We initially hired them for day of coordination but as we worked more with Mandy throughout the process we knew that we wanted to fully hand over our day to their amazing team! Which we then decided to invest in their unlimited rentals as well. Let me tell you they did not disappoint!!!! We requested them to run with the design as we had full trust in their vision for our likes and wedding aesthetic, and WOW WOW WOW it was INCREDIBLE what they created! It was such a stress relief too as we had no worries that they wouldn't knock it out of the park, and honestly it was beyond our wildest dreams! Not only did they deliver but they exceeded every expectation! To top it all off Mandy & her entire team are some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet and we absolutely love peachy keen events and rentals & I know that you will too! <3

f experience. I found communication with Mandy, the lead coordinator and owner, to be very difficult. Sometimes weeks would pass without a response to an email, even after I had booked and paid in full and when my wedding was less than two months away. Often it was a small question about inventory or tasks she would handle the day off - in other words, nothing that would take more than a few minutes to respond to. She did have some family matters arise during the time leading up to my wedding, but this was a pattern and not just a one-off occurrence. I remember looking at reviews again during this time, wondering if others had this experience, so I wanted to put up an honest review for anyone who may be working with her and feeling frustrated. This aspect was the most stressful part of wedding planning for me. Her inventory of rental and decor items is very extensive and there weren’t many items that I was looking for that she didn’t have. I would recommend using their rentals if you have plenty of time and patience. I will also say that I do feel that I could have gotten more value for what I paid had I been able to see her complete inventory, but not everything is listed on her website and trying to set up a time to visit her warehouse became impossible with her communication shortfalls. As for the day off, her staff did a great job of setting up decor and executing my vision. I didn’t hear much from Mandy during the lead up to the ceremony, and there were issues I learned about later that I wish she had been more involved in dealing with. Rachel, another coordinator, was more hands-on during the reception and I appreciated her staying involved and keeping our timeline on track. Her other staff was incredibly kind to us - one individual made a point of telling me I was the sweetest bride they had worked with in a long time and I heard reports that others commented about how organized my items were for them to arrange. I add these details to emphasize that these are good, kind people! Perhaps just some difficulties from management at the top being stretched too thin. Peachy Keen also never shared any photos from my wedding in their social media feeds, which I found to be very disappointing. They make a point of collecting all social media handles for all of your vendors, and I was looking forward to having all of those businesses highlighted in a post by my wedding coordinator. Unfortunately that never happened. All in all, I think the best value is to use Peachy Keen for rentals and skip their unlimited and coordination services. I think using a dedicated professional coordinator is probably a better bet.

Mandy was available to us throughout our planning process and we met with her several times to discuss all the details and get everything in order including private meetings, venue walk throughs, phone calls, and rehearsal. We ran into some stressful speed bumps along the planning process and Mandy had our back the whole time. She took care of organizing and communicating with our other vendors and advocated for us with difficult vendors with the utmost professionalism. Almost everything that was used to decorate the ceremony, cocktail hour space, reception, and table scapes came from the rental package as there is a MASSIVE catalogue of things to choose from. It left very little for us to actually pack up and organize for the event. At the end of the night, the team went to work and broke everything down in record time leaving us and the party with no additional responsibility. We had total trust in their day of coordination services and didn't stress about anything. Found out after the event that several things happened that I was blissfully unaware of because they did such a wonderful job of making things work on the fly. We are so thankful that we booked Peachy Keen - every single penny was worth the peace of mind that came with Mandy and her team's ability to run the show. All of our rentals were of excellent quality and was highly reviewed by our guests and resulted in beautiful venue set up and photos. We would not hesitate to book her again for any of the services they offer. We had no doubt that the team wanted nothing but the best for our big day and went out of their way to make sure that happened! STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND GO BOOK PEACHY KEEN!

during the wildest day of my life. We had a moody, drizzly day which honestly I was devastated about. She reassured me how incredible everything was going to be and to be honest, the ceremony and reception was something out of a fairytale book. My rustic, bohemian, moody vision was brought to LIFE and I have endless thanks for Mandy and her incredible team. Our day was everything and more because of all of the behind the scenes work done by this crew. Not a single detail was left unturned. We have immense gratitude for her. BOOK HER. Mandy took our vision and brought it to life better than we could have dreamed and it was amazing being able to relax the morning of the wedding and have her and her team organize everything. She made me feel so calm the day of the wedding and I knew everything was going to run smoothly. She cares so much for her couples and makes sure everything runs according to plan on the wedding day; if something does go wrong she handles it right away so the bride and groom don’t even know it’s happening. If Mandy falls short on anything, it's the sleep derpivation she suffers from due to a perfectionist approach to every single one of her clients. about using her services and my first response back was 10 days. Ok fine. Her next response after that was FOUR weeks. By that time she told me my date was “no longer available”. I would have appreciated a notice earlier so I could have found another wedding planner. Maybe if her correspondence was better, my wedding date wouldn’t have been taken. She was there on time and set all of our rentals up absolutely beautifully, and at the end of the night, was promptly there to take care of us! The two highlights for me were the greenery wall with the neon “Better Together” sign, and the maddy lounge. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the sign and it made for a beautiful photo op!! After we met she sent me pictures of things she put together to see if I would like them! I loved them all! It was that easy! Beyond the day of coordination we also worked with them on the unlimited rentals package and it really made our wedding day what it was. They have so many things to choose from that match so many different styles, color palettes etc. Lounges, table details, buffets for your cake or welcome table, architecture pieces, bars---literally the list goes on! Mandy was great at coordinating all of the last minute details in the weeks leading up to our day with our entire vendor team, she was at our rehearsal and with me every step of the way on the day of. ON TOP of that, she was also working with the rest of her team to bring the entire venue to life. Setting up all of our decorations (including mine) and designing the space with pieces that I rented from her. They stayed throughout the entire evening to make sure everything ran smoothly and helped with all of the clean up. Mandy is the sweetest person ever and is so easy to work with. I had a lot of fun getting to know her and her team and they truly were a key part in building a day that I will never forget. They gave me such a beautiful wedding (the guests are still raving about it to my husband and me--no joke) I was at a loss for words when I saw the reception space for the first time. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!!! You guys are such an amazing team and what you do is just incredible.

Their pieces are adorable and provided comfortable areas for our guests to sit and mingle during the wedding. Not only does Peachy Keen have a full inventory of rental pieces, they can pretty much make anything! I had some crazy ideas that the staff brought to life. They even custom made arches and supports for our ceremony and reception. The day of the wedding they were there to make sure everything ran smoothly. Along with setting everything up, they made sure timelines were set and we didn't need anything. The Peachy Keen team definitely goes above and beyond leading up to and on your wedding day. rt because of their rentals and design, I think the coordination end of their services could use a bit of work, they were not as organized or "take charge" as I expected them to be and the end result of that was not what we signed up for, I'd say 5 stars on rentals and design, 3 stars on coordination and communication.

e because the date we initially had picked wasn’t going to work with her schedule, I wanted her that bad! Once that time finally came she made everything so easy. She put together a tent layout, worked with my other vendors, ran day of errands, kept our wedding party in line and on schedule. The day of our (outdoor) wedding it was pouring down rain. We had started to move things into our tent and set up when the rain quit. My husband made the executive decision to move everything back outside. Mandy and her family had everything moved in 30 minutes and ready for the ceremony. She was also so tentative to us and our families all night. She made sure we got desserts, had drinks even that our phones were charged. Plus this girl travelled all the way to the west side of Ohio just to be there for us! Keen. Mandy was fantastic to work with, very quick with her responses, and patient with my slow responses during a tough couple of busy months! She had everything set up before our rehearsal dinner, and even came that evening to clean the drapings before the wedding day. Everyone was complimenting the chandeliers and draping all night, and it added so much to our reception venue!! So so glad we decided to use Peachy Keen.
