We were so pleased with our using Arrowhead for our wedding reception venue! My husband and I are so grateful to Lauren, Olivia and everyone at Arrowhead for creating a spectacular reception following our wedding. From our first meeting to the final goodbyes, the team at Arrowhead made it incredibly easy to plan a memorable experience for our friends and family members. The ballroom was elegant, the menu exceeded expectations (special shouts-out to the chateaubriand and the late-night sliders!), and the staff was friendly and efficient. We also felt completely welcomed by the entire team, which was especially important for us and our guests.

We have nothing but great things to say about Arrowhead – the entire planning process was organized and easy from the beginning. Lauren & Olivia answered every question in a timely manner & come the day of our actual wedding, put this anxious bride at ease. The food, drinks and staff were amazing & we had numerous guests relay the same sentiment back to us. We just had our wedding at Arrowhead a few weeks ago and everything was superb. Things were especially challenging for us because we were planning everything from several states away, but Lauren and Olivia were amazing to work with. They were fantastic with explaining all of the packages available right down to the table settings. On the day of our wedding everything ran like clockwork, and we got nothing but positive feedback from our guests about the venue, food and professionalism. Our wedding reception at Arrowhead was absolutely amazing. Throughout the whole planning process, Olivia was great to work with. Everything was organized and well communicated. At the reception, the staff, food, drinks, and decor were excellent! We loved having our wedding here!

We can't even begin to describe how much we loved having our wedding reception at Arrowhead! It is an absolutely beautiful venue, and Olivia and Lauren were amazing to work with during the whole planning process! They made everything so easy and had it all super organized. Everything runs like clockwork there, and it is clear that they are pros at running weddings. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the venue was beautiful, and the size of the dance floor keeps the party going all night! We got so many compliments about how much people enjoyed being at Arrowhead, and we keep encouraging everyone we know to get married there. Arrowhead was the absolute perfect place to have our wedding ceremony and reception. The staff, especially Lauren and Olivia, were amazing to work with and are true professionals. Lauren & Olivia were extremely helpful during this entire process for over a year & a half of planning. Our daughter recently got married at Arrowhead and it was just perfect! The weather called for rain so the ceremony was moved indoors on the dance floor. They easily accommodated the 160 guests and it was lovely with the huge windows. The rain actually stopped earlier in the day so they could still take photos outside on the beautiful grounds. The food was delicious and the servers were very attentive. Lauren and Olivia were so helpful and took care of everything that day so we could just enjoy ourselves. I would highly recommend Arrowhead.

Arrowhead was wonderful from start to finish. Due to COVID, we cancelled and rescheduled twice. They were supportive along the way and helped make our delayed celebration the day we had always dreamed of. Lauren and Olivia think of everything--they are so kind and organized. They are PROs and helped us run the show perfectly. The venue itself is stunning, but the food and space were perfect. I would recommend Arrowhead to anyone!

It’s been a long ride to get to our wedding at Arrowhead Golf Club, but we finally made it, and it was worth the wait! We originally discovered Arrowhead in early 2018 by scheduling a private tour and attending one of their wedding showcases (an excellent way to get a feel for the banquet space, meet with their preferred vendors, and just have fun!). There were many pros that led us to booking, including the following: their reasonably priced packages, their policy in hosting only one wedding per evening, the array of food and drink options, the beautiful and clean ballroom, and their friendly staff. We pretty much knew at once this was where we wanted our wedding at! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we unfortunately had to reschedule our wedding from 2020 to 2021 and finally to 2022. During the process of rescheduling, our coordinators kindly notified us of the social distancing measures they needed to implement at the time and were very patient while we determined how to move forward with our event. When we finally gave the green light that we were a “go” in 2022, the final planning stages were very easy to complete. Arrowhead provided a worksheet for us to fill out and discuss in a planning meeting with details on our food choices, floorplan, timeline, etc. This helped us get a better idea on how our day would play out. We were also able to hold our rehearsal at Arrowhead the night before, and the staff was there to assist with the walkthrough and any questions that came up. The day of couldn’t have unfolded any better! The Arrowhead staff worked with our day-of coordinator (Kara of preferred vendor Sarah Kathleen Events) in setting up the ballroom for both our ceremony and reception, as well as all our other vendors that came in for their services. Everything was set up exactly the way we envisioned, and they made take-down as easy as possible at the end of the evening. The wait and bar staff were so kind and attentive—drinks at the bar were served quickly, and the waits continuously checked in with us during dinner to ensure all was well. The event itself was perfect—we laughed and cried during the ceremony, practically all our guests agreed that we had the BEST wedding food ever, and we danced the night away after dinner! Everyone we worked with over the years—Alexis, Brittiny, Alexa, Olivia, and Lauren—was absolutely wonderful. All were patient with our date changes, easy to communicate with, and answered any and all questions as they came up. I personally had a number of tiny last-minute thoughts/changes as the day approached, and these were quickly resolved, putting my mind to rest. My husband and I without a doubt recommend Arrowhead for weddings and other events!

Lauren and Olivia at Arrowhead helped make our day everything we had hoped for! They were so helpful along the way and communication was great. Arrowhead was a gorgeous backdrop for pictures and our ceremony and the ballroom was perfect for food and dancing. We made lots of memories we will never forget!!

Arrowhead helped me to host the loveliest bridal shower in the sunroom. Every detail was thought of ahead of time--from the signature cocktail to the food, the event space and special order linens. Lois and Lauren deserve a round of applause for helping me make my vision a reality. On the day of the event, we were well taken care of by our head server and the views of the golf course and lilacs were simply lovely!! Our guests raved about the shower, saying "really lovely", "so beautiful", "absolutely wonderful afternoon" and "great food and desserts". I couldn't ask for a better day and would highly recommend Arrowhead GC for your wedding/event!

Arrowhead was an amazing venue to have our ceremony and reception. They have been flexible with a few date changes due to Covid, responsive to emails, extremely helpful with questions and changes we made to our ceremony location, and just overall a great venue for us. The ballroom is beautiful and the food was delicious. We have received so many compliments already about our whole day! We have had other events here before and will continue to do so as the service, food, and hospitality will not disappoint!

We recently had our wedding at Arrowhead and everything went so smoothly. We were originally working with Alexa for the planning process but when she took another opportunity, Lauren took over our wedding and was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was very patient with all my (and my mother's) questions and did everything she could to make our day absolutely perfect. On our wedding day, Lauren and the team did an amazing job keeping us on schedule and she was consistently checking in to see if we were okay or needed anything (the bride and groom even get a special button during the reception for their own server!). Like a few others have said, we've received so many compliments about how delicious all the food was and the wonderful service. Arrowhead was the perfect place for our special day!

I cannot say enough positive things about working with Arrowhead Golf Club for our wedding. The service from start to finish was beyond superb. Lauren (the Senior Catering Manager), was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating from the very first e-mail I sent inquiring about the venue to the day of our wedding. Additionally, Lauren never tried to "push" or "upsell" anything that we didn't need, which was truly appreciated throughout this process. The venue itself is truly beautiful with so many wonderful and unique photo opportunities for wedding couples. The food was delicious and the service from their staff was perfection. Our wedding truly could not have gone any smoother (it ran like clockwork!), and we all had such a great time. I would absolutely recommend Arrowhead to any couple!

Arrowhead was amazing! We knew right when we came in we wanted to have our wedding here. The views itself were so nice. Lauren coordinated our wedding and was so patient with answering every question and checking in with us throughout the process. They really took care of everything there which made the whole planning process easier. The day of the wedding, Lauren was unable to make it but Alexa was on site for her and was amazing! She made sure the bridal party and our parents were all taken care of throughout the night. Our guests all raved about how delicious the food was too!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Arrowhead and it was amazing! Due to covid, we had to find a new venue 3 months out before our wedding and luckily Arrowhead had our date available. Our coordinator Alexis was so easy to work with and we received multiple compliments throughout the night about the food and how beautiful the venue was.

Alexa was a great coordinator to help with our microwedding! She ensured we had everything taken care of and helped us decorate since we didn't have a florist or decor team. She was a great resource when we had questions about food, drink, decor, and photography. We were very happy to have a beautiful back-up location since it rained on our wedding day. The food was amazing, we had so many compliments on the quality of our dinner choices! The wait staff and bartenders were great to work with and we were so happy we chose Arrowhead for our microwedding!

We lost count of the compliments we received that night and days to follow!! Everyone thought the food was above and beyond and talked about how attentive the servers were. There was an unexpected possible cheese allergy in one the starters and the server was quick to find a replacement meal for that guest. Alexia P was very attentive to every email, fantastic job directing her team the day of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her and her team did an amazing job decorating the hall with items we brought. They left there Christmas decorations up longer for us so we can a Christmas/Winter theme. Every Personal request was considered, whether it was about food or decor etc. We are so happy we found them and chose them to have are wedding at!! Would highly recommend

I can’t tell you the number of compliments we received on Arrowhead as our venue! Due to our November wedding, we opted for an indoor ceremony there, followed by the reception. Arrowhead transformed the ceremony space into the reception space flawlessly during cocktail hour and everyone there was so professional and amazing to work with. Our guests were extremely impressed with the service provided, including the bartenders! The wedding coordinator, Alexa, came on board about half way between when we booked with Arrowhead and our wedding day and her transition was flawless. She made sure we were taken care of completely and our requests were accommodated. Thank you so much Alexa and team!

We had our wedding reception at Arrowhead and it was amazing! The food was delicious and the room was perfect. We worked with Alexa and she was nothing but helpful and patient as she answered all of my questions for a year. I cannot thank them enough for the perfect reception!

I was thrilled to get married at Arrowhead Golf Club! My husband and I toured several wedding venues in Michigan, Indiana, and the Chicago suburbs but no place gave us *that feeling* until we visited Arrowhead. Arrowhead is beautiful- the decor is classic but modern and the grounds and architecture of the building gave us phenomenal wedding photos. So many golf clubs we toured were beaten up and dingy but Arrowhead looks brand new!! We particularly loved its private garden reserved for outdoor ceremonies- we found most golf clubs will just stick their wedding ceremonies on some random hole! I had been dreaming of an outdoor wedding so this was the major selling point. As a Midwesterner, I also knew I had to make pretty robust rain plans. Fortunately, we had a beautiful sunny day, but the rain option (the ballroom) can be made just as beautiful and the building has several overhangs to utilize for semi-outdoor photos on a rainy day. Arrowhead does kind of “nickel and dime” you (annoying but typical for weddings) and they will even charge you for more than 100 chairs at the ceremony. We booked with a wedding coordinator who ended up leaving a few months later so we did have to re-confirm details a few times. But these are not reasons to discourage anyone from booking Arrowhead- the food, staff, service, and setting was excellent and exactly what we dreamed of for our wedding.

We picked Arrowhead because of location, items included, and packages. Alexis was our wedding coordinator and made sure to always get back to us promptly throughout the wedding planning process. The food was amazing, the cake was included in our package and because we got married during December there was a ton of decor that matched out theme already set up. The dance floor and reception area were nicely sized and the ambiance of the building is truly up to date and does not feel like you're at a golf club. Recommend for sure!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Arrowhead Golf Club. From the first visit, I was very impressed with the venue, the look, the decor, the landscaping, and the cleanliness. Everything about it was beautiful and reminded me of a castle. The staff Alexis & Natalie were wonderful to work with. Alexis is very organized, and helps keep you on track so you don't feel overwhelmed during the wedding process. All our friends & family raved about our wedding, and we were so happy and pleased with how everything turned out. Would definitely recommend.

Alexis and her team made our wedding spectacular. The food was phenomenal, the signature drink was fantastic, and the staff was extremely attentive and kind. I have been an event planner for nearly 5 years, and I would recommend Arrowhead time and again for any of your event needs. Hats off!

Nothing but great things to say about Arrowhead! Alexis and staff were definitely able to pull off the Newleyweds’ vision, which included a ‘not done before’ request. Food and presentation was wonderful, Signature drink (University of Alabama, Yellow Hammer) was spot on! Definitely recommend having the second bar set up during Cocktail Hour.

I fell in love with Arrowhead from the first time I saw it and knew it was the perfect venue for my September 30, 2018 wedding. I started planning very early, 18 months in advance, but Arrowhead was nothing but accommodating and patient with me from start to finish, despite my 5000+ questions/concerns. My original coordinator, Brittiny ended up moving in the middle of my planning process, which was a concern at first. However, the transition to working with Alexis was seamless, and I instantly felt reassured and knew I was still in great hands. I had a multicultural wedding with a belly dancing performance, a quirky ceremony, and a list of special requests. Arrowhead made all of my requests a reality, and I rarely heard "no", which was so wonderful as a bride with a very specific vision! Perhaps what I appreciated the most was that Alexis was willing to wait as long as possible to make the call about the weather, which enabled me to have my dream ceremony in their gorgeous garden space. It was perfect and so well maintained and beautiful. To say that Arrowhead made my wedding day perfect and ideal is an understatement. Our guests will not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was, and how efficient, friendly, and accommodating the staff was. There were no long gaps between courses, glasses were instantly refilled, and we felt so special and cared for the entire day. I only wish I could go back in time and relive my wedding day at Arrowhead on repeat! My budget was not huge, but the promotions and willingness of Arrowhead to work with each couple's needs allowed me to have a wedding that felt and looked like it cost tens of thousands more than I spent! I cannot recommend this venue enough, they will ensure you have the wedding of your dreams!

Arrowhead made our May 2018 wedding day so special and perfect. Brittiny and Alexis were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. The day of our wine for our wine box ceremony was dropped and Arrowhead gave us a bottle of our choice as a replacement which was so sweet of them and really went above and beyond. Our guests all LOVED the food. The venue itself is so spacious and beautiful. Will continue to recommend this to friends and family.

We were very pleased with our ceremony at Arrowhead. We had already booked a reception venue, but they were able to accommodate us with a ceremony earlier. The ceremony area was beautiful and Alexis was very helpful!! I highly recommend!

We are so pleased that we chose Arrowhead to be our wedding venue! Where you have your wedding is an important decision, and one I felt nervous about. But after we decided on Arrowhead, I felt confident that we were in good hands. We had both our ceremony and reception there, and it was beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous, and we ended up with lots of pretty pictures. The food was delicious! We chose to serve a Peach Bellini during cocktail hour, and it was a huge hit with our guests. Plus our wedding was downright fun. I had several people tell me it was the most fun they’ve ever had at a wedding! Alexis, our wedding coordinator, is a star. She is easy to communicate with and makes things happen for her brides/grooms. I asked her so many questions throughout the process, and she was gracious about answering them all. She has great taste, too, and helped me make a lot of decisions! One of the things I was most impressed about is how great Arrowhead’s relationships with other vendors are. For example, my DJ, Florist, and Day of Coordinator were all like, “We love doing weddings at Arrowhead!” They all already knew Alexis and the grounds, and they worked flawlessly with Alexis to pull off the big day. It was a super well-run wedding, and I barely had to worry about anything – it was awesome! Arrowhead is on the more pricey side (in my opinion), but it is worth it. If you are looking to keep costs down, I would just recommend booking on a Friday or Sunday, and then carefully picking the add-ons – choose only the things that are most important! All in all, Arrowhead and Alexis are the best. They gave us a beautiful, seamless, memorable wedding.

Arrowhead was the last venue we looked at and boy am I glad we did! I can not say enough about Arrowhead Golf Club! We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception here on 8.18.18. We worked with Alexis for all the planning and then Natalie was our "go-to" the day of. She was AMAZING! Anything we needed, she was already a step ahead. Everything was perfect. The staff at AGC truly makes the day all about you. The outdoor site was beautiful and very well kept up. Being the only wedding was a huge plus. People do not stop commenting on how amazing the food was and I 100% agree! I am very grateful with how the team at AGC was and would highly recommend this venue to everyone!

Contacted them last year about hosting our wedding. Very professional, attentive and courteous staff helped us make the best choice. A bit pricey, but it was worth it.

Wedding was in June 2018! The day was wonderful and the staff catered to us like we were king and Queen!! We even had a button we could press if we needed service at dinner!! The site was beautiful! Had an outdoor wedding and cocktail hour on the new patio!!! Soo gorgeous!

Arrowhead was so wonderful on my wedding day. They accommodated to all my needs and answered any questions I had. Alexis and Brittany were both fantastic Wedding Specialists, I could not have asked for a better group to work with on this adventure. Brittiny and Kimmie are so professional and friendly to work with. Brittiny took over from Kimmie and had so many good ideas for our wedding ceremony and reception. Many of the guests told me it was the best wedding/reception that they had ever attended. Brittiny was God’s gift to us. Cheryl managed the reception dinner and helped serve with Dennis. They were unobtrusive but alert to any requests the guests had. One guest told me, “The dinner wasn’t good. It was fantastic.” We offered filet mignon and chicken with shrimp. We could not have had more perfect place for our wedding and reception than Arrowhead Country Club nor better people to arrange and host our guests. Thank you!

I am so happy we booked with Arrowhead. At first I was nervous about the price, but everything turned out so wonderful it was worth it!! The food was so delicious and we got so many compliments. Alexis was the best and was so helpful during the entire planning process. They were very accommodating especially when we had several sick guests! I can't say enough good things about them!
