So, overall I don't think I would have chosen these guys again. When we first set up a meeting to talk to them, we walked in and met with Yvonne, who was more than happy to sit down with us, but she couldn't answer any of our questions because,... as she announced first thing, she's not their wedding person. Whoever THAT was wasn't there that day. So why did they set up a meeting with us...? But she said we could email the shop and the wedding person would answer our questions. OK, fine, for us flower weren't high on our priority list so this was still OK. I emailed them...no response. I called, got another meeting, this time with the wedding person, and got things set up. She said she would email us an estimate, which she did in a decent amount of time. I emailed them back saying it looked fine...and waited. For a month. Didn't hear anything. FINALLY I got a phone call from Yvonne wondering if I had made a decision. I told her that if they still wanted me as a customer, they needed to communicate with me better, because so far they didn't seem to be capable of that. She told me they were still having "computer issues," which they apparently had been having the whole time we had been dealing with them (over 2 or 3 months as this point) and thus hadn't seen my email. After that they tried to make up for it and would call me occasionally to see if I had any questions or anything, which was nice, but I really hated going all Bridezilla on them. They were the only vendor I was unhappy with. The flowers turned out gorgeous, and for some reason they ended up giving us a boutonniere for my husband (the groom) that we hadn't paid for, which was kind of cool, but still. I wouldn't recommend, based on their inability to communicate with each other and their customers.
