was so friendly, patient, and encouraging, which immediately put us at ease. We didn’t want anything overly choreographed (just something a few levels above swaying, with some twirls and dips) and he heard us loud and clear. He helped us create a first dance routine that felt natural, fun, and perfectly us. Scheduling with him was a breeze (he offers convenient online booking), and his rates are incredibly reasonable for the quality of dance instruction you receive. did! There were so many special moments on our wedding day, and our first dance makes it into the top five. We didn't tell anyone we were taking lessons, so the surprise literally brought our parents to tears. Peter was a wonderful teacher for us somewhat clumsy beginners. He taught us basic moves, and once we were comfortable, added in fancier moves like dips and spins. He made it very easy for us to learn, and gave us a plan for our 3-minute dance, instead of a tightly choreographed number, which could come out looking forced or unnatural. He made us feel comfortable and imparted wisdom like "the only people who will know you messed up is you!" On top of that, he was easy to book and to get a hold of. We had 5 lessons total with him. Working with Peter was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The month leading up to your wedding are stressful times, but my husband and I looked forward to our weekly sessions with Peter! Don't hesitate to book him if you want a first dance to remember!

thanks, Covid!). Peter honored the rate we booked in 2019 and provided the absolute best experience for us in 2021. We both came in with no formal dancing experience, and Peter gave us confidence and helped us create a beautiful first dance for our wedding. We will both remember some of these tips forever, and had so much fun along the way. If you’re wondering if you need lessons before your wedding, the answer is you probably do. We do not regret booking this for one single second. It was worth the time and money to feel confident and put on a show for our guests. Must book!

Peter was fab. We only had a short time between my then fiancé moving from abroad to the wedding, and Peter was able to schedule us in for two classes. We wish we could have done...
more but it's amazing how much he was able to teach us in just those two sessions. So much so that our guests were pretty amazed at what we pulled off for our first dance. He was recommended to me by a work colleague, and I'm so glad I contacted him. It made such a difference to walk in and do the first dance knowing we had a plan. Thank you Peter!

e it easy for us to learn and keep coming back. Peter taught us using our song as well as other songs with different tempos so that we weren't learning just a dance, we were learning to dance. Our dance had everyone out of their seats with the extra crowd pleasers he taught us. We look forward to when we can go back and learn more.
