Platinum Party

uggestions and all the small details that made the day even more memorable.

highly recommend this business for any party or wedding reception that you may be planning. You will not be disappointed.

the food and passed apps at the reception. The staff was extremely kind and went above and beyond to help the reception go perfectly as planned. I was completely stress-free the day of the event because of Tracy’s organized schedule. Platinum was absolutely amazing to work with and I highly recommend using them for your next event.

Massapequa location and had a lovely sit down. We had contacted them previously and they had a great tasting set up. Again, we left knowing we wanted them to handle our event. They were instrumental in helping us orchestrate the event. From assisting us from getting glasses and flatware to obtaining a catering a wait staff that was amazing, we found ourselves impressed every step of the way. Our family and friends were absolutely floored by the bar staff, and we had several bartenders. Everyone was able to get exactly what they wanted, immediately. The food on the day of the wedding was outstanding. They set up a proper tent for the kitchen, complete with ovens and the like, and brought forth some seriously delicious foods. Overall, I would credit them with creating the perfect day. Through the whole event, we had zero issues. We whole- heartedly recommend Platinum Party Planners for all of your event planning needs.

pful in guiding us when planning our wedding. The staff was really great as well. I would recommend them to anyone and will hire them again in the future for other events.

t have been possible without Platinum. Tracy helped to coordinate every detail - she was able to put me in touch with vendors, help with design details, discuss backup plans for the unexpected hurricane that showed up the week leading up to our big day, etc. George and his team knocked it out of the park with the food. The entire staff worked tirelessly through the rain (hurricane!) with smiles on their faces and everything went off without a hitch. Despite the rain on my wedding day, the day was perfect & we are endlessly thankful for Tracy, George, and their team! HIGHLY recommend them for any party you're having, you will have NO regrets!

Tracy & George made our party the most Beautiful, memorable experience we ever had!! The Food was awesome!! The Staff was awesome!!! The Night was Awesome!!! Thanks to George and Tracy and the Staff at Platinum Party Planners

uch so, we have since used them for other parties.

understanding of my goals. From her keen eye for detail and sharp organization skills, she was able to keep all vendors on schedule and within budget. With a wide variety of menu options, George was more than happy to make adjustments and accommodations up until the last moment providing all guests with delicious options to enjoy. The event was flawlessly executed and I could not have been happier with the outcome. Thank you Tracy, George and the entire Platinum team for your professionalism, dedication and hard work. It was an absolute pleasure.

f crew created a unforgettable food presentation from the working pasta station to our carving station. I can’t forget to mention that the passed hors d’oeuvres were phenomenal.. You’re looking to plan an event platinum is the place to go !!

to make your event special. I highly recommend Platinum for all types of events in the near future.

sonally to your vision of your event. You won't be disappointed and will enjoy every minute of planning your event.

ked me through each step. I felt particularly supported the few days leading up to the wedding and I didn’t think about a single detail on wedding day. Can’t recommend the team highly enough and guests are still raving about the food from cocktail hour to the entrees everything was delicious. Oh - and if you’re wondering if you should have Tracy do your florals or not the answer is YES!

going to be a headache to plan. I had so many questions about the amount of food/liquor/beverages and concerns due to weather/ number of guests, but Tracy was very patient and guided me through everything. And all the guests loved the cocktail hour. The presentations of the hors d'oeuvres were amazing and delicious! The staffs were so kind and caring! Because my husband and I were busy taking pictures/greeting guests, we didn’t have much time to eat. They came to us asked us if we needed anything and made us a plate of food. We’re so thankful we had Tracy and her team for our ceremony/cocktail hour. Highly recommend!

She made me comfortable since day one and was a pleasure to speak to. She was compassionate, friendly and accommodated everything I requested to ensure I had the most perfect wedding day. She made my wedding seamless by communicating with my vendors to ensure everything was perfect and on schedule. George was so knowledgeable about the food aspect. The food at my wedding was beyond delicious and my guests are still raving about it to this day! The staff the day of the wedding were extremely nice to all my guests and ensured I, the bride, was being taken care of. Overall, I would recommend this company over and over and will most definitely be using them again for any future events. Thanks Tracy and George for making my dream wedding come true!

and George during the tasting, to the night of the wedding, their professionalism was obvious at every turn. Tracy was easily accessible at all times, whether we were talking over email, phone or text, she was unbelievably kind, and extremely proactive. Tracy came to our venue and met with us and the manager, to not only observe the space and the kitchen, but she provided her expertise on set up, arranging tables, and she came up with creative solutions to potential problems. Tracy reached out to all of our vendors to confirm arrivals and deliveries to ensure every aspect of our day was taken care of. Not only that, the food was exceptional. It was hot, flavorful, and a huge hit with all of the guests! We did buffet stations which included an Italian station, gyro station, and taco station rather than a formal meal, and guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food! The 5 servers also were great at bussing tables and keeping everything neat and clean. Additionally, Tracy went out of her way to ensure my husband and I were able to eat! She had a plate of hors d'oeuvres made up for us, as well dinner, and she even brought us our bride and groom cupcakes! Lastly, the manager at our venue as well as his staff even expressed how impressed they were by the professionalism displayed by Platinum Party Planners, and had nothing but good things to say. The team at Platinum Party Planners left the kitchen at our venue absolutely spotless! Overall, I could not more highly recommend Platinum Party Planners for wedding catering! Exceptional work at a very reasonable price!!

azing and all our guests were raving especially about the salmon. My father in law still talks about it months later. I would pick them time and time again for everything!

ate and manage a beautiful wedding for all of us. Her attention to detail, communication, and coordination with all the vendors, left me at ease knowing I could be a guest at the wedding in my own backyard. And, I can’t say enough about George and his cuisine - from the presentation to the tasteful flavors of his amazing menu - he is just a fabulous chef. Everyone was raving how delicious the food was! The staff was great as well, from the servers to the bartenders – they were all courteous and friendly, ensuring we had a great time. Platinum Party Planners made our daughter’s wedding very special and memorable. You should have them do the same for you - you will be so happy you did!

(Bat Mitzvah and 50th Birthday) events at my home within a month of eachother this past Spring! Tracy's vision developing 2 memorable parties with themes and details to distinguish them was truly remarkable! In addition, I really appreciated her efficient communication in the months -and even days- prior. We had a random almost 100 degree day and Tracy easily provided some last-minute additional fans and a/c units. And George's beautiful presentation of an unbelievable, not predictable menu is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Please make sure to sit and eat during your event . Please! Book with them now.

anning experience was stress free. My occasion had a lot of, let’s say, “high wattage” guests and they all commented on the party and the manner in which it was run and choreographed. The party flowed seamlessly and the staff that was hired for the occasion was beyond polite and accommodating ….. from the valets to the food servers! It wasn’t a wedding but it may as well have been!!!!!!

to fruition. They delivered absolute perfection. We felt like royalty at our wedding. Our guests were blown away at the quantity and quality of all the food and desserts. The French Style catering, the staff, the decor, the florals, everything was just beyond anything we could have ever expected truly from the bottom of our hearts and we can’t that you enough. If you have other caterers to consider, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

so beautiful. We had such a great time..the food was excellent and the attention to detail was beyond compare. Can't wait to use Platinum for our next big event!

have been able to run as smoothly. They really executed our vision and made everything come to life. Planning a wedding can be very stressful, but Tracy made us feel at ease in every step of the way. She listened to exactly what we wanted and was very organized, thoughtful, and efficient throughout the entire process. The food was absolutely amazing and everyone is still talking about how good it was months later! Their staff is extremely friendly and was so helpful throughout both events and made sure that we always had anything that we needed. We really are so appreciative of Platinum Party Planners and would highly recommend them for your next event!!

g venue. The best thing that we did when planning the wedding was hiring Platinum Party Planners. I cannot say enough about this company. From the start, Tracy was beyond helpful in executing the bride and groom's vision. She took all of the pressure off of us and really took over and worked very well with all of our vendors to make sure that everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. From the very first day we started to work with her she was very easy to communicate with, really listened to what we wanted and immediately answered texts and emails. She came to our home several times to meet with vendors or just to answer any questions we may have had. She took great care in making sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted on my daughters special day, but also was very conscientious of making sure that we were not overpaying on certain things from any of the vendors that we were using. Her creativity and professionalism really helped to execute the most perfect day for the bride and groom. George who is the head chef/co-owner of Platinum is an extremely talented chef. His food was unbelievable and had all of our guests talking about it for days. His menu was creative, diverse and there were many choices so that you really could create a menu that catered to exactly what you wanted. Every single thing that was served that night was not only absolutely delicious, but was served and presented in such a beautiful manner. I could not say enough about the food from the appetizers, to the dinner menu to the desserts it was all to die for. On to their staff...the bartenders, the servers, the chef's assistants... Every single one of them was beyond polite, professional, patient, kind, helpful and attentive. Every single one of them had a smile on their face for the entire evening and you could almost feel how much they loved their job and the people that they worked for. They all went above and beyond for anything that we needed or wanted. All of these things, really made my daughter and new son in law's wedding the most perfect night that I could have imagined. Having a wedding at home is definitely not easy, but Tracy, George and her staff really made it a wonderful easy and most of all memorable experience for us. I would hire them again and again and as a matter of fact we have. They just did their baby shower! (it was just as perfect)

hat would be served (AMAZING!) Tracy was EXTREMELY responsive throughout the process, and that's honestly an understatement. She would answer calls and texts no matter what day of the week. We had a backyard wedding and Tracy was there whenever we had to plan the layout of the reception and whenever the tent company was coming over (she also recommended the tent company which was so helpful!) I was indecisive at first as to what type of menu I wanted, and each time I wanted to change something, Tracy had an updated menu/quote for me within days. Tracy and George had a professional staff, and decorated the serving tables beautifully! To be honest, food was not a top priority of mine when I first got engaged. After my wedding, my guests RAVED about the food!!! We had stations: tacos, sliders, and carving station. My guests really enjoyed the fact that they could choose the type of food that they wanted, how much food they got (lol) and went back for more! I even changed the slider station to include a veggie burger and they were happy to accommodate! Tracy and George are professional, understanding, and, without a doubt, experienced. I recommend Platinum 100% and I am SO happy I had the chance to work with them!

dinator (we seriously could have not done this without her!) She made the process fun and much less stressful. And, the food was SO AMAZING our guests are still talking about it! We highly recommend Platinum!!

I couldn’t have been more happy. Tracy and her team took all my stress away and put together a gorgeous event from top to bottom. From decor, food (which was out of this world), and scheduling, everything was perfect. If you are like me and don’t have the time to plan a wedding while working to afford one, Platinum Party Catering is the way to go. You will love this team! Everyone is creative and handle anything you need!

ok my vision and turned into literally the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. The food was amazing (every guest raved about it) the staff was responsive and I did not have to worry about a thing the entire night. Platinum Party was professional, responsive and just a total pleasure to work with from day one. I am so grateful I found them and bringing them on board for my wedding journey was an excellent idea. I highly, highly recommend them!

d planning on the big day. I had spent endless hours preparing for this wedding...so who was going to make sure that it was all pulled together, who was going to "be me" on that day? Who was going to make sure that my signage was hung in the right place and that my coveted ribbon curtain decor would actually be taken out of the box? That was it, decision made...I needed a DOC. I began my search here and contacted about 6+ DOC companies. I researched (and stalked) and spoke to them all via email and on the phone. Tracy and I hit it off on our first phone call after exchanging a few emails already. In fact, out of all the companies I did initially speak to, Tracy was the only one that I wanted to meet up with and possibly hire. As this is one of the lead roles on such an important day, I felt it was necessary to meet in person to review my expectations and to make sure I felt comfortable working with her before I signed the contract. Setting up a meeting with Tracy was super easy and after three minutes, we were both cracking up and I knew it was a done deal...I booked her that day. For the next few months we communicated a bit as I was scrambling to pull together last minute details like a squirrel harvesting nuts for the winter...it gets crazy, ladies, I am telling you! The four weeks before the wedding is when Tracy's interaction really picks up as the DOC. She met me at my venue twice, she answered every frantic email quickly, she contacted and confirmed all others vendors, she immersed herself in my decor and what I wanted. She total got it. My wedding turned out beautifully & I didn't worry about one thing that day, not one. Tracy and Jess took care of everything and I couldn't be happier with them and my choice. They are amazing and you will love them. Good Luck.

as talking to a few friends about the empanadas being passed around and how I was trying to find them because they were so good, to which my friends heartily agreed. My attendant, Danielle, apparently overheard the conversation and radioed "We need empanadas for the bride" and all of a sudden a huge tray came up to my friends and I as well as a private plate of empanadas for me. This is just a small example of how on top of everything they were all night. Tracy was also great and maneuvering sticky situations. My husband's Aunt is an alcoholic who relapsed right before the wedding. Tracy managed to smoothly and calmly take a drink out of her hands as if it was nothing and effortlessly help us manage that situation. Our wedding had a speakeasy theme and we came up with secret passcodes for drinks. We handed the bartenders a secret menu and they were so great about it, really getting into it. Our guests had so much fun! Throughout the process, Tracy was very accommodating and always had my budgetary concerns in mind. She wasn't very involved in the planning stages, as my dad and I mostly did that ourselves, but she coordinated everything for the day of the event and was in charge of the catering. She and her team were completely indispensable. George catered the food for both my dad's wedding and mine plus the brunch we had the next day. Boy can this guy cook! He's got a huge variety of cooking skills. My dad's wedding was very traditional with a sit down menu of steak, chicken, fish, but he also had stations during the cocktail hour ranging from pasta to sushi. My wedding was a buffet of Latino and Caribbean foods. There's seriously no end to what George can do. Everything is delicious!

y phone book out and took a chance. From our first tasting to our party clean-up, Tracey's work ethic and support with all I needed was incredible. The food couldn't have been better, and the staff were just as good. We will be having my daughters wedding in the spring and Platinum Party Planners will be our first choice. B Liguori

The details that were needed to put our wedding together were overwhelming and Tracy handled it like a champ. She did not let one detail go by. She is very creative and had a lot of terrific ideas to add to the wedding to make it even more special. Her staff was friendly, kind and……boy, did they work hard!!!! And the food by George was just unbelievable. We had a sit-down dinner in the barn with 4 choices for our guests to choose from. All the food was cooked on the premises and it was fresh and hot. Our guests still tell us how good the food was. Our wedding was perfect and Tracy and George helped to make it that way.

list items helped me have the most special day! From the decor and centerpieces to the waitstaff's attentiveness to my guests, the day was amazing without a a single hiccup. Tracy, THANK YOU for making my special day perfect with such little time for execution. You are the BEST, a true miracle worker!!!

once we did our food tasting we knew it was a sure fit! Everything could not have been more perfect! Tracy covered everything at our wedding that we asked for and then some including some decorating, details, and even catering decisions so as to not bother the bride and groom. We fully trusted them With one of the biggest days in our lives! I can't say enough good things about her and her company! If you're looking for on site catering and planning don't look any further! Thank you for making our day a success and most importantly providing a beautiful display of foods and amazingly tasting food and desserts! The flan was delish!
