Jill & Shellie made our wedding day amazing! They saved us from a lot of stress leading up to the wedding and the day of. The day of was the greatest day our of lives and stress free thanks to their attentiveness and expertise. I do miss our monthly calls and preparing for a day we will never forget!

Shellie contacted us about an upcoming event she was asked to coordinate with the Lehigh Valley Hospital Network - a nurses' recruitment event. She wanted to hire our mobile bar, LIbation Station Mobile Bars, to provide the coffee and tea as part of the welcome for potential new hires and the hospital staff to kick off this day. Shellie is a seasoned event planner and had everything figured thoughtfully and carefully to make the day successful. Even when there were some last minute location changes, she was able to pivot like a pro! Shellie is super positive and upbeat, clearly enjoys what she does, and does it very well. Shellie and her team went above and beyond for our wedding at the Bethlehem SteelStacks on April 2nd, 2022! She was always available for conference calls or in person meetings with the site coordinator, florist, band, videographer, and photographer. Leading up to our wedding, Shellie sent us several useful documents to organize our dinner tables and created potential floor plans for both our ceremony and reception spaces. Shellie's attention to detail was impressive and her wedding day timeline was so comprehensive- everyone always knew where they were supposed to be or what they were supposed to be doing at all times. One of the most important things for me as a bride was that I wanted to enjoy my wedding day with my husband/family/friends and not worry about all of the details (ie coordinating vendors arriving/leaving and making sure everything was running on time). Shellie and her team allowed me to do just that- I truly had the best day!

Shellie and Jill not only delivered a day that matched our aesthetic vision, but they delivered a service far more valuable: peace of mind. They rolled with every punch, worked into the wee hours to make every detail perfect, and at times acted more like therapists than coordinators. Our day would not have been anywhere close to the perfection it was without their expertise and wisdom. 11/10 recommend.

Shellie truly went above and beyond what me and my husband could have ever expected! Like many brides, I started the planning journey on my own and it was going great, but quickly realized even with how organized I am, I needed someone to really bring my vision to life! Shellie listened to us, challenged us to really think about our plans and supported us from the day we signed the contract until our wedding day and after! Our entire wedding party was so impressed with her and couldn't give enough compliments of how smoothly our day went. She is someone I consider a friend now and THAT is exactly why you should hire her. Almost anyone can help you plan a wedding and be a "yes man", but she took above and beyond that! I have recommended her to every friend who has gotten engaged.

Shelli was most helpful and honest as I frantically called her for help!….wedding is 3 1/2 weeks out and she was honest and did not take advantage of my desperate situation..but graciously walked me thru all the steps (as I have 90% done already)…calming my fears and anxiety in Telling me what to do and to expect and what to ask for from the venue. Her info and guidance are priceless and I wished I would of booked her 10 months ago before I got to this anxiety filled stage Very professional and honest and caring!!!..highly recommend!

Shellie was the best google search I have ever done in my life. Our wedding was scheduled in 2020 but had to schedule due to Covid. Shellie and her team made the transition easy. She was willing to drive almost an hour to meet us for every wedding meeting. Furthermore all the vendors she recommended were absolutely top notched. Our wedding day was just what we imagined and there is no way it is possible without her. We hired a planner, but in fact we truly gained a friend. Thanks from the bottom of my heart :)

Shellie is absolutely incredible to work with and just so sweet. I am no bridezilla- I’m the opposite, actually, and probably much harder to work with. Where do I even begin? When I first started my search for a wedding planner, my main goal was that I wanted to hire someone who cared about MY vision. I wanted someone I could connect with and trust for the most important day of my life. I was getting rather frustrated after speaking with planner after planner and the main focus being about money and not building a genuine relationship with me that made me as confident as possible on my wedding day. Then the stars aligned and I called Shellie. After one minute of chatting with her I knew I was going to hire her. Shellie has such a natural talent for what she does. She was able to take my ideas and expand on them every. single. time. She was able to make suggestions that I didn’t even think of, but fell in love with because she had taken the time to understand my style and what I wanted. She was able to make things happen and do it with a friendly smile on her face and positive attitude. Any problems that arise, she was more than capable and trustworthy to spin any negative into a positive twist and keep the day moving. I can’t say enough positive and wonderful things about Shellie! I am not a bride, but as the Mother of the Bride, I have to share what a huge lifesaver Shellie has been for our family. After 10 years together, my daughter and her fiance were planning their wedding for 2 years. Shellie was helping to guide them through the process, not forgetting any details. We had so many questions and Shellie was always there for support and guidance. When faced with the pandemic of Covid-19, our visions of this beautiful day in June was quickly disappearing. Working with her was the best decision we made for our original wedding plans, as well as our revised COVID wedding plans! Without hesitation, we would recommend her to anyone searching for a wedding planner who will make the experience as stress-free, organized, beautiful, and enjoyable as possible! As we all know, 2020 hasn’t been going according to plan for many of us 2020 couples. My fiancé and I planned to get married surrounded by 170 family members and close friends before moving from Pennsylvania to Minnesota, where we both would be beginning new jobs. Like most COVID couples, our original plans for our early June wedding slowly over the course of the spring began to become less and less feasible, causing lots of stress, disappointments, and true sadness. What made it even more difficult was how to not feel selfish or alone in the situation, because COVID was clearly impacting so many other people around the world in various ways, many worse than having to postpone or cancel a wedding. Shellie checked up on us and me periodically to ensure that we were doing okay and provided as much virtual support as she possibly could have. She reached out to me right away when our local government announced that we would not be opening before our wedding date and began brainstorming with us. If it wasn’t for her calmness, positivity, and true gift for planning events, I don’t know what we would have done! She walked us through rescheduling our 6/6/2020 wedding to 6/5/2021 and in one month, she put together and organized our petite wedding that was still held on our original date. To say the day was better than we could have ever imagined is an understatement! It was perfect, special, and unique in every way and that is all thanks to Shellie! My fiancé and I originally planned that we were just going to do something quick in our parent’s backyard, but Shellie had a greater vision for us and it was really important to her that 6/6/2020 still remain the beautiful once in a lifetime day that we had been looking forward to for so long! She found us a new location (Lock Ridge Park in Alburtis, PA), organized the romantic, social- distanced décor, found us an amazing soloist, ordered our cake, and coordinated the timeline with everyone involved. We performed our self-uniting ceremony under the June sunset, surrounded by our parents, siblings, and grandparents (who were socially distanced in rings of rose petals). It was truly magical, filled with smiles, tears, and so much love! At the end of the day that’s what it is all about right?! We really cannot thank Shellie enough for taking our COVID lemons and helping us turn them into delicious lemonade! She took what was going to be such a sad day for us and turned it into the best day of our lives, one that we will be talking about forever! As much as we are looking forward to our rescheduled, larger event that Shellie has also been planning with us since 2018, we will always look at 6/6/2020 as our unforgettable wedding day!

We used Shellie’s services for our June 2019 farm wedding. Shellie was a huge help right from the moment we meet her – just talking to her on the phone put us at ease right away. Because our wedding was on a farm and not a typical wedding venue there were many logistics and moving pieces that made the event complicated. Despite all of this, everything ran so smoothly thanks to Shellie. Shellie thought of everything – details and possible issues that we never would have thought of on our own, which helped eliminate lots of potential crises. Once the wedding started we were able to completely enjoy ourselves and not worry about the details. We also used a ton of pieces Shellie had in her inventory for decoration which made our wedding look super unique. Her eye for décor was incredibly helpful and was another thing we didn’t have to worry about. Working with Shellie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and I am not exaggerating when I say we truly couldn’t have done it without her. I 100% recommend Shellie for any event!

Shellie recently planned an amazing out of state wedding for us. Her attention to detail and her ability to coordinate all aspects of the event helped make the experience simply perfect! Shellie also worked closely with all of our out of state vendors to provide for seamless transitions from one site to the next!

I attended Shellie's own wedding that she planned, designed and executed herself. It was a simple beach wedding, but she put in so much attention to detail from the flowers to the place settings that it ended up being so pretty and unique. She was so calm for her own wedding, imagine how calm she'll be for yours!

It was a pleasure working with Shellie on my daughter Megan's wedding. Shellie used her creative magic to turn our venue into a beautiful, charming, most stunning atmosphere, paying attention to detail on the flowers, table settings and my favorite, the dessert table! Shellie (owner) was AMAZING through my whole wedding process. She helped with decor and ideas for both my bridal shower and actual wedding. The attention to detail was absolutely perfect! Anytime my mom asked what my thoughts were on anything wedding related, I said, "ask Shellie, she'll know what to do!" And, sure enough, everything she suggested turned out beautifully!
