I just walked into Rentaland on South Orange Blossom Trial. There were 3 people sitting behind the counter. Not one of them spoke or acknowledged my sister or myself. As we walked...
up to the counter, the lady still didn’t want to speak. She finally said “can I help you?” My response was “we are looking for a tent rental for May, her response “what size tent?” I explained we don’t know, that’s why we are here to see options etc.
Her response “we don’t have anything”. She never checked for any availability.
Would not recommend this business, due to the staff’s rude and lousy demeanor.

To secure our weather backup, we placed a deposit that covered the tent as well as all the required elements that go with it—sidewalls, bars, tables, chairs, flooring, and more. They gave us until three days before the wedding to make our final decision on whether the tent would be needed, which gave us peace of mind as we watched the weather forecast.
Fortunately, the weather on our wedding day ended up being perfect, and we did not need to proceed with the tent setup. One of the biggest advantages of working with Rentaland is that our deposit was fully transferable. Instead of losing it, we were able to apply it toward upgrades that elevated the entire look of our reception, including an upgraded dance floor, upgraded chairs, hedge walls, and draping.
Everything was set up beautifully, and the enhancements truly transformed the space. We received so many compliments from guests on how elegant and cohesive everything looked. Lynn was consistently kind, communicative, and helpful throughout the process, and we never felt rushed or pressured in any decisions.
Overall, we had an excellent experience with Rentaland and felt supported every step of the way. Even though we didn’t end up needing the tent, the upgrades made possible by our deposit turned out to be a huge blessing—and we have no regrets at all.

Ileana and Hailee from Rentaland were always very professional and helpful. They never pushed me to buy anything or upsell me on things I did not need. They were very understanding of my budget and needs and worked with me to try and wait to the last minute before making the decision to get them.
They were also very quick to answer my calls and emails and overall very pleasant.
I was lucky it did not rain on our day, but the tent did serve to cover people from the sun during cocktail hour so it had a purpose after all.

I was set on a certain design, but they were able to make adjustments to the design to make it more affordable for us, while still creating a very dreamy environment. Once we were aware of the crazy cold front coming our way, I reached out to Rentaland, and they were able to quote us on outdoor heaters very rapidly which gave us the peace of mind of knowing we would have some kind of warmth on the day of. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with some of the heaters being temperamental, however, Rentaland was super responsive and corrected the issue without a back and forth and we appreciate that very much. It did end up raining for a short period on our wedding day so it protected all of our guests and decorations from getting wet. the florist. She had responded to emails using "ya" and not having anywhere near proper grammer. The rental items were great, everything was in good condition and was exactly what we wanted. I did have a huge problem with my flowers though. I used Cala Lillies for all my bouquets and picked them up the day before my wedding. Within an hour and a half of transport in the exact same packaging that they came in, 4 of the lillies in my bridal bouquet were brown and falling over. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they might have been bad flowers. We were able to re-organize my bouquet with the extra flowers we had and it turned out fine. When we returned the rental items, I spoke with the florist who pretty much told us that we did something to the flowers and that there was no way that any of them were bad. I was not very happy about this. We went on our honeymoon for a week and came home to where we had one of the extra bouquets in the fridge, it was in PERFECT condition. There weren't even any brown spots on it along with the remaining flowers from my bouquet.
I would definitely use Rentaland again but I wouldn't use their florist or let her be our salesperson either

e our rentals vendor. They were friendly and very helpful. The owner came out to my parents property and measured and came up with such a unique layout for our Wedding reception tents. He even came up with an open-air dance floor with twinkly lights strung above to feel like we were dancing under the stars. The prices were extremely reasonable and the staff that came out to set up were very friendly and courteous. We were able to rent everything from the tents and dance floor to linens, tables, chairs and even outdoor heaters. Without Rentaland our Wedding just wouldn't have been as spectacular as it was. All of our guests wanted to know who we had used that had set up such a beautiful Reception.
