Rachel is an absolutely outstanding wedding planner. She is enthusiastic and energetic with great ideas and increíble attention to detail. She has incredible insight and does a very good job and planning out every detail to make your wedding day run as smooth as possible. She is also very up to date with the trends. We relied a lot on her expertise for ideas to make our wedding fun and exciting. She knows how to keep things moving and make sure there are no gaps in time and moves everything along. She is also a great listener and is very accommodating and will incorporate any of your ideas to make your wedding day special. On the day itself she executed everything to a T. If there were any problems on our big day I had no idea because Rachel had everything running so smooth. I know a lot of the set up and tare down she did herself and everything was set up perfectly. She is an incredibly hard worker and will do everything she can to make your wedding as memorable as possible. I cannot say enough about her and if you are in need of a wedding planner then look no further.

We can’t say enough amazing things about Rachel. She is very detailed, organized and attentive. She helped us bring our dream day to life by giving amazing vendor recommendations, creating a timeline specific to our special day, and executing every single detail better than we ever could have imagined. She was always open to our ideas, even at the last minute, and was quick to respond to all texts/calls/emails. We highly recommend to anyone looking for an experienced wedding planner who will execute your vision flawlessly. We truly couldn’t have done it without her!

When planning an event, it’s hard to remember every detail you’ve ever imagined to have or have seen online. Rachel makes it so much easier as she has an incredible eye, pays attention to detail, and truly cares about her clients. Her work is breathtaking! She knows what you’re thinking without you having to verbalize it. Rachel could not be more reliable and makes any experience so much more enjoyable and stress free! She is great to work with as she is truly passionate about her work and making any event the best it can be and more for her clients! I couldn’t recommend Rachel more as your event planner!

Rachel is THE BEST! Her attention to detail and doing it so effortlessly is so impressive! Not only does she taker her time with her couples, but also is so attentive to the whole wedding party. I was in a wedding with her in September 2024 and not only was she the wedding planner but also the maid of honor. How she did that at the same time and excel in both roles amazes me. Will definitely be recommending her to anyone wanting someone to go that extra mile for their wedding day and ease the stress that comes with planning a big event!

Rachel did a phenomenal job throughout the whole wedding planning process and coordination the day of. She was attentive, prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable. On the day of everything was on time, and went very smoothly. Every detail was perfect and placed just like we discussed during the planning. I would not have been so relaxed and able to enjoy my perfect day with her!
