our wedding day was great. I didn't hear of any complaints, and the photobooth guy was very nice about pushing our start time back 15 min, since our ceremony started late.
They uploaded the pictures onto their website by the next day. The photos that we took as bride and groom are among my favorite from our wedding day!
The only reason why I deducted a star was because I had submitted our request for the photobooth 2 months in advance of our wedding date and never heard back from them. I had to call them repeatedly, and it was hard to get someone on the phone.
The Pink Shutter photobooth was a HUGE hit with all the wedding guests. It was affordable and provided lots of laughs for all. The attendant was personable and helpful. So happy with my last minute addition of this photobooth

It may have been because we bought an online deal... They kept trying to upsell us, and we had to tell them "no" 2 or 3 times! Actual service at the wedding was ok.

so got electronic copies of all of the pictures that were taken too, as well as unlimited double prints the whole night. The only thing I would have wished they did was saved us the duplicate pictures for the ones that wouldn't fit in the album.
