Ashley was incredible! She worked with us two years out through all planning, vendors, and contracts. Her online portal made planning and design easy. She worked with vendors to lower our costs and gave them individual timelines for the day off. Our wedding went off without a delay or hitch thanks to her! If you want to be a guest at your own wedding hire her!!

We had the pleasure of working with Ashley Heleringer (Heleringer Events) during our October 2022 Kentucky destination wedding. As the bride and groom, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into with wedding planning, so hiring a wedding planner was essential. We are so thankful that we were blessed with Ashley! She was always very professional, punctual, diligent and kind. It was always so easy to communicate with her. She was always an email, a call or a text away. Planning post covid had its struggles with inflation but Ashley was there to negotiate with all our vendors. No matter how stressful some things seemed, Ashley saved the day. She delegated everything behind the scenes and always made us feel important and special. She truly enjoys what she does and that was noticeable throughout the entire planning process. We were all so lucky to have her there the day of the wedding considering she was welcoming her new baby that Monday morning!!! She was phenomenal! We appreciate everything that she did to make the wedding of our dreams come true. Till this day we have family and friends telling us how our wedding was the best wedding that they had ever been to. I can honestly say I wish I could relive that day, since it was just so perfect and timeless.

Wow!! This was our third child’s wedding and it was perfect. When we met to express our ideas and our budget, Ashley took careful notes. After each phone call or chat I received a summary of what we discussed and decided. Ashley handled and secured all vendors. . Ashley is, in addition to being very cheerful, dependable and professional, very creative and really enhanced our vision to make our event elegant and beautiful. She is simply the best I’ve ever encountered. Oh! Did I mention we came in under budget? Top notch!!

My husband and I are so glad that we decided to hire Heleringer Events to coordinate our wedding. Ashley was so easy to work with! Ashley is very organized and detail oriented. I cannot imagine our wedding without Heleringer Events (Ashley Heleringer) as a part of it. She managed every detail exceptionally. Ashley was an absolute joy to work with personally, and we received this same feedback from all our vendor partners as well. Not only did we enjoy her company, but she acted with professionalism in everything she did. Ashley has fantastic organization skills. She provided updated communications and records of events via email and aisle planner platform throughout the planning process, and was always available through call or text. On my wedding day, I had so much fun because I knew that all the operations of the evening were in Ashley’s hands, and for this reason, I did not need to worry. We had a couple significant challenges impacting our wedding plans that Ashley handled beautifully. Those challenges being the passing of our pastor prior to the ceremony, and the event coordinator at our reception venue being unable to be present on the night of our reception hosting 192 guests. Ashley managed these challenges so well. I can’t imagine how anyone could have handled these challenges with more grace or tact. Ashley went above and beyond to make our day everything we had dreamed of, and to ensure we were able to relax and fully enjoy the day. I can’t recommend Ashley highly enough. I can say with absolute certainty that if you decide to work with Ashley for your own wedding planning, you will not regret your decision. Our wedding weekend would not have been all that it was without Ashley.

Ashley was amazing throughout the whole process of planning our wedding. She made life easier on us both and especially my wife! She was very detailed, thorough and fun to work with. I cant imagine planning (mostly my wife!!!) without her help. Highly recommended!

Being the MOH I felt that the bridal suite needed to be special for my lifelong bestie on her wedding day. Contacting "Heleringer Events" was the best decision we made to celebrate our recent 41st wedding anniversary. After giving Ashley our guest list, we had absolutely no other decisions or problems to worry about. This talented woman took care of the smallest details that led up to a truly fabulous event for our family and friends. Heleringer Events was my first and best vendor selection while planning our out of state wedding. Ashley worked with me directly and virtually with each vendor (we had 22!) managed all the contracts and negotiations, vendor selections, budget, and timelines for the entire wedding weekend from rehearsal on Friday until each vendor cleared out of our venue early Sunday morning. I can honestly say our wedding went off without one hitch!! My entire wedding party couldn’t believe how calm I was during the entire planning process and my answer was always, I have Heleringer Events, Ashley has it under control! Ashley was always available for any question no matter how small and her follow up was impeccable. Ashley’s design, vision improvement and ideas, while being an expert in timeline management, and maintaining our budget made for my absolute dream wedding and wedding weekend! Heleringer events is the best decision my wife and made while planning our wedding! From beginning to end, Ashley was invested in giving us everything we dreamed our wedding would be though she certainly gave us so much more than we could have imagined. Our engagement was prolonged because of a COVID postponement, but in hindsight the extra planning time with Ashley was the gift we truly couldn’t have gone without. She built us a client portal with every tool we needed to bring our plans together – everything from the initial guest list and design portfolios to venue floor plans and check lists of all of the things to do as the big day got closer. That said, your planning experience can be totally tailored to what you need! Her best qualities are innumerable. She energetic, incredibly attentive, professional, organized and so knowledgeable about all of the things that can elevate a great wedding into a world-class event. I can’t emphasize enough how much Ashley was the key player in helping to build our perfect day from the ground up while incorporating details throughout that were unique to us and our KY roots (use of our monogram, guest favors, a bourbon steward tasting experience to name a few). My wife, our guests and I are still talking about how idyllic the whole weekend was. Heleringer Events is undoubtedly the best in the business and Ashley is the person whose life purpose is event planning and making brides happy. We can’t wait to have Ashley celebrate our next milestone with us!

If there’s one thing wedding planning taught me, it’s that a wedding planner is an absolute must and Heleringer Events is the one you need! From beginning to end Ashley was incredible to work with. My husband and I had a very long engagement due to COVID causing our wedding to get pushed out over a year from our original date. We were devastated to postpone but Ashley was instrumental not only in helping to coordinate every single detail with my vendors as we rescheduled but also in reminding us that time would give us the opportunity to continue working together to build the most beautiful wedding day we could imagine. She was so right! Ashley took our vision to heart and then went above and beyond to turn our ideas into a reality. Her professionalism, attention to detail, eye for sparkle and design are next level. Walking into our reception hall reveal was like stepping into a feature in the Kentucky Bride magazine! Romantic white florals, crystal sconce up lighting, an illuminated cake display, Soft linens and gorgeous golden place settings, flawless coordination with vendors about day of timelines and floorplans … You name it, she thought of it, was on top of it and helped make it happen! Heleringer Events was a blessing to our special day. I can’t say it enough how much working with Ashley and her team was like working with family, a team who cares deeply about each couple’s dreams. Ashley Heleringer of Heleringer Events clearly is top notch when it comes to event planning and I’m not saying it lightly. I personally had the pleasure of working with Ashley for my daughters wedding just last month. After having to cancel the wedding just 8 weeks out in the early part of 2020 due to covid, thus postponing a full year, Ashley began working with us several months out from our new date of May 15th, 2021. Additionally, Ashley also stepped in and even helped plan our family wedding shower by staging/decorating and beautifully transforming my home for the occasion. Guests were so impressed. Following the shower Ashley took the reigns and seamlessly guided us through what ended up being the most amazing and beautiful wedding one could have ever asked for. In doing so she stepped in and handled all contracts and correspondences with every single vendor, set up meetings and final walk throughs with the venue and worked diligently for hours with my daughter developing the wedding day timeline. She was organized and focused and she kept me up to speed on every detail no matter how big or small. The only "potentially" major hiccup that occurred on the wedding day involved our transportation(to the church) not showing up for the bridal party, mothers and photography/video personnel, despite final confirmations and final payments the week of the wedding. Clearly no fault on our end , but quickly and calmly Ashley had it resolved with time to spare thus keeping us on our strict timeline. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't had Ashley there at that moment. I have to say that the one thing she always made clear to me very early on in our working relationship was that her ultimate goal was for me not to stress, but to enjoy this special time with my daughter, and that we did. Ashley was truly a jewel to work with. Attentive, knowledgeable and highly professional are just a few of her many attributes.
