During the wedding, she handled last-minute issues/requests fluidly and made us feel completely at ease during the day. For example, she literally sewed my wife into her dress when the hook broke.
Honestly one of the best decisions we made for the wedding is hiring Orange Blossom to be our partners in this process. Highly recommend considering them for anyone thinking about getting a wedding planner, and Brooke comes with the highest recommendations. She went above and beyond to make our wedding successful.

They respond to emails so fast it's honestly shocking (in the best way possible). They were organized and made sure we were on track with everything we needed to order, pay, or do. They have great style and choice and referred us to amazing vendors based on the style we wanted. And they genuinely made this process feel special. Wedding planning can be stressful but they make it feel easier with their suggestions, advice, and overall help. They are also masters of navigating sensitive family members and all the egos that come with a wedding. And they're just fun to be around! December 2021 and did the Latana package. Danielle helped us so much at the beginning with budgeting, choosing wedding colors, and recommending vendors. We ended up using all of the vendor recommendations we got from Danielle and it saved me so much time during planning! Danielle was always so responsive and she helped provide reassurance and calmed me down during the wedding planning process. Danielle made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding and both of our families raved about Danielle and her team. I didn't hear about anything that went wrong which is the way it should be. Jenni was our other lead on the actual wedding day and she was the one who was with us (the couple) throughout the day while Danielle coordinated all the vendors and our family. Jenni also did our ceremony rehearsal. She fixed the very few problems that came up quickly and she made sure we just got to enjoy the wedding. n October 2021 wedding in LA in 3 months time…entirely from scratch. New country, new city, new vendors, everything! Brooke heard our story and immediately said she’d do whatever she could to help make our big day finally become a reality! She never seemed overwhelmed or stressed. She was extraordinarily organized, both in planning and day-of. She thought of every little detail and was one step ahead of us the whole time. Brooke hears your budget and helps you stick to it. This is very rare with a planner. If you tell her your ideas, she is honest about what’s possible and not; she finds vendors that fit within the budget; and, she will do whatever she can to get you the best deal. Brooke is also known for responding to emails within minutes. This is 100 percent TRUE. It’s wild! I don’t know how she does it but not a single email went more than 5 minutes without an answer.
Most importantly, Brooke is sincere, kind, warm - and just an overall pleasure to work with.
PS. This might be my first ever review, but Brooke and OBE deserve it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I can’t imagine having planned my wedding without them. Brooke brought 5 associates day-of and we worked with Janna quite a bit too - everyone was outstanding. And Christy (who does OBE stationary in-house) is so talented. Everything from the day-of timeline, day-of signage at the venue, connecting us to the best vendors, you name it... they were there to help and provide advice. Orange Blossom tailored the wedding to reflect our personality and style but they handled the details in order to make it stress-free. If we had a question, Brooke would typically respond with an answer within an hour. If an issue arose, Brooke was quick to fix it. Because of them, my fiancé and I didn't argue or fight about any of the wedding details.
Orange Blossom also made an extra effort to ensure that our wedding was perfect. Their vendor recommendations were first-rate. They recommended the right photographers, videographers, florists and venue to fit our wedding style. They were also very deliberate about details that I never would have thoughtful of.
I strongly recommend Orange Blossom. They are worth each and every dollar.

The wedding planning process was so relaxed and painless. We coordinated mostly through emails and it worked for us because I couldn't be in LA as often as I would have liked. Brooke is so patient, hardworking, thoughtful, and kind.... the more I think about it the more I begin to understand the amount of work that went into putting together an Indian wedding at Saddlerock. You have to bring everything in and make sure you coordinate with all the key vendors to ensure smooth execution throughout the day (I am a consultant and know strong execution when I see one)! Brooke/her team took care of the little things too - always made sure that a plate of snacks or water or drink was available for me/bridal party so we weren't thirsty or hungry. She responded quickly and efficiently whenever I reached out to her--even in the middle of her vacation--and had a calming energy and excellent listening skills. I never once felt like I was being a Bridezilla no matter how stressed out I got; she never made me feel like a request was silly or over the top; and the only response she ever made to a request was "on it." mom helped plan our Saddlerock Ranch wedding remotely from Kansas City. Janna was always available to conference call with us while accommodating our work schedules and the two hour time zone difference. She was personable, knowledgeable about the complexities of Saddlerock Ranch, responsive to messages, and helped guide us through multiple vendor decisions. She made excellent recommendations throughout the way. We bought a lot of our own décor, which Janna let us drop off at their studio and she personally transported everything to the venue for us, making it so much easier.
On the actual wedding day, she had a team of 2 additional assistants starting at the hotel and then moving to the wedding venue. We were not an easy group to keep on a timeline, but she handled us like the pro that she is. Janna and her team managed to make the entire day run so smoothly for us, our families, guests, and the vendors. People joked they could read minds because they seemed to magically appear the second you needed them. On the day of the wedding, she made sure we didn't have to think about anything and was such a kind and pleasant presence along with her assistants. Our wedding was perfect and we have Janna and Orange Blossom to thank for that. And after the wedding, she kept in touch to help locate some missing items, never missing a beat. We were so blessed to have had someone that was so efficient and organized, but even better while being SO warm and supportive and excited for us. eeting with Brooke. She was one of three wedding planners my now-husband and I met with and she blew us out of the water. She was by far the best person we met with. She really knew her stuff, and we immediately just clicked with her personality.
After making our deposit, we got right to work. Brooke was always available via email--I must have sent her a billion little questions during the planning process--and she always responded right away. I don't think she ever took more than a day to get back to me, and it was probably more like 12 hours!
Brooke really made the whole wedding planning process truly enjoyable. I had so much fun planning things with her. And the rest of her team is equally as amazing. We used the design component of the company for some wedding signage, which turned out beautifully. The other team members present on our wedding day were fabulous as well. Together, they kept the whole thing running smoothly! Brooke even ran out an one point during our reception to purchase a new Polaroid camera for our guest book when our first one stopped working!
To this day, I'm actually kind of sad that our wedding is over because it means that I don't get to keep planning things with Brooke. I miss her and the other girls so much!

We had a couple of scheduling nightmares (had to push the wedding back four months due to a venue issue), and Danielle was so encouraging and supportive and really helped us navigate every challenge that came up. Day of, her team was absolutely incredible. One of the moments that stands out to me the clearest from the entire day was right before the grand entrance. My husband and I were about to walk out to the hall and Danielle pulled us aside and told us "take a deep breath and remember this. The rest of the night is going to fly by like a blur, so take a moment and take it in." To me, that shows why Danielle is the best at what she does--she knows that this isn't just about timelines and vendors, it's about creating special moments for the couple AND the guests. That being said, she really went above and beyond to fine tune our timeline and make sure we hit all our "big moments." She was so efficient and organized while being SO warm and supportive and excited for us! Her team was incredible on the day of the wedding, dealing with little hiccups with grace and humor (when we realized my dress had no bustle, they were literally on their hands and knees sewing my dress under the dinner table! I mean it when I say this team has your back, literally.). The Orange Blossom team does it all--they pull off the wedding of a lifetime by seeing the beauty in what a wedding means and bringing those moments to life, and I'm so grateful they helped us make ours a dream come true!

ess, trying to find a venue was extremely stressful. I knew that I needed some outside help. I received Brooke's name by referral and we agreed to meet.
It was clear from the start that Brooke had a great deal of experience coordinating weddings and really seemed to love what she did. She also, as every reviewer of hers will mention, responds to inquiries with lightning speed. This is a very good quality. Because of her high ratings and her amazing responsiveness, we went with Brooke.
However, what I struggled with from the beginning is that it seemed as if our rapport was strained. I felt that I had to prompt all of the communication rather than her being proactive with suggestions. Ultimately, I signed up for her middle package which included help with planning as well as coordination. The big thing that I was seeking was help with envisioning the look and feel and deciding on decor elements. While Brooke was quick to respond to my questions about specific items, she rarely offered any suggestions for decor.
As an example, when we went to the ceremony venue, I asked what she thought we should do, and she said that we shouldn't do anything more than the aisle runner that I suggested because the (outdoor) venue was already beautiful. No suggestions on chairs, flowers, arch, etc. It didn't sit well with me, but I didn't know where to go with this.
Brooke and her designer did prepare an inspiration board for us but there were no suggestions on how to implement the elements on the board (other than a link to etsy to buy the place card holders). We were left to seek out how to create menu cards, programs, place cards, etc. on our own.
Ultimately, we canceled our contract with Brooke and went with another planner. It was a difficult decision because she really is a sweet person. When I mentioned to her that I wanted her to be more proactive, she continued to state that she would have answered any questions that I had to ask. The problem is that I hadn't had a wedding before and didn't know which questions to ask.
On another note, after the fact, she said that she would have helped to design programs, menu cards, etc. This was not included in our contract, but her website was later updated to include this in the suite of services to which we subscribed. The contract also included budget creation and maintenance. While she created a budget spreadsheet, only I added information to it.
Brooke seems to be well-connected in the wedding industry. and referred us to our florist, photographer, and videographer. I think that at the end of the day, Brooke is great for a certain type of wedding -- typical, traditional.
I think that at the end of the day, she's organized and I'm sure that on the day of the wedding, she would have been on top of everything and things would have gone smoothly. Unfortunately, we were looking for more help before the big day rather than just planning. Ultimately, I think that when looking for a planner, having the right rapport and the right fit are extremely important.

And let me just say, that wasn’t always easy. We wanted a wedding that was fun but still romantic, laid-back but still elegant, quirky, beautiful, meaningful – yep, we wanted a lot! Luckily Brooke was there to make it all happen. She always had a number of unique ideas and experienced advice to guide us through the process. I know I was a maniac at times, and Brooke really helped keep me calm and focused. Although most of our vendors were fantastic, when there was any issue, Brooke was always one step ahead. She is an ultimate planner – always updating schedules, timelines, layouts, etc! Several of our vendors commented on the fact that she was much more organized than most coordinators they work with. Not to mention that whenever I sent her an email – her response was almost immediate (and I keep crazy hours!!)
A few days before the wedding our photobooth company cancelled due to an emergency. Without missing a beat, Brooke found a new company willing to take over. Not only did they match a super reduced price that we had negotiated, but they threw in additional services like personalized photo strips and a scrapbook station. It was all Brooke. And only when everything was in place did she tell us about the drama. Although I like to think of myself as laid back, the truth is that I’m not. I was nervous and anxious about things going right. Brooke took total charge of the situation and fixed everything without ever worrying us. It was super impressive!
We put a lot on Brooke’s plate the day of the wedding. In addition to coordinating the whole day she was setting up programs, place cards, escort cards, photos, a candy bar and much, much more. And okay, so maybe the bubbles never made it to the chairs, but if one tiny thing had not gone wrong I would have started to believe she was super human. She hustled all night, running from one end of the venue to the other – but always with purpose. We were running late but she got us back on track somehow (not sure how she did that!) When we were running of vodka she actually went to the store to get some more! I could go on and on but I think my point has been made. She did an AMAZING job and we were thrilled with our wedding.
