling lots of stress about some family issues surrounding the wedding and also just having it all go smoothly. Lindsey met us at the car and immediately put my stress to rest. As soon as the rehearsal was over, I felt an amazing calm and knew that whatever happened on the day of the wedding was in Lindsey’s capable hands. And everything went amazingly!!!! We had the pleasure of working with Delaney from OhLaLa and couldn't be happier! We were hesitant to hire a coordinator as we were pretty on top of our planning, but Delaney and team saved the day. Throughout the process, Delaney was checking in to make sure all our details were square, reminding me of things I had not even thought of. Then we were displaced from both our original venue and hotel with two weeks to go due to the Sonoma fires, and the OhLaLa team not only helped get us relocated, they pulled off a flawless event with less then 14 days. Unfortunately, the night after our wedding marked the beginning of the devastating wildfires that swept across the area. I don't know how we would have achieved our dream wedding without our planner, Delaney. She was absolutely amazing to work with, so sweet, always calm, professional, and detail oriented. From our first phone call, I knew that she was the right person because she could see my vision and genuinely sounded so excited to help me plan my big day. She was extremely responsive over emails and always willing to chat on the phone as well (which I very much needed at times!) Because our venue had not had many weddings before, there were a number of details that we discovered along the way that we had not anticipated. Delaney helped us and our other vendors work through all of those in a prompt manner. She actively connected with our vendors to make sure they had all the information they needed to be ready on the day. While she was always happy to offer us her thoughts or suggestions, she would do so in an unbiased way and let us make the decision in the end. She truly cared about making our day perfect, down to the smallest details that she even took it upon herself to fold all the napkins the night before because I liked a particular fold. On the day, I had complete confidence that Delaney had everything under control, so I could just enjoy. She kept checking in with me and my husband to make sure we were having a good time and that everything was how we wanted it. Her assistants on the day were equally friendly and professional.
The list of vendors that Ooh La La shares with their clients really has some superstars. We absolutely loved every vendor we worked with. It saved us so much time since we didn't have to search from scratch!

Our small October 14 destination wedding at Kenwood Inn in Sonoma was planned over 8 months to perfection by Yesenia with just the right amount of communication. Who would have known that devastating wild fires would start in the area the week of our wedding. As a result, the venue had to change 4 days before to the Bay Area and it was uncertain how many of the vendors would be able to work. I know from the news that areas where Yesenia and other vendors live were highly impacted, resulting in mandatory evacuations. Through it all, Yesenia kept us posted and never once lost her cool and calm professional demeanor. When we finally settled on emergency venue 'plan D' in Sausalito, she and the others pulled together a wedding so beautiful that the new venue staff were taking photos to use to advertise. She even worked to get a refund for us from 'plan C' venue. Beyond her tremendous grace under pressure, she is warm and happy to go the extra mile. She didn't even blink an eye when I said I would like to ship 27 place settings of my china out to use for the dinner and then facilitated the return. Further indications of her professionalism were the compliments about her that vendors told to me in private. If I could give 10 stars to Yesenia, I would.
Hands down, hiring Ooh La La Weddings was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Immediately I knew that working with Lindsey would be a great fit. From our first initial phone call, it was clear that she was extremely professional, experienced, organized, and kind. Our venue required us to have a "day of coordinator," and Lindsey explained to us that Ooh La La's mentality was that even though we were only selecting the "day of" package, that she would be available for phone/email right from the get-go. Lindsey was hands down the best investment that we made in our wedding. My husband and I were planning from across the country and she made it the smoothest, calmest process that I never thought had been possible. Everything from the planning checklists that she provided to the incredibly prompt communication put me at ease and our day turned out beautifully. When I wasn't able to get to the rental company, she happily sent me swatches and pictures of 30 different tablescape ideas and when we were in a scramble with some of our other vendors, she quickly jumped in to ease communications so that I was able to focus on other aspects of the wedding. I'm a very type a person and admittedly not the easiest to please, and Lindsey not only surpassed my expectations but made sure that we booked vendors that would do so as well. We really couldn't have done it without her and couldn't recommend her more highly.
I worked with Lindsey from Ooh La La for our Sonoma wedding and can't say enough wonderful things about her. We did the basic package and added on "design consultation" from her a la carte menu -- I really felt like Lindsey went above and beyond. I felt like I had a full service planner!
1) She always answered emails thoroughly and promptly. I could always rely on a quick response from her, and she always provided valuable advice! Emails with an wedding expert is truly valuable.
2) She was 100% on top of talking to all my vendors and ensuring they delivered against all their contracts. I never had to worry that a vendor would fall through or not deliver because I knew she was on top of them!
3) I highly recommend doing the Design Consultation with Lindsey. She came with us in-person to the rentals place, and walked us through ALL the decisions we had to make. From napkin colors, types of silverware, lighting, and all these random things you didn't know you had to decide upon -- we were able to get it done together in just a few hours. If I did this alone with my fiance it would have taken WEEKS!
But overall, Lindsey is just such a pleasure to work with. She's 100% reliable, has a wonderful taste, and just overall someone you want to be there with you on your wedding day and through the wedding planning process.

If you don't know Kaitlyn Finley, you want to. Kaitlyn was our coordinator through Ooh La La and she made planning a cross-country wedding so easy. I don't know that I've ever met a more organized person! Don't think twice: you want this girl and her clip board planning your wedding.
nt wedding in Sonoma, and we utilized the Basic package as we knew we would do much of the detailed planning ourselves and were primarily looking for a "day of" coordinator. From our first interaction with Yesenia to our last, we had an extremely positive experience and would strongly recommend her to other potential clients.
Yesenia had an energy and approach to wedding planning that fit us well; she was extremely well-organized, explained pros/cons of different options when we had to make a choice about something, and was highly detail-oriented which helped us in being assured there would be no surprises on the big day. She was prompt with replies to emails, and always gave thorough answers to our questions. Additionally, she even helped save us some money by working with the local tent vendors in such a way that allowed us to recoup our entire deposit when it became clear we wouldn't need a rain option for the big day. Most importantly, she didn't impose her vision on us for how the day should run. She would volunteer ideas and options when we asked for them, but she took our vision and basically said "OK, great, let's plan out how to execute on the vision."
For the rehearsal and the wedding day itself, Yesenia was great at keeping everything moving, making sure people were where they needed to be, and generally blended into the background while still being very present and attentive to us for anything we needed. We had seen and knew that wedding coordinators usually have a day-of "utility box" for anything that may be required, but hers was on a whole other level! When a part of the bride's dress ripped, she was helping sew it up with matching thread in no time. I actually struggle to think of any situation we could have had where she wouldn't have had the proper materials to help deal with it.
In sum, we were very pleased with the level of service we received from Yesenia and the Ooh La La team, and would gladly recommend them to others. In fact, we have already recommended her to friends, who similarly liked her vibe and booked her for their wedding coming up in Napa. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful wedding day!

Hiring a wedding planner was not something I thought I would need because I am incredibly organized and efficient, however, I am from the east coast and I was planning a west coast wedding in Napa, so I figured I could use the extra hand! THE BEST THING I DID WAS HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER! Ooh La La assigned me with Yesenia and we were the perfect match. From the beginning, she was prompt with all responses (and I would email her about ten times per day!) and she was so helpful with all questions, some of them even things I just needed assistance or opinions on. She was amazing and stood by everything she said leading up to my wedding day. We worked closely together and I felt totally at ease knowing she had everything under control. On the day of the wedding she was phenomenal. She checked in with me throughout the day letting me know where things were at and kept my husband and I updated throughout the entire reception. My maid of honor and I were in the bathroom and a song came on that she knew we wanted to dance to, and she actually came into the bathroom to grab us! I truly felt as if she treated my wedding like it were her own. GREAT company and FABULOUS planner. Couldn't have done it without her! Thank you!!!
We had the pleasure of working with Delaney and she made our wedding day incredible! We definitely had a lot of unique and random tastes and ideas that we through at her and she somehow took our nonsensical requests and made them a beautiful reality! While our wedding was in Sonoma, we aren't based there so it was really helpful having someone know the area and vendors around (and every vendor we worked with from Delaney's recommendations was absolutely stellar!). Even though we hired Ooh La la for more limited planning services, their team was always responsive to our questions no matter how early in the planning process or how late at night! Delaney genuinely wanted us to have a fantastic event while also wanting us to enjoy the planning process and did a great job of making everything less overwhelming. Would immediately recommend the Ooh La La team to my friends and family!
We seriously lucked out when we were matched with Kaitlyn! Living in DC and planning a wedding in CA seemed like a huge headache, but Kaitlyn made the process super easy, convenient and fun. Her knowledge of the Napa area was extremely helpful, as she introduced us to venues we had never heard of and ended up choosing one of her finds. She had vendor recommendations for everything and we could not have been happier with all of their products/services. The thing I found to be most valuable was her sincere flexibility with our many requests for changes - as big as moving our wedding date 2 weeks early, down to seating switches the night before. She clearly understood our vision and needs, which resulted in an amazing 2-day event that we continue to get compliments on from all of our guests!

There is no way that our wedding would've been half as amazing if we didn't make the wise decision to hire Ooh La La. With a little over six weeks until our wedding day and without hair/makeup, catering, florist, music vendors confirmed (and an overwhelming anxious feeling that our wedding day will be a disaster!) was how we began with Delaney at Ooh La La. We spoke to several other planning vendors before connecting with Ooh La La, some less expensive and some more, but none with the level of detail and transparency in pricing and services offered as Ooh La La. That culture of transparency was apparent on my first call with Delaney which made it easy to decide that she was the right fit for us.
Delaney was 100% there for us throughout the process and always kept us on track with her excellent time management skills. Since were based on the east coast and planning a west coast wedding, perhaps the most appreciated quality was her ability to accommodate our schedule and communication style. We are so grateful for Delaney's helpful insights, support, knowledge, understanding, experience, and desire to make our day truly special.
We worked with Kaitlyn for our wedding and she was fabulous. We live in Denver, so relied on her a lot. She promptly responded to emails and calls, gave us guidance when needed, worked to get us deals with vendors, and was extremely kind and patient. Our wedding day went smoothly and was beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend her and Ooh La La and am happy to be used as a reference.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Yesenia for my wedding. She took the time to get to know us, our thoughts and our desired level of involvement and then went from there. All her recommendations were perfect - we truly got the A team and she helped every step of the way making sure nothing was missed. Where it became exceptionally critical was the realization two weeks out that it potentially was going to rain on our date. Before we even knew the weather report, she had started the process of replanning our ceremony and reception. We couldn't be more grateful for her patience and experience with all the last minute changes and vendor we had to bring on board. It was our dream day, and we didn't have a stress in the world because we knew Yesenia and her team had everything in place!
What a magical night! Everything came together beautifully and pretty much exceeded my expectations in every way.
I have to say, while hiring a coordinator was not my original plan, it turned out to be the best money I have ever spent!! Delaney was an absolute pleasure to work with; she was always available with advice and solutions to any problem I threw at her!
Personally, I am pretty much a perfectionist and control freak, and it was a challenge to give over management of my event. But right away, Delaney put me at ease, and I was able to trust her to do what needed to be done.
The fact that I could sit in the pool for 3 hours on the day of the wedding and drink mimosas with my best friends, and not worry about anything, was the best result I could have asked for!

Our Wedding Planner was Kaitlyn Finley! She was exceptional, a true professional! Everyone was calm throughout the weekend due to her great organizational skills! Extremely focused on every detail. All concerns were addressed immediately and we couldn't have asked for a easier day. Believe me we had a thousand demands and she handled everyone with ease and we couldn't have been happier! Thank you! Worth every penny.
Yesenia is an amazing planner. I came into this wedding process not knowing a lot, and Yesenia was really able to help me narrow my focus onto the things that fit my style and give excellent advice on vendors, details, and special touches on the wedding. Her recommendations were great (in fact, the one vendor we didn't take her recommendation for was the least successful aspect of the wedding). The wedding was gorgeous, and everyone said it was an amazing party. The day of I don't know how we'd have survived without her - she was super calm, organized, made everything run perfectly, and dealt with all of the little emotional crises of the day. A++
Lindsey is absolutely fantastic. She was the ultimate professional--always had an away message on her email if she was working a wedding, she is detailed-oriented, responsive and always pleasant. Her vendor recommendations were top-notch (and not just the most expensive). She averted potential disasters, gave us fantastic planning ideas and generally took a lot of the burden off our shoulders, especially closer to the event. We only booked the basic package but we found it to be absolutely wonderful. I'm sure the more full-service planning packages would be similarly incredible. I'll keep the review short because I could truly just go on and on about how wonderful it was to work with Lindsey, but she is the BEST--just book her. You won't regret it.
We needed a day-of coordinator for our wedding at Ramekins Sonoma and Ooh Lala was one of their highly recommended company. I I had spent interviewing other coordinators but Yesenia of Ooh Lala Weddings and Events was so easy to talk to, she was a good listener, never pushy, and totally understood my vision. I am a bit of a bridezilla but she exhibited patience and professionalism throughout the planning process. Day of the wedding she made sure the wedding we envisioned was implemented to perfection. My musician friend who had to work with her at the wedding said to me that of all the weddings he’s played at and attended ours was the most organized one, thanks to Ooh La La. Yesenia made sure everyone was doing what they’re supposed to do and everything was done flawlessly while making sure that the bride and groom were worry free and enjoying every moment. Ooh Lala Weddings and Events lives up to our expectation. We couldn’t have done it without her. YESENIA DID AN AMAZING JOB!!!
I do not know where to begin on this one so I guess I'll just start with this, Kaitlyn Finely is a wedding WIZARD. Kaitlyn answered endless emails, texts, phone calls and executed my vision to perfection. Any decisions that were left last minute to her discretion, were made flawlessly. She is someone I now consider a friend and I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. From vendors, to unique situations, to special requests Kaitlyn had me covered. She is one of the kindest and most organized people that I have ever come across. I am a very type A person and staying calm can be difficult for me and I can say that because of Kaitlyn I was calm all weekend and was able to enjoy every single minute. She has many assistants working with her as well and they were all so amazing. If you want to the perfect event planned by a fun loving, organized, amazing person then you pick Kaitlyn Finley and Ooh La La as your planner and that is that!!
