knew after our first phone call she was the perfect match for us. To complicate things I was in Tallahassee & my guy was in Texas. Because of the distance our communication was through email & phone calls, but Kelly never missed a beat. She answered every question I had & more. She is professional, but not cool & detached; she is warm & friendly - you can't help but to trust her. I remember things being crazy & hectic on my wedding day-then Kelly walked in. It just seemed like everything calmed down when she got there. Kelly has an ease about her; she has the perfect energy for those hours before the big event. Kelly is so funny & sweet, it really is like having another girlfriend get ready with you (a girlfriend with crazy talent, top of the line equipment & an eye for making you look gorgeous) She captures those moments like your sisters helping you into your dress or your mom putting on your veil so organically. She knows how to translate those moments into images you'll cherish for a lifetime. During the ceremony I honestly don't remember seeing or hearing Kelly, yet I have so many pictures of it (like hundreds-from a lot of different angles and distances) it's like she's a wedding ninja! Kelly's biggest challenge for our wedding had to be our formal pictures due to some crazy family dynamics due to a nasty divorce. Kelly handled this like a BOSS! She had a list of all the shots & had planned this part of the event perfectly. By moving rapidly & keeping everything upbeat, my husbands biggest wedding day dream came true. He has not had a picture of him & both his parents together since 4th grade, but Kelly by her sheer professionalism & poise made this happen for him. My inlaws are actually smiling. together. in the same picture. I honestly don't think it would have possible with another photographer. When it came to bridal party & couples shots, Kelly's innovation was incredible. Even when we only had one lighter to light 13 sparklers we have the most fun pictures from that time. For our couple pics Kelly had so many ideas. She truly captured the sweet intimacy in our first moments as husband & wife. I want to cry when I look at some of them; I swear to you I’ve never looked more beautiful in pictures in my entire life. We have a wild assortment of pictures from our reception. Our wedding was on NYE & you can feel excitement from the night in the images. Our Sugar Shack was a hit & by 12:05 it was like everyone was dancing in it & Kelly just kept clicking away. At the end of the night Kelly got some shots of our last dance. At her suggestion we did it in the empty ballroom that was covered in confetti. The relief & joy on our faces is palpable. It was the perfect way to end the day and start our lives together. So those are my thoughts on Kelly. My only regret is that we only had her for 8 hours and not 11. Don't trust someone who promises you the stars for little or nothing. If you think her prices are too high you're wrong. Kelly's website allows you to pay over time leading up to your big day; $100 here, $500 there; you get what you pay for and Kelly is worth every.single.penny. If you're looking for a sign about who to call this is it- call Kelly!

ason our day ran so smoothly. She made sure to capture everything we wanted plus more! I still can't stop looking at our pictures and everyone who sees them is just in awe over how good they are. Again, I can't put into words how professional and fun Kelly is and what a joy she is to have there on your big day. She doesn't seem like someone you just hired to take your photos, but a friend who is there to help guide you. Kelly goes above and beyond and the service is worth every penny.

ng the day of the wedding. The hours leading up to the event were as hectic as can be but Kelly kept me (and my extensive bridal party) on schedule and most importantly, kept me calm. I really can't imagine the day without her. And boy, was I right about the great pictures! She is a magician behind that camera - I loved every one and will treasure them forever. I also have to mention the sweet (literally) gifts she sent me both prior & post the wedding. Before the wedding she sent a little introductory package with helpful hints and... CANDY! Then, after the wedding, she sent a USB with all of my photos and... MORE CANDY! All packaged up in the cutest way. I actually don't have the biggest sweet tooth in the world but the packages were so pretty and thoughtful I just ate them up! (Also literally)... Moral of the story is - hire Pure Sugar. You won't be disappointed!

tely had me so calm and comfortable with her that I knew I had to book her. My fiancé and I were not interested in doing an engagement session but decided we should so meet her and get a feel for what its going to be like on our wedding day. In about 100 degree weather, she even had us laughing and having tons of fun. The photos turned out great and we were so happy we did them! At the wedding, Kelly and her colleague had everyone so impressed with them, obviously they knew what they were doing. She recommended us to do a first look before our ceremony, and the pictures turned out perfect! This made us more comfortable seeing each other for the first time and not in front of EVERYONE. Pictures seemed to go by so quickly, they had us laughing and smiling the entire time. When she posted the “sneak peak” of some of our wedding photos online, everyone said how amazing they turned out, and they really did. On the night of our wedding, we had a full harvest moon. My husband had had enough of pictures by that time and they had the help of two of the groomsmen to get him to go outside on the beach and take a few more pictures. We were probably out there for thirty seconds, and its one of our favorite photos. I couldn’t thank you enough for having the boys get him to go out there. But Kelly does an AMAZING job, so professional and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the Ponte Vedra area. Eventually when its time for babies, we will give you a call for more great photos! Thanks again Kelly!

Her quality of work is breathtaking. We know that we chose the best company to photograph our wedding because of the photos that we can now share with our family and friends. Once I finally looked over all of the ADORABLE albums on her site, I decided to call and take a chance! Just talking to her over the phone filled me with confidence that Kelly was "the one". She was everything I wanted and she was able to do it all for a great value! When my Big Day finally arrived I was so happy that I had choosen Kelly. She and her assistant found the most amazing spots to take pictures. She captured everything I could have hoped for. I absolutley love my wedding photos! If you are getting married -- cal Kelly first -- you will be glad you did!!

. Kelly and her staff meet out expectations and beyond. She inquired in advance about certain things that we wanted captured. She engaged with my entire family and made everyone feel so comfortable. She calmed me down when I became 'a little' high strung. She essentially stayed with us the whole weekend to be there for every event. And mostly, our pictures are gorgeous!! We placed a few of the pictures on our thank you cards and our guests loved them. My husband and I are very thankful to have met Kelly and to use Pure Sugar Studios for our wedding!! tly. Once we contacted her she was fast to respond and always there to contact. I was planning from the west coast of Florida and Kelly was great about staying in touch through phone calls and skype. When we finally met in person I was completely at ease with our choice. She knew what works and what doesn't but defiantly heard our ideas and worked them all in. She thinks of everything!! Never for a moment did we have to worry...which is a saving grace on your wedding day! Our pictures turned out amazing! It is obvious that she not only puts in the time the day of, but also in the editing. She went through the day with a smile on her face and fit right in with our group. She even busted her camera back out when she was leaving to take a few last shots we had forgot to do. I highly recommend her! Our guest list was around 75 people but I am sure Kelly could easily tackle a wedding of 300+. She knows what she is doing and our pictures prove it!

They made my husband and I feel very comforatble along with our entire bridal party and our families, she gave great direction, and had great unique ideas. We had a blast and the photos speak for themselves! They are beautiful I am contsantly asked "who shot these?!" when showing them off. Also Kelly and her team set up a photo booth at our wedding, it was a hit! Before I even returned from our honeymoon she had mailed me pop out business cards with a photo of my husband and I with a link to the photo booth gallery to throw in our thank yous for all of our guests to see! She just goes the extra mile. Kelly and her team showed up hours before the wedding just to shoot the decor and every last detail. They love what they do and the proof is in the pictures. I can't express how much I love these people and how thankful I am for all they put into our day and leading up to it and even after! We didn't have to wait long before veiwing our blog and personal website she created with all of the edited photos. Just amazing! Can't wait for her to shoot our maternity and newborn photos in 4 months! :)

Prior to working with Kelly, we had hired another photographer to shoot our wedding and, when our arrangement with him fell apart at the last minute, Kelly came through two weeks before the wedding and saved the day! Now, Im so thankful that happened because I KNOW no one could have done a better job!!!
