QiQi did amazing videoing for our wedding. She made she she captured everything and even gave her own opinion. Even though the video took a little longer than expected, communication was great regarding this and made my feelings feel valid when I was messaging them.

Reflections media was amazing to work with! I worked with Victoria and her communication was very quick and was very accommodating. Our videographer for the day was Alexis and photographer was Cristal, who were both incredible to work with! We were so pleased with their talent and professionalism. They made our day so fun and special! Reflections media not only made our day so fun but now we have an amazing video and photos to look back on in the years to come. I cannot say enough great things about this company!

We requested Jose for our head photographer and we also had another half day shooter - I can't remember her name at this time.... we enjoyed the day and felt like we have a lot of photos we love but it felt a bit like we were running the shots instead of the photographers so it was a bit overwhelming. The second shooter was great with trying to help and get some other shots. Overall they were fine.

Reflections Media Indiana was absolutely amazing! They responded to everything thoroughly and quickly which is so needed during the wedding planning process. The quality of our video was amazing, our videographer was amazing, and our whole experience with them was truly just fantastic. They really make sure your video is what you want. Reflections Media did an absolutely amazing job filming our wedding day! I could not be happier with our final product. Being able to have all the raw footage from the day is such an added bonus! We were able to hear all the voices of the special people on our day. I also loved that I was able to pick the songs for my video-- it made it so much more special. As for our videographers (Maverick & not sure of the other one's name)-- they were incredible! It rained the entire time during our ceremony and pre-reception. They were not phased one bit by this. They stood out in the rain and got every shot possible. They adapted to the outdoor setting and worked so well with our bridal party. They traveled with us to each stop and continued to get great footage. Our video is something I will treasure for many years to come. Everyone that has seen the video has had nothing but good to say. We are so thankful we hired Reflections Media for our special day!

Renet was an amazing photographer! He made taking photos fun, captured great candid and posed moments, and worked very efficiently. We received sneak peaks back in just a couple days and all the photos were done in less than a month! We love the photos. Everyone that assisted us through the engagement and wedding photo process was incredible. Can't recommend Reflections enough.

This company was easy to work with...everything went smootly other than having to get another videographer last minute but he still came and did a nice job! Photos and videos were sent in a timley manner and the price for to was very afforable!

Working with the videographer Paul and manager Danielle was absolutely amazing!! Paul was wonderful to work with and made the day go by so smoothly. Danielle was amazing through the company change (I originally booked them as Tolman Media). Emails were up to date and gave all the details I needed. I didn’t get hardly any of the pictures I wanted to. I had sent ideas as asked from the photographer, Kayla and she did maybe a few of them. The company changed names without ever notifying us. Could never get ahold of anyone. It was far and few in between until the week before the wedding. The pictures had a lot that my eyes as the bride were shut. The photographer came in with not the most pleasant attitude, several people in the wedding party had even said this. Both photographer and videographer jumped in the food line right behind the wedding party to eat and then asked where to sit. Overall, I wish now with all that went wrong with them I would have went elsewhere. This is a moment I will never get back, photos and all. People aren’t around for a lifetime, photos are. So you really wish that your wishes would have been completed since you’re paying a hefty amount. I am definitely not happy with the way photos came out and the overall service.

My husband and I worked with various members of the Reflections Media Indiana staff for our recent spring wedding. Everyone we had the pleasure to work with was helpful, responsive, and open to our long list of “requests” and our day of vision. Jose knocked our engagement shoot out of the park! Pictures were returned promptly, and the pictures matched the vibe we were looking for. We displayed several engagement pictures as part of our centerpieces and guests loved them! Jose was the lead photographer at our wedding and Dasha joined as a second photographer. Both provided unique views from the ceremony and no details were left behind. QiQi was our lead videographer, and I can’t believe all the content she captured for our videos! The editing team connected all the dots from the day and made sure to capture all the details. The Reflection Media Indiana team captured all the moments throughout our long day and had the best energy all day long. We are obsessed with our wedding videos and our hundreds of top-quality pictures!

We used Reflections for our wedding video. We got the gold package and a 60 second instagram add on. The price couldn't have been better. We were a bit nervous using a company that pulls from a pool of videographers in the area, however it all worked out for the best. No regrets with our decision. Their editing team makes it so all their videos have that cinematic flow. We are so in love with our video and so happy we have the raw footage to go with it to see all the bloopers. They had super quick turnaround time too. We will forever be able to remember our special day thanks to Reflections and our videographer, David. I used Reflections Media formerly known as Tolman Media when I hired them. The manager stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and had good communication. They did as I asked them with the kind of content I was looking for. Their editing team is great! I do wish that the videographer had reached out more than 5 days before the wedding to discuss the schedule of the wedding day. There was a lack of communication during the day of the wedding. There were a few moments that were not captured in film, such as the couple/wedding party photos which I was looking forward to, especially in the highlights video.

I really can’t say enough good about this company. From the very beginning, they had great communication, our photographer and videographer were the absolute best and we’re so personable and down to earth, yet very professional. They took the time to get to know my husband and I. Our wedding video and photos turned out amazing 🤩 and I’m so glad we invested in Tolman Media Indiana so that we could have these memories for a life time. They captured every detail and our personalities perfectly!
