Be careful when choosing your DJ. Most people will focus on how much money they can save, or how cool the DJ's Facebook page is, or just go off the online rewiews. You should also do research on the company you are about to hire. Make sure you will have a backup DJ in the event your scheduled DJ becomes ill or worse. Make sure your meet or at least talk to your DJ before you hire them. Do they have insurance? Will the music contain bad words? Will your DJ have a backup system in the event the one he or she is using fails? What if your DJ has car problems on the way to your event? On the day of, DJ Shorty B arrived early to get set up and made sure we knew he was there to help if we needed anything. He was very professional, but definitely kept the party going (even with a fairly hesitant crowd). He was also very attentive to how things were going and was willing to adjust the reception schedule as needed throughout the night. DJ Shorty B was great to work with, and we would definitely recommend him!

e song changes were at exactly the right times, and Josh checked with the photographer and with me (groom) multiple times before each event (i.e. First Dance, Cake cutting, etc) to make sure everyone was on the same page and ready. Would definitely recommend OPUS and would use again!
