I first visited Paisley Bridal two weeks ago in search of a dress for our 10th anniversary vow renewal ceremony that will take place in 2019. Emily spent quality time with me two weeks ago, and based on the budget and vision for my dress, she ...pulled gorgeous dresses for me to try. I pulled dresses too, yet although we came close, I did not walk out of the boutique with a dress that day. Emily was super patient and excellent at selecting gowns that were my style. I had a photo on my phone of a particular dress that I really wanted to try based on what I had been fitting and liking. I knew Paisley Bridal carried the designer, which is one reason I chose to make an appointment with them. After showing Emily the photo from the designer’s website, she checked with a colleague and learned that they had recently sold the sample gown they had in store. Although the other dresses I tried were close in style and some were even by the same designer, I felt something special each time I looked at the photo of the particular dress that I inquired about. So, I left without my dress that day, and Emily said that she would check with the owner as to whether they were expecting the dress to be back in stock. I also sent an email to the general Paisley Bridal email address, and Nicole, the owner, responded to my email to let me know that they were expecting to have the gown in the store by December 7, 2018, and asking that I let her know if I wanted to schedule another appointment to try the dress on.
I was super happy to know that the dress would be in the store and super impressed by the follow-up by Paisley Bridal that I happily scheduled an appointment for today, December 9, 2018. I could have circled back to other salons that I had visited during this process, but honestly, while I’ve had some okay experiences at other bridal boutiques, none of those other boutiques offered me the warm and relaxed, yet fun and attentive experience that I had at Paisley Bridal. So, as excited as I was to see the dress, I chose to wait and keep my appointment at Paisley Bridal because that is the sort of bridal boutique any bride, including a “vow renewal bride” like me, wants to do business with.
So, today, I had another really great experience with Emily. When I arrived at the boutique today, Emily greeted me warmly, and I was so pleased to see that she had already pulled the gown that I had requested, as well as my top two selections from my previous visit just in case I wanted to try those on again. I was super excited to see the dress that I requested, and I opted to try that one on first. Wow! The dress is gorgeous! I wanted to linger in it, and linger I did. My mom took photos, and I smiled and smiled some more! I told Emily that I wouldn’t need to re-try the other dresses, and she was fine with that. Just like my first visit to Paisley Bridal, Emily then allowed my mom and I to continue to sit in the comfy couch/chairs and talk and think things over, with no pressure at all. Well, I have now ordered my dress from Paisley Bridal, and I am super happy about it! Thank you, Paisley Bridal, for such a wonderful experience.
