Allison was a DREAM to work with! We hired Allison as a photographer for our wedding in June of 2024, and she exceeded our expectations in every way. Our engagement photoshoot prior to the wedding was our first time having professional photographs taken together. Allison was professional, enthusiastic, and most importantly so fun to work with. We were blown away by the quality of the photographs we received and incorporated into our save the dates/wedding website. On the day of the wedding Allison showed up with the same amazing and upbeat attitude. She instantly meshed with our wedding party and elevated our day while snapping incredible photos. She has such an eye for what would make a great backdrop and lighting. Allison immediately understood our vibe and kept things light and fun while ensuring all important photos we wanted with family were accounted for. We are SO happy that we extended the session to have her stay through the reception as she snapped some of our favorite photos – from a giant family photo shot from the BAC balcony that turned out incredible to our cute sparkler exit – couldn’t ask for better shots. We cannot recommend Allison more as a photographer. Allison was responsive to inquiries and always happy to answer any questions. At this point Allison feels more like family than a wedding day vendor. Her personality and skill are top notch, and any couple would be lucky to have her shoot them on their wedding day. Thank you for all that you did!!!

Allison is beyond anything we were expecting or could’ve asked for in our wedding photographer! She is such a lovely human that will completely put you at ease in front the camera and honestly make it feel like you’re hanging out with awesome friend within minutes! We were so excited to work with her after communicating by email, but once we met her we absolutely adored her! From the engagement shoot to the wedding day, Allison made it so easy to just be ourselves and enjoy our day. We were blown away with her work and how she so effortlessly captured our love. If I could give one piece of advice to a couple planning a wedding... HIRE ALLISON & Lightbloom Photography for your wedding! Allison was an absolute dream to work with; her fun and easygoing personality made it easy to be ourselves in front of the camera. She had unique photo ideas that gave us GORGEOUS results- and she got us our photos 8 DAYS after the wedding... 8 DAYS PEOPLE!!!!!!! She was so much more than a wedding photographer on our day, truly. She wrangled groomsmen, fluffed my dress and veil in the crazy wind, fended off family members to let us have a moment alone before the reception, and even managed to snap adorable pictures of our 3-year-old flower girl with autism and our ten-month-old puppy (and sacrificed her mitten as a chew toy to get the shot). I can't say enough good things about Allison- we LOVE her! <3
