ng sure everything ran smoothly and right on schedule. Our family and guests even noticed how organized, calm, and amazing she was throughout the day.
Vanessa went above and beyond, helping me plan out the timeline and asking thoughtful questions I hadn’t even considered. There were moments when I felt unsure or overwhelmed, but she always reassured me and found solutions right away. On the day of our wedding, one of our late-night snacks got canceled at the last minute, but Vanessa and her team completely saved the night by stepping in with pizza and drinks.
I’ve attended plenty of weddings and seen other coordinators in action, and honestly, many have fallen short. But Vanessa was exceptional, easily the best coordinator I’ve ever seen, and I’m so grateful she was ours.

I chose the middle of Vanessa’s 3 tiers and for me that meant I vetted and booked all my vendors myself (15-10 months prior), then 2-3 months prior to the wedding Vanessa got engaged, joining me on final vendor calls, creating detailed timelines with me and reaching out to vendors on my behalf. However, Vanessa did gladly provide recommendations on vendors so my florist and makeup artist were from Vanessa’s recommendations and were both fantastic. Can’t recommend her enough! Vanessa went above and beyond, and the wedding wouldn't have been anywhere near as perfect without her.

I distinctly remember when she said, “It’s my job to take the stress away from you, so you can focus on life.” This made a significant difference. She listened to our vision of a dream wedding and brought it to fruition. When we faced a last-minute venue change beyond our control, she communicated effectively with the property manager, visited the new site with my husband, and conducted another visit with our catering company. rganized and enthusiastic wedding planner you needed. We were planning the wedding long distance and somewhat unfamiliar with the area as far as wedding needs went. Vanessa immediately suggested plenty of vendors right off the bat. She also offered to set up appointments to meet with vendors we liked and facetime us since we couldn't travel every time to book vendors. And she did do just that. She was also able to consolidate our appointments for the one time we were able to travel out to the area so we were able to view all the venues we wanted to look at. And this was done for two separate venues (ceremony and reception venues). With the Partial Planning package, she gave us a list of credible vendors for all things such as venues, photography and cake which we ended up using and loving. She also helped with procuring last minute needs such as specific furniture needs for the two events we had, and for a specific late-night snack vendor. Throughout all of this, she was very communicative and we had a schedule for both event days. We and our families did not have to worry about any event day prep or teardown because Vanessa took care of all of it with the vendors. This was essential for us as most of our families and guests, including us, the couple, were traveling for the wedding and did not have much time for coordination. And of course we wanted to relax and have fun at our wedding events. All that said, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Vanessa with Platinum Posh Planning for your wedding day coordination needs!

rst my husband didn't agree to hire a coordinator, but after the wedding he admitted we made a great decision. We struck gold choosing Vanessa! We gave her all the vendors contacts and contracts because she wanted to make sure we were getting what we have paid for from the vendors. She also helped finalize our time line. My husband was an hour early at the church running around to make sure things were good to go with the florist, church staff, priest, mariachi, photographers, and guests as they were arriving. But shortly, once Vanessa arrived she happily told him "I'll take it from here." He felt an instant weight off his shoulders! She helped improve and set up our signage at the reception. She was an amazing liaison between us, family, and the vendors and did an outstanding job dispersing the final payments to our vendors while we were partying. There is so much more I can get into but overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vanessa to be your coordinator. She is truly amazing on what she does! Her knowledge and experience saved us so much time and stress, and so much money! She helped us with the big stuff like dealing with the venue and vendors, but she also helped us so much with entertainment, setting up decor, and making important announcements to the guests during the reception. She also handled emergencies, like unexpected guests showing up last minute. She made sure we were on track and moved things along. She made time for our wedding rehearsal at the venue site, was in contact with all the vendors, picked up things we needed set up the day prior to the wedding and made it all come together more than I could have imagined.
The day of the wedding I did not have worry about a single thing. Literally, I mean it!
She took care of everything, even when our venue filled half of our guest champagne and forgot the other half. She simply said "Dont worry ill take care of it", and she did.
At the end of the night she packed everything up and placed them in a box for us all ready to go.

She went above and beyond for us. She even drove to our home to pick up the decorations for the day of the wedding and gave her very little direction and when we showed up to the venue, our jaw dropped. Everything the day of the wedding went perfect. I am not exaggerating, but she did an amazing job. She made sure all night we were ok and even got us cocktails after the reception so we didn’t have to interrupt our schedule and we would be at ease. I don’t think I can describe how amazing she was the day of the wedding and all the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was always a text/email/call away and she would always help us find a solution to any issue that came up before the wedding. If you are considering hiring Vanessa, I wouldn’t hesitate to give her a chance. Her prices are very competitive and trust me, you will wish you had another wedding coming up so you could work with her. She is extremely professional and beyond organized. nator! In the months leading up to the wedding, Vanessa made sure to always reach out to us and check-in to see if there were any items she could help with. She gave us multiple ways to contact her and had responded to a few frantic texts (that came from yours truly) in a timely, professional, and easing manner.
During the day-of, there were a lot of last minute changes that happened, but Vanessa navigated through all of that with a smile on her face and in a way that reassured me that everything was going to be okay. She had arrived to the venue early as we were taking wedding pictures and helped direct and set-up the venue perfectly. The friends that I had asked to come early to help with set-up arrived with almost everything done!
