Working with Melinda through Vermont Event & Wedding Rentals was easily one of the best wedding decisions we made and I recommend her to all of our local friends! Before working with Melinda and her team, wedding planning felt completely overwhelming with so many vendors to obtain information about and decide on while planning a wedding in less than 10 months. Melinda's positive and calm demeanor completely changed this experience for me. She was especially helpful contacting vendors, compiling information on packages/options and pricing so that I was able to make informed and easy decisions. She then followed up with vendors we decided on and made signing contracts and paying deposits easy and simple. We maintained a shared document with contact information, timelines, contracts, completed and pending expenses, notes and more. This level of organization and attention to detail made wedding planning feel completely manageable and genuinely fun which led to truly the perfect wedding day. Melinda and her team are professional, positive, and great at what they do! Thank you again for everything!

Melinda was our month of/day of coordinator for our October 2024 wedding. She was so helpful and professional and made the final countdown of wedding planning and executing the day so easy and smooth. She created our wedding day timeline, helped with the rehearsal, coordinated with all our vendors, kept the day running on time (even early!), helped with set up at the venue, and cleaned up and organized during the day and at the end of the night among many more things! She also made sure we got to eat all the amazing food and had drinks when we needed/wanted them, she was always one step ahead of everything. Because we had Melinda's help I was incredibly relaxed and able to fully focus and be present on my wedding day and enjoy the day with my husband without thinking about any logistics or details. Melinda is so kind and easy to work with, our other vendors and folks involved in the wedding were all super grateful to have her help. I would highly recommend working with Melinda for your wedding or other event!

We hired Vermont Event and Wedding Rentals for our September 2024 wedding. We opted for the "month of" wedding coordination services and let me tell you, these ladies did not disappoint. Prior to our event, we worked with Melinda. Melinda really took the time to understand the vision we wanted for our wedding and communicated with all of our vendors prior to the day. She organized everything from rental deliveries, scheduling, and payments. On our actual wedding day, we had the pleasure of working with Stacey. To say Stacey went above and beyond is an understatement. Stacey was completely on top of absolutely everything we asked of her and then some. She flawlessly executed our timeline, helped all of our vendors to stay on track, and even went out to get lunch for our groomsmen which we totally forgot. Every time I was even thinking about something, it was like Stacey was reading my mind. She was right behind me answering a question, giving a suggestion, or asking what we needed. She was a complete lifesaver. Stacey absolutely made our wedding day. We didn't have to do anything!!! She managed the event flawlessly. I can't recommend this company and their services enough. If you are looking for a seamless and relaxing wedding day, you definitely need these coordinators!

Vermont Event & Wedding Rentals made everything super easy! We rented an arch, 130 folding chairs, linens, napkins, wine glasses, champagne flutes, hurricane vases, votive candle holders, and mini vases. Our contact, Melinda, was super helpful and continued to work with us as we added and subtracted things from our order. She was very responsive to emails, and the transfer of communication over to the venue was flawless. Everything we ordered arrived in perfect condition, and I could not be more pleased. Highly recommended.

Melinda and her team were amazing! As an out of state couple it is already stressful planning a wedding hours away, but not with Vermont Event & Wedding Rentals! The communication leading up to our wedding was punctual and informative, the set up went off without a hitch and pickup was easy as well! 10/10 would recommend Vermont Event & Wedding Rentals!

We rented a round wooden arch for our ceremony, as well as a wooden farm table for our head table along with wooden fold out chairs, and everything looked great, was delivered with plenty of time.
Communicating with Melinda was easy and she was responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!
