You cannot go wrong with Primped! I had Lindsay for makeup and Allie for hair - they were wonderful! They did my hair, 4 bridesmaids, my mother-in-law, and my mom’s hair. I cannot say enough about how great they both were! We were able to meet and do a trial before the wedding to discuss the look I wanted both in terms of makeup and hair, and they both ensured I was completely comfortable with the end results. All of the other women who had their hair and makeup done loved the end result. Allie and Lindsay were both excellent about ensuring everyone had as much or as little "extra" in their makeup or hair. For instance, my mother-in-law is not as comfortable with a lot of glamour, so Lindsay and Allie were great about ensuring her hair and makeup were more natural compared to some of the others. They are both also just such kind people who were a welcome addition to our morning of getting ready - everyone had rave reviews for them. Primped is a wonderful company with great people who work for them. My hair and makeup lasted all night and I loved the way I looked :) The cost is definitely worth it - you won't regret hiring them!

I used Primped for our hairstyles for our wedding. I liked our stylist Sabrina, I don't think she is with the company any longer, but the company itself wasn't the greatest. I had read the pricing information sheet and the contract prior to signing the contract. About 10-12 weeks prior to our wedding I got an email asking to send over the hair length for each bridesmaid. They wanted to charge extra for ladies who had longer hair from the start before even doing their hair. Plus we had 2 ladies with shorter hair and we didn't get a discount for her spending less time on their hair. I confronted them about it stating I didn't see it anywhere on the pricing nor was it in the contract I signed. I was told it was in the Q&A section. There are so many different vendors, that I don't think a bride should have to go through every vendor's Q&A to find additional pricing. They should have them up front in the pricing sheet or put it in the contract we sign. I ended up having to pay an additional fee prior to the stylist even meeting my bridesmaids because the tip was already included in the price so I was worried if I fought it, the stylist wouldn't do a good job on our hair knowing she already got her 20% tip. Weddings are already so expensive, to throw in hidden fees 10 weeks before the big event seems obsurd to me.

I loved working with Primped! They made the planning side of things so easy and were so responsive and communicative. My artist, Victoria, was incredible! She was so kind, knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly and helped me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. Melanie also helped out with hair on the wedding day and did an amazing job. I hired Primped to do my makeup for my wedding, along with my bridesmaids and mother-in-law. My make artist, Amy, was amazing and made me feel gorgeous. I met with Amy a month before my wedding for a trial run. The day of my wedding, I was able to just relax because Amy knew exactly what to do. I would highly recommend working with Primped!

Primped was wonderful to work with for our wedding and I would highly recommend their services! They were very organized from the start of the entire process and easy to work with. They were willing to work with me on my requests regarding my bridal inspiration and the diversity of skin tones in my bridal party to find the best artists for our group. They were even able to accommodate a last-minute request to add another artist to speed along our morning timeline the month before the wedding. My bridal artist, Kimmy, was great and made me feel comfortable to be honest with my feedback during my trial! She delivered my vision perfectly on the day of the wedding.

Sabrina from Primped was excellent. Booking the trial and day off was so easy, and I was able to communicate changes and requests to Sabrina via text message. She did bride, MOH, one bridesmaid, mother of the bride, and one grandmother starting at 10:30am and ending by 2:30pm. We all appreciated her flexibility in planning scheduling and not having to be awake at the crack of dawn. Sabrina was also fun and personable to be around and kept the mood up during our getting ready. I would recommend Primped!

I cannot recommend Primped enough for wedding hair & makeup! They were so easy to work with, and made scheduling a breeze. Their services are also very reasonably priced, especially in the world of super-expensive wedding vendors. Kimmy was the artist who was assigned to me, and she did an AMAZING job with my mom’s, sister’s, and my hair & makeup. Could not have asked for anything better!

Faith from Primped was so fantastic to work with for my July 2024 wedding. She did my bridal hair as well as the hair for my four bridesmaids and mother-in-law. Everyone had very different hairstyles and she was able to make each person's vision come together. She was also the nicest and coolest person ever - all my friends and I felt like she was just our friend who happened to be doing our hair. I'm a person who dreads the small talk that can be required of a long beauty appointment, but that was not a problem at all! She was so easy to chat with and made everyone in her chair feel at ease. That was so valuable to have on a stressful morning, can not recommend her enough :) Primped also provided stellar communication from beginning to end of the planning process. They provided a thorough timeline for the day and provided useful tips for efficiency that morning. I was impressed with their responsiveness, even during peak wedding season, and would recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely loved my experience with Primped! The team was incredibly easy to work with on booking and details, and the team of hair and makeup artists were incredible. I had Melanie as my bridal stylist, and both the trial and day of were so easy. She brought my inspiration to life and made me feel flawless! Primped was great to work with! They were quick with responding to emails and once assigned to a stylist/artist they were great to work with as well. We had 2 stylists for our wedding party and they got us done with time to spare! Always a plus on wedding day. My artist made sure to get to know me and what I wanted during my trial. I had the absolute BEST experience working with Primped for our wedding hair + makeup! First of all, Justine (and their entire administrative team) is super organized and responsive and made coordination and scheduling an absolute breeze. My artists were Faith and Aleah, and they were both prompt, personable, and SO talented! After my trials, I requested tweaks on both my hair and makeup, and they were super accommodating and did a great job of adjusting things until I was comfortable. They did hair + makeup for my whole bridal party as well, and everyone was extremely happy with their experience. My makeup and hair wore well all night (which was no small feat, considering I had a down style), and I received so many compliments. I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life and couldn’t recommend booking the Primped team any more highly!!

I could not have been happier to with our make-up artists from Primped on my wedding day. Everyone at Primped was super communicative and prompt - we had our schedule well in advance of the wedding and the artists were ready to go day-of. Lacie & Leah fit right in with our hype squad - they were so kind and full of positive energy, and they absolutely delivered on everyone's make-up. They had a really great understanding of what everyone was looking for, and the entire wedding party loved their results. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The Primped team is the absolute best. From start to finish it was the most seamless process from booking to day of. The team is so very organized throughout the entire process, and accommodating as I needed to add and takeaway services throughout the process. I used Victoria for my H&MU and WOW WOW WOW, not only is she so incredible at her work but she was also a calming force for the day of, and just a joy to be around! One of my highlights of wedding planning was doing my trial with Victoria and my mom. She kept me at ease and completely brought my vision to life. I looked just like an elevated version of myself, which I think speaks volumes of her work. Their entire team that we had for the day was amazing, helpful, and on time. I would book Primped 1000x over again!

Hair / makeup turned out to be more expensive than I had planned for, so a note to brides is to budget for this more than you would think as all of the fees add up. There were a few things that I wanted to change after my trial run which the makeup artist accommodated perfectly for my wedding day. Me AND my bridesmaids (!!) said they were the best HMU they've ever had!! I know sooo many friends that used them and found them to be pretty reasonable and communicative. Also super flexible with schedule changes leading up to the event. My hair (and makeup) stayed fully in tact the whole day!!!

Primped was so amazing to work with for my wedding! They were so responsive and made all sorts of adjustments with any changes to hair or makeup. They absolutely killed it on my wedding day for both myself and my bridesmaids. I really liked that they do both hair and makeup so I didn’t have to book 2 vendors. We are so happy with the hair and makeup services we had through Primped! We had bridal hair and makeup, and 4 others needing hair and makeup as well. They were great at communication for scheduling and questions, and they were fairly priced. It was quick and easy to get our trials scheduled and we loved working with our individual artists, Christine O and Allie O. They were both receptive to our needs and created a hair and makeup experience that was amazing! We are so happy with the results!

We had Kimmy and Melanie as our artists and our experience was amazing, there was not one single complaint and only a massive amount of compliments from the bridesmaids and moms. They were timely (even ahead of schedule), accommodating, and just overall spectacular. Kimmy was the artist who worked with me and was amazing! She guided me on how to prep my hair, adjusted the curls for the day of so they held longer, and did such a soft natural look.

We had Aleah and Cailyn for wedding day makeup, and they both did a fantastic job! Everyone looked so beautiful. They were able to bring to life the vision that each girl had, even when they were all quite different. Their timing was impeccable also! They brought all of their own makeup and equipment and set it up to work well in our getting ready space. My only complaint is that for weddings outside of a certain distance from Minneapolis, you are required to pay for 5 services per makeup artist whether you have that many people getting makeup done or not. We ended up paying for 3 additional services that weren't actually used which got quite expensive.

My bridesmaids looked beautiful, my minimalistic Mom was gorgeous yet simple, and everything was executed so well. Super friendly and personable. I had a fantastic experience working with Primped for my wedding! The entire process was extremely streamlined from the initial booking through the trials and the big day itself. The owners were *extremely* prompt to reply to any questions, made sure I was connected with the right stylists, and checked in periodically as the wedding date approached to make sure I had everything I needed. The day of was very smooth: the pros had all of the tools they needed, arrived on time and did a fantastic job - everyone in the wedding party was so happy with their looks! The makeup artist was also great about accommodating my skin concerns. All in all, I can't recommend Primped highly enough!

My hair and MUA was Sabrina, and I thought she did a great job at consulting during my trial. My first hair trial with Jenna didn't go as planned. There was some miscommunication with the style that I wanted and by the time we realized that she didn't have time to fix it for me before her next client. Thankfully, they gave me a second trial and this one was definitely better. Although the look still wasn't exactly what I wanted, it was pretty and I was happy with it. Jenna did a great job on all of my bridesmaid's updos on the wedding day and I felt that my hair looked very nice too. The only reason for the loss of a star is because there were some details that I had originally wanted that Jenna told me she couldn't do with my hair, but for how expensive Primped's services are, I feel like their stylists should be able to do anything.
