azing, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and quick with replies. She left about 6 months after we signed our contract (which is perfectly fine), but then ODCC never replaced her. From then on, it only went downhill. Our contacts didn't reply to emails, left the organization up to me, would forget about meetings that they wanted to schedule, called the ceremony space ugly, different employees would tell me different things, no one was on the same page... it was truly so bad. I am told there is a new general manager who will help improve the Club, but honestly.. just... be aware of what you're signing up for when booking Out Door Country Club for your wedding venue. I advise you look elsewhere until they have time to get organized.

She even helped my groom and I find the best picture spots along the golf course. The other staff members were hard-working and polite! We cannot say enough good things about this excellent venue and recommend it highly to engaged couples.

ey M was the coordinator of my dreams. She was so responsive and helpful with all of my inquiries and took care of everything! She and the entire staff made our day completely stress free by taking control of everything- from setting up our decorations, guiding our entire wedding party throughout the day, setting up the best donut dessert table, and even gathering our decorations afterward the evening was over. Shout out to Edna for making the most amazing ceremony garland arch out of decorations I brought (but hadn’t yet put together), and to Katrina for her expertise in setting up the room and saying “we’ve got you, girl!” anytime I asked her a question about the room set up or decorations. Wish I could remember more of the staff’s names because every single person working our event that weekend was amazing. I could go on and on. 10/10 would recommend this venue for your wedding day :)

jumped quite a bit from what I had planned but compared to most it was still a good price for what we had. There were some staffing changes which made communication a little difficult at times but overall they returned calls or messages the next if not the same day. I would definitely recommend this place for your wedding!

The lights made for a wonderful atmosphere. Our schedule was followed exactly. The food was delicious and we got a lot of positive comments about the friendliness of the staff. If you’re looking for a beautiful and affordable venue, I highly recommend ODCC!

The grounds are beautifully kept, and were perfect for out photographs.
The ballroom boasts a beautiful huge crystal chandelier, and really made the atmosphere feel very elegant and classy . And it's a rather large space, perfect for small or larger guest sizes, giving plenty of space to mingle, and dance.
The food was simply delicious, and a "real" sized portion, not like other venues that give a few bites, not one guest left hungry.
The staff are phenomenal! From our first consult, right until the end of the wedding evening, every person was attentive, accommodating, super friendly, and fun.
Ashley, Nick, and Tom, were a superb day of event team and made sure that everything went exactly how we wanted it.

Had our heart set on a vendor. However the other vendor left us with a sour taste so we decided to tour the ODCC and we fell in love with the them as soon as we saw it. Beautiful...
outdoor area for our wedding as well as a beautiful area inside for our reception. Over the course of planning the wedding we had three different coordinators and with each new person it got harder to get questions answered. Many things we were told kept changing. The week of the event was more stressful that I felt like it needed to be due to the lack of experience of the staff. A good example were the final counts, have the meal counts as instructed but then they needed additional information that I did not have but could have had if I had known it was needed. The day of the event was very unorganized. Coordinator disappeared and was no where to be found. Timeline was not followed and the DJ was blamed when it was ultimately the coordinators responsibility. Things we decided on the night before changed the day of ad well.

ODCC provided superb service, the wait staff was so amazing and treated us with such kindness. The food was delicious and all of our guests were pleased. The ODCC also offered special dishes for our vegetarian and vegan guests.
Since we were so tired by the end of our wedding, we were able to leave some of our belongings behind and pick them up the next morning.
We had a great time and would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a venue to contact the ODCC. The prices are VERY reasonable and you do not need to be a member to have a wedding there.
I truly do not think we would have had a better experience anywhere else.

and failed to show up the day we brought our photographer and dj for the appt we made to show them the grounds. Very unorganized. Plan to do it all yourself.

ur wedding day. Tony has a wonderful personality and remained professional at all times. On the day of the wedding there was a mishap with our center pieces but Tony went to the store for us and made sure that our tables looked great. The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious the cupcakes were! I would recommend this venue and wedding coordinator to anyone!

e entire day of the wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly. We had our ceremony there and reception. We paid extra because we wanted chair covers and lighted ceiling tulle. We were going to have our cocktail hour outside, but moved it inside do to ugly weather. We would have paid extra to have that on the patio, but since we moved it inside the day of they refunded our money for that. You do not have to be a member of the Out Door Country Club to have your wedding there. We also did the rehearsal dinner there. The food was fabulous. All of our guests kept complimenting on the food. So glad we picked the Out Door Country Club for our wedding day! It was wonderful. Judy and the staff were the best.
