Peter Greeno Weddings

photograph a May 2023 wedding. We did an engagement photo shoot in June 2022. At that time, Peter said we should expect our photos back a week or two later. Two weeks go by and I hadn't heard anything, so I sent him emails asking about it. I received no response. I began calling him as well, and a month later, we finally got our engagement photos. Peter said he was dealing with a family medical emergency at the time, so I afforded him some grace. Later in 2022, we realized we had to change our original wedding date from May 2023 to February 2024. I emailed Peter to let him know we needed to change our original contract, but again, it took forever to actually get in contact with him and actually sign a revised contract. At the event, he was professional and took good photos. While taking our family portraits, there was a fire alarm pull in the background, but he assured me that he could easily edit it out later. At the wedding, my sister asked him how long it would take for the photos to come in, and he told her maybe a month at maximum due to it being a slow season Two months go by and I start wondering where my photos are. Eight weeks are typically the industry standard for getting back wedding photos. I started trying to contact him through email. When email proved fruitless, I began to call and text him. I felt he was ignoring my number, so I had my sister call him since he didn't have her number saved, and he answered right away. After speaking to my sister, he claimed that my wedding photos should have been delivered and that he was unaware I was trying to contact him. He once again claimed a family medical emergency. A few days later, Peter Greeno delivered the first wedding gallery. The photos looked nice, but upon further review, he did not edit out the fire alarm pull in all of the family photos and when flipping through the photos, you could tell that they were not aligned properly. Some were off-kilter. I emailed him back to ask about these edits and he said that sometimes his edits don't save and that he can't always edit things like fire alarm pulls out. If that is the case, then why was such an act promised? Regardless, 10 days later, the final digital wedding gallery is complete and edited. Around that time, I asked about the printed wedding album we had paid for. Peter Greeno wrote that "printed wedding albums for summer weddings happen during the following winter. We have three active designs at any time. The last two are entering design phase now, yours will be next by order of wedding dates." Keep in mind that this is early May. In early OCTOBER I remember that I was told I would be next to go to the design phase, and I email Peter Greeno to ask what is the status of my printed wedding album. On October 8, 2024 he claimed that my album went to design and he would reach out the following week. He did not. On October 29, 2024 I demanded some kind of proof that my album went to design. He provided no such proof. I demanded a refund. It took a while for me to receive a refund (ultimately I had to request the money from him on Venmo), but I did receive a refund for my printed wedding album because I was so tired of dealing with his unresponsiveness. This time, he blamed his lack of response on a different family emergency.

Peter's photos of our wedding are truly so special, and so beautiful. They each feel like a work of art, and looking at them fills us both with so much joy and love for each other. Peter's approach and artistry have left us with the most beautiful shots of our incredible day, and we feel so lucky to have these treasures to carry with us throughout our lives!
