Literally a dream to work with and made me feel like wedding planning is not supposed to be stressful and turn into a bridezilla!! You only have a day to make something special out of it and to celebrate your love with your partner with everyone that you love!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! gle thing on our day. They knew our wedding better than we did probably. Not only did they calm a VERY anxious bride, but they kept us on track the entire time through the last few weeks of planning and the day of. We had a handful of a backyard wedding with a lot of preparation and DIY, Kristina did not blink an eye. She was not there to price gouge, she actually saved us a lot of money by giving us alternatives. Our “venue” walkthrough day she had pulled me aside and said I could tell her anything I liked or didn’t like so she could be my voice. That was such an amazing thing to hear as someone who was afraid of becoming a bridezilla. They made our day seamless and perfect. We cannot thank them enough.

e same timeline for the ceremony and reception. Everything was exactly as I pictured and it was truly a stress free, FUN day. Susan kept all the noise away and allowed us to enjoy the day and our guests. If you’re on the fence about an event day coordinator, don’t hesitate. It made all the difference in the world. I used Orange Dragonfly as the day of coordinator, but Susan was so much more than that. She kept contracts gathered as I hired vendors and reached out to them to make sure they were on track well before the event. She was there for rehearsal and so much more. her I was quickly overwhelmed with thoughts of me trying to "oversee" both the wedding and it's coordination and decided I did not want to do it. I wanted to enjoy this time! Susan listened to us, asked relevant questions and provided timely and helpful answers. She reviewed our vendor contracts, provided a timeline, gave us suggestions on decor, even letting us borrow some things like a box for the gifts/cards, votives, etc. She visited the venue and created a floor plan. She even got the venue to wash their windows for us! She was there for the wedding rehearsal scouting out where to put the floral arrangement and pew bows. She was at the ceremony where she was available to us the whole time...she even took a few photos. She ran between our venue and church for us the day of the wedding moving items for us. She and Kristina oversaw the set up of the venue and worked hard during the party. When we ran low on soda waters, Kristina went the store and got more. Both Susan and Kristina worked really well with our vendors. I sincerely appreciate this team and believe that it enabled me (and the bride and groom) to enjoy the wedding and the couple of months leading up to it knowing we had her help, expertise and support.

journey when I started wondering what I was doing with myself and panicking about all of the details that I was still needing to figure out. After exploring various options in terms of wedding planning, I found The Orange Dragonfly and from there the rest was history! Right after I met with Kristina and Susan, we were automatically at ease. No matter what questions we had or details we needed help with, they were there and ready to guide us. They did not only make everything leading up to the big day feel far less daunting, but the day of the wedding went by seamlessly thanks to them and their abundance of care and attention to detail. There were of course small and unexpected changes that popped up on the wedding day, but we never felt a single worry or stress because of our confidence that they had it taken care of. On top of this, throughout the whole day and night, they went out of their way to make sure that Alex and I took breaks to soak everything in and even kept grabbing us drinks from the bar and ensuring that we had what we needed. I could honestly write an entire novel just singing their praises, but the bottomline is that you could never regret trusting your wedding with these lovely ladies! We are so blessed and thankful for all of their help and support. Thank you, Kristina and Susan!

nd I will be the first to say I have no design, no decorating skills, nothing! But I was able to spill my thoughts and I was given honest feedback, what looks good with other things, what colors flow well together, I remember I was all over the place with wanting rustic and modern etc etc. Kristina and Susan were able to help narrow down to. One design style and omg can I say their work is amazing. The entire time I felt comfortable to say yes I like this, no I don’t like that, or how can we change this just a little, maybe do this instead, take that out all together. Amazing service through and through, I can say my day would not have been so wonderful without them! They really took the stress out of it all. I couldn’t be happier with how well the entire day went. They truly gave off that family feel, and that spoke to me. ing progressively more and more overwhelmed as we got closer to our date. We are SO glad we got hooked up with Kristina and Susan at Orange Dragonfly. Easily the best money we spent throughout the whole process of planning a wedding! At our first meeting, Kristina and Susan knew all the questions to ask to help shine light on some different areas we hadn't considered. They helped us create several to-dos we hadn't thought of, and then helped take nearly all of them off our plate. Our wedding day went off without a single issue; the ladies were on top of everything! Haley and I were so thrilled. Even at the end of the night they both helped with tear down and clean-up. We arrived home the next day to find numerous keepsakes well-packaged and organized. In the controlled chaos of enjoying your own wedding day, fine details like this are SO appreciated. As we were engaging in goodbyes / pleasantries, Kristina and Susan were hard at work behind the scenes. We can't recommend them enough. We are eternally grateful and so impressed with their services.
