Platinum Posh Planning

ll. I just focused on having fun. I chose the middle of Vanessa’s 3 tiers and for me that meant I vetted and booked all my vendors myself (15-10 months prior), then 2-3 months prior to the wedding Vanessa got engaged, joining me on final vendor calls, creating detailed timelines with me and reaching out to vendors on my behalf. However, Vanessa did gladly provide recommendations on vendors so my florist and makeup artist were from Vanessa’s recommendations and were both fantastic. Can’t recommend her enough! Vanessa went above and beyond, and the wedding wouldn't have been anywhere near as perfect without her.

wedding of my dreams was possible because of the incredible professionalism of this team. Vanessa was quick to offer help wherever we needed it. A true 10/10 experience we HIGHLY recommend to anyone in their planning process.

ile easing our nerves. Amid working on final papers for graduation, planning a wedding and honeymoon, and managing daily life, she was an invaluable support. I distinctly remember when she said, “It’s my job to take the stress away from you, so you can focus on life.” This made a significant difference. She listened to our vision of a dream wedding and brought it to fruition. When we faced a last-minute venue change beyond our control, she communicated effectively with the property manager, visited the new site with my husband, and conducted another visit with our catering company. Vanessa's professionalism and dedication are highly appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Vanessa and her team were diligent and attentive from start to finish. They ensured everything ran smoothly, calmed our nerves, kept us on schedule, helped clean up the site, managed an Amazon return my husband had left behind, and upheld her commitment by allowing us to focus on our union. Our guests also remarked on how Vanessa was attentive, checked on their well-being, and took great care of our bridal party. Vanessa and her team are remarkable, and I highly recommend her services. Pictures show the vision Vanessa and her team brought to life.

schedule to making sure everything was taken care of at the end of the night. We had to change venues very last minute due to the LA fires and she was very helpful in making sure everything still worked out. There were a ton of vendors and guests to manage and her and her team handled it so well. Thank you Vanessa!!!

rganized and enthusiastic wedding planner you needed. We were planning the wedding long distance and somewhat unfamiliar with the area as far as wedding needs went. Vanessa immediately suggested plenty of vendors right off the bat. She also offered to set up appointments to meet with vendors we liked and facetime us since we couldn't travel every time to book vendors. And she did do just that. She was also able to consolidate our appointments for the one time we were able to travel out to the area so we were able to view all the venues we wanted to look at. And this was done for two separate venues (ceremony and reception venues). With the Partial Planning package, she gave us a list of credible vendors for all things such as venues, photography and cake which we ended up using and loving. She also helped with procuring last minute needs such as specific furniture needs for the two events we had, and for a specific late-night snack vendor. Throughout all of this, she was very communicative and we had a schedule for both event days. We and our families did not have to worry about any event day prep or teardown because Vanessa took care of all of it with the vendors. This was essential for us as most of our families and guests, including us, the couple, were traveling for the wedding and did not have much time for coordination. And of course we wanted to relax and have fun at our wedding events. All that said, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Vanessa with Platinum Posh Planning for your wedding day coordination needs!

rst my husband didn't agree to hire a coordinator, but after the wedding he admitted we made a great decision. We struck gold choosing Vanessa! We gave her all the vendors contacts and contracts because she wanted to make sure we were getting what we have paid for from the vendors. She also helped finalize our time line. My husband was an hour early at the church running around to make sure things were good to go with the florist, church staff, priest, mariachi, photographers, and guests as they were arriving. But shortly, once Vanessa arrived she happily told him "I'll take it from here." He felt an instant weight off his shoulders! She helped improve and set up our signage at the reception. She was an amazing liaison between us, family, and the vendors and did an outstanding job dispersing the final payments to our vendors while we were partying. There is so much more I can get into but overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vanessa to be your coordinator. She is truly amazing on what she does! Thank you so much Vanessa for everything you did for us, our days timeline was perfect and stress free because of you!!

navigate getting to and through our big day and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing an A+ wedding coordinator!

y of despite some vendors being late. They were professional the whole way and communication was great. They also provided some signage for the wedding which turned out beautiful! Definitely recommend using them for your wedding!

t to be honest, there were so many things we didn't know, and she gave us great advice and suggestions along the way. If it wasn’t for her suggestions, some of the most memorable moments wouldn’t even have happened. Her knowledge and experience saved us so much time and stress, and so much money! She helped us with the big stuff like dealing with the venue and vendors, but she also helped us so much with entertainment, setting up decor, and making important announcements to the guests during the reception. She also handled emergencies, like unexpected guests showing up last minute. She made sure we were on track and moved things along. Everything went so smoothly at our wedding, and we're so happy we got to work with Vanessa. I can’t recommend her highly enough. 10 out of 10.

Vanessa ensured to be in communication with all vendors and venue staff. She was professional and has great quality service. If any of you are thinking of hiring Vanessa for Day of Coordination, I would highly recommend her! Thank you for everything!

on services and even helped us get many bags of ice.

day she was always available to answer or assist in anything related to our wedding. She made time for our wedding rehearsal at the venue site, was in contact with all the vendors, picked up things we needed set up the day prior to the wedding and made it all come together more than I could have imagined. The day of the wedding I did not have worry about a single thing. Literally, I mean it! She took care of everything, even when our venue filled half of our guest champagne and forgot the other half. She simply said "Dont worry ill take care of it", and she did. At the end of the night she packed everything up and placed them in a box for us all ready to go. Ive heard brides say that they've been stressed, but honestly I had no issues with high levels of stress because Vanessa was such a great help. 1000% recommend her, I promise you wont regret it!

acted was busy…but Vanessa was available. We were a little nervous, because the last guy was so nice and courteous and we felt was trustworthy that we were like, could we end up getting left hanging the day of the wedding with Vanessa? But we met her through and online meeting, she was very empathetic and reassuring to our situation and told us to just trust her and she would take care of us and we are so glad we did. She went above and beyond for us. She even drove to our home to pick up the decorations for the day of the wedding and gave her very little direction and when we showed up to the venue, our jaw dropped. Everything the day of the wedding went perfect. I am not exaggerating, but she did an amazing job. She made sure all night we were ok and even got us cocktails after the reception so we didn’t have to interrupt our schedule and we would be at ease. I don’t think I can describe how amazing she was the day of the wedding and all the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was always a text/email/call away and she would always help us find a solution to any issue that came up before the wedding. If you are considering hiring Vanessa, I wouldn’t hesitate to give her a chance. Her prices are very competitive and trust me, you will wish you had another wedding coming up so you could work with her. She is extremely professional and beyond organized. Thank you again Vanessa for helping our big day go so smooth!

eading up to the wedding. She really helped to keep our special day on track even with some unexpected last minute developments with our guests. It really felt like she was invested in making sure everything went off as smoothly as possible even between our separate ceremony and reception sites. She made sure we were able to eat and was attentive to our needs and the timeline as a whole. We highly recommend Platinum Posh and are extremely grateful to Vanessa.

flexible with doing an additional virtual walk-through. I was also impressed with how everything ran smoothly the day of. While Vanessa was unable to be there in person, I was glad her sister Raquel and mother was able to facilitate in running the event as smooth as possible. My in-laws, family, and myself were able to celebrate and have a good time. Vanessa & Raquel, thank you so much for helping in making my in-laws Golden anniversary a very special day for all of us.

knew I was making a great choice. She was always prepared during our calls and didn’t mind my million emails! Vanessa ensured everything ran smoothly from getting to the church, to the flowers arriving, to the cocktail hour, the special performances, and everything in between! All while rain seemed to loom over our day. I felt confident and relaxed that I did not have to worry about every detail having Vanessa and her team there. Thank you for making our day even better!

hly if I didn’t have them there. Down from the endless communication, to the rehearsal, to my actual wedding day everything was perfect and they made sure we had everything we needed and everything got done without any issues. Thank you again for all your help and making our day run smoothly!! You are the best!💕

nute trip to Europe two weeks before our wedding date. Vanessa was amazing! She was so helpful from start to finish and made sure our vision came to life!

nator! In the months leading up to the wedding, Vanessa made sure to always reach out to us and check-in to see if there were any items she could help with. She gave us multiple ways to contact her and had responded to a few frantic texts (that came from yours truly) in a timely, professional, and easing manner. During the day-of, there were a lot of last minute changes that happened, but Vanessa navigated through all of that with a smile on her face and in a way that reassured me that everything was going to be okay. She had arrived to the venue early as we were taking wedding pictures and helped direct and set-up the venue perfectly. The friends that I had asked to come early to help with set-up arrived with almost everything done! The reception was crazy-filled with energy, and although there were many changes that were out of our control, Vanessa made sure everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. At the end of the day, Vanessa checked in and made sure all the guests, vendors, and venue staff were taken care of (: Vanessa is truly a professional. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to help be their guide/coach for their wedding day!

al day. I loved that anything I asked, she handled with no problems. Later, I heard there was a big issue with my cake being delivered to the wrong room and Vanessa took care of it! So thankful for her and so happy I hired her to help me!

planners and coordinators but when we spoke to Vanessa I just had a good feeling about her. She made me feel as ease and gave us excellent direction. She told us that her job was to help us get to the alter with no stress. By the last day, and all the moving pieces involved in pulling off a wedding with short notice; every wedding guest coming from out of town, I managed to leave a few necessary items including the meal selection at home. Vanessa jumped in and pulled off a miracle. She was able to seamlessly execute dinner, guide all of us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception. She was calm, kind and very reassuring. Whenever plans weren't going as initially agreed she discreetly consulted with us and the MOB though the MOH. Our guests who were from all over the world couldn't stop singing praises over how beautiful the wedding was and how well it was executed. Looking back at the pictures and how well she managed the time, and helped with the décor, Vanessa is a stellar professional. Thank you Vanessa for helping us have the wedding of our dream.

ng from the beginning stages to planning all the way to the wedding day. We are so grateful she was by our side every step of the way. Thank Vanessa for being the calm to the storm.
