Danielle with A Special Occassion was truly a life saver in helping to make our wedding come together. I was in my last year as a full-time graduate student and working part-time and for some reason thought that I would be able to also plan my wedding on my own. I became so stressed out that I finally decided that it was time to get a planner. Danielle was referred to me by my mother-in-law as she had been to an event of A special occassion and had nothing but positive things to say of the companies work. Danielle was our consultant and was just the right person for the job. She came in about 4 weeks before the wedding, I was so happy she was able to do so consider that it was last minute. She was able to help get all the lose ends tied together. We met in person, texted, emailed and talked on the phone often within those last few weeks. She was also easy to get a hold of or returned messages promptly. She really went above and beyond in helping not just myself but also our mothers. Danielle saw that my mother-in-law was stressed out about family coming into town and having projects and errands to still complete for the wedding. Danielle went to my mom-in-laws house and helped complete putting together wedding favor boxes. When my make-up artist that I had previously booked fell through, Danielle,having several connections was able to find me a new artist at the very last minute and everything turned out fabulous. Danielle made herself available to us the day of and day before the wedding as she bought food to our hotel suite where we were getting dressed in order to make sure that the wedding party ate. She made sure the venue staff arranged everything how I had envisioned and kept everyone on time. She carried around a bag stocked with just about any and everything anyone might need. Danielle was such a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend A Special Occassion, LLC.
