ime with so many beautiful photo opportunities. We hired the venue coordinator Laura Schneider as our Day of Coordinator as well as it was the best decision we could have made. Laura was so attentive, always available, and helped to bring our vision to life. Laura made the planning process so easy and we had zero stress the day of the wedding because we knew everything was being taken care of. We highly recommend this venue and working with Laura. Laura and RDLP- thank you for making our wedding day a night we will always remember!

ptions for a ceremony location. Parking is abundant and everything is flat and wheel chair accessible. The bridal suite is spacious with a mini fridge and great AC. It also locks so during the wedding all of my bridesmaids could leave their belongings with no stress. There is also a large private restroom with a code provided for the bride and a hangar for the dress. My bridal party and I were able to arrive at 8 am to start getting ready and when the groomsmen arrived they hung out on "grooms island" prior to starting photos. It's a covered patio that reaches out into the on site pond with plenty of shade, seating and a foosball table. There is also a playground available with child care provided for an additional cost. Everything about the venue was spot on. It has a beautiful tropical paradise vibe with tons of flowers and greenery and immaculate landscaping. There was plenty of shade, pretty little sitting areas for the guests and umbrellas available for the ceremony space. I was a little worried about the covered reception area getting hot in the evening but it was perfect! We worked with Laura Schnieder from our first tour of the venue to the wedding. She is phenomenal! She responds promptly and answered all of my questions with patience and detail. We weren't sure about hiring a day of coordinator but Laura offers it for a very reasonable price. Added bonus- having her do day of coordination allows participation in her sharing program where you can use anything from her room full of decor and donate one item from your wedding to her collection. EVERYTHING you can imagine wanting for your wedding is there! Any signage you have seen on Pinterest, head table decor, entrance table pieces, easels, ceremony aisle decor, you name it...she has it. It saved me SO much money. Not to mention she sets everything up and did an incredible job! It really added that extra touch to our wedding an the guests loved it. Definitely take an afternoon to go tour this venue and see all it has to offer, I am so happy we did!

ad a perfect flow. Honestly, the pictures online of the venue do not even give it justice... We hired Laura to coordinate for the day and she is amazing. She has a ton of experience and used all my decorations in the perfect spot/way. She wants 'your day' to be perfect and will help you anyway she can. I have heard from many of the guest that came to the wedding and said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. They loved the food and the reception room (which the dance floor was in the middle).You must use the Dj catering, we went with the BBQ and it was a hit! We also used DJ Gary, who was very nice and I enjoyed working with him. The whole day was so magical and I would do it all over again if I could.

If you book this venue you can only use their caterer (DJ's) but they were amazing and provide the food, tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, everything so you don't have to book separate vendors for each of those. Takes the stress out of all that planning. The venue coordinator, Laura, was the BEST. Took all my wedding day worries away and made our day so special. Definitely recommend!!

ute blessing to work with. However, with over 200 weddings under my belt, I have never been so unfortunate to work with a coordinator as rude and insufferable as Laura. It was confusing, unsettling, and really set the tone for how I was able to present effectively to the guests and client. Immediately after walking in and saying hello, she launched into an angry rant: "I have been doing this for 22 years and am old enough to have been your babysitter" (I am 30 years old) "You clearly don't know how to do your job", and even refused to talk through the schedule of the night. I overheard her flippantly telling the photographers "This is MY show, move along," and I get the impression that it is a struggle for Laura's team to tolerate her, much less focus on making your wedding effortless. I nearly walked out, and would not have felt bad for doing so. While couples will appreciate a coordinator that seems to be able to command her team effectively, it is also a liability to have vendors on the verge of deserting your special night, and I imagine that Laura's aggression has the potential to really impact those close to you as well. If the venue is able to be booked without Laura, this venue would otherwise be lovely.

as this the place. The fountains, the foliage, and the cravings in the ground made the venue so unique and beautiful. Because of this venue, my wedding pictures are beautiful. There are so many ceremony options, you'll be happy whichever one you choose. Also, this venue is very affordable. Worked perfectly for our budget. Laura was so helpful with the in-house vendors too. Everything on the big day was amazing. I'll forever be in love with this venue. I'm so happy to have had my wedding at Rancho De Las Palmas!!

que. On the day of, the grounds were nothing short of beautiful. Laura (coordinator) and her team did an outstanding job coordinating our event. She worked with all of my vendors to make sure our day went smoothly. She did an amazing job setting up all of our decorations even better than envisioned. We are still getting compliments from our friends and family about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food from DJs Catering was. Their caterer, DJ's catering, is impeccable! The serving staff is attentive and pleasant, the food is incredible. I really feel like we got exactly what we wanted out of this venue. They were close enough to where we didn't have to travel but as soon as you walk in the gates, you feel like your a million miles away from reality! The groudskeepers do an excellent job keeping the foliage in tip-top shape! The Bridal room is BEAUTIFUL!! I absolutely reccomend this venue!

the rehearsal was very short and it didnt really run through much so on our day of we were still unsure of what to do 100% which made me feel alittle uncompfortable

ay was the very best. There are very ceremony sites available at the venue (we chose the garden for 120 people) that can accomodate various sizes of weddings and the reception area was gorgeous. We received so many compliments from guests saying that it looked just like a movie and the coordination between Laura and the caterer (DJ's catering) was seamless. I cannot reccommend highly enough.

cted! I is truly beautiful and the place speaks for itself from the entrance all the way to the Kids Play area. Laura the onsite coordinator/planner was more than amazing, she answered all of our questions without any hesitation. She was great at getting back to us at OUR convenience. She would also give me advise whenever I would ask for it. As everyone has mentioned SHE IS AMAZING!!! She made our experience amazing! No words can describe how thankful we are on the place and with her. I had an image and she knew exactly what I wanted. She made sure that everything came out GREAT. She knew what to say and how to calm me down when it was needed & I appreciate that. Any time I needed to stop by she made sure she would be there to help. A HUGE kudos to this place is their gated play ground area( super clean and safe btw) They do offer sitters if you can’t get your own (who btw were absolutely awesome and all the kids enjoyed them ) There is no other place that can offer this. All of our guest that brought their kids, including myself  were able to enjoy our paradise of a wedding. We didn’t have to go anywhere else to take pictures since the place has so much to offer. Have I mentioned that all my guest loved the place and had never seen a place so nice & that offer child care? I have and will recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Rancho & Laura for making this experience memorable and more than what I expected.

ly is like your in paradise here. The food and service was more than amazing. I have guest to this day still tell me how good the food was and how beautiful and perfect of a place it is. What really puts the icing on the cake for Rancho De Las Palmas is the venue coordinator, Laura. She made planning my wedding fun and easy. She took huge amounts of stress off my shoulders when it came down to crunch time. She goes above and beyond her duties as a coordinator, you will be thanking her the day of your wedding for being there right by your side helping to make sure your day is unforgetably perfect. I sure did :)

tor, could not have made it easier for us. The guests couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful it was and we barely had to do any decorating of our own. I recently went back for a friend's wedding, only to realize they made it even better. Everything I loved about it was still there (garden, parking, lake, turtles and playhouse for kids), but they added some really nice bathrooms and another place to have the wedding ceremony. Laura is still there and making sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend this gorgeous venue!

The manager, Laura, was a dream to work with and didn't mind me calling her all the time to ask about details. Not only that, but she was there on my wedding day to make sure everything was perfect. The icing on the cake is the reasonable pricing for the venue. Their house caterer is also very good (but that's a separate review). I would recommend this place to anyone!
