Rentaland was great throughout the whole process. We initially did not want to have a tent but it ended up being extremely helpful because it was a hot day and our guests were able to be in the shade. We'd highly recommend!

lthough they are the only option for that vendor, they seem to be a good one.
Ileana and Hailee from Rentaland were always very professional and helpful. They never pushed me to buy anything or upsell me on things I did not need. They were very understanding of my budget and needs and worked with me to try and wait to the last minute before making the decision to get them.
They were also very quick to answer my calls and emails and overall very pleasant.
I was lucky it did not rain on our day, but the tent did serve to cover people from the sun during cocktail hour so it had a purpose after all.
the only thing that is negative for me is cost. It is very expensive for a tent that honestly did not seem to be very fancy or anything. It was a plain white top tent and it cost more than the cost of the venue itself - not counting the food obviously.

ould afford. I was set on a certain design, but they were able to make adjustments to the design to make it more affordable for us, while still creating a very dreamy environment. Once we were aware of the crazy cold front coming our way, I reached out to Rentaland, and they were able to quote us on outdoor heaters very rapidly which gave us the peace of mind of knowing we would have some kind of warmth on the day of. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with some of the heaters being temperamental, however, Rentaland was super responsive and corrected the issue without a back and forth and we appreciate that very much. chance of rain, but now I am so glad we had it! It did end up raining for a short period on our wedding day so it protected all of our guests and decorations from getting wet. The whole layout of the tent and market lighting inside ended up looking absolutely gorgeous and I think was perfect at our venue. Hailee from Rentaland was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process of the wedding planning and was always quick to get back to me if I had any issues or questions.

Beautiful!! I️ had the clear tent with the market lights for my wedding and it was breathtaking. Just about every guest. Commented on how beautiful it looked. Set up was seamless too. It turned out just as I️ had pictured.

Thankfully we took a gamble and decided to forgo renting a tent. Our wedding day brought bright blue skies and a comfortable breeze.

My name is Ileana and I helped Justin. Justin contacted us on September 15, 2017 requesting information on how to reserve a rain plan tent for your October 14, 2017 wedding. To that email I replied the same day.
On September 16th I sent Justi...
n a price quote and email with information on how to reserve the rain plan tent. Justin replied to me on September 20th to see if he could make a payment towards the permit only. I replied to him that same day explaining that both the down payment and permit had to be paid at the same time, this is also non-refundable.
After the September 20th email I had not heard back from Justin so I sent a courtesy email on October 2nd and included Sarah, your contact at Cypress Grove to this email. At this point we were running against time because the wedding was 2 weeks away and no decision had been made on securing the rain plan tent and Rentaland was quickly booking up. No reply from Justin was received regarding this email as well. Hailee, another one of our event specialist helped Justin on October 5th and he sent the contract back to us on October 6th, payment was made, and the tent was confirmed.
On October 9th the weather forecast showed a less chance of rain and an email was sent out to Justin offering a FULL REFUND if he wanted to cancel the tent. I did not receive a reply to that email, or and answer from the phone call. I was offering this to help save you money contrary to our company policy of no refund on reserved tents. Lastly on Thursday October 12, Justin spoke with me over the phone and I followed up with an email stating that he had decided to not use the tent at all. To this statement of your review, “Ileana, was never available to me or our coordinator through Cypress Grove.” I was able to reach out to Sarah and she doesn’t recall you trying to reach me directly and not being able to. As you can see all my communication was with Justin because we only had Justin’s information. Both representatives at Cypress Grove have my personal number and they are both aware that they can reach me anytime.
The rain plan policy is provided as a means to be the most accommodating for our wedding couples but, timely and responsive planning from the wedding couple is the key to it all. Again, I apologize that you felt that we were impatient, unorganized, and caused a lot of chaos leading right up to your wedding, as you can see I did my best to stay in touch with Justin to ensure this would not happen. Fortunately, the weather was beautiful that day and a tent was not needed in the end.

ing anywhere near proper grammer. The rental items were great, everything was in good condition and was exactly what we wanted. I did have a huge problem with my flowers though. I used Cala Lillies for all my bouquets and picked them up the day before my wedding. Within an hour and a half of transport in the exact same packaging that they came in, 4 of the lillies in my bridal bouquet were brown and falling over. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they might have been bad flowers. We were able to re-organize my bouquet with the extra flowers we had and it turned out fine. When we returned the rental items, I spoke with the florist who pretty much told us that we did something to the flowers and that there was no way that any of them were bad. I was not very happy about this. We went on our honeymoon for a week and came home to where we had one of the extra bouquets in the fridge, it was in PERFECT condition. There weren't even any brown spots on it along with the remaining flowers from my bouquet.
I would definitely use Rentaland again but I wouldn't use their florist or let her be our salesperson either

wner came out to my parents property and measured and came up with such a unique layout for our Wedding reception tents. He even came up with an open-air dance floor with twinkly lights strung above to feel like we were dancing under the stars. The prices were extremely reasonable and the staff that came out to set up were very friendly and courteous. We were able to rent everything from the tents and dance floor to linens, tables, chairs and even outdoor heaters. Without Rentaland our Wedding just wouldn't have been as spectacular as it was. All of our guests wanted to know who we had used that had set up such a beautiful Reception.
