e took great notes, asked questions I wouldn't have known to ask during walkthroughs, and helped usher us through the day so we could just sit back and enjoy it all. Even when the weather turned and we had to quickly pivot all our plans at our outdoor venue, Ayden and her team handled it all with calm and grace. We couldn't have done it without her.

uickly bustling my dress so I could get back to the party, to even helping my dad fix the hem of his pants—she went above and beyond in every way. My venue went through three different coordinators in the span of a year (something I never thought would happen, especially at such a nice hotel in Maine). The communication was a nightmare, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Ayden. She was relentless in trying to get in contact with someone when I simply didn’t have the time—I work a full-time, demanding job—and I didn’t even hear from the venue until about three weeks before my wedding. We still had timeline issues that needed immediate attention, and Ayden took charge. She finally got me in touch with the general manager, and things smoothed out from there. By the time the wedding arrived, I was so burnt out that I gave Ayden very little direction on how to set up some of my decorative pieces—and she absolutely nailed it. Everything looked wonderful and exactly how I had envisioned it (if not better). She kept me on schedule, executed every detail perfectly, and made the day feel effortless. I know wedding planning is expensive, but the stress and anxiety are just not worth the hassle. Having Ayden there was truly priceless. She is calm, collected, and incredibly detail-oriented—exactly the person you want by your side on your wedding day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, let this be your sign—Ayden is absolutely incredible!

She immediately understood my vision and helped me get organized with templates and tools that made planning so much easier. No matter how many changes or unexpected details came up, she was always willing to take on whatever I threw her way. We ran into multiple challenges with our vendors, and Ayden was truly our superhero. She seamlessly took over coordination, relieving me of so much stress. She managed over eight vendors, even finding waitstaff when our caterer struggled to recruit enough for our remote location. Her ability to handle these last-minute issues with ease was incredible. One of my biggest concerns was how the wedding rehearsal and overall schedule would flow, but Ayden had everything under control. She made sure every member of our wedding party knew exactly where they needed to be and when—even helping the groomsmen with their ties! Ayden went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone in need of an exceptional wedding planner!

She was on top of all the details I didn’t even know I had to consider and helped me stay organized in the months leading up to the wedding as well as day of. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She was worth every penny and more! I cannot say enough good things about her or her services. She made my wedding experience as stress free as it possibly could be. She’s organized, intuitive, delightful, and professional.
