I decided to buy a loose diamond as an anniversary gift for my wife. We bought the setting at RB years ago, so I thought I would buy a diamond here too to upgrade the setting; HUGE MISTAKE!!!
First off, we were pressured into buying the diamond by Gare, he told us Robbins Brothers couldn't hold the diamond or take a down payment, and if we liked it, we had to buy it immediately or it could get sold (see picture where he admitted to lying to me about that).
We bought that diamond and realized 2 days later that it was subpar, so we exchanged it. The 2nd one was much better, but we were still not 100% on it. Gare told us not to worry, that if we didn't like it, we could bring it back within 30 days. They set the diamond in the band even after we asked them to hold off, Gare said, "Just wear it for a little while and see if it grows on you."
We decided to bring it back before the 30 days, because the diamond had strong flourencense and was cloudy in certain lighting. When we brought it back the saleman (Gare) talked us out of returning the 2nd diamond and LIED!!!
He told us that if we exchanged the diamond, the 30-day return would start over again, that was a flat out LIE!!! DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE SAY!!! They are all LIARS!!! Especially Gare!!! If you don't like something RETURN IT ASAP!!! Don't EVER do an EXCHANGE!!!
When we got the 3rd diamond set, we realized that there was something wrong with it, and it had way less fire than the previous one they sold us with fluorescence. When we tried to return it, they REFUSED to take it back!!! They stated that we only had 30 days to return it!!! This was after being told by Gare that the 30-days would reset if we exchanged it!!! So he LIED!!!
Now we have a $12K diamond that we don't like. They offered to exchange it, but at his point after being LIED to and DUPED into exchanging the diamond instead of returning, I don't trust these people at all anymore!!! Not to mention, they're prices are a ripoff for what you get, you can get a way nicer diamond at Jared's or Brilliant Earth for $2-4K less than anything these LIARS have!!!
This absolutely RUINED my anniversary gift to my wife!!! Now I am out $12K for a medicore diamond that nobody is going to want. Thanks for nothing Robbins Brothers!!!
I don't recommend buying anything here, but if you do decide to buy anything here, DON'T EVER EXCHANGE ANYTHING!!! ALWAYS RETURN IT IMMDIATELY!!! Otherwise they will lie, stall and feed you a line of BS until the 30-days is up, and then screw you over! IDK where they find these sales reps, maybe a used car lot? They certainly use the same tactics and lie to their customers. Like I said, very dishonest people working here, including the manager, who was no help at all!!!

great, although i cannot really comment as i was not there. This review is regarding John the sales manager who helped us when purchasing our wedding bands. We were hesitant to visit when Marilyn wasn't in as my fiance wanted to stick with who he knew, but John was great right from the start until the minute we left the shop, there was no pushy sales feel, just honest opinions when we asked for them. He helped me decide between two and told me the pros for both, he even waited while i texted photos to family asking for opinions. He made us feel extremely comfortable and important throughout our entire appointment, never felt rushed to decide. He let me try the same rings on over and over without getting annoyed with me haha! Thank you John for helping us pick the perfect bands, and making sure we had the perfect boxes to take photos with ;) !
The service was extremely fast. We were in and out with our wedding bands in 30 minutes with a cute gift bag in hand!

ervice ended. He was told when he bought my engagement ring that there would be no price difference if he waited to buy the wedding band. This turned out to not be true and they didn't honor the mistake but made him pay full price for the band. And once when I took in my ring to get cleaned they told me I had a huge scratch on the main diamond that wasn't there before. It turned out to be just a piece of cloth that the employee had used to wipe the ring, but that made my heart leap and was a very silly mistake. They do have a great selection in all price ranges, but you could probably find that somewhere else that doesn't make you dread walking in the door.

tment started out well. The guy was nice and helpful and we found what we were looking for. Then when it came to the financing part of it, it went down hill fast. The guy that helped us left to look up my husband's information for his line of credit...we heard the whole thing so it wasn't private. Once he found out what it was, he came back with earings to try and sell us and we respectfully declined. He left to return the earings only to return with a different diamond. He then proceeded to tell me that the diamond in my ring was "nice, but this one is bigger." I know a sale's persons job is to sell, but to tell me that the ring my husband picked out wasn't good enough was totally offensive. The diamond I have is perfect, and he couldn't understand why I wouldn't want a new one. I feel he wouldn't have done that if the credit limit wasn't what it was. When we left, I was so offended that I couldn't even look at the guy. I'll never purchase anything from this store again.
