Samantha just to get more information about the entire process. BEST DECISION! We talked on the phone to gather details about what Ben and I wanted in a honeymoon and then she provided the perfect number of options and we fell in love with all. We made our decision and after that I didn’t have to do ANYTHING else. I provided our information and we were all taken care of. Samantha checked in every few months and updated anything we needed and then right before sent us an incredibly thorough information packet that was so helpful. We had the best time on our honeymoon and every moment of it was exactly what we had hoped for. When we returned home, Samantha had sent us the most beautiful flower arrangement and it was everything combined with even these smallest touches that reminded me that reaching out to Samantha was definitely one of the best decisions I made in this whole process. If you need a travel agent, I cannot recommend her enough. I’m sure we will be a repeat customer!

lse going on with the wedding, thinking about planning a honeymoon was not our first priority even though it was so important to us! We had a phone consultation and discussed how we like to travel, where we were considering going and our budget. Samantha quickly came back to use with (3) extremely detailed recommendations for (2) different locations we selected. We spent time reviewing her recommendations and settled on 2 different options (one from each location). We spoke to Samantha and she shared additional insights about each. We ultimately chose to honeymoon with (2) nights in Tahiti and (7) nights at Le Meridien Bora Bora. To say that she was amazing truly would not do her justice. Samantha went above and beyond. She managed all our payment; she sent us a beautiful travel wallet with all our travel documents (detailed down to potential additional costs that may be incurred, airline requirements, etc). We referenced this travel document the entire honeymoon. Every single thing we needed was detailed in that envelope! She followed up and communicated and reconfirmed. She shared her knowledge on when we should leave and why (and we were beyond glad we listened)… She helped during the honeymoon- especially at the beginning when we ran into an issue at LAX and were told our bags would not make it to Tahiti… She spent that entire 9 hours that we were in the air- doing whatever she could to make sure our bags would arrive and if they didn’t, making accommodations with the hotel to help (they did arrive)! Our hotels were SO US and could not have been more perfect. She arranged the overwater bungalow at the very end of the pier in Bora Bora and it had the best view of the entire resort. We even went to visit the other 2 recommended hotels and while amazing and we would have had the best time, the one we ultimately chose (from her recommendation) suited us best. She got all of our flights to be at times that maximized our days. Everything she did went above and beyond! She is an expert. A professional. And truly knowledgeable. We will be using her guidance and expertise for our future leisure travel.

With our budget and a few other stipulations she narrowed it down to three spots for us. Then from there she went into more detail about every destination. Then when I was being indecisive she helped us narrow it down by providing even more insight. She never tried to up sell us on anything and was very truthful about all the information given to us. We always felt so important, like we were Samantha's number one priority. She answered all of our questions and even sent us a flower arrangement after we returned home.
