I'm so glad we chose Rentaland to do the furniture for our wedding. The space looked so amazing and working with Lynn in the lead-up was so easy. She was always SO quick to reply with answers to questions and make changes to our rental agreement, down to the last week when we thought some cold weather was going to be an issue. I'd work with them again in an instant.
Our wedding tent, lighting, and set up truly left me speechless! It was so beautiful! We wanted a garden wedding and selected an outdoor venue, however, I was not leaving chances up to the weather, we planned and embraced a tent from the start. I have no regrets! Hailee was amazing to work with, she understood my vision perfectly. The set up team was amazing the day of, they had a lot to do and it was awesome watching it all come together. Thank you for making our dream garden wedding happen!
Absolutely stunning!
When my daughter chose the Sterling Event Venue for her wedding, we knew it will be an amazing affair. And it was! Though the venue is already beautiful, I knew it needed something more. And so, I turned to Rentaland. Lynn, Lolimar(florist) and Ileana are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were accommodating and helpful, answered all our concerns and made suggestions that they feel best suit our needs. I trusted them with our wedding and they didn’t disappoint. They made the venue stunning and made our vision come to life. Thank you so much.
Rental and was awesome. They were on time set everything up perfectly and made sure we were happy before they left. When they came back to get everything they were in and out like a flash. Definitely recommend them. Their flower department was just as good and everyone was raving about the centerpieces and flowers.
The Rentaland team was great! We had booked a tent as a plan B in case of rain and when it looked like we were no longer in need of it, we were able to transfer the balance from the down payment for use of a smaller tent and chandelier for the cocktail hour with no issue. It looked incredible, as I'm sure the tent for reception would have looked if we had needed it. Highly recommend for any wedding rental needs.
Really amazing customer service. They answered so many questions for us and came out to walk the venue. Their recommendations were wonderful and the set up crew was friendly and quick. The clear 40x80 tent was beautiful with the string lighting and chandelier. It felt magical in there. Would highly recommend this team!
Andrea Rivera from Rentaland was wonderful to work with, extremely responsive, very polite, very accomodating. I will be delighted to work with her and will gladly use Rentaland in the future. They are the BEST!
Rentaland was great throughout the whole process. We initially did not want to have a tent but it ended up being extremely helpful because it was a hot day and our guests were able to be in the shade. We'd highly recommend!
Just WOW. I decided last minute into my planning to add on some eucalyptus through them as I noticed it was a new offer they had on their website and man am I glad I did. They blew my mind with how beautiful it was. In addition to the eucalyptus, I also rented our tent, chandeliers, market lighting and charger plates through them and everything was gorgeous and high quality. I HIGHLY recommend.

I am a Rentaland bride married on 2/20/21. I will admit, I have impeccably high standards. I am also a wedding photographer, and have seen many beautiful weddings. Let me say, Rentaland did a PHENOMENAL job taking care of every detail I requested. Andrea was beyond helpful. She took care of every need, and knew my event backwards and forwards. I trust her fully, and would recommend their services to anyone. I had countless problems with other vendors, but this one was FLAWLESS. Amazing customer service. I can't thank you enough!
Lolimar, I am still blown away at the bouquets and arrangements you made. Floral was one of my favorite aspects of the wedding. I can tell they were made with such love and care. The flowers are currently dying in my house, and it makes me sad. You really outdid yourself! Of all the vendors I hired, Rentaland easily was my favorite!
Spectacular prices for spectacular service! Hayllee worked so hard to make sure that I had the wedding of my dreams within my budget. The professionalism from their entire team, delivering and picking up and coordinating with my venue , was beyond exceptional!

Had such a great experience with “rentaland” customer service was responsive, and all questions were quickly answered. All of our wedding our equipment showed up on time, and in the condition that was promised. Everyone was professional, and endlessly helpful. I would 100% recommend using this service!
Rentaland was on point. They were amazing. 12/10. They helped us understand our different options. They were able to set up the tent quickly and it matched very well with what we were expecting.
Communication was good and the people who work in sales were pleasant. The prices were high for rentals.

We ordered dinner napkins from Rentaland. Email responses arrived in a timely manner. The staff there are friendly, from what I could tell in my email communication with them. As far as I could tell from our wedding planner, there were no issues picking up nor dropping off the napkins. Dinner napkins were a good quality. They have a huge variety of colors to fit everyone's needs.
I got married at the Cypress Grove Estate House and I about broke down when there was a 78% chance of rain for my wedding day since the venue is all outdoors.
They do recommend you get a tent for back up and the vendor available is Rentaland. Although they are the only option for that vendor, they seem to be a good one.
Ileana and Hailee from Rentaland were always very professional and helpful. They never pushed me to buy anything or upsell me on things I did not need. They were very understanding of my budget and needs and worked with me to try and wait to the last minute before making the decision to get them.
They were also very quick to answer my calls and emails and overall very pleasant.
I was lucky it did not rain on our day, but the tent did serve to cover people from the sun during cocktail hour so it had a purpose after all.
the only thing that is negative for me is cost. It is very expensive for a tent that honestly did not seem to be very fancy or anything. It was a plain white top tent and it cost more than the cost of the venue itself - not counting the food obviously.
We worked with a few individuals at Rentaland for our event, and each individual I interacted with was wonderful and very helpful! We had a set budget, and Rentaland was able to work with us to have the market lights we wanted, in a budget we could afford. I was set on a certain design, but they were able to make adjustments to the design to make it more affordable for us, while still creating a very dreamy environment. Once we were aware of the crazy cold front coming our way, I reached out to Rentaland, and they were able to quote us on outdoor heaters very rapidly which gave us the peace of mind of knowing we would have some kind of warmth on the day of. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with some of the heaters being temperamental, however, Rentaland was super responsive and corrected the issue without a back and forth and we appreciate that very much. We will definitely use Rentaland for future event rental needs. Thank you, Rentaland!
My husband and I got married at The Acre and I had inquired about a tent through Rentaland's rain plan as well as some market lighting for our venue. I was initially kind of sad that we had to use a tent for our wedding since there was a good chance of rain, but now I am so glad we had it! It did end up raining for a short period on our wedding day so it protected all of our guests and decorations from getting wet. The whole layout of the tent and market lighting inside ended up looking absolutely gorgeous and I think was perfect at our venue. Hailee from Rentaland was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process of the wedding planning and was always quick to get back to me if I had any issues or questions.
Beautiful!! I️ had the clear tent with the market lights for my wedding and it was breathtaking. Just about every guest. Commented on how beautiful it looked. Set up was seamless too. It turned out just as I️ had pictured.
We got married at the Cypress Grove Estate House. Because we were getting married at an outdoor open venue, we inquired about a tent. Our representative through Rentaland, Ileana, was never available to me or our coordinator through Cypress Grove. Once we were able to hear back from her, she wanted an answer immediately. They were impatient, unorganized, and caused a lot of chaos leading right up to our wedding. Thankfully we took a gamble and decided to forgo renting a tent. Our wedding day brought bright blue skies and a comfortable breeze.
Staff is superb. Working with Hailee was A BREEZE - was very helpful in working out all the revisions and was always prompt in responses, and professional friendly. The lighting came out BEAUTIFULLY and for the best price available. Would highly recommend Rentaland for all your lighting and table/chair needs!
We recently used Rentaland for my wedding and we are so glad we did!! Our day turned out better than I could have ever dreamed of! We ordered a clear top tent, tables and their new gold chivari chairs. My theme was a whimsical garden and what we ordered really made it all come to life! Thank you Rentaland!
We used Rentaland for our market lighting over the reception tables and they came out BEAUTIFULLY! Samantha was so easy to work with and made the transaction easy and stress free!
Great overall service. We required a tent two days before the wedding due to the threat of severe storms. Rentaland were very efficient and easy to work with. The tent was up and ready way before we all arrived. The only downside was the lack of fans used. Two fans were suggested, but, for October in Orlando, at least 4 fans are required.

When planning our daughter's April wedding we had a grand plan of everything being outside, but not using tents. When the weather forecast took a drastic turn the Monday before her big day we went into panic mode. We called rentaland and they had someone out to measure and help us reconfigure our plans to include a tent. To say they came to the rescue, is an understatement. Everyone from start to finish was amazing to work with and beyond helpful!
When I booked our rentals, they gave us a 15% discount which we were thrilled with! Then the week of our wedding, it threatened to rain and we were unsure if we should keep the rentals. They made an exception for us and allowed us to wait until 3 days before the event to make our final payment. It's normally required 7 days before the event at any rental company, so we were very thankful for their flexibility!
I have to say that the items from Rentaland were in wonderful condition. The service however was a little off. The delivered the items 4 days early which was fine but I was suppose to be told when they were going to be at my house and never got that call. They called my once they were in my back yard. Secondly when they arrived to pick my items up I was also suppose to be called and never received a call. Other than that, the set up and take down was great.
We had to rent chairs for the ceremony. I thought they were over priced charging overtime for their delivery and set up costs. We rented one if their most basic chairs to save some money. I wasn't impressed but I had not choice who I could rent through based of the venues rules
When I came in on Saturday Heather took a really good care of us she took the time to help us to decide colors as we werent sure of what color to choose for our table cake and head table Rentaland is a place where you can come and feel the help and confort of the people ask for HEATHER.
They like to do things their own way, regardless of whether it would work for you. The set up was lovely and they eventually did do what you would want, but it was a chore. They seemed a bit unorganized.
Amazing place very accomodating
I got a really great deal with Rentaland and decided to get my flowers from them as well. Service there was not very professional. The sales person we were working with was also the florist. She had responded to emails using "ya" and not having anywhere near proper grammer. The rental items were great, everything was in good condition and was exactly what we wanted. I did have a huge problem with my flowers though. I used Cala Lillies for all my bouquets and picked them up the day before my wedding. Within an hour and a half of transport in the exact same packaging that they came in, 4 of the lillies in my bridal bouquet were brown and falling over. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they might have been bad flowers. We were able to re-organize my bouquet with the extra flowers we had and it turned out fine. When we returned the rental items, I spoke with the florist who pretty much told us that we did something to the flowers and that there was no way that any of them were bad. I was not very happy about this. We went on our honeymoon for a week and came home to where we had one of the extra bouquets in the fridge, it was in PERFECT condition. There weren't even any brown spots on it along with the remaining flowers from my bouquet.
I would definitely use Rentaland again but I wouldn't use their florist or let her be our salesperson either

My husband and I had decided to hold our Wedding on my parents property in their backyard. I found Rentaland online and as soon as I talked with them knew that they were going to be our rentals vendor. They were friendly and very helpful. The owner came out to my parents property and measured and came up with such a unique layout for our Wedding reception tents. He even came up with an open-air dance floor with twinkly lights strung above to feel like we were dancing under the stars. The prices were extremely reasonable and the staff that came out to set up were very friendly and courteous. We were able to rent everything from the tents and dance floor to linens, tables, chairs and even outdoor heaters. Without Rentaland our Wedding just wouldn't have been as spectacular as it was. All of our guests wanted to know who we had used that had set up such a beautiful Reception.
