We worked with Personal Touch for our wedding held on 12/31/2021; after rescheduling with them three times due to Covid. Each time they were very understanding and accommodating. They worked professionally and were persistent with the times that we had scheduled for arrival and pick up. Their products were all quality pieces and made our event look so magnificent. It was everything we wanted and more. We rented rounds, white wood padded chairs, rectangle tables and two portable bars. The portable bars were perfect for what we needed and would rent again. It looked so professional and gave a clean, elegant look which is exactly what we were going for. We recommend using Personal Touch and will be using them for any event we have in the future!

I would not hire this company again if I had to. There was nothing wrong with the equipment, but the service was much less than I expected for practically the only rental company in the area and a preferred vendor for our location. Communication is terrible. I sent an email from their Contact Us page and got no response. Rather than looking elsewhere, I reached out again through the contact us page and called. When I still couldn't get a hold of anyone, I reached out via The Knot. It took multiple calls after that from both my fiance and myself to follow up on a quote, which we didn't receive until about 2 weeks before the wedding. Each interaction I had made me feel like I was a bother. On delivery day, I felt as if I had no right as the bride to start freaking out when the equipment hadn't arrived by either time I was advised of. I felt like I was being scolded like a child for asking questions, and like it was my fault for choosing what she said was the busiest time of year for our special day. If I could go back, I'd probably spend the extra money to have a company in Columbus deliver instead. I understand being overwhelmed and busy, but from a customer standpoint, from the standpoint of a bride shelling out tens of thousands of dollars to create the day of her dreams, I felt like the conversation was condescending and rude.

Personal Touch made our day beautiful! They asked what i wanted/needed and handled everything to make our day stress free. We rented chairs and a dance floor and they had some of the best prices in central Ohio.

The staff at Personal Touch are very friendly and accommodating. We used them for their flower arrangements, table runners, stands, chandelier, and archway for our ceremony. They dropped off these products the day before so we could set up early, and picked them up after the event, no problems or issues. They even offered to make brand new fake flower arrangements in my wedding colors, but we ended up not using them. They let me change the number of things I needed (several times) clear up until the week of the event. We were happy with the state of their shop and the products and services they offered. I would definitely use them again.

We loved working with Personal Touch! Living in Boston and having our wedding in Ohio could have been stressful but I was so impressed with the care and communication that Personal Touch provided throughout the planning process. In addition, they offered a unique hexagon tent set up, which was perfect for our guests. I also appreciated their familiarity with our wedding venue and ease with which they did everything. Personal Touch knows party rentals but what makes them unique is the way they care about their customers- they really live up to their name!

This company was a nightmare to work with. The tents the day of looked good but the months leading up to this were unbearable. Communication was terrible. After the initial site visit the layout that was sent to us was not what we had discussed-it was almost like the husband and wife didn't talk at all about what we had decided onsite. To make matters worse, multiple attempts to correct this didn't help and I had to take an afternoon off work and drive over an hour each way to Lancaster to sort this out. The deposit was not charged to our credit card and as the wedding drew near we began to wonder if they were going to back out. Finally a deposit was charged when we showed up at their office to sort things out. About 3 weeks before the wedding the weather looked like it might be cold on our wedding date, although we reserved and paid deposit on heaters, we were told that they hadn't had a chance to check the heaters for the cold season so they wouldn't be ready. In the end we were not charged for heaters because they did not supply them because they never got around to checking them, even though they were included in the contract we signed. This is poor customer service! The day before the wedding we had to go to multiple places and ended up buying two heaters because the ones we tried to rent weren't available. Customer service, communication, and attitude from this vendor were completely unacceptable. I would NOT recommend.

I ordered table cloths and chairs from this company. I was under the impression that the company owned the table cloths when in fact they didn't. Rather than order them early, they waited till the last minute to order them from New Jersey where they just had a hurricane hit them. She called me the Monday before our wedding in a panic and told me I had 25 minutes to decide if I wanted to pay more to order table cloths from Florida instead. I felt I shouldn't have had to pay more since I had a contract. She argued that the company shouldn't have to swallow the money that it took to order them from Florida. We went ahead and paid it because it was 5 days away from our wedding. When we got the tablecloths they weren't ironed either. Tablecloth and chairs for 100 people shouldn't cost $900 to rent!!!

unfortunately, there aren't a lot of other places to go to when renting items for weddings in the Lancaster area, so they pretty much have the monopoly. Items are a little pricey, but not horribly so.

Personal Touch made the wedding come together. They brought in everything from the dance floor to chairs to tables and tents! The company acted very professional and went about the planning very well and made all the accommodations necessary for a backyard wedding! They set up the night before and were there the next day bright and early! Overall, great experience and service for a relatively decent price!

It made sense to use Personal Touch in Lancaster as our venue was in Lancaster but even after pricing other places personal touch was the place to be. We rented table cloths, chairs, and the cake table from them. They delivered everything to the venue and even dropped the chairs around the room instead of right by the door. We obviously supplied the man power to set up and pick up but as long as everything was boxed up they came the following monday and picked everything up. There was some confusion about drop off time and my contact phone number however we were in the hall early for set up so the time wasn't a huge deal. I would definitely work with them again.

We picked Personal Touch Party Rentals because they had experience working at our venue. The staff was excellent and very nice to work with. Always happy and willing to answer any questions when we called. We rented a tent and were able to call a few days before to add fans because our day was going to be so hot.

Very reasonably priced, good product, and friendly staff. The staff was very prompt to deliver everything, and were available if we had any problem with our order. One vase was delivered broken, but they brought another one no problem.

I rented many things from Personal Touch for my wedding reception and absolutely loved them. However, I was called the day before the wedding and was told that one of the items I rented has gotten broken and was not able to be replaced in time. This item was the MAIN decor for the wedding reception. BUT, the did replace it with something else and I am SOOOO happy they did because I LOVED it and liked it better than original item. Highly recommend!
