We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue! Jeff made the entire planning process simple, straightforward, and as stress-free as possible. His white-glove service was evident in every detail, right down to the room setup (which they handled fully for us). The entire staff was great, the service was exceptionally well done, and our guests were impressed with both the food and drink. Between the beautiful grounds, bay backdrop, and the room, it truly was the perfect place for our wedding.

Our wedding reception in the Bayview ballroom was beautiful! Lauren was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and accommodated our every wish. ing and they didn’t seem to be able to keep wedding coordinators on staff. We had 3 different ones with the newest being assigned 2 weeks before our daughter’s wedding. The staff were unprepared and overwhelmed on the day. The service was poor, with dinner served over an hour late and much of it either cold or undercooked. The manager and coordinator were nowhere to be seen during our event, and when we brought these issues to their attention, they was zero accountability. The food was sub-par and the overall value was extremely poor, despite the nice setting. I deeply regret that we hosted our daughter's special day at Quidnessett Country Club and would strongly advise others to stay far away from this venue.

toured, we fell in love with both locations with views overlooking the Narragansett bay. Through our wedding planning process , Quidnessett changed coordinators several times. Our wedding coordinators ended up being Andrew and Lauren. Even though it was stressful finding out one month before our wedding we were assigned yet another new coordinator, Andrew made the transition very easy. Andrew was communicative leading up to our wedding day, and was very organized during our final details meeting. On our wedding day, Andrew and Lauren were attentive and mindful of time. Our guests could not stop complimenting their dinners and loved all the passed appetizers. Our timeline was super important to us, and Quidnessett made sure to stick to the schedule. Our guests also loved the ice cream bar and late night snack. Throughout the night, staff kept checking on us to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. Our only disappointment came during photo time, when we wanted to take pictures throughout the property. We were promised throughout the planning process that we had access to all the grounds for photos, but were limited in photo locations on wedding night. We understand that Quidnessett is an active, private country club, however there were many cart paths where photos could have been taken such as down by the water and the beautiful footbridge - especially during sunset when most golfers were already off the course. Overall, we had a great experience with Quidnessett and we would highly recommend this wedding venue l!

the full extended Bayview Room with the members deck added on. Our 175 guests loved the spaciousness they felt and being able to be indoors and outdoors. The space speaks for itself being so close to the bay and the vibrant greens from the trees and the beautiful maintained greens. The food was phenomenal, the drinks were incredible, and we captured amazing photos. The staff was always gracious and helpful throughout the entire process, and we cannot rave about Andrew’s coordination enough! There are options for everyone at Quidnessett!

The forecast had questionable rain in the afternoon but the team was ready for having an outdoor ceremony or indoor ceremony and I felt no pressure to make a decision too early. From the start of planning she was great at communicating with us & this continued all the way until the end of the wedding. She also made sure to communicate with our other vendors so that things went as smoothly as possible. Not only was Heather great but so was the wedding chef and staff. The venue is gorgeous, especially after the remodel, and the food and service were both fantastic. Scott paid close attention to details and was super responsive to our needs. It was a pleasure to work with him and his staff. The only reason I cannot give five stars is due to the steep price increase. Though it was out of their control due to inflation, I do think the prices agreed upon at contract signing should be honored and the situation should have been handled differently.

had. My only concern I had leading up to the wedding was their employee turnover. (Probably due from the pandemic) It seemed like every few months I had someone emailing me to let me know they were taking over for so and so. But they had decent communication and were very responsive and came together beautifully for the special day and that’s what matters most. During the event two meals were given to the incorrect guest, but was resolved very quickly. Even after the wedding I had people coming up to us telling us how delicious their meal was and that was one of the more important aspects of the wedding for us. I can’t thank Sarah and her team enough!

h I could say the same for our coordinator. It took many calls from our son before he got the responses he needed. Also, beware of the contract. They will ask how many people you think you will have and take the highest number and put it in the quarantined minimum and hold you to it. It also states that they can change the pricing at any time without notification. 10 days before the wedding we were informed we had to pay $12 per plate more than what they quoted us 23 days prior. They can also change the room you book if they so choose. Just remember the contract supercedes all the info packages and verbal info they give you.

2 years in the making due to the Covid pandemic interfering with the original date of 1 year prior. From the very first meeting, we bonded with Linda Martin. She genuinely delighted in our delights and sympathized in our frustrations over the 2 year process. She never hesitated to take calls or visits from us and was always so accommodating. The wedding day finally arrived and it exceeded our high expectations. The coordinator for the evening was Tammy. She was wonderful. Many guests mentioned how awesome the bartenders were, making special note of Randy. The wait staff were attentive and efficient. The food - spectacular!!! The vegetable antipasto display along with the flatbread pizza station were beautifully displayed and enjoyed by all. We chose the seared filet of salmon and the filet mignon with asparagus risotto and baby carrots for our entrees. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. Melt in your mouth entrees were perfectly cooked and served hot. The portions were more than generous. We had 135 guests in the Bayview Room, which was a spectacular setting. We whole heartedly recommend this venue. Thank you, QCC, especially Linda, for being an integral part of having our daughter’s dreams come true!

arragansett Room, which had been recently renovated and provided a great view of the water. The room and dance floor fit our 125 guests perfectly. The food was delicious and service was excellent. We were originally slated to be married in the front garden, but had to relocate when the venue converted the garden into a tented patio. We were unfortunately not informed of this until 3 weeks prior to our wedding, but thankfully Quidnessett had a second garden we could use. It ended up being a rainy day and we were forced to relocate the ceremony indoors. Quidnessett converted one of their banquet rooms into a ceremony space, and it worked out very well. The conversion of the garden to a patio was the only hiccup we experienced. Quidnessett was a flexible venue that provided a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and reception. I highly recommend Quidnessett Country Club, Linda will make your wedding day easy and stress-free!

e table numbers and giving them three copies of how they should be set up, not one table was correct. My mother, my in-laws, my bridal party and my siblings were stuck in the back of the room not able to see us. They offered to move only my mother and this wasn't until after everyone had already sat at their tables. Thank God for my mother who was so calm, because I almost lost it. It was also brought to my attention that after specifying that we had about 10 people with allergies that all hors d'oeuvres were served on the same platter so people couldn't enjoy them. When we were leaving my husband and friends noticed that there was someone working for Quidnessett who is a known criminal. When we asked to speak with Ron the general manager he basically said he would do nothing and that he doesn't give restitutions and instead offered to invite us to a holiday party with people we wouldn't know. Once they have your money apparently all their hospitality and caring goes right out the window! Well I guess they forgot people can review them. I suggest you find somewhere else that wont ruin your special day!

The indoor space is huge, which we needed for our epic dance party. All of the staff there are wonderful. I especially loved working with Jenna. She was so knowledgable, efficient & fun. The night of the wedding, we had Leah as our event coordinator and she was great! You have to see this place in person, it is just beautiful! :)

The food was incredible, the waitstaff was great, and Linda was by far the best vendor I worked with through out the entire planning process. She even told us the best places to take pictures and some cute pose suggestions! Not to mention, she responded to all of my emails SAME DAY. We had our wedding her in June and everything about it was fantastic. The wedding coordinators (especially Linda) were knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and helpful. The menu options are plentiful, delicious, affordable and cooked to order which is rare to find! We had 200 guests at our wedding, they even extended our room selection as the other portion wasn't booked. They are just SO ACCOMMODATING! They didn't say no to anything, my husbands special beer requests, food restrictions or my incessant questions! The service was incredible! We were served on the golf course while taking pictures - drinks and appetizers. Additionally, the servers saved us a plate of appetizers as we were taking picture during cocktail hour. I never went without a drink or water and my meal was perfect. All of my guests echoed the same sentiment. Timely, friendly and accurate service. I would recommend QCC to anyone looking to have a big wedding, right on the coast while also on a budget.

Calling the groom a F*ing asshole in front of my pastor and his father!! Changed my ceremony time without asking me!! The Coordinator believe her name is Leanne that was suppose to be there for me was extremely rude to my guest yelling at them to go out side for the ceremony, seeing how i was told someone will be out there directing my guest but there was NO one!!! She was MIA 99% of the time, never even spoke with her the whole night!!! Introductions got all messed up because she was not working with my DJ, missed my cake cutting !! Had to go up and get my own drinks, only had one staff handing out hor doeuvres, which most people never got!! I was told i would have a coordinator to help me out through the night.....But NOPE!!! NOTHING WENT PLANNED AS I WANTED!! Maybe saw her once, from far. They threw my family that came from far away in the corner, they couldnt see anything, they should have been sitting near me!! All they told me i had to do was show up....THATS TOTAL BULLSHIT!!! Extremely unprofessional and rude!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE GETTING MARRIED!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! e when we needed to meet. I only have two negatives about my wedding which is why I rated it lower.... The day of my wedding the Maitre'D we were assigned was a different person than Linda who had planned my wedding.... I totally understand having a different person, but my assigned person was TERRRRRRRRIBLE, I wish I could remember her name... She wasn't friendly or accommodating... My own grandparents got stuck in traffic coming down for the ceremony and the Maitre'D was bent out of the shape that the ceremony was going to start late... UMMM HELLLLO if I don't care it doesn't matter.... Other than that the day of my wedding was PERFECT!!! the food was to DIE FOR, bartenders were quick and efficient!!! My only one other negatives is some of the "Country Club" rules were a little ridiculous to me... Rules as to when you can come to set up, rules with the bar, rules to where you can take pictures all seem a little silly to me, but again that goes with being in a Country Club atmosphere... I would recommend Quidnessett to any other brides and grooms.... Just make sure you get a great Maitre'D

ocess. She responded promptly to emails and telephone calls and even made my husband ( the FOB) her famous chocolate chip cookies!!! My daughter and son-in-law could not have been happier with every aspect of their day. There were a few glitches shared with Linda which should make everyone elses experience run smoothly, hense the four rather than five star rating. But we were quite satisfied overall :-) From the main course to the Baked Alaska and Pizza station, all was top notch and delicious. The chef even made accomodations for a very special dietary need - going above and beyond to accomodate a family member.. My only caution is to be very clear on arrival time to insure the venue is ready to receive you and your guests…. I highly recommend this venue, and ask for Linda, - she was wonderful, but I do believe the entire staff are extrordinary :-)

When we went to the food tasting, we were disappointed with the entree options. The soup, salad, and hors d'oeuvres were very tasty. At the wedding, however, the food was AMAZING!! I still have people talking about the food. We had ordered the roast pork with cranberry sauce, chicken parm, and seafood fra diavolo. Yum! The venue itself is beautiful. When my husband and I walked in we thought we wouldn't be able to afford it, but the prices are very reasonable. We loved that we were able to be married on site over looking the bay. Quidnessett helped to make our wedding day special!

absolutely stunning inside. Our guests enjoyed the deck during cocktail hour and throughout the night. The food was amazing!! The prime rib servings were very large, the appetizers were delicious. e time. She was wonderfully sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. They treated us like family, and I would most certainly recommend Lorraine to anyone considering Quidnessett. Our day of maitre d' was Linda, and she made sure everything went off without a hitch. She truly worked her butt off that night for us, and she is just all around wonderful! Seriously though - request her! The food was wonderful (My guests raved about the Antipasto Table at the cocktail hour. It's so impressive!), and the servers were so great - the Bride and Groom even get your own personal waiter (ours even got us plates of food from our Cocktail Hour while we took photos). It did get quite hot in the room - but we had a lot of guests, and it had been a hot day. But their A/C certainly needs an update, because we were told it was all the way down. Overall, they are a wonderful place and they come with a high recommendation in my book.
