Janell and Lily from POSH became like family to me throughout my wedding journey. From guiding me through bridal concerns to ensuring my dress was perfectly packed for our destination wedding, their expertise and bond as a team were invaluable. They even connected me with Lily's mom for alterations on my rehearsal dinner dress and recommended where to go for suits for the groomsmen. My experience with POSH was truly memorable and I am grateful for their support and friendship.

I don’t know why brides would go anywhere else! Lily and Janell are simply the best in the business. From start to finish these ladies gave me memories to last a life time. When I found the dress in November, it was like a fairytale moment. When I came home from the appointment I told my fiancé he would be a puddle when he saw me—and I was right!! The alterations done on the dress somehow made it even more stunning. At style on the aisle, which is well worth every penny, I found a second mini dress for my rehearsal and after party. Janell, being the bridal gown designer she is, sized me up and knew immediately the type of drama I was looking for in the dress! They had the dress ready in time for me to fly it to Seattle, where I was getting married. There was not a dry eye in the house and I received a million compliments on the entire ensemble from veil to dress to hair piece! I felt truly royal! If you are looking for a team that truly obsesses over you and their craft, don’t go anywhere else! I can’t wait for my sisters to get married so we can relive the experience all again. My experience at Posh bridal was very disappointing. It started off great  at my first appointment where Lilly brought the energy and fun! However, when my dress came in 6 months later and I went to try it on it was huge. They discussed having to make excessive alterations from parts of the dress that I  loved because it was too big. When I mentioned it was too big I was told “not everyone’s a perfect size 8” as well as other comments that dismissed my concerns.  There was supposed to be extra lace ordered to make new straps and they forgot to order that. I left feeling discouraged and crying. I then found that my receipt from my first appointment did say size 8, but the receipt from the time it came in said size 12. At some point there was a mistake and it was never identified by them and brushed off when I expressed my concerns. They did the right thing by having me come in the next day to “show me the size chart”. It wasn’t until I started crying again that they finally admitted they made a mistake. Luckily I got my dress very early and they were able to order me the a size 10 dress at no extra charge. After I was still disappointed in the dress they offered to give me free alterations, however I decided to get my alterations elsewhere as the whole situation was unsettling.

Cannot sing the praises of this bridal shop enough!! Lily is 100% the best consultant ever <3 She truly cares and has such great excitement and energy, which was an unexpected blessing for me since I walked into the shop already so disheartened from all of my other dress shopping experiences. I had been to 6 places, some in York and some in Lancaster, and was left highly unimpressed by most of them in terms of styles and quality of service. I came into Posh looking for a fitted long sleeve gown, and I found "the one" that FAR exceeded my expectations of beauty!! The girls at Posh made a whole celebration out of it, with champagne and dancing and being welcomed into their Posh Bridal family. It was an experience I'll never forget, and I recommend all brides around Lancaster to start here for the ultimate dress shopping experience!

I had a fantastic experience with getting my wedding gown from Posh! Found my dream dress and was helped by Janell and Lilly the entire process! My dress fit perfectly when they were done with it and I also got me wedding jewelry and veil from Posh too! They have events where you can go try on your dress and try all sorts of jewelry and accessories with it on to try to find the perfect match. Amazing experience and I was well taken care of!

I absolutely love the experience I had with Janell & Lily! From day one, Lily knew exactly what to choose for me! I got to feel like a princess from the first time I entered the building with the team’s loving hospitality and attention to detail. Both my sister and I got our dresses here within the same year and attended the Style on the Aisle event where we got to put on our dresses at the same time (like the dress-up parties we had when we were younger)! Janell did a fabulous job making sure the ginormous flowy dress really fit my body perfectly. My husband absolutely fell in love with my dress & veil and I received endless compliments! I found my dream dress at Posh Bridal! There are so many amazing parts to getting your dress at Posh, so I will try to keep it short. Janell carries a wide variety of dresses at her store. The entire experience of picking out the dress was so much fun! Janell and Lily are very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. They even have a large variety of jewelry and veils to choose from, too. Janell was also very helpful when it comes to alterations. She did a fantastic job and was very speedy. You won’t go wrong picking out your dress from Posh!

I brought my Grandmother's wedding dress (not dry cleaned) from 62 years prior to Posh with the hopes that I could incorporate it into our wedding day. My now husband and I choose to get married on their anniversary, 10/14 and were so lucky to have both my grandparents present that day and share our first dance with them! Janell was realistic when she told me the options- suggesting a veil with the beautiful French lace- but I opted to try for the full overskirt, which I later learned required some museum-grade cleaning processes. Thankfully, the dress held up through the cleaning, allowing Janell to make my dream come to life and exceeding my expectations. It was so special to work with Janell and Lily- they were so accommodating, because though my wedding was in Lancaster, I live in Missouri and was in town only select days. I recommend Janell and Lily to everyone- they will take care of you!

THE place to get your dress! I tried several boutiques in the area and Posh was simply phenomenal. They make the experience fun and stress-free. I described the kind of dress / vibe I was looking for, and the very first dress Lily pulled for me was the one! They handle your alterations and bustling (and did a great job - I got compliments on my bustle all day!). Their Style on the Aisle event is such a great addition -- you come back in, put on your dress, and try veils & accessories together. I told my other bride friends about this & they were jealous -- it's such a great way to make sure your entire look comes together and looks perfect. I can't recommend them enough! Posh Bridal went above and beyond. My mom and I just happened to be in Lancaster looking at wedding dresses when we came across Posh Bridal. We made an appointment, but there was a mess up with their scheduling. They gave us a free upgrade for a session for the mistake. Which wasn't needed but just a nice thoughtful touch of them. I gave Lily my inspirations before my appointment, so when the day finally came she already had an idea for what I wanted. After each dress I tried on we reviewed what I liked and what I didn't. And by the FOUTH dress I knew I found the one. There were tears, smiles, and just plain awh. We went there not thinking I would find the dress, but in fact I did! Janell was beyond lovely to work with as well. As she took my measurements and got me the correct size. Overall both Lily and Janell were just a dream come true to work with!

POSH has a special place in my heart, and if you're looking for your perfect wedding dress and a fantastic experience, go no further. Janell and her team are like no other. Below is my long experience with POSH, but perfectly captures how special this bridal salon is. When POSH still sold other event dresses, I came here in 8th grade to purchase my 8th grade graduation dress. The staff were so kind, and the experience was truly lovely(especially for an awkward middle schooler trying on formal dresses for the first time). All these years later, that experience stuck with me. I thought I was sold on a 1930s style wedding dress, but I wanted the experience of trying on wedding dresses with my mom and grandma in attendance - plus I thought "if anyone could change my mind about the type of wedding dress I wanted, it would be POSH," and boy, I was right. When getting there, I tried on the style dress I was originally envisioning, and I did not feel like a bride at all. The stylist worked with me to narrow down what direction to go, and we tried on SO MANY dresses and finally found the perfect one. AND THEN, about 6 months before the wedding, I developed a medical condition that caused me to gain a lot of weight. "No worries," Janell assured me (I was still worried), and then I saw the magic she worked in-person. She managed to increase the size while maintaining the original integrity of the dress - and no one could spot the amazing lace matching she did until I pointed it out. Thank you to Janell and her team for making everything truly perfect.

Posh is not your average bridal shop. Janell, the shop owner, is a designer herself, and it shows. I walked into Posh and they didn’t have the gown I was looking for — so we designed one. We took one of the gowns with beadwork and fabric that I liked, changed the neckline to strapless, and removed a large slit up the front. Janell knew by looking at the dress that a straight across neckline (verse a sweet heart would better work with the existing dress). I felt really comfortable throughout the whole process. I trusted Janell and the way she protects her brand to not let either one of us look bad on my wedding day — and she did not let me down. Janell hand presses ever gown that comes out of her shop before pick-up. It’s the details that really set this shop apart. 10/10 would recommend.

I was married last weekend in a dress from Posh Bridal, and my whole experience with them was positive. We had a private appointment with my mom, sister and grandmother and Lily was prepared with dresses she thought I would like based on the information I gave her beforehand. I ended up choosing the first dress I put on and the appointment only took about an hour. I live in Chicago and Janelle and Lily were so accommodating to get me in for fittings on weekends and other times that worked for my travel schedule . I received so many compliments in my dress and felt beautiful all day. I’d highly recommend them for your wedding dress ! Thank you Janelle and Lily!

One of my daughters closest friends recommended Posh Bridal to her. We visited this past Saturday and had a wonderful experience. My daughter worked with Lily to find the perfect gown. Lily was well prepared when we arrived and she knew what gown styles my daughter had in mind. Lily chose several different gowns and styles for her to try. POSH Bridal is the best! POSH was the very first place I looked for a wedding dress, I even had two other appointments that week at other bridal shops near by that I ended up canceling because Janelle helped me find my perfect dream dress! I was so nervous but Janelle helped calm my nerves and made the whole experience so easy and wonderful. From "Style on the Aisle" to the first fitting/alterations Janelle and Lily were so much fun to work with! The Posh bridal experience is one I will cherish for the rest of my life. My experience at POSH was amazing from beginning to end. They were the first bridal shop I went to, and the search ended with them! I booked a Gold appointment for me and a couple of bridesmaids last year when I got engaged. I had a couple of questions about the appointment, and Lily was super helpful and responsive! The day of my appointment was a dream—Lily took care of us and helped us out with any questions, and made me feel super comfortable trying everything on! She accommodated my requests about trying on a veil and shoes with the dresses I tried on. The whole experience was magical, and the moment when you try on THE DRESS was very special (the champagne was also a nice touch!). I fell in love with my gorgeous dress but had a few alterations I wanted to make. Janell was with me every step of the way to make sure that not only did my dress look amazing, but more importantly, that I felt amazing and confident in it. She listened to my concerns and knew exactly how to alter the dress to suit me. If you’re looking for accessories, POSH brides get to go to Style on the Aisle. It’s a great event where you get to try on your dress with different veils and jewelry. Shopping online is great, but being able to see everything with the dress before you buy anything is extremely helpful. Again, the POSH team will be there to help you! On my wedding day, I felt so beautiful walking down the aisle. I got so many compliments on my dress and veil. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Janell and how impressed I am by her and her team. When I started my day wedding dress shopping, I was very nervous. I am a fuller-figured woman, so I was apprehensive that shops wouldn't have anything for me to try on. Posh Bridal is highly knowledgeable and helpful. They listened to what I wanted, and I even found a dress that surprised everyone. I had initially scheduled a Gold appointment. Little to my knowledge, my fiancee contacted the owner Janell and upgraded my appointment to Platinum. So the whole shop was just for my girls and me. We had a lovely spread of finger foods to eat. We did a drawing contest to see who could determine what my dress might look like. It was a lot of fun! It made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Posh Bridal had plenty of dresses for me to try on. I knew going in that I try on sample dresses so they won't fit me perfectly, but the consultant and Janell still made me feel very comfortable in my skin. I had said yes to the dress that day, and they created a fun "party" for us to celebrate with champagne. I just got a call that my dress is in, and I will try it on soon! I am utterly excited and cannot wait. I would recommend anyone to go to Posh Bridal!

I had such an great experience at Posh bridal. Janelle does all the alterations in house and she was able to take a size 16 gown and make it fit like a glove (I normally wear a size 2 or 4). She made a number of changes to the dress that made it a one of kind dress, exactly what I wanted. They were so amazing to work with!

Posh was my first and last stop for my dress! Everyone at Posh was exceptional and so helpful through the dress buying process. I loved that they had a “Style Down the Aisle” event to help me style my entire look in one place. Janell was so wonderful to work with doing the alterations and I loved the time I spent with her during that process. My wedding dress received SO many compliments and the photos are gorgeous! Going to buy my dream dress was such an incredible experience at POSH! My family and I scheduled a platinum appointment and it was filled with laughs, tears, games, and saying yes! POSH BRIDAL was my 4th wedding dress location my mom and I visited in my search, I was losing hope that I was not finding a single dress that got me excited, nor could I picture myself in on my wedding day. My appointment that day was with Janell, the owner of POSH. The power was actually out this day in the studio which now makes this story special. I shared my visions with Janell, which included a slim fit dress with little to no lace. She then pulled some options for me and helped fit me (in our dark dressing room lol) and finally, I started to envision myself on my wedding day in these beautiful dresses. I was trying to narrow down to the dress that would be "the one" when Janell pulled a new dress out, different from my original vision and asked if I would like to try it on. The dress was fitted with a mesh top and a lot more lace than I could picture myself in. However, I tried the dress on and-wow- I couldn't stop admiring myself in this beautiful dress in the mirror. I looked over at Janell and my mom, with tears in her eyes, admiring the dress on me as well. At this point I knew I had found my dress. Janelle paired the dress with shoes and a veil and helped me put the whole picture together. We finalized our order and before leaving I gave Janell a hug, I felt so grateful for her. She has so much vision and expertise she is truly a professional and has a passion for what she does. I don't think I would have tried on a different dress if it wasn't for her. Janell helped me find my dress, when I was losing hope, in a dark studio , on a rainy friday afternoon. My mom and I will never forget our experience at Posh finding "the dress."

Janell Berté is the fairy godmother of dress making! Unfortunately, due to the terrible war in the Ukraine, the original wedding dress I purchased -from a designer in the Ukraine not Posh Bridal- was no longer a possibility. With a very tight time frame I was able to find an amazing dress at Posh and work with Janell to make it into the dress of my dreams. She added sleeves and back button detailing taking the dress from beautiful to truly one of a kind stunning. Janell's attention to detail and eye for artistry makes her a master of her craft. However I would be remiss in my review if I did not also mention Lily. Lily was in charge of my initial appointment and she was fabulous! She listened to my wants, budget, and over all aesthetic and managed to find me multiple dresses to try on that I ended up loving. She made the whole experience feel fun, magical, and just everything you could want from bridal dress shopping. Do yourself a favor and go here. They are simply put, the best.

Janell was a dream to work with! When I first came in, I told her I wanted a big dress and I wanted sparkle! She showed me some dresses but she knew I wanted more sparkle so she gave it to me and we decided to make a custom dress and make one dress out of 3 different ones! My dress was everything and more I could’ve ever dreamed of, I felt so beautiful on my wedding day! She did a great job with my alterations as well and made any adjustments I wanted or she saw fit! I’m so happy I went with Posh, it was so fun from start to end, especially the style on the aisle event where you get to try your dress on again but with veils, earrings, necklaces and more. Other stores do not do this and this makes the wedding dress shopping experience that much more special! Thank you to Janell and the whole posh team for helping me find me dream dress!

I could not recommend Posh more highly! My sister got her dress here 10 years ago and it was such a lovely experience that I knew we would be back when my turn came. I shopped around multiple places before my appointment so I would have a decent idea of what I was looking for and the appointment at Posh was just an unmatched experience. Janell is a joy to work with. She really listens to what you want, notices how you feel in each dress and works with you to find you the perfect one. Since Janell is a designer herself she takes care of the alterations and the work is flawless.

Oh my goodness! Working with Janell and the team at Posh Bridal has been the most amazing experience! I had a very specific style of dress that I wanted from the beginning, but I’d never tried one on so I wasn’t sure if I would find it. But I did! I tried on several during the first appointment, but only this “miracle dress” left me feeling confident, rather than self/conscious, in my body. I got a bit concerned a few fittings ago when my dress was a bit tight at the waist and my girls were overflowing, but Janell was able to fix it all and it looks better than I could have imagined!!! My big day is in a week and a half and I can’t wait to see my partner’s face the first time he sees me in it.

I just want to start off by saying WOW! I am so thrilled with my experience finding my dress at Posh Bridal! Janel was absolutely outstanding. I walked into the first bridal shop I’ve ever been in, and found my dress moments later. Janel made me feel so comfortable and worked with me and my crazy family with ease. An easy listener who soon became a great friend! We were greeting with mimosas, and gift bags as well! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I followed up months later during Posh’s accessory week and found my veil earrings and belt. Two fittings later, I was walking out with my dream dress. The Posh Bridal Team was an amazing team to work with. This bridal shop was the first store I visited to begin my wedding dress shopping journey and after my visit, there was no need to keep looking. After seeing their selections and discussing my budget, we went with a custom dress designed and created by Janell Berte, which really complemented our garden wedding. I had 3 fittings with Janell and they were great. She took my feedback and would make changes and we would discuss details like the fit of my dress to the length. In addition, her bridal shop hosts weekends where they allow you to shop for accessories and because I currently live out of town she would be flexible with my arrival times and I purchased my veil and bridal accessories from her store. I truly appreciate her for helping me feel amazing on our wedding day which was located in Nashville, TN. Overall, I look forward to continuing to cherish and preserve my beautiful custom gown which was made possible by the Posh Bridal Team.

Janell at POSH was amazing! She truly made me feel special and I had a great experience from the first day to the last. On my first appointment I had so much fun looking at the dresses and had my mom, mother-in-law, maid of honor and man of honor with me. She was great with giving advice and helping me pick out my perfect dress. Even at every fitting she remembered details about my life. For my last fitting she stayed past the shop hours to do my final fitting and did some alterations so I could take the dress home that night instead of having to drive 2 hours back to Lancaster to pick it up. Made it so much more convenient. Overall I’m very happy with the service and how my dress turned out!

When it comes to finding your perfect wedding dress, look no further!! My entire experience from start to with Janell was effortless. She went above and beyond to make my day perfect! I must admit I don't take making big decisions lightly. I've model several wedding dresses in the past but I felt when it finally came to my own, I would have to look at several venues before I found "the one". With my parents in the industry (the owners of Excelsior Lancaster) I felt it was my duty as their daughter to check out local vendors first. This was by far above and beyond my expectations. Your dress is what builds your confidence on the day of your wedding. The showroom dress you try on vs. the actual dress you wear on your wedding day, goes through so much detail. From adding things like bustles, padding or buttons, to shortening your train. Over that entire time you build a relationship with your designer. Janell has your back through the entire process. Her eye for design adds an additional quality to whatever you choose. I absolutely loved both of my wedding dresses and my now husband, loved every detail of both of them as well. Visiting Posh Bridal will be the best choice you make for your wedding day, hands down!

The entire team at Posh did a fabulous job helping me to find and create the dress of my dreams! When I started the process of trying on my dress, my stylist listened to all my feedback and applied it so I could find the perfect dress for me while making me feel absolutely beautiful throughout the entire process (even when trying on dresses that weren’t my perfect fit :)). During alterations, Janell fit my dress to me perfectly and listened to my vision to add just a little lace to the deep V to make me feel more confident on my day. She also did a beautiful job with my bustle - it wasn’t too overpowering for the dress despite my “longer than typical” train :). I loved that I got to try on accessories at the Style on the Aisle event, and I ended up choosing accessories that I didn’t realize would look perfect with my dress until I tried them all together. Overall, Posh made me feel absolutely amazing and special on my wedding day - how every bride deserves to feel!

POSH bridal was great! They really paid attention to what I was looking for and I loved every dress they put me in. Once I found my dress, the rest of the process (alterations, adding accessories, etc.) was flawless. Janell was so supportive and easy to work with. I walked into Posh bridal with my mom one day just to look around and see some styles of gowns. Little did I know I was about to have one of the happiest experiences of my life. I tried on about 8 gowns, and all of them were absolutely stunning, but I fell in love with one in particular and ended up saying yes to the dress. Janell and her team were incredible every step of the way. Shortly after I ordered my dress, I moved to New Orleans. Janell went out of her way to make sure I could be seen for fittings during my quick trips back home. During their “Style down the aisle” event, I found ALL the perfect accessories, including the most comfortable, gorgeous shoes that I was able to wear for the entire day and night of my wedding (if you know me, this is a big deal as I live in sneakers). I would absolutely recommend Posh to any bride. They deliver a top tier experience start to finish. My mom, aunt, and I loved Janell so much we started asking WWJD when we were wedding planning. She truly is the best in the business!

POSH was the first bridal shop i went too, so i wasnt sure what to expect when bridal dress shopping, but they exceeded my expectations. Abby was amazing at helping me find the gown of my dreams, she focused on what you liked and didnt like about the gown you tried on and went in the back to find one that fit the idea you had in mind. I had a wonderful wedding dress/accessory shopping, purchase and fitting experience with Posh Bridal. Janell and her team are knowledgeable and I genuinely had fun with the shopping and fitting process. From our initial shopping experience to picking up the final (perfectly) fitted dress, I felt special and heard. Janell and her team had a private room set up for my first shopping experience. I wasn't sure about the dress color so she found fabric to put under the lace so I could get a sense of what the final dress would look like. That made my dress buying decision easy. I live two hours from the bridal shop and Janell often came in early so I could do fittings as my schedule allowed. Posh Bridal hosted "Style on the Aisle" events where I had hair and makeup done, tried on my dress and found the perfect accessories. These little events and touches added up to the perfect wedding dress experience. I highly recommend Posh Bridal!

Before we went to Posh Bridal, we had some negative wedding dress shopping experiences. Posh was so great and helpful, and I felt really comfortable there. I really loved the top of one dress but wanted it to be a bit plainer on the bottom, so they took a plain bottom and ordered it like that! I personally didn't even know you could do that. I was worried waiting for it to come in because technically I hadn't seen my wedding dress together 100%, I just had to trust they knew what they were doing. I'm so glad i did because I LOVED my dress and how it came out. It was 100% me and I wouldn't have found that without Janelle and all the people there! So thankful I found them!!

Posh Bridal went above and beyond and made me feel super special. They knew what style I was looking for and nailed it. Janell even had a dress shipped in from Texas just for my appointment and it ended up being my dream dress! Lily was also amazing! She never made me feel pressured or rushed at all would 100% recommended!

Posh has been fantastic so far! I had my first dress shopping appointment last weekend and I found the dress of my dreams! Lily was extremely helpful and patient with me while I tried on many many dresses, I think I tried on 8-9 total (all different styles and designs). After I had tried on all of the dresses, Lily pulled one more out and as soon as I put it on I knew it was the dress! The whole time Lily made me feel comfortable, pretty and listened to all of my concerns while trying on all of these dresses. Never once did so I feel pressure to buy or decide a dress which I appreciated so much. Once I said “yes” we had a celebration with champagne, music and pictures and Lily answered all of my questions I had about the next steps. I get married next April (2023) so I have time until my fitting appointments, but if they go anything like my try-on appointments I know it’ll go great. I would 10/10 recommend Posh!

VERY disappointed with our time at Posh Bridal and CEO Janell. For starters this is the only boutique I had to pay for my appointment out of the 5 others I visited. The Gold appointment was to include 90 mins. My appointment was at 3pm and we weren’t taken back until after 3:30 which already shortened my appointment time by 30 minutes (which is what the free silver appointment offers). It was to include complimentary bubbly drinks and treats which should say “drink” not “drinks”. We were given a white wine sangria that tasted like juice and when my mother and I requested a second that was denied and we were not given another drink. Also the “treats” was just a ziplock bag with a make shift white chocolate trail mix. I think they had all but 20 dresses in the whole entire store- so the options seemed very limited. To top it off as we were getting ready to leave , one of the kind ladies helping us with the dresses went to hand me a bridal bag and right in front of me the CEO Jenelle said “No she doesn’t get a bag, she didn’t say yes and pulled the bag back from me.” My maid of honor who is also getting married this year and just went to find her wedding dress a month ago warned me that this was her most unpleasant experience and she was right. Would not recommend ladies and definitely not worth paying for the appointment!

Posh Bridal is unlike any other bridal boutique I've come across. Janell and Christina were perfection. They take an authentic interest in what you're looking for, how you're feeling, etc. Dress shopping can be a very stressful time, with lots of added pressure, and they did everything possible to make the process fun, relaxing and enjoyable. We had refreshments and sangria, popped champagne and practiced walking down the aisle. It was amazing! I can't wait to continue to work with them as I look for accessories, come in for alterations, etc. I will be recommending them to every bride I know.

OMGSH seriously the best salon ever!! I went to a lot of different places and tried on a lot of dresses before I came to Posh bridal, let me make your search easier and start here. This was the best experience, the ladies who work along with owner Janelle were awesome and go over and beyond to make the bride feel special and beautiful! Posh provides beautiful , quality gowns and a one of a kind experience for their brides and her guests!

The short version of this review is that Posh Bridal is where you should go. You will not find a better bridal salon! I did buy the Gold package, and I do recommend it. One reason I loved my experience was because I worked with Janell, though from my observations, the other consultants are equally as warm and respectful. It seemed pretty clear that Janell has a philosophy that she is passionate about and she has imparted it on her staff as well. Personal attention seems to be the center of that philosophy. Janell seemed genuinely invested in my search for a dress. She put no pressure on me to buy a dress from her, and actually encouraged me to go to my other appointments that day, so when I was trying on dresses and deciding if they were right, I didn't have to worry that I was annoying her or wasting her time. She made me feel great about shopping. She was calm and confident and at the end of my appointment she invited me to call her after my other appointments, and welcomed me to come back to try on my favorite dress again. I just loved that! No FOMO sales tactics. She even told me with a smile that she wanted me to find the perfect dress, wherever that was. She is also super funny. I really appreciated her personality and genuineness. The other salons I went to were wildly different than Posh. I assumed every bridal salon would be like what you see on TV - excitement! Fun! Friendly consultants! And individualized, thoughtful attention! Nope, that seems to be a TV and Posh Bridal exclusive. I was also surprised that the quality of dresses was quite different. The dress I bought from Posh had more boning (structure), was more comfortable, and much more flattering. My other consultants made me feel like it was a chore to pull dresses for me. I felt guilty for not wanting to buy their dresses, and at the same time, would not have felt good about giving them my money, so at the end of the day of shopping I felt so crummy. I called Posh sadly and told the consultant on the phone I didn't even know if I should come back, because I wasn't certain I was going to buy anything, and I didn't want to waste anyone's time. I don't know who I talked to, but she was so upbeat and reassuring. She invited me to come back to try on my favorite dress again, and I'm so happy that I did. Trying it on again after seeing so many others made it all crystal clear. I said yes to the dress, and even Janell had tears in her eyes :) I recommend Posh because I felt happy about spending my money there. The vibe was great, the people are absolutely wonderful, and the quality of the dress was unmatched. And I won't give anything away, but there are a lot of fun things that happen when you do say yes. I really do feel like a member of the Posh family and now I'm counting down the days until I get my dress back!

Posh and specifically Janell gave me such an incredible experience from day one until my wedding day. I had emailed a few pictures of what I liked to Janell ahead of time and when I arrived for my appointment she had the perfect dress set aside for me. I instantly fell in love! We had such fun at the say yes celebration and it made me feel so special. She was very accommodating when I wasn’t sure about sizing of my dress. She ended up picking the perfect size for me too so I had minimal alterations. From start to finish Posh was the best and I cannot recommend them more!

HANDS DOWN - THE BEST BRIDAL SHOP EXPERIENCE. From beginning to end Posh bridal provides the full experience. Janell and her crew of wonderful ladies were so helpful & knowledgeable but most importantly, they made the experience of finding my gown so fun and meaningful!! I was able to see and try on my dress multiple times before the big day. Style on the aisle was an amazing even where I was able to pick out all of my accessories and see everything put together. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
