wedding. The staff was amazing, at assisting us whenever we had questions. My bridesmaids absolutely loved the bridal sweet and the groomsmen had a blast in the grooms tent. I am always getting complements on how perfect and wonderful everything was, especially the service and the food. Rockin’ Tj ranch had recommendations of businesses to use for cake, hair and make up, dj . limo services and photographers which were all great! I will highly recommend this venue to friends I know getting married.

I wish they had offered a way to bring leftovers home. My only other qualm was the microphones not working during the ceremony but honestly not a big deal at all. All in all, I’ll never get married again but if I did, I would use this venue for sure. ers are exquisite and we knew that this would be the best place for our wedding. During the planning process, it was all pretty straight forward, however, at times it was difficult to get responses from them. I’m under the impression that they do this all the time and have it down to a science, but as two people trying to plan the wedding the lack of communication was at times a bit disconcerting. Another piece that was appealing for us was leveraging all their existing relationships with vendors to help streamline the process. We were introduced to the DJ (Kyle @ Mach1 - who was awesome and helped execute a great evening) and a florist we opted not to use. All of the other vendors we were supposed to hear from were silent. Alas, we had to reach out and find our own photographer, make-up artist and hairdresser, because the people they mentioned would reach out to us, never did. This was a blessing in disguise because we ended up with a great photographer (Merissa Lambert), make-up artist (Jesi from Just for You) and hair dresser (Sarah from Hush Salon). Again, these are little hiccups, but I think is worth noting so proper expectations are set. The day of the wedding was perfect, and Payton their wedding coordinator was great! They made sure that the day was exactly what we wanted. The food served at the reception tasted great and all guests were giving compliments. The bartender was awesome and made sure everyone had full drinks. One thing I noticed, was it appeared that Teresa was giving a tour during our reception as there was a couple walking around with her in casual clothes, but I could be mistaken. We were super lucky to have great weather, so dancing outside was so much fun, the location and backdrop are gorgeous. Overall, the end result was perfect and I would recommend Rockin TJ to any of my friends and family. Minus the small things that took place during the planning part, it was a perfect experience.

We had a live band and were not sure if we needed him, but I'm so glad my new husband knew how essential Kyle would be. Kyle knew how to make the evening flow from the ceremony to cocktail and hors d'oeuvres to dinner and on to the live band. He had great music during the bands periodic breaks. Kyle was absolutely necessary for making everyone aware of what was next on the evenings schedule. The limo service for our guests was one of my favorite add on's. We had three limos giving our guests rides both to the event and from. Everyone felt so special, and those who wanted to drink had a safe ride home. Theresa and her staff were so professional and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make everything amazing for everyone there. Thank you for making my wedding day so special and easy.

get ahold of her and when I did her responses were short, sometimes rude. We paid over 20k for my wedding and they failed to put up a s'more station that was paid for! The owner and staff started cleaning up around 9:00 I had the venue until 12:00. I had 5 drinks thrown away that were on the table, not dance floor, many of my guests had the same happen to them. My mom had a custom dress made for the wedding and one of the cleaners literally hit my moms dress with the mop. I felt VERY rushed!! Long story short, keep track of EVERYTHING!! Oh and the bartenders attitudes are AWFUL!

Watch your cc statement through out the process. Who seriously pays for catering and does not get to take the remaining food home? After guests ate dinner, they started cleaning up the facility like they were shutting down. How disconcerting to the guests who travel near and far for the "special event." Cleanup should not be done during special events (i.e., wedding reception), it should be done the following day. I have never been to a reception where drinks were taken from the hands of those on the dance floor, yes I am being serious! Who does that? When you book the venue, you will have to put this venue on your homeowner’s insurance policy (no lie). So if someone was to fall and get hurt on the premises, it would go against your homeowner policy, not there's! Also you will pay for a babysitting fee, don't do it...Babysitter made comment that they were trying to "corral the kids" so the parents could have fun. Great that they wanted to let the parents have fun. Who throws crayons in closet to try to corral kids? Today's day and age, that is called abuse!!! Finally, read the fine print!

ed better. We supplied our own bar, out of our pockets. I specifically asked for NO hard alcohol, for personal reasons. I shouldn't need to explain my request, since we stocked it all. Someone initially tried to stock a full bar. After a gentleman was VERY rude to my sister in law, it was taken down. Come to find out at the end of the night, the bartender was not included in our contract (news to me since it says "staff " on our agreement), he had a personal tip jar because his vehicle broke down, and he was secretly serving patron behind the counter to people who tipped him enough. Not to mention the multiple people who approached me saying they saw him taking money from the till and adding to his own pocket. Anyways, point of my review is to help someone in the future and make sure EVERYTHING is covered in your contract, and do not have a cash bar. It ended up costing us more than half of our honeymoon donations to pay for the bartender and the alcohol he served after I asked them not to.

I literally showed people my pinterest page and they made it happen! Thank you for making my day great Teresa! We all had a great time!

l scenery of the mountains and WONDERFUL landscaping. Everything was so rustic chic. There were many places a couple could have a backdrop for the ceremony in the meadow. We danced on the patio with the new bar area and it was more than I could have ever imagined. The girls got ready in the bridal suite and it had all of the amenities. Salon chairs, microwave, a small refrigerator, two rooms to get ready in and a bathroom. AND it has a backyard. The guys got ready in the newly updated groomsmen room. There are very large areas for parking. Volleyball nets, baseball bats, fire pit, horseshoe pits, anything your guests could ever want! And believe me, kids and adults enjoyed them, alike! We used most of our own decorations and services. Although the Ranch suggested specific vendors that they would contact to provide services (they would forward them my contact information) very few actually got a hold of me. We did use the house DJ and Kyle from Mach 1 was fantastic and very easy to work with. My grandparent-in-laws rented the house on site for a week and they enjoyed themselves very much. I would recommend calling the Ranch, as getting a hold of them via e-mail seemed to be difficult at times. I initially wanted to do most of my communication through e-mail (was planning out of state) just so I could have all discussions in writing. I could only get most communication through phone calls, though. These issues aside, I’ll have nothing but fond memories of Rockin’ TJ Ranch for the rest of my life!

willingness to make it special and unique were outstanding. Our out of state families found the ranch to be gorgeous and the staff very hospitable. Dancing outside on the patio under the twinkle lights and a Montana sunset was a highlight. We highly recommend this venue to all!
