Party Pleasers - DJ/MC, Lighting/Decor & Audio/Visual

Party Pleasers was our DJ vendor for our wedding in June 2024! We had an amazing experience with our DJ, Brenden. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He helped us curate our perfect cocktail hour, dinner, and party playlists! I highly recommend both Party Pleasers and Brenden for any wedding!! The company has lots of experience with wedding venues in the Cincinnati area. They knew from previous weddings at our venue what lighting and sound equipment we would need!

We had Gil as the master DJ and he did so AMAZING! He was great at ensuring the ceremony and reception moved along and was so helpful to make sure that we had a magical, organized day. He was flexible and responsive to our needs. So many people were on the dance floor all night long and many people have commented how well Gil did! We had a great night with him as our DJ.

Jaden from Party Pleasers was truly the best dj we could have asked for. We knew from our first DJ meeting he was going to be great and he really understood what we wanted. For our wedding, Jaden kept everything and everyone on time. He did a great job mixing the music so everything flowed and he played all of our favorites. There was not a single moment our dance floor was not completely filled!! All of our friends and family shared how much they loved the music at our wedding and complemented Jaden.

My wedding ceremony and reception could not have gone so smoothly without the DJ, Jeff Clarke! He held a professional presence which is very calming on such a stressful day. He kept the timeline in mind while also reading the room of our reception. Our open dancing was so much fun!! Jeff followed the list of songs that we knew wanted to be played on our special day and also read the room of the right time for the songs to be played. This quality was very important to me in order to keep our guests dancing the whole time. 10/10 would recommend!!

Nick was beyond awesome for our wedding day! He was super prompt and professional and always working on our team! He always was checking in with us to make sure everything was okay or if we needed anything at all (from refills on drinks, a change in songs, or even going out of his way to get the air turned up during the reception!). He had great communication and was super helpful with suggestions when we needed them! His communication was great before our wedding and he was very accessible! I cannot recommend him enough!!!

Party Pleasers was absolutely amazing and we had the best time working with them! Alex was phenomenal and he kept our party going all night. He kept everyone engaged at the wedding and we all had an amazing reception because of him. I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to work with and I highly recommend Party Pleasers!

I am so happy that Jeff was our DJ for our wedding! He went above and beyond to make our entire night absolutely perfect. Not only was the dance floor full all night, but every part of the reception flowed perfectly. Our guests had so much fun and we were happy that he kept everyone engaged the whole time. We used the cold sparks during our grand entrance, first dance, and send off and they were so much fun! He also released tables for dinner by doing table release trivia, which our guests loved. Thank you Jeff for making our day so perfect!

Don’t hesitate! Book PartyPleasers now! We didn’t realize how integral a DJ would be for the success of our day, and in retrospect we are so glad we went with PartyPleasers! They were by far the most professional and personable in the initial meetings, and although they were a little pricier than we were hoping to spend it ended up being worth every penny. Once signing the contract we were immediately given access to an app called Vibo which was our one stop planning shop! In the app we answered somewhere around 100 questions about our wedding day. I know it sounds excessive, but it really helped us in our planning to think about things that wouldn’t have come up naturally and also ensured we could give a complete and total picture of the day to our DJ. We were also able to input song choices for all the special moments in the app, as well as share a link to enable guests to add their requests which was fun! We were assigned Alex Eveslage as our DJ and he was AMAZING! We met about a week prior to the wedding and discussed the details from A to Z including timeline and outline for the night. Alex ensured that the whole evening flowed smoothly and perfectly matched the vibe of our crowd. Our dance floor was packed the entire time open dancing was going on and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how much fun our wedding was! Alex continued to check in with us throughout the night to ensure everything was going well, and he even indulged a ridiculous special request from me. Can’t recommend PartyPleasers enough - make sure to ask for Alex when you book!

Aaron Cook was our DJ for our wedding on 9/30/23 and he was honestly the best decision we made for our wedding day. I was really nervous about who our wedding DJ would be right off the bat because I have been to so many weddings where the DJ was just terrible. You don't really realize how much the DJ runs the entire show, so it's important to get a good one. Not only did Aaron make sure that every event occurred on time so that we could keep the night running smoothly, he also helped make announcements for dinner, Photo Booth, last call for the bar, etc. Aaron also went above and beyond by asking us if we needed drinks throughout the evening, checking up on us periodically to make sure everyone was having a good time or if he should make changes and he even got my shoes for me! Lastly, Aaron honored every single request that I had and all of our guests were raving about how great and professional he was. I almost gave this review a 4/5 stars because the admin process was not the most professional and was honestly very frustrating sometimes. I can guarantee once your DJ is assigned, you will not have any regrets on picking Party Pleasers. Another bonus to Party Pleasers is that their packages are a fraction of the price. Also, they offer a really nice app that you can download all the music you do and do not want played at your event-- this was a game changer! Nonetheless, request Aaron Cook as your preferred DJ as soon as you book with Party Pleasers if you want you and your guests to have the night of your life!

We cannot say enough about our master DJ Leyla! She was amazing to work with in planning the perfect wedding reception. She is responsive, professional, and personable. She was thoughtful in making our reception music personalized to us and even checked in with us during the reception to make sure things were going as planned. We threw a rocking party all thanks to Leyla! She truly made our reception unforgettable!

My husband and I hired Party Pleasers for DJ services, lighting, and decor at our wedding. They did an amazing job! Their pricing and packages were straightforward and clear, and communication with their team was prompt and thorough. Our DJ, Robert Soto, was incredible! We gave him specific instructions for the ceremony, which he executed perfectly, but we left the reception more open ended, asking him to play music that would enable everyone to dance and have a good time. He chose the perfect songs and his timing was great. He checked in with us multiple times throughout the night, and kept the reception moving at a great pace. His expertise and talent did a lot to make our wedding fun, and we wouldn't have had such a good time without him. Thank you!!!

Greg Cowger was our master DJ. The planning stage was very comprehensive. Greg had many suggestions, answered multiple questions, & was prompt & thorough on any details we needed. Jeff Heidelberg was the absolute BEST DJ we could have asked for. Our requests to him were to play “strictly wedding bangers” and make our wedding sound like a Two Friends “Big Bootie Mix” and he delivered! Our guests were on the dance floor all night long and had the best time. He was responsive every step of the wedding process and even helped me pull off a big surprise for my husband. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you for everything Jeff!

We used party pleasers for our DJ and photobooth. Corey was our master DJ and he was amazing. He made our day run smoothly. He played awesome music all night long. He knew what we liked and what our friends and family liked. He had great ideas for getting people on the dancefloor and involved. One of the best choice we made was hiring him as our DJ. Would highly recommended. Of course the photobooth was awesome too. It had 1 slight hiccup but was back up and working very quickly.

Brenden was a great DJ! We met and had a conversation of what we expected during the reception and that helped tremendously. We had a blast and the music was perfect!

I used the starry night light projection from Party Pleasers at my reception and it was a huge hit! It really brought my vision to life and they were very easy to work with. They took care of set up and tear down the day of the event and the lighting really made a difference in the event space!

We were so lucky to have found Party Pleasers in planning my sons wedding. They answered as many questions as we had. The DJ was wonderful. Leyla Simsek was so helpful in planning all of the details. She was professional as well as very approachable. Music was wonderful and she did such a good job of pulling the crowd together. The ceremony as well as the reception went smoothly. Would never hesitate to recommend Leyla to any friends or family. She played a big part in the wonderful memories that were made.

We hired Party Pleasers for our reception at Rhinegeist and they did a great job! Leyla was our DJ and she was so attentive and our night ran so smoothly. The cold sparks were an awesome touch and Leyla did a perfect job of setting them off at just the right time for pictures. 10/10 would recommend!

I really wanted this to work out. We liked the company originally because of the app that we could use to create our own playlists. Unfortunately, our first DJ did not connect with our personalities. He was egotistical, talked over us, and did not seem to understand the word “no.” They quickly resigned us to a new DJ! He seemed wonderful. BUT, on the day of our wedding, he could not get the microphones to work (nobody heard our vows), played our first dance song 2 times before it was supposed to be played, started the father daughter dance without introductions or even waited for the father to be present, played songs we did not approve of, and did not even speak loud enough for the guests to hear him. I would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing! They turned our blank space into exactly what we wanted and more!

Jeff Clarke was our DJ for our wedding. He was phenomenal. He read the room, kept energy high, and we had guests tell us they had not been to that enjoyable of a wedding in years. I give Jeff all of the credit. My in-laws wanted a band and were skeptical of a DJ, then afterwards told us they never knew a DJ could be so interactive and be so much fun. THANKS JEFF!

Jeff Heidelberg was our DJ from the Party Pleasers - we had been to two other weddings where he was the DJ, and at our wedding he gave us and our guests the most amazing night we could have asked for. The decorations, lighting, and sparklers we asked for were perfect and the guests were telling us all night how much fun they were having on the dance floor. The Photo Booth manager made sure my husband and I got to take pictures together and the book with all of the guests' pictures has been so much fun to look through since our wedding night. Thank you Jeff and the Party Pleasers for giving us a night we will never forget!

We loved Party Pleasers! They are very affordable and really listen to what you want the ceremony and reception to look like. They re also great at offering advice! We had Robby Wolf as our DJ and he was so great at reading the crowd and getting everyone engaged in dancing. He also checked in with us frequently throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend Party Pleasers!

We were very pleased with the lighting and decor party pleasers had to offer our wedding turned out beautiful. Our DJ Tim however we were not impressed with, he played the wrong song for our entrance song and father daughter dance. He also played songs from our do not play list, and did not seem to want to play what I ( The Bride) wanted. The evenings music and events did not flow very well at all, there were long pauses and our DJ (Tim) was very confused at times, which made our evening more stressful making sure he knew what to do instead of being able to rely on him. Altogether he was very interactive and the other things party pleasers had to offer such as pinspots and and backdrops turned out beautifully.

Jeff Clarke is the best!! The music at our wedding was amazing and people were up and dancing all night! He kept the whole wedding very organized and made sure we were happy throughout the night. As a bride or groom you are very busy and he would make sure he found us personally and walked us through what was going on next and if we were okay with everything. I couldn’t have asked for better results. So many people came up to us during the wedding and talked about how great the music was and the dj.

Party Pleasers did a fantastic job for my wedding! They met with us at the ceremony and reception location several times. They were recommended to us by The Trout Club. They also recommended one of our florists, Rita from Prema Designs to assist with all of the floral decor. Tim Fritts is easy to work with and is very open to any ideas you may have. He is thorough and caring. He makes sure it is exactly what you want and reconfirmed that with us prior to our big day. He was awesome enough to come out a few days early to set up as well, which was more peace of mind for us since we wouldn’t technically see the finished product until after the ceremony. It was so beautiful! Up-lighting is something I hadn’t planned on using but after seeing the difference it made to specific areas, I am so happy Tim recommended we use it. There was no job too big for them. With the trout clubs higher ceilings, and the majority of our decorations hanging pieces, there would be a lot of climbing! They were able to make it look better than any of my expectations. I was so happy with the end result! I highly recommend them for any decorating and event!!

VERY disappointed in this company. It took them over 6 hours to setup ceiling swags and bistro lights! The employees that arrived for setup were very young and did not seem to know how to do it. The end result was beautiful but I was originally quoted 90 minutes for setup and couldn't believe it took as long as it did. Thank god we asked them to setup the day before the wedding, would have been a nightmare if they setup the day of like they wanted to.

Tyler Stebelton was our DJ and he did an AMAZING job. We cannot praise him enough!! He was able to keep the party going the entire night, and people were dancing the whole time, even when the crowd started to thin out some as the night got later and guests started leaving. My husbands family is hispanic, and he did a great job of mixing in hispanic songs to the night to ensure everyone was included in the fun! Would highly recommend him!

We cannot say enough good things about this company. We did one of the DIY packages for our wedding and it was worth every penny. They had a 4 person staff working our event (including the DJ). They took care of all the set up, decorations, tear down, and everything in between! Any time my husband or I stood up the staff was offering to get us anything that they might need. If you are looking for a way to lessen the stress of your big day while still having everything look exactly how you are dreamed... this is your place to go! Also, ask for Greg as your DJ! He was the best!

Party Pleasers made my wedding day a dream come true. Corey was absolutely amazing to work with. He brought in extra drapes and lighting when he noticed to spaces called for more than we ordered. He kept the dance floor going and even did some homework to find out how to incorporate my husbands Greek traditions. He kept the party going and my guest happy. I could not say enough about how professional this group is. Best decision ever!

Jeff H was our DJ and he was great! Meeting with him to discuss the details about a month before the wedding was so helpful. Jeff understood exactly what we wanted, helped everything go smoothly, and we received multiple compliments on the music.

We used Party Pleasers for our wedding ceremony and reception on 1.19.19. The DJ we were assigned was Kelcey and he was absolutely amazing! If we were reviewing him alone, he would get more than 5 stars. Kelcey was professional, energized, and excellent at reading the room. He took our song list and put it together in a way that kept everyone dancing until the very end. He checked in with us frequently throughout the evening and we always had nothing but praise to give him. At our pre-wedding meeting with Kelcey, he went over every detail of the day with us and asked a lot of good questions to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond what we expected and our guests loved him. We gave Party Pleasers only four stars instead of a full five because of some lack of communication on details of the contract. When we were first meeting with potential DJs and met with Jeff from Party Pleasers, we told him that it was important to us that we be able to know who was DJing at our wedding when we signed the contract, and that we didn't want it to be a surprise a month before the wedding. He told us we could definitely request a DJ and confirmed that he would be available, but failed to mention that there would be an additional fee to guarantee that. When we got the contract and read the fine print, that's when we discovered we had to pay to guarantee a specific DJ. Because cost was an important factor in selecting a DJ, we declined to pay that fee, but hoped that since we'd had that explicit conversation with Jeff, that he would be our DJ. We had to reach out to Jeff a month before our wedding because we still hadn't heard who our DJ would be. At that time he told us that it wouldn't be him, but it would be Kelcey, whom we had never met before. As stated above, Kelcey was amazing and we had absolutely no issues whatsoever with him. We would recommend that people interested in Party Pleasers specifically request and pay to guarantee Kelcey as their DJ. We were just disappointed about the way that our request was handled, and it felt a little shady that we had to find out about paying a fee to guarantee a certain DJ the way we did.

I was very impressed with the level of organization that this company put into planning for our reception. I love how we could customize our wedding playlist and request certain traditions (e.g. bouquet toss, anniversary dance, etc.). We were disappointed, however, with the lack of follow-through on our requests. For example, we paid extra for a speaker so our guests could hear the speeches (but our guests in the back could not hear the speeches), we asked for no guest song requests (but the second half of our reception was primarily guest song requests), we asked for the traditional anniversary dance (but the DJ switched that to a reverse anniversary dance), and we asked for a subdued DJ (but he added a lot of commentary between and during songs). Justin (aka DJ Levi) was good at transitioning through music and playing songs that kept the crowd lively, but there were a whole lot of things that we didn't agree upon.

Our DJ was amazing, did everything we expected of him and more! The music was amazing and the lighting/décor they set up for us was awesome as well! They exceeded our expectations!

We cannot recommend Jeff Heidelberg enough- He quickly responded to all of our emails or phone calls throughout our engagement, and he was so friendly and easy to work with! Jeff made sure our entire day went exactly how we wanted, and he kept the dance floor jam packed the entire time. We love him!

We had Tim for our DJ and he was great! We met a couple weeks before to go over our song list, he was patient and spent time with us reviewing it all and making sure it was all set up how we wanted. I showed him what I was envisioning for the head table back drop and when I saw it in our venue it was out of the world! Just as I imagined it! He did a great job moving things along, keeping us on time and checking in and had a great personality! Their packages they offer are great - drapery, lighting and DJ - at a very affordable price!

I don’t even know where to start! You need Jeff Heidelberg as your DJ!! We wanted a party and to keep people on the dance floor all night-and that’s exactly what happened! Our DJ was by far the most complimented thing at our wedding!! Jeff was super flexible, easy to get ahold of, and knows his music!! Go book with him now!!

We got draping and uplighting for our wedding and it really upgraded the hotel ballroom appearance for the reception. We didn't have to worry about the coordination for set up or take down and they were very timely with both!

Jeff Clarke was phenomenal! 100% professional. Played everything we wanted, catered to request and mingled with all the guest. He was on top of the schedule and was very energetic. I would recommend him to anyone for any service. We did not do lighting through him. But I'm sure it would be awesome

Jon was great to work with. He made everything work that I wanted for my wedding and made suggestions when I asked for them without ever making me feel pressured. I made some last minute changes and he was able to accommodate all of them. I would recommend using his services.

Jeff was amazing! He was dancing the whole time and the guests complimented about how great he was. He really kept the energy going during our wedding, where we had people on the dance floor all night! We played the shoelywed game and our guests really enjoyed the personal touch. Jeff checked in with us frequently and reminded me of the timeline so I was prepared for what was happening next! Definitely recommend!

They planned with us and made sure we were happy throughout the event. They performed as expected and were satisfactory. Nothing about the experience especially blew me away but they did perform as advertised and expected.

I can't say enough great things about the lighting and decor crew! I had a Christmas wedding and needed amazing decor in order for the night to have a holiday and magical atmosphere which Party Pleasers did exceedingly well at! Every single one of our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful everything was and that it felt like they were in a winter wonderland during the ceremony and a magical Christmas display for the reception. We worked a lot with Jeff who was very informative and easy to talk with to make sure we had everything we wanted while staying within our budget. I would highly recommend Party Pleasers!!

We used party pleasers for the cieling swag in the tent! They did an amazing job. Came and set up Friday night and tore down after the reception was over at midnight!

Jeff is the best DJ we could have asked for! Our entire wedding party and the guests at our wedding made weird music requests and Jeff didn't bat an eye! We had some very unique music requests and everything was fulfilled with no problem! We loved Jeff's personality and the sound was wonderful as well!
