Party Savvy was recommended to us by our day-of coordinator (Epic Event Planning by Jessica and Courtney) because they had previously worked with them for weddings at our unique outdoor venue. Party Savvy provided us with tents+lighting, tables+linens, chairs, high chairs, coolers, drink dispensers, and kid sized tables+chairs While they are more expensive than other rental companies that we considered, they offer clear-top tents, which was a requirement.
Our contact at Party Savvy was Mindy, who was friendly, engaged, and always quick to respond by email. She came with us to the venue a few months before the wedding, discussed potential configurations, and made measurements to make sure that everything would fit. She was interested in our vision and realistic about what would and would not work. As our rental plan evolved over the next few months, she always provided an up-to-date estimate.
Two days before the wedding, the weather forecast was looking good. Party Savvy canceled some of the tents at no charge, which was an unexpected bonus as we had anticipated eating that cost. The set-up crew was on time, efficient, put everything where it was needed, and friendly.

We used Party Savvy as the required rentals vendor for our wedding ceremony. Everyone at the company was super nice, and the space ended up looking great! But there were a few issu...
es during the process. The biggest of these was staff confusion which resulted in repeated misinformation. We were told at the beginning that the podium system that we rented was not ideal for music, but that it would be able to have an iPod plugged into it. We found out a month beforehand (by asking for the podium model number and researching ourselves) that this was not the case at all. We had to scramble to rig up our own music system! (Party Savvy was of course willing to rent us a professional sound system for another $1500.) So that we could plan our hanging decorations, we also asked what the tent would look like, and were told that there would be five poles ten feet apart on each side of the tent. Again, when the tent actually had three poles twenty feet apart, this required some last minute alterations of our decor plans. Finally, while communication was always polite and professional, some emails were definitely dropped along the way, with the explanation "Oh, sometimes our email doesn't work." This...is a problem for a business working at this level.
In summary, our wedding ceremony ended up looking and sounding beautiful, and Party Savvy definitely helped us make that happen. But we would have been happier with their service if these communication issues had been absent.
