Phos was AMAZING. We had a general vision of what we wanted and Adam was so incredibly helpful in making that a reality. He was very straightforward during the planning process with what was feasible in our budget and was so helpful and happy to work with us to get to the vision we wanted. The install we had was GORGEOUS - it was beautiful and fit our vibe and venue perfectly! We had crystal pendants, diamond curtains, and cafe lights, and it really brought the reception to life. The entire crew was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They were so timely and even ensured everything was to our liking at the end of setup, which we really appreciated!

Phos is the best for all your lighting needs! We used Phos for our wedding day lighting. Adam was great to work with and very professional from beginning to end. I wasn't entirely sure how I wanted to use the chandeliers we were renting, and Adam gave me great advice, and they turned out better than I could have ever imagined. With our ceremony/reception space being very open, the chandeliers and cafe string lights really brought a more intimate feel to the space. The installers were also wonderful on our wedding day. Couldn't recommend Phos more!

Adam specifically was incredibly patient with us as we finalized our vision/design, and even assisted with last minute day-of changes. Phos can turn a beautiful event space into an EXTRAORDINARY space. If you are planning a wedding in the Twin Cities, I would highly recommend reserving room in your budget for a show stopping installation piece. Not only will it “wow” your guests, but it will create a unique design to your event space and could even allow you to spend less on floral, other rental company equipment, etc. Whether you want to leverage ideas from their past events on their Instagram page or design your own, Adam and his team are really professional on understanding the event space and any limitations it may have while trying to maximize the overall look of the installation piece. Their overall professionalism is top tier as well. They were very prompt when it came to installation and overall room flip. I did not worry at all about them during the wedding, unlike some other vendors. I would highly recommend working with Phos!

Phos did a spectacular job at our event. They hung a 20 ft edison bulb installation down the center/aisle of our space that we used for the ceremony and reception. It was beautiful and stunning and brought the whole room together. Multiple guests thought it was a permanent part of the room! It was exactly what we pictured. They were also super easy to work - I am so happy we got to have their work as part of our wedding!!

I had no issues with booking & when I showed up to the venue on the wedding day everything was already set up and ready to go. Phos is the best in the business! Adam collaborated with Apricot Floral to create the most beautiful floral ceiling installation for my daughter and son-in-laws wedding at Quincy Hall. Adam perfectly interspersed twinkle lights through the drippy florals which was magical and stunning. In addition, he suggested up lighting to make the space warm, beautiful and romantic. Adam is professional, creative, nice, a good listener and provides options at different price points to work within your budget. I don’t think anyone knows the event lighting business better than him. We were so grateful to have the Dream Team of Phos and Apricot Floral to create the most gorgeous wedding space at Quincy Hall. I highly recommend him for any of your lighting needs!!

Adam was great to work with! He answered any and all questions quickly throughout the wedding planning process. The cafe lighting was beautiful. Unfortunately, we encountered some electrical difficulties during our reception and Adam dropped everything to come to the reception right away in order to troubleshoot. Even though the problem couldn’t be fixed, which was a bummer, Adam handled the situation SO professionally and I think this speaks volumes about his commitment to his work and his clients. Even after our event, Adam was in contact with us and did everything possible to work with us. I would recommend Adam’s services due to his professionaility and kindness!

We booked Phos for our December 8th wedding. The booking process was very easy, and communication throughout the planning process was great. We had an idea of what we wanted the space to look like, and Phos really listened and helped us decide which lights would look best in the space. We went with a 6ft round hanging installation with Edison light bulbs for our ceremony in the round, amber up-lighting on the walls, and cafe lights. On the day of the wedding, all the lights were already set up and the space looked BEAUTIFUL. Having professional lighting really brightened up the space and made it so romantic, especially during a dark MN winter wedding! We highly recommend booking Phos for your next lighting needs.

Adam was great to work with. From our initial consultation when we brainstormed ideas for the space, to working within our budget and finally to execution of our plan on the wedding day. PHOS was amazing to work with. Not only did they provide a beautiful Edison lightbulb backdrop for our ceremony, they also hung our home made planter baskets from the ceiling, as well as hung sting lights throughout our venue. With little direction they executed all of decor exactly how I wanted it. They were super reasonable in price and so responsive. Their decor really set the tone for our party. Highly recommend!
