Trust the process and your planner! Positively Charming Weddings was key in making our day as beautiful as it was. Carissa’s experience and passion for planning was quite clear from the first consultation. Even after bringing her on with only 6 months to the date, she managed to help boost the planning process with her organization and engaging us when needed via scheduled appointments or quick text follow-ups. We appreciated her vendor list but also her flexibility to off-list vendors. Her assistance in interfacing with the vendors through the whole process (inquiry, quoting, details/scheduling) was a huge lift off our shoulders that we cannot emphasize enough. Her work in the design aspect of the wedding not only resulted in everything looking gorgeous, but also made sure the details we cared about as the couple were accounted for. On top of all of that when we could no longer ignore the rain that was forecasted on our wedding day, Carissa made sure we had the proper arrangements just days prior to the wedding, all while my now husband and I were juggling work. In terms of day of, literally do not think the day could have happened without Carissa and her team. From directing all the vendors, corralling the wedding party and family, setting up decor, putting out food, and following up with us to make sure we were fine all day, we are super grateful to have had Carissa as our planner and would highly recommend her to other couples!

For someone that never imagined having a wedding and didn’t know where to start, we were lucky enough to be able to snag Carissa to be our North Star and guide us through our year of planning and making it to the alter! Carissa is so thoughtful, knowledgeable and passionate! She was able to put us at ease from the very beginning to the very end when we had to change everything due to weather! I wish that I could get married more than once (to my husband) just so that we can have her be apart of our big day! Christian and I knew we wanted to make our wedding as personal as possible. For us, this meant we wanted to get married in our church and we wanted to have a say in the food, the drinks, the cake, the rentals, the stationery, the small little details. When we first decided on our location, we were ecstatic about how fun it would be to have no restrictions set by the venue about our vendors, but we quickly became overwhelmed with the unique (and very small) layout of our venue and how much we didn’t know about planning our own wedding from the ground up. We knew right then that investing in a coordinator would be the only way to achieve the outcome we wanted and have a good time doing it. We made the easy decision to have Carissa as our 10-month coordinator. She was there every step of the way - she simultaneously kept the planning process flowing with monthly check-ins, recommended vendors, assistance with communication, a lot of encouragement and so many more things along the way all while allowing us to put in the work and make our vision come to life. Sure, there were naturally moments that felt like the world was closing in on us, but then we’d get that monthly email from Carissa telling us to go enjoy a date night out because we were ahead of the game (only thanks to her guidance). Once we got to our one-month countdown, Carissa truly shined. The feeling of trusting someone to take over your where you left off was scary at first, but it was honestly the best and most exciting part of the planning! The weeks flew by and it was suddenly rehearsal! I remember going over details in my head and realizing there were directions I forgot to give or pictures of layouts I didn't include, but I knew that we worked to closely with Carissa that she would make it happen (and would probably do it better than my suggestions). The big day came and we were relaxed, excited to get married and celebrate with our loved ones! The time between our ceremony and our reception reveal felt like ages. We could not wait to see the magic Carissa and her team made happen. I remember seeing the room from a distance as we took our last photos and I felt so giddy - even the groom kept saying “it looks so damn good even from here.” Everything was exactly how we had envisioned it - I turned to Carissa with some tears and a big hug. I just wanted her to know that she made every single piece of our vision come to life. From her relationships with our vendors to her flawless execution, she allowed us to be so present during the evening as she and her team were putting out fires that we probably don’t even know about to this day. The number of guests who told us they had not been to a wedding with such a great flow and so many personal touches just made us so happy. We knew we put a lot of work on her plate, but Carissa embraced it and it made all the difference. Thank you, Carissa & your wonderful team, for making our day an absolute dream come true. We wouldn't ever dare try to re-live this day because there's just no way it could ever be as perfect as it ended up being.

Choosing a wedding planner is not something we took lightly. We researched for weeks and interviewed quite a few planners, but once we had a chance to do a zoom interview with Carissa with Positively Charming Weddings, we knew without a doubt, she was the one. Not only is Carissa incredibly gifted in organization, vision building, design, communication and execution, she is just a genuinely kind person. She understood the balance of helping our vision come true while also gently pushing us in another direction if needed. Our ethereal Malibu wedding was everything we could have wanted and more! We were amazed how flawlessly everything flowed, which rarely happens at weddings, and we owe it all to Carissa and her team. We cannot recommend Positively Charming Weddings enough. Having a wedding coordinator with her level of expertise, passion and attention to detail is worth every penny. We will forever be grateful.

Working with Carissa of Positively Charming was the best decision we made (second to deciding to get married of course). We started the process a little on the later side and Carissa was able to jump in, help us catch up and stay on track. Besides the quick responses, help with our (my) indecisiveness, and excitement for our vision, Carissa was also able to help us with some MAJOR last minute obstacles. Rain was suddenly predicted for our outdoor wedding. Carissa supported us with a fabulous can do attitude, helped us draft a few contingencies and pivoted with us day of as the weather changed throughout the day. I could not have imagined making it through that storm without Carissa in our corner helping us move and shift things into place to give us a perfect, albeit damp, wedding day. And hey, a wet knot is harder to untie anyway.

We hired Carissa with Positively Charming Weddings in April 2022 for our September 2023 wedding near Palm Springs. Although we initially hired her as a month-of coordinator, she graciously answered our questions whenever we reached out almost every month leading up to September 2023. Carissa also reviewed all our vendors' contracts as we hired them, offering valuable suggestions on contract specifics and ensuring no details were overlooked. During the month of the wedding, she proactively communicated with all our vendors and provided a very detailed structured timeline for our wedding day. In fact, one of our vendors told me that in all their years of experience, they've never really worked with any coordinators as detailed as Carissa. One of the PLUSES of hiring Carissa was that she was able to execute our wedding the way we wanted. We had a very non-traditional wedding where we forgoed a lot of wedding traditions and did some things not commonly seen in weddings. We didn't feel judged or anything. We had a surprise event which included a water lantern release on the lake, followed immediately by fireworks. I was very concerned about this part, as it required communication between the DJ and the fireworks company due to the precise timing of songs. Carissa handled the communication between all parties according to plan, and it all flowed smoothly! Also, all 16 of the vendors were exactly where they needed to be so I didn't have to worry about a single thing. If you're uncertain about whether to hire a coordinator, I strongly recommend it. It's difficult to imagine how anyone could fully enjoy the day while also handling the coordination. And this is coming from a total DIY bride who usually like to plan and manage things on her own. Over the span of 1.5 years of ongoing communication, I had the privilege of witnessing her professionalism and expertise, which, in turn, gave me the confidence to step back entirely and place my trust in her on the big day. Carissa, THANK YOU for making our day possible as I know there were so many parts and vendors to take care of.

They are all so amazing! I first reached out to Positively Charming Weddings after I had booked my venue and realized I had no clue what to do afterward. After setting up the initial call, Carissa was very detailed in going over all of the packages to help me figure out what I wanted. We had the pleasure of working with Kailyn all throughout our wedding planning journey and she was amazing!! When we first started the process, I had no wedding theme or colors in mind and felt so lost on where to begin but Kailyn helped me put all of my likes and thoughts together and in the end it all fell together beautifully. She also followed up each month with a checklist of items for me to get done and it really helped keep everything on track. I don’t know how others do it but if I didn’t have Kailyn helping me plan, I definitely would’ve started losing my mind in trying to keep track of everything. She was so lovely to work with and always answered any questions I had! Working with Carissa and her team at Positively Charming Weddings was such an honor! We hired Carissa as our month-of coordinator, but Carissa was our biggest support throughout the entire wedding planning process. After searching the internet for planners that had done weddings at our venue we came across Positively Charming Weddings. We had previously met with a few other planners but after our initial call with Carissa she really stood out to us and we immediately knew we would be in good hands with her. And let me tell you, she didn’t disappoint! We decided to hire Carissa for our June 2023 wedding. Initially we had no idea what we needed to look for in regards to wedding planning services but Carissa really helped to break it down and fine tune a package that worked best for what we needed and what was within our budget. I cannot even say enough great things! From the moment we started working with them until after our wedding, I have been BEYOND grateful for everything they have done. My husband and I started meeting with them before we finalized our venue/date. We just needed a little expert advice so, we set up our initial call with Positively Charming. We spoke with Carissa shortly after and she went through all of their packages and we discussed which one was best for us! She answered all of our questions about our options and was patient in letting us make our final decisions. Carissa even gave us a few Venue suggestions because we ended up deciding to secure our venue before hiring our planner. All of her packages are very customizable and vary based on how much time/how involved you want to be in the planning/designing process. We ended up going with the Simply Charming Package - we chose this package because it fit all of our needs and I had decided that I didn’t really want any help with the actual design of the wedding. I ended up crafting a lot of items so, the basic package was perfect! Unfortunately, we ended up booking an October 2022 date instead of our planned May 2023 date so Carissa ended up already being booked. Fortunately, Carissa set us up with Kailyn as our Planner and we are SO happy to have worked with her! Kailyn helped us look at different vendor options, looked over all of our contracts, helped ask questions we didn’t even think to ask, and helped keep us on a timeline with her monthly check ins. She sent us monthly to do lists and made it really easy to work on our wedding planning in manageable pieces. Once we got closer to the date, she helped work on our timeline and toured the venue with us! This part of planning was VITAL and we don’t know what we would’ve done with her! There were so many little details that we hadn’t even thought about. There were just so many things to consider and she really helped us make decisions down to the smallest detail! From the table/decor placements to the schedules of our various vendors, everything was planned ahead of time and communicated with us! She helped us a ton with our last minute questions and helped us make important decisions that made our wedding turn out amazingly! Kailyn made sure our entire wedding party knew when/where they needed to be on the day of the wedding and they also passed out timelines to the whole crew so they were all informed! Kailyn was INCREDIBLE on the day of the wedding! I am in awe of how smoothly things went and how little stress/anxiety I felt because of how well planned things were. I honestly think the only hiccup that I noticed was my Fuji Instax Camera not working (lol). But even then, Kailyn helped find spare batteries and helped find another Instax Camera from a bridesmaid when the battery change didn’t work! Everything else went off without a hitch - Kailyn handled everything with a calm and bright demeanor which was greatly appreciated by someone who gets stressed easily! She made sure the bridal party was in the correct spots for the ceremony/reception, she made sure all of my homemade decorations were set up properly on the tables, and she was amazing at putting everything together! Kailyn definitely understood the vibe I was going for and executed it perfectly! My husband and I cannot recommend Kailyn and Positively Charming enough. No matter what type of bride you are, just do yourself the best favor and hire them as your planner!

It was absolutely worth every single penny to pay for the help. You don't realize how many options you have available to you in every aspect of planning every detail until you ave someone with you every step of the way helping you and explaining everything to you. This whole thing was not low budget, low quality handling. I felt very taken care of. I learned SO MUCH throughout this entire process and Carissa and her team of trusted vendors made me feel like I was in such good hands. She genuinely cares and the authenticity definitely comes through no matter what it was.. if i had a small or even silly question Carissa always had an explanation and always helped me understand anything I was iffy about. I absolutely trusted she had my best interest in mind. Making decisions can be so overwhelming but Carissa always helped me find the answer. My wedding truly was so magical and I wasn't worried about a thing on the day of, I was surprised lol. I highly highly recommend this team if you want to have peace of mind knowing ur day will go seamlessly. trust. the. process. Hiring Carissa as our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was so friendly, professional, and overall an incredible coordinator. We were very busy throughout wedding planning and we would sometimes forget to respond, but she was amazing on following up with us without being intrusive at all. She helped us through different decisions for months prior to our wedding. She definitely made our wedding day a lot easier. She provided recommendations that I would have never thought of and suggested great alternatives whenever we were stuck. We had a really crazy schedule (being based in NYC, but having our wedding back in CA) and she helped keep us on track for an unforgettable wedding. Value wise, I think she was worth far more than what we paid for. I could not recommend any more highly for anyone planning their wedding.

Carissa is the absolute best wedding planner ever! Our wedding was just this past weekend on 10/29/22 and it was better than we could have even imagined. We found her information on The Knot and she was the second person we interviewed with for our wedding. Immediately after our first skype session, we knew that she was the one. She was very organized and had great attention to detail. We wanted our wedding to be very modern and also classical as well. Carissa helped us put our vision of our wedding to life. We don't think our wedding would have been as perfect as it was if it wasn't for her. She made the planning process so easy by giving us so many ideas from the wedding invitation designs, the flower decorations, the place settings, and so many more that we wouldn't have even thought of! It was really convenient for us that she had a list of vendors that has previously worked with and introduced us to them. We even asked for a boba bar and she went and found a vendor for us that was available for our wedding. Working with Carissa was a great and easy experience. She sent us monthly emails with a checklist of things we should be looking at or thinking of for the wedding. It was really helpful because it kept us on track for the wedding. The best thing about working with Carissa was the communication. Whenever we had any questions or requests about anything for the wedding, she would always responds back to us. Carissa is an amazing wedding planner and we believe she did a fantastic job helping us plan and organize our dream wedding. The thought of planning a wedding to me was overwhelming and frankly I had no idea where to start. All I knew was that my venue required a coordinator so I started the search. The best decision we made was to have Positively Charming Weddings coordinate our wedding. They made the whole process simple, straightforward and honestly easy. The regular checkins and emails about what we needed to do next etc. was so helpful and kept me on track so the when it came time for the details meeting a month before the wedding, we felt so prepared and ready for the big day with little to no stress. I could not have imagined what my entire wedding planning experience would have been without the help of Carissa and her team. My husband and I knew from the beginning that we needed help with the wedding planning process. Prior to our wedding, my husband spent about 7 months working out of town, so a LOT of the planning landed on me, and having her help was what we needed. From day one, Carissa made us feel comfortable and we felt confident having her by our side with decision making and designs. She always added her two cents, if asked, but still kept in mind what we needed and wanted. Carissa even helped us navigate a VERY STRESSFUL, unexpected, venue change 6 weeks before our wedding. The day of our wedding, Carissa was amazing! She handled things with grace and never let me know if there were issues - my family and friends felt like they could relax and enjoy the day, and not worry about any minuscule issues. We hired Carissa for the full planning and designing package and if you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, I’d say go for it - and choose Carissa while you’re at it. I was mostly a stress-free bride (shocking, I know!) and that was 100% because I knew I had a professional like her to help guide us through it all.

As mentioned in other reviews, I echo the sentiment that 5 stars is not enough! We hired Carissa and her team for the full planning and design package for our recent wedding when we realized that we had been engaged for >2 years -- knowing we wanted to have a wedding but not knowing ANYTHING about what to do next! We live in AZ but knew we wanted the wedding in OC as that is where we met, and Carissa made the process of hiring affordable and reputable vendors, touring venues, and selecting design options so incredibly seamless even though we lived out of state and could not be out in person often. The now-husband and I were also going through a busy season with our jobs and working long hours during the crunch time of wedding planning, and I can say with confidence that there is no universe that exists where our wedding could have been as good as it was without her. We also got the chance to work with one of her co-planners during the actual wedding day. Her partner (Kailyn) saved the day and our pictures when I cried makeup onto my husband's white collared shirt during the first look (lol), and kept us on track for all the events of the night. All the other funny and inevitable mishaps of the day -- I had no idea because she had already taken care of it before it was even an issue! I heard from my husband the next day that our floral arch fell/blew over in a coastal breeze during setup but it was taken care of ASAP and by the the time of the ceremony it was double-secured and ready to go! We had a tall order to fill with living out of town and being legitimately clueless about how to plan a wedding but the day was everything I imagined and more. Her style of design is elegant, beautiful, and timeless and I got so many compliments on the decor and florals she selected. If you are looking for someone to help you plan the day of your dreams who is also down to earth, relatable, flexible, (and affordable!) look no further! You've found your girl.

Wow, where do I begin? I came across this company completely by happenstance and it ended up being the greatest decision for my wedding to hire them! I got to work with both Carissa and Kailyn and loved them both so much!! Long story short, there was drama with my venue and Carissa was already hired as a coordinator for another bride at my venue and reached out to me when she could tell I (rightfully) was in a panic. From there she paired me with Kailyn who really was my angel saint throughout the entire process. Before hiring her, I thought I would be fine with only hiring a month of coordinator, since I had already done a lot of the initial planning, but looking back, I don’t think my day would have ran as smoothly at all. Kailyn knew so much more than I even thought I knew. She jumped right in and worked with me to finish where I left off and was a constant source of reassurance, knowledge, and support. Every month I could count on Kailyn to check in with me with a detailed list of to-dos and in between then, she was always easy to reach and always responded quickly. Because of the drama with my venue/the owner, Kailyn and Carissa both were masters of patience and communication and would work tirelessly to get us answers from the owner/vendors. Having a coordinator to help liaise with vendors took an incredible amount of stress off of my to-do list and I am incredibly grateful that Kailyn was there to carry me to the finish line. The day of, both girls were there and ran everything behind the scenes and I barely had a worry that day! If you can find it in your budget to hire either a coordinator or a planner, I strongly urge you to consider it and more than anything, consider Positively Charming!

I got married in February 2022 and Carissa was my wedding coordinator gifted to me by my MOH. I didn't think I needed a coordinator but my venue made you get one. Well, turns out, she was such an asset to my wedding. Carissa's monthly emails/checklists kept me on point. She always responded to my emails quickly and had a viable solution for every road bump that I hit during the process. My rehearsal ran smoothly because of her and everybody in my wedding party was impressed by her ability to make everything flow so smoothly. When it got to the day of, I knew that she would bring my vision to life and she did! Everything that I had imagined and sent her emails about she made it happen. Carissa also made the day flow so smoothly and I am grateful she was apart of my wedding!

She was so helpful with bringing our vision to life and truly appreciate her being in constant communication with us the months leading up to our wedding - the monthly emails (with reminders of what we should be achieving that month) kept us on track and by the time the month of our wedding came around, Carissa had everything under control and our wedding day went so smoothly! I hired Carissa as a month-of coordinator and she went above and beyond with her advice during the planning process. She handled everything in the weeks leading up to my wedding and because of her I actually had time to relax and enjoy the time before my wedding. The wedding day itself was absolutely perfect! The Vendor you didn’t know you needed! Carissa is a Rockstar! A wedding coordinator was not a service or vendor we had given any thought to. Fortunately, our venue required a “Day-of” coordinator, so we scoured through option after option before coming upon Carissa and Positively Charming Weddings. Right from the start she felt like a friend, she took the time to get to know us, listened to our ideas, and provided feedback and suggestions to elevate our vision! She was reassuring, responsive, and flexible. This was especially appreciated when we relocated from SoCal to NorCal and had to plan from a distance. She navigated our family dynamics effortlessly and made sure everyone was taken care of. She was the resource we never knew we needed and was the best addition to our team. I was really on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, but my cousin who got also got married recently told me about her wedding coordinator, Carissa, and how incredibly helpful she was on her wedding day. So, at the last minute I decided to reach out to see if they were available, and thank goodness they were and willing to help! I am so glad I got them on board to help me. Kailyn was my coordinator and was so professional, extremely organized, and took care of so many little details I would have never even thought about. I honestly think my wedding day would have been a disaster if I Kailyn wasn’t around. She was so helpful with figuring out the details prior to my wedding day, and contacting my vendors to make sure everything was set that once my wedding day came, not only did she take care of setting up (and do an incredible job), she kept everything running so smoothly, I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Simply put — Carissa and Positively Charming Weddings are amazing. Truly amazing. I cannot even begin to imagine planning a wedding without a coordinator like her. I had not been to many weddings and had no idea about certain traditions, how things flow, when things happen, etc., but Carissa was always available for any questions I had, and was always receptive to what we wanted to do, even if it was not completely traditional. She saved me so much time and stress scouring the Internet, trying to figure out how to plan a wedding, researching vendors, etc. she sent out monthly checklists of what we should be doing to keep us on track, and I didn’t feel like I was trying to get everything done last minute, which was amazing. Honestly, my husband and I and our family were able to enjoy the entire day because of Carissa. We didn’t have to keep track of time or remember what was coming next. Carissa had an itinerary planned and communicated with her helpers to ensure everything ran smoothly. I’d heard about other weddings where family members get sucked into to doing all the planning and coordinating day-of and that was exactly what didn’t happen at our wedding. Everyone was relaxed and joyful; exactly what we wanted. Also, I struggled with my bustle for the first dance and half of the reception, and I was so stressed about tripping on it. Carissa kindly took time to re-adjust it and safety-pin it and everything so that I was more comfortable. To be honest, this saved my night!! Anyway, as you can tell, Carissa is great. "Best wedding I've ever been to!" - said by our wedding guests. Not only was it my husband and I's best day of our lives, it was also some of our guest's favorite wedding they've ever been to... and we owe it to Carissa and the team at Positively Charming. We hired Carissa as our month-of coordinator, but OH BOY was she more than that! Carissa was "on-call" for any questions we had from the moment we hired her and always answered right away. She had great vendor recommendations and helped us set up a plan for our wedding budget. Her wedding day-of timeline was a masterpiece and I had many people comment on how organized and helpful she was. Carissa is honestly the best coordinator we have ever had the opportunity to work with. My wife and I are wedding photographers and we're already counting down the days until we get to work with the Positively Charming team again. Carissa went beyond just relaying information and instead worked with us to help make sure the day went as smoothly as possible. Some days we don't have the opportunity to meet with coordinators until shortly before the ceremony but Carissa and Kailyn made a point to introduce themselves when we first arrived at the venue. Even before meeting, Carissa was a rockstar, responding to every email super quick, going above and beyond for timeline details, and was an all around cheerleader for everything wedding related. If my wife and I had to get married again, we would pick a wedding day solely based on Carissa's availability.

I knew the moment we hired Carissa as our wedding planner that it was the best decision we ever made while planning our wedding! I could not imagine doing all the prep along the way and not having her there on the wedding day to handle everything imaginable. The whole day of the wedding Carissa made every detail perfect, and if a problem arose, I had no idea because she knew exactly how to fix it. She moved everything along so effortlessly. My favorite part about working with Carissa is her amazing, calming personality! She is so helpful with any advice you need. She handles everything along the way so professionally and treats you like you have been a lifelong friend. I could not have had our beautiful wedding day without her! Carissa was our month of wedding coordinator- but her services started far before the month of! She had check-ins throughout the process of wedding planning that helped us stay on track and once the month of the wedding hit, she kept things exceptionally organized and made the whole process feel more manageable. On the day of the wedding- she had an exact timeline for herself, the vendors, and the bridal party that made the day run smoothly. So grateful for her and would recommend her for any planning or coordination services!!

We had a wonderful experience with Positively Charming and Carissa and Team. I never had any intention of planning our wedding on my own but I didn't know who to use either. Carissa was recommended to us from our original venue and I feel like we hit the jackpot. PC thought of every detail and helped explain the things that were particularly frustrating to me. The seating chart, table service chart, and seating chart were the biggest anxiety inducing portion of our wedding but Carissa calmly explained everything and made it much less scary. She made me feel like the most important person on my wedding day and everything went so smoothly.

We hired Carissa as a Month-Of planner, but she was SO MUCH more than that. She seriously goes above and beyond for you. She is so organized and personable which made working with her so wonderful. Every month she sent a checklist to help keep me on track for the planning I was doing on my own which was awesome. She was even an amazing sounding board for non-planning-related issues too ha! On our wedding day, everything went so so smoothly. If anything went remotely wrong - I still am blissfully unaware because she found a way to fix it. My husband and I both agree, everyone should hire Carissa and her team! One million percent recommend!

5 STARS IS JUST NOT ENOUGHT. Carissa is incredible. Having to postpone my wedding and navigating all the changes that came with that, Carissa was such a constant, positive force in my life. She was a shoulder to lean on, my biggest cheerleader, my fairy godmother. I wholeheartedly believe my wedding was the best day ever because of Carissa and her team. I didn't know a single issue at my wedding, I was blissfully unaware because they took care of everything. I was so impressed with Carissa's organization, positive attitude and commitment to my wedding. I know she had many other weddings going on but I ALWAYS felt important to her and that meant the world to a sensitive bride. I don’t know what my husband & I would have done without Carissa’s help! She was there every step of the way and made wedding planning so much easier for us. Every month she was on it with making sure we were completing tasks that needed to be done! She also took care of all the communication between vendors, which we greatly appreciated because it took some stress off of our shoulders. And on the day of the wedding we felt so relaxed, because we knew Carissa (& her assistant Katie) would make sure the day went perfectly, which it did! Since Carissa & Katie were handling anything that needed to be taken care of. But what we loved most about working with Carissa is her attention to detail in everything she does! We’re both very detail oriented people, so we were happy that Carissa is too. We both highly recommend anyone planning a wedding to work with Carissa, because she will go above & beyond to make sure you have your dream wedding!

Carissa was amazing to work with. She helped us identify the smaller details we would've otherwise missed. She was flexible with our venue given covid-19 circumstances and even created two different schedules since we had to wait until the week before to determine if we were allowed to have an indoor reception. We were both impressed with her quick communication and willingness to help us with whatever we needed. The day went so smooth and everything was beautiful!

While we had to push the wedding back so far due to COVID, we never really got to work with Carissa through the entire wedding process, however, the little bit of work we did do, she was so kind and helpful and wonderful and so understanding in the end about all the COVID complications. I'd definitely recommend her :)

Carissa is AMAZING!! With only 1 month until our wedding, I was a bit overwhelmed trying to plan the whole wedding on my own, but once Carissa stepped in, my fears melted. Hiring Carissa as our day-of coordinator was one of the best investments I made for the day. She is kind, hard-working, and willing to go the extra mile to make your day beautiful. She also stayed very flexible throughout the day and everything ran so smooth. Carissa helped to set up the site and it looked amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was put to ease with everything leading up to my wedding and especially on my wedding day! My husband and I just got married in August. The two of us along with our families have had many a discussion since then how incredible Carissa was from the very start. Carissa was not only incredible and seamless on our actual wedding day, but she was there every step of the way as we were planning our wedding. Carissa was extremely organized and prompt in everything she assisted me with leading up to the wedding. She is incredibly kind and generous and above all she is efficient in making sure that your wedding is exactly how you want it to be. The day before our wedding, Carissa filled the back of her car with some things that needed to be at our venue first thing in the morning and handled it all from there. That was an immense load off of my shoulders not having to ever think of that stuff again and knowing it was all in her very capable hands. On our wedding day, Carissa was seamless. Every single thing I had worried about getting done was handled, and everyone and everything was precisely organized how I had wanted it. Our entire wedding would not have been anywhere close to as organized and as beautiful as it did with Carissa being our coordinator. I truly cannot imagine going through wedding planning and our big day without her...I don't think it would have actually happened. Since our wedding, we have received comments from each of our vendors on how efficient and lovely Carissa was to work with. As a bride, that is the best thing you could hear. Our wedding was perfect. Carissa was amazing. The best part was that every time I saw her at the wedding, she was so calm and relaxed and seemed to genuinely be enjoying herself. Carissa has a true gift in serving others and I know any other bride who is lucky enough to have Carissa's help with be incredibly blessed!

Can’t rave more about Carissa and her coordinating team! She was so professional and genuine throughout the entire planning process and on the day of! Can’t imagine our day going any smoother without her. We had some issues with our dessert vendor.. almost leaving us without dessert for our 200 plus guests. Carissa did a great job handling the situation and even offered to run to the store and buy us cakes! So sweet! Thank you Carissa for making our special day so perfect. My (now) husband and I planned our wedding for over a year. Immediately, after getting engaged, we knew we wanted to have Carissa be our day of coordinator to make our vision come to life on our big day. We knew she was a great choice in regards to her organizational, relational, and leadership skills. Like any wedding, you can plan, plan, plan, and there will always be a small detail that was overlooked during planning, or a hicccup from a vendor, etc. Carissa was more than leader, truly, she needs to wear a cape because she was super woman! We had heavy winds the day of our wedding which called for a lot of quick thinking and problem solving in regards to our set up and decor. Carissa went above and beyond in many regards. For example: she made sure all of our name tents were taped down (something I didn't plan on); she also made sure our signs were adequately placed so they would not tumble with the wind, etc. Additionally, Carissa was overseeing all of our vendors who in some way or another also ran into unforeseen challenges. She worked with them and directed them on how to readjust. In the end I was so pleased with the outcome. My favorite part of having Carissa on our big day was right before walking out for our entrance into the reception. She made it a point for my husband and I to have a few moments to ourselves and just pause. Wow. Looking back, I can not say how much I truly appreciated that moment. The day goes by so quickly that often times you don't get to connect with your newlywed spouse because your busy greeting guests or going from the toasts to the money dance, or something else. So the moments that Carissa purposely orchestrated for us to pause, eat, pray, and dance were such a gift. As you can imagine, it is nearly impossible to sit and eat dinner with family members coming to the newlywed table and chatting. Well Carissa seriously delivered for this portion of our day. After standing in the receiving line greeting our guests, Carissa had our dinner, nice and hot, waiting for us at our table. Our hearts were overjoyed! She's truly amazing and will go above and beyond your expectations. She is diligent, passionate, creative, caring, and very organized! I can not even imagine how our vendors and the small details that needed to be adjusted spontaneously, would have all worked out. It would have been mayhem. Truly, my husband and I were so blessed to have Carissa spearhead the coordinating of our big day.

Do yourself a favor...and hire Carissa as your wedding coordinator! I’m an administrative assistant by trade and I came into the wedding process thinking I could do it all by myself. *Nope*. I’m glad I found Carissa, she’s everything I hoped for and more! She’s great at understanding your vision, communicating constantly, noticing the details, and keeping you on schedule. My three biggest thank you’s to her involve: 1. The décor for my wedding reception. I had a small wedding budget and zero manpower to DIY anything. With the little I help I provided, Carissa worked magic to create a beautiful, welcoming and romantic space. 2. I’m also grateful to her for making “the show go on” even when the unexpected happened; part of my family missed the wedding ceremony and our taco caterer arrived over an hour late. I trusted her completely and didn’t panic for a second. 3. I'm super grateful to her for her patience and understanding as we drafted new plans, scratched them, made changes, and more changes, and on and on until the very last minute... Without Carissa, the wedding would not have come together.

One area where Carissa helped me out incredibly, was creating the timeline for the day-of. I had thought I would just do it myself since it did not seem too hard. But she said that she would do it, so I figured one less thing for me to do. And I am SO glad I had her create it! She thought of every little detail: taking pictures while I put my dress on; time to eat and rest; and time for my husband and I to take a few minutes to soak it all in. The day of, Carissa was very helpful and I completely trusted her to handle everything. She was conscious of the time, where people needed to be, coordinated with my vendors and helped calm me down when emotions got the better of me. I am very thankful for all of her help! I was able to relax and enjoy the day.

Carissa was an incredible wedding coordinator! She helped me stay organized and sane throughout the wedding planning process and was helpful with keeping my extremely large wedding party (20 of us!) on time to each part of the day. The thing I liked best about having Carissa as our wedding coordinator was that I was able to enjoy the day and was not ever bothered with questions or having to worry about something not going right because she took care of it before it ever got to me. In fact, I found out about things that could have gone wrong after I returned from my honeymoon that Carissa took care of and I never even knew about since it was handled perfectly. Another thing that I especially appreciated was feeling cared for beyond just keeping the day moving and going smoothly. She looked out for how my husband and I were feeling emotionally and made sure to carve out time for us to rest, take a break from pictures, and made sure we stayed hydrated and actually got to eat our meal. She helped keep the focus of the day about us. It is so easy for that to get lost when you have many guests that you want to please, so we appreciated having someone to step in and look out for our best interest. Hiring Carissa for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!
