We were given the option to have our ceremony outside at no additional cost, but decided to only do photos outside instead. We ended up having more time than expected in between our ceremony and reception, and most of our guests ended up staying at the hall then, which we did not expect. They ended up opening the bar 15-30 minutes early for our guests' enjoyment while we were still out taking photos. I would definitely recommend Orland Chateau for anyone who wants a wedding with little to no hassle and an all-inclusive, budget friendly wedding/reception package!

For example, I decided to add salsa and chips on each table and they were very accomodating in providing the salsa bowls and plates for the chips. They set this up for me. They also setup all of my placement cards for my 200 guests. I definitely recommend this venue!

I loved how accommodating the owners were, as I was calling constantly to make sure that everything was perfect for our big day. If I had my wedding to do all over again, I would book this venue time and time again.

The bar was fully stocked, but if by chance there was something off the wall we wanted, no questions asked, it was but back there for the night! Leonard was more than helpful with any questions we had or suggestions we threw out there. They made our wedding night perfect!

The staff/servers were friendly and brought food/drinks quickly. I just had the greatest time and remember the place fondly as I recollect on my wedding day. They were also really affordable, we were able to do a sit down dinner, as well as have an open bar at a significantly lower cost then other places. The food was also FANTASTIC (I highly recommend the German potato soup - some of my guest had multiple bowls because it was so good). We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding!

had a large wedding, 280 people, so finding a place large enough for the right price was difficult. They included our ceremony (outside with a few chairs set up), 1 hour cocktail hour between ceremony and reception (w/ appetizers for a minimal extra cost), 5.5 hour reception (w/ 4.5 hour open bar), centerpieces, family style meals, champagne toast, cake (no cutting fee) and ice cream. They also allowed us to bring in our own purchased sweets from our favorite bakery, Naples (who coincidentally does all the cakes for the Orland Chateau). Any other venue we looked at would have been almost double the cost for everything we received with the Orland Chateau. The price was right, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. The majority of our guests stayed until the end (midnight) dancing the night away. It was the perfect wedding/day! I would highly recommend the Orland Chateau for anyone looking for a great venue for a great value on the south side!

are amazing... you get the small - family owned business feel with an amazing value. They really let me vision my wedding the way I wanted and accomodated our needs. Its also recently renovated and they have a brick patio now with a fountain and white trellace that was awesome for additional photo opportunities. Do not regret using them at all!

ith it, and was nothing but satisfied. Tom and Leonard were so flexible and willing to work with us on all levels...from food changes to liquor to a whole bunch of extras we had planned. Everyone RAVED about our food (filet mignon and feta cheese spinach stuffed chicken breast). These two brothers have been doing weddings and banquets for a while, and it shows. Their level of professionalism is at a peak, and I would recommend Orland Chateau to anyone in need of banquet services. Thank you so much for helping to make our day one to remember for a lifetime.

n a budget, answered our many questions and were patient and helpful the whole time. Their menu is great- the food was delicious. We did family style and our guests loved the food. They also provided some vegetarian dishes at no extra cost for the few people we know who are vegetarians. Finally, their open bar was awesome. We were allowed to chose 4 beers (it is not keg style) and they let us pick Dos Equis and Guiness as 2 of them (expensive beers) for no extra charge. The liquor they provided was great. They brought special tequila because half our family is big on tequila and pretty good quality other brands of liquor. The place is gorgeous on the inside- big and spacious, and we had the whole place to ourselves (there is the option of only having half, but it was really nice to have the whole place). No site rental fee- just pay per plate. Payment is check only, which may be difficult for some, but they don't require it until the week before the event with the exception of a $1000 deposit. We paid $50 per person for a Friday night in August, and that includes ALL taxes and fees, 5.5 hour night (with 1 hour of dinner in there so 4.5 hour open bar), great open bar selection. They also let kids under 12 half price. They also just put in a new patio area. The outside grounds are not very beautiful- it is right in the middle of busy Orland Park right off LaGrange rd. But- they did just add a beautiful side door right near the reception area by couches and a sitting area. The doorway looks really pretty, and the outside area they added is beautifully landscaped, with outdoor benches, pretty trees and bushes, and our guests sat our there to smoke, talk, get fresh air. It was a really nice addition (when we decided to have it there, the addition was not yet there). Overall, wonderful place. Great service, convenient location, nice indoor/outdoor setting, spacious, beautiful and VERY reasonably priced.

d for us. We brought several items for the day of the wedding the Thursday before (we had a Saturday wedding) and they had it all ready to go. We had different table numbers that were not up when we got to the reception hall, and I found a worker who immediately stopped what she was doing and put up the correct table numbers. This reception hall provided me with the LEAST amount of stress in all of my planning--I am SO happy about that!!

ed the look of the room, they had just upgraded a bunch of the decor and it looked great. The Orland Chateau is family run. We worked with Lennard when we booked. We told him we werent going to have a large wedding and he said as we were booking for a Friday in November, all he would ask to hold the room was 75 people. We ended up with just over 90 people. We knew we wanted family style, with open bar. He walked us through our menu choices and let us know what the bar entailed. All in all it was less then $50 per person. We put a $1000 down payment down. Our package included family style dinner, a 5 1/2 hour party, a 4 1/2 hr open bar premium open bar as well as a cake, from a well known bakery in the SW burbs. The open bar also included champange/wine through out dinner, and our choice of any 3 bottled beers which was nice. When we made our final choice they actually threw in one more choice for us. The day of our wedding, the room looked great. We were allowed to come in and decorate the day before hand, and give them instructions as to anything else we needed them to do. We have heard nothing but RAVES over the food the Orland Chateau provided and the abundance of it. The bartender was great, super friendly. If you are looking to book a reception in the SW suburbs, for under $60 a person (not sure how much they are on a Saturday night), look no further. I highly recommend them!

everyone loved the food and there was plenty of it. Very clean and pretty traditional decor. Nice & spacious bridal room. Huge parking lot. The owners are wonderful to work with and very easy going.

ith wonderful service and premium liquor which included three differnt types of bottled beer of your choice. The cake was included. The ownders are extremely accomodating and they don't charge you for extras... what the plate costs is what the plate costs. We paid under 55 dollars a head for food, bevereage, dessert... including tax... We had the choice of filet or chicken... and our guests raved about the food.
