cy in August. This could have been disastrous in any other situation, but transitioning to Nancy was a gift. She had all of the communication pieces from the old coordinator and was able to work with all of our outside vendors. She was available anytime we had questions, whether it was via email or in person. She even stayed at our wedding until the end to ensure everything went smoothly, and we had a 12 hour day!
It's important to note that the hotel staff are union, meaning anything brought in from the outside has to be set up by the outside company. We didn't have any problem with this, despite having over 8 different vendors for various things (chairs, flowers, tablecloths, food, etc).
We would not have been able to pull off our big day without Nancy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My sister had her venue here 5 years ago. They did a great job at my sister’s wedding and our experience was even better the second time. I would highly recommended having your wedding here. with Gina and after over a year of working with her, we received an email stating she is no longer working with the Radisson. Not only did all of the information that we had covered have to get thrown into someone else's hands but the communication was very poor and I felt I had to reiterate what I wanted for our wedding. The day approached and there was no available staff for any questions, we had a extremely rude bartender which caused my guests to have to leave the third floor and go to the first floor bar, the room keys only go to the designated floor which is challenging and not accommodating for guests who would like to go to other rooms, we had random strangers walking the third floor during our reception, and they charged my card an over-abundance of money without an receipt or authorization from me because of the sales managers mistake. I was very disappointed and it is such a shame because the venue and the hotel is very nice and the dinner was great but these little details caused such an inconvenience and we ended up having to pay way more money than anticipated.

I loved the accomodations at the Radisson because it was walking distance to Target Field and plenty of shopping. Our garage parking was comped, the bar/restaurant in the lobby was good and almost always open. I loved the little details at the Radisson like, serving homemade ice cream in a chocolate waffle cone with your cake!! They were also very flexible in working to keep our alloted budget! They even dropped their room rates for out guests. I want to do it all over again that's how amazing my experience was!

honestly beautiful and amazing. I heard a few of my friends talking about how they wish they got married at the same place! I wasn't sure if I would like the green walls during the reception, but with the lights lower you couldn't even tell and it was really, really magical.
