Rent-All City was easy to work with and delivered quality items for our wedding. We were so happy with the wood cross back chairs, so cute! They delivered during the scheduled time...
frame, were quick to respond to communications, had budget friendly prices, and helped us make our wedding magical. We highly recommend!
Rent-All City knows what they're doing! They were so easy to work with leading up to the wedding. When we had some last-minute changes to our seating space, they helped us through ...
it and offered suggestions on arrangements that would work better. We may have been stressed but Rent-All City wasn't! Everything worked out perfectly!
Rkent-All City came through for us after our wedding planner was "MIA" 3-days prior to the wedding. We scrambled to rent tables, chairs, seat covers, etc. on last minutes notice t...
o accommodate 186 guests. Though they did not have any trucks available last minute on Veteran's weekend, they did fully load and unload the equipment at their site. We were responsible for unloading and reloading at the wedding venue, but it was the least of our concerns given we had 3 days to plan a wedding. Thank you Rent-All City for coming through and helping to make this wedding a success.
We rented a large beach house on Treasure Island to have a wedding reception outside on the beach Thanksgiving Weekend.. We knew that if we had bad weather we would be in trouble s...
o we opted to put up a tent.. After talking to other tent companies... we chose Rent-all-city, They were familiar with the house too. We had a few issues with the installation but with one call they came out immediately and fixed the problems.. We were very happy with the final result and highly recommend them.
Rent-All City was really great and our wedding turned out beautiful with their help! Howard was really great. I was able to add tables and chairs at the last minute. We were even a...
ble to add or adjust the tent size if the weather was going to be bad (luckily, it wasn't). The string lights in the tent were SOOO pretty and really set the mood. One major hiccup was, on the wedding day, the were about 2 hours late to start setting up. We had enough time, but all the other vendors needed tables and chairs setup to start decorating and getting other things set-up. They also tend to "nickel and dime" you when it comes to fees for setting up, taking down, "late night" charge (which was 11:30). Overall, I was happy with the service, but could have been better.
Rent-All City was so easy to work with! As our wedding got closer, we needed to make adjustments - reducing the count on certain items and adding some additional rentals - and they...
were happy to make changes up until 2 days before. They worked directly with our venue to coordinate delivery and pick-up, which saved a lot of logistical stress on our end. Plus, their prices are incredibly reasonable! Overall, we had a great experience with them.
We used them for our table linens. Good prices and delivered right to our venue and picked up from my in laws’ house. Very easy process.
Howard was absolutely fantastic! He knew exactly what we were looking for after we described our reception vision. He was extremely flexible as we added and removed items as we fir...
med up our guest number leading up to the wedding. The wedding exceeded my wildest expectations and I cannot tell you the difference his specialty chairs, colored napkins, and linens made. We’re so happy we went through Rental City!

It was a great relief to rent the chairs from Rent-All-City. Not only where they the best price I could find, the white garden chairs were all in good condition, and they allowed ...
me to pick up the day before the wedding and drop off the day after the wedding. Everything went very smooth.
We rented chairs for our ceremony and plates from Rent All City and a few extra tables and high top tables. Everything was quality and delivered on time. The plates were beautiful,...
decorated with jade detail and gold lining. Lisa was very helpful and cares a lot about your event details. There's no detail she will miss.
We didn't want to use the chairs provided from our reception hall b/c they were kind of worn out and stained. And my husband refused to do the chair covers- he thought they looked ...
terrible and so did I! So we compromised w/ renting the nicer wooden/white, folding chairs. It was actually cheaper to rent them then to do the cover and sash/bow thingy. But it was still kind of expensive- however I didn't bother to compare at other places at that point so I don't know if we got over priced or not. So to make us feel a little better about this expense, we used the chairs first for the ceremony and then had designated some family/friends to help move the chairs inside for the reception during cocktail/picture hour. So we really got dual use out of them! My only service issue was they called me 3 days after the wedding (while on my honeymoon) to ask me where we had left the chairs at the venue b/c they couldn't find them! I guess I was the only contact # they had, but not exactly something you want to be dealing w/ 3 time zones away and totally out of wedding mode!
While the quality of our rentals was great, the service was only ok. Everytime I called and talked to a woman, she was not exactly polite. But the younger sounding guy who I dealt ...
with was always great. The day of the wedding they significantly changed the drop off time on us though, which really caused problems, and didn't even offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience. If you use them, get everything in writing!!
I rented some items for my wedding. I was able to select just what I needed. Service and quality was great
Rented white folding chairs. There were plenty of them and we got a deal for picking up and taking them back and my only complaint was that some of the chairs had some stains on t...

were after, so awesome! We gave them a sample swatch and they found another location which had the right colors and had them ship a sample for us to approve, and made sure everything showed up on time! We had to change some of our rental items around a few times, and they were very helpful and friendly about it each time. Very pleased with the service here! :)
They were very helpful and had everything I needed at reasonable prices
