Could not have asked for a better Wedding Planner. We personally do not live in Vegas so planning a wedding from afar could have posed a challenge but I felt completely at ease with her. Initially my partner was reserved about the financial piece of hiring a wedding planner in general but I could not be more glad I did- Paulina was worth every cent. She is amazingly efficient, knowledgeable and talented and kept the process as light as possible. There are many anxieties that come with planning a wedding but her ability to connect with her clientele made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Any of the hiccups with other vendors that we encountered, she navigated brilliantly. She is extremely capable, committed and would recommend her to everyone!
Paulina was amazing in every single way and helped us plan the perfect wedding! I loved her from the first time that we talked on the phone. She gave us multiple options for venues, really taking into account our wishes for the day. She helped negotiate pricing with vendors to get us the best deal possible. She answered my emails quickly and thoroughly. She did not bat an eye when I wanted to add a couple of things in the last 2 weeks. The day of the wedding she was even more awesome! She made moving our guests to 3 different locations seem so easy. My guests were even complimenting how great she was. I can not imagine having planned our wedding without her. I highly recommend her!
I cannot imagine how our Vegas dream wedding would have turned out without Paulina. She was simply amazing and either her or one of her team was with us every step of way. She planned, scheduled, organized, and shepherded four separate events at four separate venues with impeccable taste, perfect timing, and complete class (and within budget). Each event went off without a hitch as was executed flawlessly by Paulina. We are so appreciative and will always be grateful for the amazing experience she provided (people are still talking about it to this day as one of their favorite wedding experiences ever!). Simply put I'd give her a million stars (rather than five) and recommend that you only consider using her for your Vegas Wedding (or any place for that matter).
Paulina was a dream to work with. She guided us through the entire process and made our wedding vision come alive! It was truly a great experience. Our guests are still talking about what an amazing day and party it was. I HIGHLY recommend. Picking Paulina to be our planner was hands down the single best decision we made!
Paulina and her team were amazing from start to finish! I cannot imagine how our day would've turned out without her. She is a true professional, not to mention warm, kind and fun to work with. She is an amazing communicator, and was great keeping all of our vendors and timelines organized. My husband and I are not from Vegas so her inside knowledge of venues, photographers, hair and make up is invaluable. She is practical enough to respect a budget and creative enough to come up fantastic ideas that worked within that framework.Our hotel had an on-sight venue coordinator, who was also great and work seamlessly with Paulina, but I would highly encourage using Paulian's services in addition to whatever your hotel or venue offer. There are so many small things (most of which you won't know!) that need attention that hotel/venu staff can't or won't be able to take care of. Paulina is nice. She is calm (what every manic bride needs!). Most importantly, she genuinely cares about making sure you have the perfect day. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is truly wonderful. XOXO Lisa
As a wedding photographer that works with many local planners, when it was time for my own wedding, there was no other choice than Paulina! She is hands down the best in Las Vegas -- so incredibly professional, so kind, so caring, such a boss lady, and handles the little things and makes executive decisions that you don't want to be bothered with on your big day. My wedding day got rained out and everything had to be moved inside. Although I'm sure Paulina felt the pressure and had to scramble to make sure everything was perfect, she only let me see the professional, calm demeanor she is known for. When my venue was a little disappointing with not coming through on certain things, she handled it for us and made it happen! She really cares about every client and every event. If you're on the fence about hiring a planner, DON'T HESITATE. Hire her now, you will seriously not regret it!
I couldn't possibly give a higher review for Paulina Clute Events. Paulina came to us as a recommendation from the Red Rock Casino (our venue), and boy are we thankful they recommended her to us. We used Paulina sporadically the months leading up to our wedding and then full on the month before and day-of. I was most impressed that Paulina would always respect my opinion but also play the role as an educator, giving me all the information I needed before I would move forward in a decision. She never steered me the wrong way. Her assistance when meeting vendors was really helpful as she asked some of the questions I didn't even know to ask. Paulina also put together a thorough timeline that helped keep our event flowing beautifully throughout the night. And let's not forget all those little things you don't think about, she remembers them.
I also think it's important to point out how kind and patient Paulina is. In the stressful world of weddings, she was a stable person I could count on and I am forever thankful for that. I will admit that I'm fairly type-A, but it was easy to hand the reigns over to Paulina (and Mandy, her assistant!) the day of the wedding because I knew she had it under control (and then some). My best advice would be to not do everything yourself and invest in a wedding planner. It will help you enjoy your day to the max.
Paulina and Mandy made our wedding absolutely amazing. My fiancee was not sure we needed a wedding planner, but the first thing he said to me when we sat down at our reception was, "Thank goodness for Paulina!" She has a great eye for design and event flow. If there is something you need or want for your special day, she will get it done for you and advocate for the things you need. We planned our wedding from out of town and it was so great having Paulina on our team. Not once did a stress about anything knowing that Paulina was just one call or email away!
I can’t say enough about Paulina! She was so easy to work with, understood our vision and budget, and made our wedding day amazing. There is no way we could have coordinated our wedding without Paulina. The wedding day felt seamless and we were able to fully enjoy the day without stress since we knew Paulina had everything handled. You will not regret hiring Paulina for your wedding!

Let us start with saying that we would give Paulina a lot more than 5 stars if we could.
Paulina has been amazing for us since we first started to talk to her in October for our April destination wedding in Las Vegas. We could tell from the vibe we were getting from her that she was the perfect choice for us. We decided to go with the Partial Planning as we kind of knew what we wanted for vendors. She was pretty quick in answering any questions and/or concerns that we had. We flew out to Las Vegas at the end of January to meet Paulina and the vendors that we selected with her help in person.
About two weeks after we came back from meeting Paulina and our vendors and about two months from our wedding. We found out that Amber (bride) had cancer and that we were leaning to canceling our wedding. While talking to Paulina about everything that just happen, she talked about an organization called Wish Upon A Wedding(WUW) that should be able to help us .
Paulina ended up taking the lead on our wedding and taking care of any changes that needed to be made, along with the help of WUW. They did an amazing job with our wedding day.
The best way to put it, is that we would not have been able to have such a Special Wedding Day without her and possibly not even gotten married if it wasn't for her.

Paulina is amazing! My wedding day was completely stress free because she handled everything for me and made sure everything was running smoothly. She spent nearly 12 hours coordinating every detail on the day of my wedding so that it would all be perfect. She is very professional and she is a very sweet person. Her price was completely reasonable, although she probably should have charged me extra for all of the time and effort it took for her to bustle my dress before the reception! I would recommend her services to anyone getting married in the Las Vegas area.
Our wedding would not have been so flawless without Paulina Clute. We cannot rave enough about her. She is a great communicator, responsive, and friendly. I even had vendors applaud her after a meeting because Paulina always made sure the decisions being made were what we wanted. The characteristics this woman has as a person and planner are unmatched in our opinion. She and her assistant Tara worked their tails off on our wedding day. Between set up, keeping everyone on schedule, helping me numerous times with my bustle, amongst a million other things Paulina did, we seriously did not have to worry about anything. She truly is amazing and we are so beyond grateful to have had Paulina there for us! One of the best decisions made in the whole planning process was to hire Paulina! We love you PC!
Paulina and her assistant, Tara, made the wedding day a breeze. They took care of everything so that we could just enjoy and have fun. Thanks a million times Paulina!
If I could give more stars I would. Paulina is amazing. Not only was it a destination wedding but we also had 2 ceremonies done in one hour. Yes. Destination and multiple ceremonies and dress changes..lol.. She handled everything with ease and care. Whenever we had an issue, she would take care of it. We didn't know what to expect since we are in San Francisco, and we were planning 2 different cultural ceremonies. Our first ceremony was Indian and then we had a Persian and even though they went a little longer than expected, everything worked out perfectly. We still hear to this day that it was the best wedding anyone has ever attended. Mission accomplished. Paulina and her team were on point. I ended up having an issue with the metal hoop coming out of my slip and dragging behind me and we were in the bathroom trying to figure out a solution and she just whipped out her scissors and said "are you ok with this", I said 'yes do it!" lol. and out my hoop went! She has everything you can imagine in her little back pack for any emergency. I would not recommend anyone else but Paulina. If you don't hire her, it's your loss. She made it so easy to plan our wedding. We were truly shocked at how little stress we had from planning it because all we had to do was listen to her suggestions, look into them, choose and then write a check. Easy.

Paulina was the best!!!!! I saw how she worked with my sister in law on my nephews wedding and I had no doubt that I wanted her to help me with my daughters. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful but I was stress free. I can't thank her enough for all she did. She goes above and beyond. Most important, for me, was that she listened when my daughter told her what kind of wedding she wanted and led us in the right direction. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted it. I can't express how much we loved her and all she did for us!!!!
We had a DISASTER with the first planner we hired based on a friends recommendation. Our venue recommended Paulina and we could not have been more lucky. Paulina was so great to work with. She was jumped right in, was assertive in getting things done and made our lives so stress-free planning a destination wedding. I would recommend her to every time.
Paulina is the absolutely the best! I would definitely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding! She makes life so much easier during this process! if you are looking for someone to make your dream wedding a reality, Paulina is the one for you!
OVERALL: If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would because she was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the wedding planning as well as the day of. During the whole process of wedding planning and even after it was all done, I've had friends and family who asked me questions on various vendors. My answer to all of them every single time is to get a wedding coordinator and I would always recommend Paulina.
PROFESSIONALISM: From day 1 to the end of our wedding, Paulina was always professional. During our meetings, she was punctual; took notes; and was throughly engaged during our discussions and when we asked questions. She was always a text/email/call away if we had any questions when we were not meeting with her. At the same time, Paulina instantly made us feel very comfortable with her and converse with us as if we were old friends.
VENDORS: If it wasn't for Paulina, we wouldn't have been able to find such an amazing vendors for videography, photography, DJ, photo booth, florist, bridal makeup/hair, and invitations/programs. As part of our package agreement, Paulina was able to attend some of our meetings with our vendors as well as our ceremony/reception venues, and Paulina was our advocate. She would ask questions and make requests (e.g., the venue steam clean all of the linens, etc.) that my husband and I didn't think of. She is definitely someone you want on your side to make sure you're not being cheated or anything.
Day-Of-Coordination: Paulina and her two assistants did fabulous! My wedding had 200 guests and Paulina and her team managed to run our wedding smoothly and promptly. As a bride, I'm happy to say that I was stress-free on my wedding day because I knew Paulina and her team had it handled. I'm the type of person who likes to know exactly what to expect and Paulina's planning was so detailed, there wasn't any real moment of confusion or stress. I know a wedding will never go as perfectly as you hoped for but I couldn't have asked for more a beautiful wedding and Paulina played a huge part in that!
Paulina was absolutely the best decision we made. She is very very knowledgeable, professional and extremely caring. The wedding was beautiful, she was there from day one till the last guest left. We would HIGHLY recommend her.
Every couple, and I mean every couple, can benefit from the services of Paulina and her team! My now-husband and I hesitated with booking planning services as a way to save costs, and quickly realized we needed Paulina's talents when planning the logistics of wedding day became overwhelming. Paulina is knowledgeable, flexible, and places your interests at the forefront of every planning decision. Another great thing about Paulina is that she offers packages to assist you in whatever level of wedding planning you're in. You'll actually be saving saving on wedding costs by working with Paulina; she lets you know where to splurge and where to save and reviews contract documents to find hidden fees or murky deadlines. I was very impressed with her attention-to-detail. I loved that she took a majority of the stress of wedding planning, and our meetings became more fun than business. Without a doubt, we would not have had the wedding we envisioned without Paulina's assistance and guidance. I highly recommend Paulina and team!
Without a doubt, Paulina is the absolute BEST!
I met Paulina at a brial expo, and was quickly impressed with her take charge, yet easy going personality. I ended up booking the partial planning with her. I already had ideas for designs and vendors, but needed the help with some of the smaller details. I met with her from time to time in the months leading up to my wedding, and I am SO glad I had her, there were many details that I would have overlooked that she reminded me of!
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Everything went so smoothly and if anything went wrong, I didn't know about it! The way she helped bring my vision to life was so amazing to see. I walked into our wedding venue before the ceremony and I was blown away, she had captured my vision perfectly! She has a great taste in design and and an eye on the details!
Paulina made sure the day flowed smoothly and on time. She created a timeline (down to the minute), of where people needed to be and when. It really helped the wedding party and vendors with the information they would have otherwise been asking me for. She also made sure we were fed and had drinks. Literally things would just show up for us throughout the day without having to ask.
I had MANY people comment throughout the day on how impressed they were with her. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat! She is so wonderful and I would now consider her a friend. :)
Words cannot express how grateful we were to have found Paulina through Wedding Wire. My wedding day would not have been possible without all of her hard work and organization. Mine was a destination wedding and Paulina was very responsive, understanding and prompt. She had no problem with me shipping centerpieces and other decor directly to her and she set everything up exactly as I wanted. She took the reigns and made sure my guests and the wedding party were on track. We had no concerns and she really made sure that I was stress free. Paulina also recommended amazing vendors for the cake and flowers and they did not disappoint. She is detail oriented and handles difficult people well, lol. Because we had some difficult people. But everything came out so beautiful and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to make their occasion special.
I really doubted the need for a wedding day coordinator. I mean, that's what the Matron of Honor/Bridesmaids are for, right? But when I was just a couple of months away from my wedding, I began to get nervous and my catering vendor recommended Paulina to me. Within minutes of our phone conversation I knew I had to hire her. In fact, I think she was the best decision I made! Even my Matron of Honor, who is skeptical by nature, thought she was a godsend.
Where do I start? My wedding and reception were held in October at Mandalay Bay. From my very first conversation with Paulina she kept in constant contact, going over schedules, activities, entertainment, answering my million-and-one questions, and even sent me a Las Vegas post card a week before the wedding to say she was excited about the big day--nice touch! On the morning of my wedding she came into my suite while I was getting ready and began setting up and decorating the room. She moved furniture. She draped and bedazzled the tables. She directed hotel staff. She kept track of time. At one point she even stopped--midstream--to retrieve my dad from another floor of the hotel and escort him to the chapel so we could have our "first look" with the photographer.
Our post-ceremony activities included a double decker bus tour. Paulina kept everything on track, escorted the guests to the bus, then stayed behind to complete setup of the suite for the reception and allow the caterers to prepare their tables. When the tour was finished, she was waiting curbside to help the guests off the bus and escort them to our suite for cocktail hour while the groom and I continued to have our pictures taken. Once we made it back to the room, she made sure we had drinks in our hands and fresh plates of food to eat.
Looking back, I did not have to worry about a single thing the entire day! Paulina was there from start to finish, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be, making sure the vendors were paid and appropriately tipped (I gave her the money when she first arrived so she could take care of this task for me), keeping things organized, and even helping with cleanup! I'm not sure she ever got a chance to sit down to rest. I cannot say enough good things about Paulina. She is definitely a pro at her job and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!
Paulina is incredible! She's super organized, professional and intelligent. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. She made my experience amazing. If it weren't for her my day wouldn't have been as amazing as it was. I am forever grateful to her and Katie. She comes prepared! From scissors, pins and double sided tape, she thinks of everything you don't. She's calm and makes you feel heard and important. I wish I could have another wedding just so I could work with her again. She's simply the best. I had phone conversations with other planners and none of them came close to Paulina. I love this lady and you will too. Do not look anywhere else, hire Paulina!
The BEST wedding planner a Bride could ask for!!
I met Paulina at a Bride expo and loved her right away. She was friendly, kind and prepared. Her price was right and I immediately hired her. During the upcoming months before my wedding, she emailed me a packet to fill out that helped her prepare of a day of timeline. It included every question you could think of regarding contact info for vendors, who was walking with who down the aisle and what song to cut the cake to. We had a second meeting a month before my wedding to go over the packet and all of the additional details for the day. We met at the reception venue and I was able to share with her and her assistant how I wanted things to look and where I wanted things to go, along with other information and fine details. That meeting was a great comfort to be and I knew my wedding was in good hands. In the next few weeks leading up to my wedding Pauline and I shared numerous emails, text messages and phone calls. Paulina was always right there to help me, answer any questions and work with me on any changes or requests I had. She sent a mass email to all of my vendors the week of my wedding with my timeline information and handled confirming them all and any questions they had. I had one minor issue with my ceremony space and she was on the ball to take care of it and reassure me it was no big deal. We met again on rehearsal day and she went over everything with my family and friends about the ceremony and information for afterwards. She also took all of my decor to my reception space for me so I did not have to worry about it! After all the prep work leading up to the big day, my wedding day was absolutely perfect. If anything was an issue, I never saw or heard about it. Paulina and her assistant Katie were AMAZING! Paulina was there to set things up at the ceremony, helped decorate the space and put people where they needed to be. Katie helped set up the reception space at a different venue until Paulina arrived there and she also did a great job. Paulina helped calm my nerves, kept everything moving and made sure things all happened in a timely manner. After the ceremony, she went over to the reception where I met her and Katie when I arrived. Paulina was wonderful enough to help pin my dress for me and fix a minor stain on the back of my dress before I entered the reception space. That's right, my sweet and wonderful wedding coordinator helped me with my wedding dress! She even made sure that a server was there to give my husband and I some appetizers and drinks before our grand entrance! What a lifesaver as we were both starving and so thirsty! The reception space was so gorgeous!! Everything I had imagined was made possible because of Paulina! The cake cutting, bouquet toss and everything in-between was well timed and perfect thanks to her. She even made sure I ate something and that my husband and I had a chance alone to take pictures in our photo-booth which we wouldn't have had otherwise!
I will be forever grateful to Paulina for her amazing talents, skills and incredible work as my wedding coordinator! I will be recommending her to anyone I know who is planning to get married as she out did herself in every way possible by giving me the wedding of my dreams! My husband was also so thankful for her and made sure to let her know what a great job she did as well! We are both so appreciative of Paulina and I am so happy I hired her!!! You should too! Thank you again Paulina!
