From the start, the entire Pedestals team was so friendly, warm, and helpful. Every visit felt personal and stress-free. One of the most touching moments of our day was seeing Robert right before we walked down the aisle — he surprised us, gave the bride, groom, and our families a big hug, wished us luck, and made sure we were happy with everything. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much he truly cared about making our day perfect. The flower arrangements were absolutely breathtaking — elegant, unique, and beyond anything we could have imagined. Every centerpiece, bouquet, and detail was flawless and so full of life. d Pedestals was the clear winner (from both prior brides and our own vendor shopping experience). Robert was so easy to work with, completely understood my vision, has a creative and unique eye, gave us so much value our money, and provided lots of great advice (i.e. Do we actually need flowers on the staircase banister? No. Should we do a combination of high and low centerpieces? Yes. Can we repurpose my bouquet or the chuppah or a centerpiece to give it dual functionality? Yes, yes, and yes). Our chuppah was even more beautiful than I imagined it would be. I loved our entry table, which was made up of deconstructed components of the centerpieces. I did need to be pretty firm on wanting blue flowers in my bouquet vs. Robert suggested I just have white roses, but Robert ultimately deferred to me. Pedestals was also so great at setting up the event and moving the floral arrangements around the venue, as we had both the ceremony and reception in the main ballroom, and the room needed to be turned over during cocktail hour (we didn’t even see them). owers were as agreed on and my coordinator was very nice. The setup team arrived 45 minutes AFTER my wedding started. My maitre’d from the venue had called them at 11, an hour before the party started, and it seemed like they totally forgot my wedding. She called them again when they still hadn’t showed up at 12, and they told her they were in traffic. They showed up at 12:45, rushing in, visible to all my guests at cocktail hour. It wouldn’t have been an issue had I not ordered a big piece for my welcome table that was not there to actually welcome my guests. No one apologized to me on the day nor did anyone ever reach out to me. I’m guessing since my wedding wasn’t one of their show-stopper-$20k-weddings like they display on their social media, it wasn’t given the same attention.

The other florals were amazing and perfectly matched our vision! Joseph and the team also let us bring in some of our own florals and set them up very well in the space.
